Out of 473 customers, 470 who had purchased fashion products in fashion Internet shopping mall were surveyed for this study. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, 1-test, correlation analysis, Structural Equation Model(SEM) using AMOS program. As the results, both men and women had ‘relationship maintenance intention’ in e-CRM. However, only women had ‘intention to discontinue relationship’, when shopping mall made mistakes to them. Also, in men's group, ‘service’ only had effect on ‘Trust’, while ‘service’and ‘financial benefit’ had effects on‘Trust’ in women's group. • Recently marketing methods of small and medium exporting firms have changed from internet marketing using homepage, or e-catalogs, to search engine marketing. However, there is no specific proof of search engine marketing effectiveness. Therefore the purpose of this research is to explore marketing performance of search engine marketing(SEM) based on search engine optimization. In order to build an optimal SEM strategy, quantitative data are collected from the Google-analytics such as homepage visits, page views, and traffic source for three years. At the same time, this study has carried out a survey to measure the qualitative effectiveness. The result of this quantitative study suggests that the existing carryover effects and lag effects would be maintained through search engine optimization. Meanwhile, the qualitative survey shows that satisfaction and awareness of homepage have been improved after search engine optimization. This can support logically increase of homepage visiting ratio of quantitative analysis. Also exporting companies know very well, that traffic and page views have increased after search engine optimization.

  • The implementation of physical or social distancing during the Covid-19 pandemic has an implication on the shifting of conventional to online business activities. This study aims to explore how financial support, perceived benefits, external pressure determine social media marketing as well as understanding the role of internet and e-business technology (IEBT) that occurs in this relationship. This study adopted a quantitative study with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-based variance Partial Least Square (PLS), which aims to enhance understanding of the relationship between variables. The surveyed population of this study came from 123 small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) owners in East Java of Indonesia, using an online survey and selected with the convenience random sampling method. The findings of this study indicated that the perceived benefits and external pressure have a positive effect on the adoption of IEBT. However, financial support failed in explaining SMEs' adoption of IEBT. This study confirmed that the adoption of IEBT has successfully mediated the influence of financial support, perceived benefits, and external pressure on social media marketing. Despite the samples solely collected from East Java, this study is the first step in research related to the social media marketing in SMEs in Indonesia.

  • The sound we hear is transmitted through the atmosphere. However, both the sound we want to hear and the surrounding sound are mixed, and noise is generated, and the sound is not clearly transmitted due to factors such as distance. In particular, in closed spaces like buildings, it is often difficult to hear sounds from outside because of the sound of reflection. People with hearing impairments, such as the elderly and the deaf, have a hard time hearing the sounds they want to hear. Thus, we are developing a hearing aid that can detect radio waves. To this end, we propose the development of a hearing aid that uses FM radio and Bluetooth. These devices are expected to be useful not only for the elderly and the deaf but also in situations where information is transmitted to a large number of people, such as students and tourists, in a large space. The main purpose of this device is to enable users to hear sound correctly without blind spots.

  • According to the Internet Usage Research performed in 2016, the number of internet users and the internet usage have been increasing. Smartphone, compared to the computer, is taking a more dominant role as an internet access device. As the number of smart devices have been increasing, some views that the demand on high-speed internet will decrease; however, Despite the increase in smart devices, the high-speed Internet market is expected to slightly increase for a while due to the speedup of Giga Internet and the growth of the IoT market. As the broadband Internet market saturates, telecom operators are over-competing to win new customers, but if they know the cause of customer exit, it is expected to reduce marketing costs by more effective marketing. In this study, we analyzed the relationship between the cancellation rates of telecommunication products and the factors affecting them by combining the data of 3 cities, Anyang, Gunpo, and Uiwang owned by a telecommunication company with the regional data from KOSIS(Korean Statistical Information Service). Especially, we focused on the assumption that the neighboring areas affect the distribution of the cancellation rates by coupling type, so we conducted spatial cluster analysis on the 3 types of cancellation rates of each region using the spatial analysis tool, SatScan, and analyzed the various relationships between the cancellation rates and the regional data. In the analysis phase, we first summarized the characteristics of the clusters derived by combining spatial information and the cancellation data. Next, based on the results of the cluster analysis, Variance analysis, Correlation analysis, and regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the cancellation rates data and regional data. Based on the results of analysis, we proposed appropriate marketing methods according to the region. Unlike previous studies on regional characteristics analysis, In this study has academic differentiation in that it performs clustering based on spatial information so that the regions with similar cancellation types on adjacent regions. In addition, there have been few studies considering the regional characteristics in the previous study on the determinants of subscription to high-speed Internet services, In this study, we tried to analyze the relationship between the clusters and the regional characteristics data, assuming that there are different factors depending on the region. In this study, we tried to get more efficient marketing method considering the characteristics of each region in the new subscription and customer management in high-speed internet. As a result of analysis of variance, it was confirmed that there were significant differences in regional characteristics among the clusters, Correlation analysis shows that there is a stronger correlation the clusters than all region. and Regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the cancellation rate and the regional characteristics. As a result, we found that there is a difference in the cancellation rate depending on the regional characteristics, and it is possible to target differentiated marketing each region. As the biggest limitation of this study and it was difficult to obtain enough data to carry out the analyze. In particular, it is difficult to find the variables that represent the regional characteristics in the Dong unit. In other words, most of the data was disclosed to the city rather than the Dong unit, so it was limited to analyze it in detail. The data such as income, card usage information and telecommunications company policies or characteristics that could affect its cause are not available at that time. The most urgent part for a more sophisticated analysis is to obtain the Dong unit data for the regional characteristics. Direction of the next studies be target marketing based on the results. It is also meaningful to analyze the effect of marketing by comparing and analyzing the difference of results before and after target marketing. It is also effective to use clusters based on new subscription data as well as cancellation data.

  • The purpose of this study is to specify the procedures in problem design to employ BPBL and to design problems for learning subject content. The design of problems is crucial for the effectiveness of BPBL. Ineffective PBL problems could affect whether students acquire sufficient domain knowledge, activate appropriate prior knowledge, and properly direct their own learning. The procedures for designing good problems are composed of selection of educational content, figuring out the learner's characteristics, finding problems, setting roles and situations, and writing down problems. Using the procedures, we designed five integration problems covering the content of an Internet marketing subject. We can foster talent needed on a current industrial site with BPBL, not whole-class learning in a Mongolian engineering college. We made a plan for the Internet marketing subject based on BPBL in the Mongolian engineering college, and focused on the process of designing problems.

  • With rapid advances on Interactive technology, and the growing popularity of the Internet, Internet shopping receives considerable attention in both the popular-press and academic journals. The Internet has enormous commercial possibilities. But it is a new and dynamic medium that poses special challenges for marketers. The revolutionary nature of the Internet mandates that established wisdom on consumer marketing along with marketing-mix strategies has to be reexamined and perhaps radically revised. In order to assist marketers in this endeavor it is critical to understand consumers' buying behaviors of Internet shopping. But research in this area still very much its infancy. This study examined previous researches of Internet shopping and developed conceptual framework of Internet shopping modes. Additionally, this study examined empirical investigation of Internet shopping. Preliminary results suggests that there are significant differences in individuals' perceptions of Internet shopping and traditional shopping modes. Various factors influences on consumers' buying behavior on Internet shopping. There are Individuals' factors(personality, lifestyle, prior experience, perceived risk etc), shopping mall factors(trust, vividness, security, promotion, etc), product characteristics(product category, brand, etc), situational factors(time pressure, locational constraints etc), social/cultural factors(Norms, importance of other peoples etc). Additionally, We conducted empirical study of the impact of the Internet on consumer shopping behavior. We gathered consumers' reactions via an open-ended survey using a sample of 90 shoppers. We related the reactions to the factors of consumers' satisfaction or dissatisfaction of the Internet shopping. Consequently, there are many questions regarding factors that might influence Internet shopping. From theoretical and practical perspectives, studies that examine these factors would seem to offer much to the discipline. This paper has attempted th provide insights and direction of future empirical examination of Internet shopping.
