$20\~30$대 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 정보탐색 유용성 및 소비자 만족도 (Usefulness of the 20's and 30's Internet searching and consumer satisfaction for Internet shopping)

  • The purpose of the study was to find out some actual states qualities of consumers using of online mall users, as well as the factors that affect consumer satisfaction. A survey for this research was formed in order to find the consumer group between the ages of 20 and 30 who have experiences shopping online. From August 5th, 2002 to August 24th 2002, 424 were actually used tot this research The major results of the research were as follows. First, out of the people of the ages 20 to 30, the average age of people that actually purchase the online products was 27.7, and most were either office workers or students. Most of these people have purchased more than S products within a year, and won. Furthermore, $71.9\%$ of the payments were made using credit cards. The average days of using the Internet per week was 5.4 days, the average duration of utilization was 4 years, the average hours spent per day was 2 hours and 9 minutes, and the average time spent on searching information was 31 minutes per day. These peoples ability to put Internet to a practical use, their ability to use the information effectively, and the dangers of the Internet have received 3.66, 3.99, and 3.14 points out of the 5-point scale. In addition, the information search using the Internet received 3_44 points, and the consumer satisfaction received a fairly high score of 3.33 points. Second, the information searching factors involving the society and the Interact have showed efficiencies in people that received university education, people that purchase more than 3 products online per year, people that spend more than 100,000 won per year, and the people that make use of the Internet more often. Third, the customer satisfaction on Internet malls was greater in people that purchase more than 3 products, spend more than 100,000 won per year, make effective uses of the Internet, and Dow about the importance of the information search of the Internet. Fourth, the factors that affect customer satisfaction were the effectiveness of the Internet for searching information, the dangers of the Internet, and the hours spent on the Internet. The more uses of the Internet one makes, the less dangers one encounters, and the less one spends time on the internet, the higher ones customer satisfaction is was proven by this research.

청소년의 인터넷 이용에 따른 문제점 인식과 인터넷교육 의사에 관한 연구 -제주지역을 중심으로- (The Perception of Problem of Internet Usage and Willingness of Internet Education among Adolescents on Jeju Island)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of problem of internet usage and the willingness to receive internet education among adolescents on Jeju Island, who are core internet users, and the related variables. The survey was administered to 566 students from elementary and middle schools on Jeju. The data were analyzed by T-test, ANOVA analysis, DMR test and logistic regression analysis. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the adolescents perceived the conflict with family due to the problem of internet usage. Taken as a whole, the perception of a problem due to internet usage was low. Second, the internet-related variables were very important to the perception level of the problem in that there was a significant difference in all sub-spheres according to the internet usage time. Also, the personal-related variables such as gender, age, and personal expenses had a meaningful difference on the perception level of problem. Third, adolescents' willingness to receive internet education was considerably high. The personal-related variables such as gender and school record had a meaningful influence on the willingness of the internet education.

  • Recently, the range of using Internet in business is expanding rapidly. And through Internet, companies are strengthening both their internal efficiency and their external competitive advantage in the market. In recent years, building and managing companies' web sites are becoming unavoidable tasks in business. Such a trend is becoming more imperative in business over the world. There is a great deal of research in progress to study the cases of companies with increasing performance from the use of their Internet web sites. But it is considered that there has not been enough of study in the area of levels of Internet application in business especially in strategic areas and application levels among countries. This research is in the same line of the research that was carried out on such topics in 1999. study in 1999 showed that there are significant differences in the usage levels of Internet in business between countries with long history of using Internet and those who are not. The 1999 study also suggested the model on development stages of Internet usage in business. This study is the continuation of the 1999 research and used two years of data to compare and analyze the trend of the Internet development stages in leading corporations in Korea, U.S.A., and Japan. This study found that there have been significant developments in the ability to use Internet in business in three countries. The differences in Internet usage level in each stage among different countries are compared and analyzed in this study.

인터넷 혼잡제어를 위한 안정적인 큐 관리 알고리즘 (A Stabilized Queue Management Algorithm for Internet Congestion Control)

  • 현재의 인터넷 라우터는 Drop tail 방식으로 큐 안의 패킷을 관리한다. 따라서 네트워크 트래픽의 지수적인 증가로 인해 발생하는 혼잡 상황을 명시적으로 해결 할 수 없다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서는 RED(Random Early Detection) 알고리즘과 같은 능동적인 큐 관리(Active Queue Management)알고리즘을 제시하였다. 하지만 RED 알고리즘은 네트워크 환경에 따른 매개 변수의 설정의 어려움을 가지고 있어 잘못된 매개변수 설정으로 인하여 네트워크 성능을 저하시키는 문제를 발생시키며 전체 망에 불안정한 혼잡제어를 야기 시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 큐 관리 알고리즘을 개선한 SQM(Stabilized Queue Management) 알고리즘을 제안하였다. SQM 알고리즘은 다양한 네트워크 조건에 대해 좋은 성능을 얻을 수 있도록 쉽게 매개 변수설정이 가능하며 불필요한 패킷 패기율을 줄여 효율적으로 혼잡상황을 제어한다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능을 검증하기 위해 기존의 방법과 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 비교하였다.

  • A lot of B2C Internet shopping mall companies are establishing various strategies in order to make a result to be further better than it. But They are experiencing trouble by restriction like manpower or financial issue. Therefore, frying to grasp how an assistance degree of a company In B2C Internet shopping mall success factors affects will be important information in resources distribution of management strategic which is established by B2C Internet shopping mall company to survives in unlimited competition. In this paper, It is purpose to find which is success factors affecting to a finance and the other part of results in B2C Internet shopping mall companies. In order to achieve a study purpose, we make a model by literature study and inquiries and analysis the result data. Consequently for successful B2C Internet shopping mall operation, it needs a assistance of a company fully. But the company which shall get a maximum effect with resources limited is difficult to assistance fully. This study will be used to establish strategies of distribution of resources appropriately for the company which is not fully assist B2C Internet shopping mall operation because of restrictions of manpower, material and finance.

Determinants of Accepting Internet Banking System: A Case Study in Bangladesh

  • Since the service organizations have been moving towards digitization across the world, there is a wide range of technological innovations that have been integrated within the service firms, especially in banking services. As such, Internet banking is one of the innovative services that have reshaped the traditional banking activities, particularly in Bangladesh. In line with this, the research is designed to examine the Internet banking adoption based on five variables: perceived usefulness, perceived ease-of-use, trust, social influence, and perceived enjoyment, and the study also explores differences among respondents on these study variables based on gender and academic disciplines. The study has selected university students as study samples as they are the prospective customers to use Internet banking. Sample size in the research is 300, and a well-designed questionnaire was distributed to collect data. SPSS is used for statistical analysis. The research used ANOVA test to capture any difference on variables based on gender and academic disciplines. The findings indicate that male students in business have more intention to adopt Internet banking and preference for ease-of-use than female students, and business students will be more favorably inclined to adopt Internet banking service than students in other academic disciplines.

  • 점차 인터넷이 다양하고 복잡해지고 사용자의 편리성 요구가 많고 다양해지고 있다. 사용자의 요구를 충족시키기 위해 미래의 인터넷을 어떻게 디자인 하는 것인지 그리고 이동성 관리는 고려되어야 될 메인 이슈중의 하나로 분산 시스템 구조에 방해가 되는 비용 비효율성 결과가 발생한다. 이 논문에서 우리는 미래의 모바일 인터넷 구조에 적용 가능한 새로운 기능-분산 이동성 관리 기술을 제안한다. 더불어 다양한 분석적 기법을 적용하여, 제안한 기능분산 이동성 시스템은 위치 업데이트 비용과 패킷 전송 비용 등의 비용 분석에서 우수한 성능을 보여준다.

  • The Internet has been identified as the worlds fastest growing marketplace with seemingly limitless opportunities for marketing products and services. Logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment. Logistics excellence has become a powerful source of competitive differentiation within diverse marketing offerings of internet firms. The quality of logistics service performance is a key marketing component that helps create customer satisfaction. As the business environment has changed, the operations based definition of logistics service have evolved. The objective of this study is to examine the logistics service quality in internet shopping mall and the impact of logistics service quality on customer satisfaction. The quality factors of logistics service in this study are consist of five quality factor. The survey result is drive from a man experienced in used internet shopping mall. The finding suggest that logistics service quality of five factor had a positive effort on customer satisfaction. Specifically, timeliness had the most consistent positive effort on customer satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this research is to summarize the methodological issues in internet survey and to suggest personalized internet survey system using data mining technique for enhancing the survey quality of internet survey as well as utilizing the benefit of interactive multimedia factors of internet survey. The data mining technique used in this paper is Case Based Reasoning for adopting individual design preference affecting survey quality. For achieving the research purpose, two surveys, pre & post survey, were performed. Pre survey was done for implementing CBR database to find individual index affecting survey quality and post survey was used for measuring the peformance of personalized internet survey system. The result shows that the survey quality of personalized web survey system is better than generalized web survey system.

초고속정보통신망하에서 인터넷서비스만족도에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Influencing Internet Service Satisfaction in the High-Speed Information and Communication Network)

  • A few recent international surveys reported that Korea ranks the top with respect to the high-speed information and communication network subscription per 100 people in the world. Such infrastructure has been bringing about broad changes in Internet service for both business and individual users. By conducting a questionnaire survey on a moderate size of sample proportional to the population of each region across country, we try to analyze what factors might explain the level of Internet service satisfaction with respect to security, searching, and convenience dimensions. According to the test results, several factors such as sex, age, kind of network lines, usage frequency, e-mail usage, e-shopping, online problem experience might explain the different levels of Internet service satisfaction in the high-speed Internet network. This study might shed a guidance to scholars conducting Internet-related studies and practitioners who plan information policies and business strategies.
