금융소비자의 지속사용의도에 영향을 미치는 정적·부적 정서 연구: 인터넷전문은행을 중심으로 (Study about the Positive and Negative Affect on the Continuance Intention of Internet only Bank)

  • 국내 금융산업 혁신 가속화를 위해 도입된 인터넷전문은행은 단기간에 고객 기반을 확보했으나 지속적으로 이용되지 못하고 있다. 금융상품은 동질성이 높기 때문에 상품의 객관적인 특성보다 개인의 주관적인 정서에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 정적 정서와 부적 정서 요인이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증하는 것이다. 선행 연구인 후기수용 모델 및 감정 측정 척도 PANAS를 기반으로 연구 모형을 도출하였고, 사용자 설문 결과를 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 정적 정서는 지속사용의도에 유의한 정의 영향을, 부적 정서는 지속사용의도에 유의한 부의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 인지된 유용성은 부적 정서에 유의한 부의 영향을 미치고, 기대일치는 부적 정서보다 정적 정서에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 점이 발견되었다. 연구 결과에 따라 인터넷전문은행은 사용자의 정적 정서를 강화하고 부적 정서를 최소화하며, 특히 기대일치에 부합하여 정적 정서를 강화함으로써 고객의 지속사용을 유도할 수 있다.

여대생의 인터넷 다이어트 이용실태 및 기대도 분석 (The Trial Status and Expectation Degree on Internet Diet Program by Female University Students)

  • This study was to investigate the trial status of weight control with internet. A survey was carried out by self-questionnaires with 500 female university students in Seoul. The average height, weight, and PIBW(Percentage of Ideal Body Weight) of subjects were 162.2$\pm$4.8cm, 51.9$\pm$6.1kg and 93.7$\pm$11.0%. It appeared that 50.6% of subjects were abnormal range of body weight : in particular 43.4% of the subjects were underweight. While 80.7% of subjects have deeply interested in weight control, 63.4% of them have attempted diet. It showed that 92.9% of subjects used internet, 54.3 % of them knew internet diet site, however only 39 of subjects used internet diet program. Most subjects used internet diet program in order to acquire diet information. According to PIBW, the overweight group is higher frequency of joining internet diet program than the others group. Therefore, education of weight control was needed with internet in abnormal weight group.

SAGE 알고리즘을 이용한 MIMO 채널 파라미터 추정과 분석 (Estimation and Analysis of MIMO Channel Parameters using the SAGE Algorithm)

  • 본 논문은 다중 경로 다중입력 (Multiple-input multiple-output : MIMO) 채널에서 space alternating generalized expectation-maximization(SAGE) 알고리즘을 이용하여 채널 파라미터 추정 성능을 확인한다. 성능을 비교하기 위해 781 대역의 제주도 측정지역에서의 채널 파라미터로부터 시변 채널 환경 채널 파라미터 추정을 SAGE 알고리즘을 통해 추정하고 원본 데이터와 비교한다. 이를 통해 SAGE 알고리즘의 성능을 확인할 수 있으며 일반적인 파라미터 계산보다 SAGE 알고리즘을 통해 추정하는 것이 지연 확산(Delay Spread), 도래각 확산(Arrive of Angular Spread)이 적어 정확 측면에서 성능이 뛰어나고 안정적이다.

  • 본 연구는 플로우(Flow)의 개념이 인터넷이용에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 선행연구와 실증분석을 통하여 파악하였다. 인터넷이 마케팅활동에 주요한 의사소통매체의 도구로써 사용되어감에 따라 인터넷상에서의 효과적인 마케팅활동의 새로운 패러다임을 고려할 필요가 있다는 것을 문제로 제기하고, 제주도의 관광산업을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 관광객들에게 편리하고 빠른 정보매체인 인터넷이 널리 이용될 수 있다면 관광사업자에게는 저렴한 비용과 큰 기대를 가져올 수 있는 좋은 기회가 될 것이다.

${\cdot}$중등교원 정보기술소양의 현수준과 기대수준에 관한 연구 (A Survey on Present Level and Expectation Level of IT Literacy in Korean School Teachers)

  • The purpose of this study was to survey current status of information technology literacy in Korean teachers and to give some suggestions for the preparation of prospective teachers in Korea. To achieve the purpose, data were collected using on- and off-line surveys containing questionnaires developed by the researchers. The survey items were categorized into 11 groups such as operation capability, computer use and communication, word processing, ethics, computer fundamentals, understanding of educational IT, information instruments use, application s/w use, work processing with computer, and internet use capability. Major findings were as follows: (1) Female teachers rated their IT literacy level higher than male teachers. (2) Teachers with longer teaching experience rated their IT literacy level lower than those of shorter experience. (3) There were no signigicant differences among sex, school, job grade of teachers at the present level of literacy, but there were significant differences among sex, age, carreer, job grade, and subject matter at the expectation level except for school grade.

  • Mobile banking service has emerged as an important profit source for both banks and mobile phone service companies. However, the growth of the mobile banking service is behind the expectation of banks and mobile phone companies. One plausible explanation for this laggard diffusion of mobile banking may be the lack of consumers' initial trust on the service. Therefore, this study investigates the critical factors in building trust and intention to use mobile banking services. Our research results show that propensity-to-trust, structural assurance, and relative advantages of services have significant impacts on consumers' initial trust in mobile banking service Furthermore, initial trust in mobile banking service is a critical factor for adopting mobile banking services Contrary to our expectation, however, reputation of banks and mobile phone companies are not significant in attracting consumers to mobile banking services.

  • This study analyzed the influence of experiential marketing factors of 3D printing and Internet services on technology acceptance factors and usage intention. Furthermore, we analyzed how the user's innovativeness shows the effect on the intention to use. Data acquired from a total of 518 college students was used for the final analysis, which was perfromed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The results of this study are as follows. We analyzed the influence of the experiential marketing factors of fashion service utilizing the 3D printing and the Internet of Things on the acceptance of technology and intention to use these technologies. As for 3D printing, first, sensory and behavioral factors are positively related to the acceptance of technology. Second, emotional and cognitive factors have negative effects on all technology acceptance. Third, relational factors did not show a significant influence on several conditions of technology acceptance. Fourth, the effects of technology acceptance on the willingness to use have a positive effect on several conditions factors, except the effort expectation. As for the result concerning the Internet of Things first, behavioral factors have a positive effect on all technology acceptance. Second, emotional factors have a negative effect on all technology acceptance. Third, cognitive factors did not have a significant effect on various conditions and showed negative effects on several factors. Fourth, sensory and relational factors did not affect the acceptance of technology. Fifth, the effects of technology acceptance on the intention to use are affected by several conditions, except for effort expectation. As a result of analyzing the moderating effects of user's innovativeness on the willingness to use, 3D printing did not show any significant effect on innovation. However, the Internet of Things has a significant influence on the user acceptance of technology acceptance.

소비자의 쇼핑 가치와 위험지각 연구 - 인터넷 경매에서 경매 이용자를 중심으로 - (Pursuit of Shopping Value and Risk Perception in Consumers Participating in Internet Auction)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the shopping values(utilitarian and hedonic values) sought and the risks(economic, functional, socio-psychological, and privacy) perceived by consumers who participate in Internet auctions by determining the factors that affect their shopping values and risk perceptions. Empirical data were collected by an Internet survey of netizens who were interested in and had experience in Internet auctions. Questionnaires were distributed to the subjects through an Internet survey site and at an Internet auction cafe. A total of 300 questionnaires were analyzed. The results showed that consumers showed a slightly greater pursuit of a utilitarian value than a hedonic outcome in their Internet auction practices; however the outcomes pursued by consumers in their teens and twenties tended to be more hedonic than utilitarian. Consumers with a higher level of innovation, self-confidence in purchase, and need for information searching showed a greater pursuit of utilitarian and hedonic outcomes. The group of consumers with a higher expectation for legal protection pursued a more utilitarian outcome, whereas the group of consumers with higher influence from the reference group pursued a more hedonic outcome. The consumers showed that they perceived functional risk as boing most serious, followed by privacy risk, economic risk, and socio-psychological risk. Subjects with higher degrees of innovation, self-confidence in purchase and self-control perceived economic risk as critical. Functional risk was perceived to be highest in the group of consumers with self-control and a need for information searching, whereas socio-psychological risk was perceived to be highest in the group of consumers showing more self-control. Privacy risk was perceived to be highest in the group of consumers with a higher degree of innovation and lowest in both groups of higher and lower affection. Both economic and privacy risks were perceived to be lower in the group of lower pursuit of a hedonic outcome.

Analyzing Factors Affecting the Adoption of Cloud Computing: A Case of Turkey

  • Cloud computing is an upcoming technology and emerging concept in the field of information technologies. Companies have begun to invest in cloud computing with the expectation that it will improve their business performances, operations, and processes. However, many companies are not so much aware of the cloud computing, so they can hesitate to adopt this new technology. The aims of the study are analyzing factors affecting the adoption of cloud computing and applying structural equation modeling technique to analyze the important dimensions of the adoption. Concordantly, previous studies are examined and expert interviews are arranged. Based on both our literature review and expert interviews, a model is proposed to measure the adoption of cloud computing. It is obvious that there are scarce researches about cloud computing adoption in the literature. Thus, the originality of the paper lies on that it proposes a research model for cloud computing adoption and it investigates various dimensions of cloud computing adoption in detail.

Movie Marketing by Showbox: How to Promote Dachimawa Lee

  • In the summer of 2008, the movie Dachimawa Lee: Villain, Get on the Express to Hell is waiting for its first release. This movie is based on a short film which was tremendously popular when it was first introduced on the internet in 2000, and the director Ryu Seung Wahn is expecting a mega hit of the movie this summer. Showbox is one of the leading movie distributors in Korea. After a series of blockbuster hits such as Welcome to Dongmakgol, The Host, and The Chaser, Showbox is now in stagnation. Along with sluggish economy in Korea, most of recent movies distributed by them didn't even reach the breakeven. However, expectation on the upcoming movie, Dachimawa Lee, is higher than ever. Marketing department of Showbox has to decide what kind of media channel to choose and which marketing strategy to apply. It needs to make a decision about whether to target the so-called mania group or the general public of much bigger size. In this case study, the distinctiveness of the movie marketing and its process will be discussed. Moreover, the marketing strategies for Dachimawa Lee's success will be examined in the Showbox's point of view.
