A Study on Factors Influencing Internet Service Satisfaction in the High-Speed Information and Communication Network (초고속정보통신망하에서 인터넷서비스만족도에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • A few recent international surveys reported that Korea ranks the top with respect to the high-speed information and communication network subscription per 100 people in the world. Such infrastructure has been bringing about broad changes in Internet service for both business and individual users. By conducting a questionnaire survey on a moderate size of sample proportional to the population of each region across country, we try to analyze what factors might explain the level of Internet service satisfaction with respect to security, searching, and convenience dimensions. According to the test results, several factors such as sex, age, kind of network lines, usage frequency, e-mail usage, e-shopping, online problem experience might explain the different levels of Internet service satisfaction in the high-speed Internet network. This study might shed a guidance to scholars conducting Internet-related studies and practitioners who plan information policies and business strategies.

  • The purpose of this study is through a analysis between old diagnostic tests of the Internet Addiction Syndrome to make a new test model for the physical disturbance problems for the addiction persons. Suggestion treatment for the Internet Addiction Syndrome are follows: 1. Try to decide in advance how much time you will spend on the Net time a day. 2. Decide how much you want the Internet to be a part of each area of your life and then allocate time accordingly. 3. You may decide that you want to keep the Internet at work, and shut the door on it when you leave for home. 4. To physical exercise regularly. 5. Take frequent breaks. 6. Seek out friends and acquaintances who couldn't care less about the Internet. 7. Interact with people in a non-wired world. 8. Consult a Dr. if you can't solved.

To meet the consumer's desire to use the internet food order system in any place and at ant time. we developed wire/wireless internet food order systems that uses the wireless internet terminals (PDA, Pocket PC, etc).   • This paper studies internet addiction and the levels of distressful stresses of middle school students based on their sexualities and grades. The paper also analyzes distressful stress factors affecting internet addiction and tests internet addiction differences by their levels of distressful stresses. The results indicates that there are statistically significant differences in internet addiction by their distressful stresses levels. The research holds that distressful stresses in their academic achievements and their family lives are significant factors explaining internet addiction of middle school students.

  • This paper is a study on a model of economic value of transmission speed of Internet Commerce. For this research, this paper searches the factors that influence the transmission speed of Internet and suggests the model for measurement of economic value. The model adopted in this research is CVM(contingent valuation method) using in environment economics and the research area in this paper is concentrated on Internet-based Electronic Commerce. For this purpose, this paper suggests econometrics model that measures customer's payment intention for transmission speed of Internet. This model can be used as the basic tool of feasibility of investment analysis and reasonable pricing on Internet service. For the more, it will be followed empirical study and more careful comprehension for objective validity of this study.

  • In case of korea, it is said that the service of internet banking is in maturity regarding the number of transactions that internet banking process. So it is necessary to find out the factors that influence customer's trust on bank with the use of internet banking, to preserve existing customers. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the internet banking service quality on trust of banks. For this purpose, eight hypotheses are empirically tested using logistic regression. The empirical results indicated that responsiveness, easy of use, and accuracy from the six dimensions of internet banking service quality factors take significant effect on trust of bank.

  • Having information is most important at the present age. Internet is main source of obtaining information and mobile telecommunication let people communicate each other without any time and space limitation. Recently, advanced technology in telecommunication makes two-way service possible. So, the mobile internet service combined internet with mobile telecommunication is widely and rapidly promoted. Therefore user can transmit and receive a lot of information without time and space restriction using various application technologies. This paper deals with machinery that makes human do office work conveniently in vehicle using mobile internet service. Namely, it tries to design mobile internet machinery combining of wireless payment, GPS module, mobile internet, and mobile office etc. And that can transmit and receive e-mail or documents etc. This machinery has various objects, and design process has complexity. To reduce trial error and processing complexity, Axiomatic Design Method is used to design the machinery.

  • The technology acceptance model(TAM) has been widely studied in IS research and Internet has been expanded very rapidly in modern society. The purpose of this study is to provide an internet acceptance model and test it empirically. This study extends the TAM model and motivation theory by adding gender. This model posits that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness correlate with Internet use, Test results are as follows: First, the survey suggested the three factors-perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived playfulness-affect the use of Internet. Second, Difference just appeared in case of perceived use of use between genders but not others-perceived usefulness and perceived playfulness. Third, the result represented that there was nothing that affected the use of Internet by itself among the three factors-perceived usefulness, ease of use and playfulness and perceived usefulness used gender as a moderated variable in the case of the use of Internet.

An Automatic and Scalable Application Crawler for Large-Scale Mobile Internet Content Retrieval

  • The mobile internet has grown ubiquitous across the globe with the widespread use of smart devices. However, the designs of modern mobile operating systems and their applications limit content retrieval with mobile applications. The mobile internet is not as accessible as the traditional web, having more man-made restrictions and lacking a unified approach for crawling and content retrieval. In this study, we propose an automatic and scalable mobile application content crawler, which can recognize the interaction paths of mobile applications, representing them as interaction graphs and automatically collecting content according to the graphs in a parallel manner. The crawler was verified by retrieving content from 50 non-game applications from the Google Play Store using the Android platform. The experiment showed the efficiency and scalability potential of our crawler for large-scale mobile internet content retrieval.

  • As a very rapid diffusion of internet business in these days, the marketing mix strategies become more important matters. In addition, because of changes in international trade patterns, and an increase of internet users, new marketing strategies are needs. There's not a business in the world that shouldn't feel threatened by the internet, but companies willing to become engaged should find big opportunities. Becoming engaged with the internet, for matters, means understanding the unique nature of the internet market and using that understanding to execute dynamic strategies. This paper is focusing the analysing the difference between the internet marketing and traditional marketing and proposing the new strategical marketing mix. In the traditional marketing environment, 4P(Product, Price, Promotion, Place) is very important, but in the internet business environment 6C(Community, Connection, Commerce, Communication, Customization, Contents) is more important.
