청소년의 인터넷 이용에 따른 문제점 인식과 인터넷교육 의사에 관한 연구 -제주지역을 중심으로- (The Perception of Problem of Internet Usage and Willingness of Internet Education among Adolescents on Jeju Island)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of problem of internet usage and the willingness to receive internet education among adolescents on Jeju Island, who are core internet users, and the related variables. The survey was administered to 566 students from elementary and middle schools on Jeju. The data were analyzed by T-test, ANOVA analysis, DMR test and logistic regression analysis. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the adolescents perceived the conflict with family due to the problem of internet usage. Taken as a whole, the perception of a problem due to internet usage was low. Second, the internet-related variables were very important to the perception level of the problem in that there was a significant difference in all sub-spheres according to the internet usage time. Also, the personal-related variables such as gender, age, and personal expenses had a meaningful difference on the perception level of problem. Third, adolescents' willingness to receive internet education was considerably high. The personal-related variables such as gender and school record had a meaningful influence on the willingness of the internet education.

대학생소비자의 인터넷탐색가치유형과 인터넷쇼핑에 대한 혜택-위험 지각정도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Level of Perception to Internet Shopping′ Benefit - Risk in Relation to the Internet Searching Value Types of College Student Consumers)

  • This study explored the Internet searching values(utilitarian searching value and hedonic searching value) of college student consumers, typed the Internet searching values to four types, and analysed the level of perception to Internet shopping' benefit-risk according to the Internet searching value types. The subjects were 361 college students. We used Cronbach'$\alpha$, multiple regression, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe' test as statistical analysis. The results were summarized as follows : 1) According to the Internet searching values, college student consumers were classified into 4 types - high utilitarian/high hedonic type, high utilitarian/low hedonic type, low utilitarian/high hedonic type, and low utilitarian/low hedonic type. 2) Both high utilitarian/high hedonic type and low utilitarian/high hedonic type had high level of perception to Internet shopping' benefit-risk.

  • This study is to understand consumer's information search activity and satisfaction. When they buy the elderly related goods through internet market and to get some ideas for silver industry on internet shopping. The 382 subjects by online banner formatted Questionnaires were analyzed by frequency, percentage, standard deviation, Person's relation and regression analysis by SPSS PC program. The major findings are summarized as follows. (1) The most respondents were young and well-educated. In terms of psychological variables, the degree of the consumer's perception for internet usefulness and using capability were relatively high. (2) Information search amount of the group who have experienced purchasing elderly related goods through internet shopping and had low perception of internet risk is higher than other group. (3) The variables influenced mostly on consumer satisfaction were the age, the sex, the purchasing experience from Internet shopping, the Internet using capacity and the perception of internee usefulness as well as of the perception of internet risk.

주부의 인터넷 쇼핑에 대한 유용성 인지정도와 활용정도 (The Usefulness Perception and The Use Degree about Internet Shopping of Housewives)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the perception of usefulness and the use degree of search and purchase about internet shopping of housewives. Specifically, this study analyzes the trend of the perception of usefulness and the use degree of internet shopping, and closely examines the influential factors. The major findings are follows: (1) Those who are college-educated, employed, positive about household informationalization, internet-educated, highly capable of the internet, and comfortable with an issue of an effluence of personal data showed high perception of usefulness of internet shopping. (2) Those who are young, college-educated, and employed showed the high use degree of search. Those who are age 20 to 30, college-educated, employed, and at the early stage of family life cycle showed the high use degree of purchase. In addition, those who are positive about household informationalization high in the tendency of innovation and the awareness of time constaints, exposed to the internet education, high in the internet capability, and low in a burden of the internet bills and the effluence of personal data showed the high use degree of search and purchase.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형별 패션 소비자의 서비스 품질 지각, 구매만족도, 추천의도 및 전환의도에 관한 연구 (The Service Quality Perception, Purchase Satisfaction, Recommendation Intention, and Switching Intention of Fashion Consumers according to the Types of Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study investigated service quality perception, purchase satisfaction, recommendation intention, and switching intention of fashion consumers according to the types of internet shopping malls. The survey was conducted from February 7 to 21 in 2011, and 294 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The result of the service quality perception of internet fashion consumers was classified by site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, product diversity, responsibility, security, and order convenience. There were significant differences in the site characteristics, reliability, enjoyment, responsibility, and security of service quality perception by the types of internet shopping malls. In addition, the factors of service quality perception that could affect the purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers showed differently according to the types of internet shopping malls. The purchase satisfaction of fashion consumers influenced the recommendation intention in all types of internet shopping malls and the purchase satisfaction influenced the switching intention in fashion specialized internet shopping malls.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 패션제품 소비자의 위험지각과 위험감소행동에 관한 연구 (Risk Perception and Risk Reduction Behaviors of Fashion Product Consumers in Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study analyzed risk perception and risk reduction behaviors of male and female college students in their twenties who purchased fashion products in internet shopping malls. It also investigated the relationship between risk perception and risk reduction behavior as well as the ways in which groups, categorized by risk perception, differed in their risk reduction behaviors. The results of this study were as follows: first, seven factors of risk perception were identified. These were product quality, shipping, product image, payment, economic feasibility, fear of other people's reactions, and size. Six types of risk reduction behavior were also identified. These were product comparison, word-of-mouth information search, price search, preference for name-brand, service comparison, and referring to experiences. Next, a correlational analysis of the factors of risk perception and those of risk reduction behavior showed several patterns. The highest positive correlation was between economic risk perception and product comparison behavior. In addition, shipping risk perception was positively correlated with service comparison behavior and product quality and product image had a positive correlation with word-of-mouth information search behavior. Third, customers of internet shopping malls could be categorized into three groups: shipping risk perception group, high risk perception group, and product quality risk perception group. The groups were shown by factor analysis to be significantly different to each other. Finally, risk reduction behavior was investigated according to the different groups of risk perception of the internet shopping malls and the results showed significant differences among groups.

의류 구매대행 의류인터넷쇼핑몰의 소비자만족도에 관한 연구: 가격지각과 배송시스템을 중심으로 (A Study of Consumer Satisfaction in Surrogate Internet Shopping Mall for Apparel Products: Price Perception and Delivery Systems)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out how price perception and the site's delivery system affected consumer satisfaction in surrogate internet shopping for apparel products. A survey questionnaire was used to collect information from 233 respondents who had experience in purchasing apparel products from online venues within the preceding 6 months. Collected data underwent descriptive analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. Results showed that the price perception and the delivery system was influenced by three factors. Both price perception and the delivery system factors showed a significant difference depending on the gender of consumers. Also, according to the regression results, both price perception and the delivery system had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction in surrogate Internet shopping mall for apparel products.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 화장품 구매시 위험지각에 따른 구매행동에 관한 연구 (Purchase Behavior and Risk Perception in Cosmetics Purchases at Online Shopping Malls)

  • This study analyzed purchase behavior according to the risk perceptions when customers buy Cosmetics at Internet Shopping Malls. Participants were 232 women in their 20s and 30s with more than one buying experience at an internet fashion shopping mall. Data were analyzed using factor analysis, Cronbach's analysis, cluster analysis, one-way ANOVA and a Duncan test. Results were as follows. Firstly, five factors of risk perception were identified: These were the payment risk, service risk, quality risk, price risk and experience risk. Secondly, customers of internet shopping malls could be categorized into three groups: A low risk perception group, a payment risk perception group and a high risk perception group. Factor analysis showed significant differences between these groups( p<.001). Thirdly, purchase behavior based on the purchase standards, purchase items, information searching were investigated according to the different groups of risk perception of internet shopping malls and results again significant differences between groups (p<.05, p<.001).

  • Although the fast advancing information infrastructure makes the connectivity possible to reach almost anywhere, it does not ensure a successful development of e-commerce for every country. The challenge will not come only from the technology, but also from the people. To examine the effect of cultural differences on the perception for Internet shopping, shoppers from two different countries - the U.S. and Korea - were chosen, and the perception for Internet shopping from each is contrasted.

  • The purpose of this study is to supply basic marketing information and establish effective marketing strategy of internet retail stores, by analyzing internet shopper's perception and complaining behavior. To accomplish this study objective, 172 individuals were selected and surveyed with questionnaire method. The result of empirical analysis is summarized as follows. There were significant differences between consumer types and consumer's perception of internet shopping for price, variety of product, fitness, interest, return policy. And there were statistically significant differences in the types of complaining behavior by consumer types.
