액티비티 의존성을 이용한 워크케이스 마이닝 메커니즘 (A Workcase Mining Mechanism using Activity Dependency)

  • 워크플로우 마이닝이란 워크플로우 관리시스템에서 생성되고 실행되어진 비즈니스 프로세스의 인스턴스의 실행경로를 분석하여 새로운 정보론 추출하는 과정을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 빌드타임(Build Time)에 정의된 모델의 실행경로와 런타임(Run Time)에서 실행된 워크케이스의 실행경로를 비교/분석하여 새로운 워크플로우 모델의 제시 또는 작성된 비즈니스 프로세스의 개선을 위한 작업으로서 액티비티(activi쇼) 의존성을 이용한 워크케이스 마이닝에 관하여 기술하겠다. 제안된 워크케이스 마이닝을 위하여 각 액티비티의 의존성을 분석하여 중요경로(Essential Path)를 결정하는 액티비티 의존 넷 알고리즘(Activity-Dependent Net Algorithm)과 워크케이스 실행 정보를 이용하여 중요 경로와 일치여부를 결정하는 실행계열 분석 알고리즘(E-Walk Series Analysis Algorithm)을 제안한다.

A Novel Technique for Human Traffic based Radio Map Updating in Wi-Fi Indoor Positioning Systems

  • With the fast-developing of mobile terminals, positioning techniques based on fingerprinting method draws attention from many researchers even world famous companies. To conquer some shortcomings of the existing fingerprinting systems and further improve its performance, we propose a radio map building and updating technique, which is able to customize the spatial and temporal dependency of radio maps. The method includes indoor propagation and penetration modeling and the analysis of human traffic. Based on the combination of Ray-Tracing Algorithm, Finite-Different Time-Domain and Rough Set Theory, the approach of indoor propagation modeling accurately represents the spatial dependency of the radio map. In terms of temporal dependency, we specifically study the factor of moving people in the interest area. With measurement and statistics, the factor of human traffic is introduced as the temporal updating component. We improve our existing indoor positioning system with the proposed building and updating method, and compare the localization accuracy. The results show that the enhanced system can conquer the influence caused by moving people, and maintain the confidence probability stable during week, which enhance the actual availability and robustness of fingerprinting-based indoor positioning system.

Breast Cancer Classification in Ultrasound Images using Semi-supervised method based on Pseudo-labeling

  • Breast cancer classification using ultrasound, while widely employed, faces challenges due to its relatively low predictive value arising from significant overlap in characteristics between benign and malignant lesions, as well as operator-dependency. To alleviate these challenges and reduce dependency on radiologist interpretation, the implementation of automatic breast cancer classification in ultrasound image can be helpful. To deal with this problem, we propose a semi-supervised deep learning framework for breast cancer classification. In the proposed method, we could achieve reasonable performance utilizing less than 50% of the training data for supervised learning in comparison to when we utilized a 100% labeled dataset for training. Though it requires more modification, this methodology may be able to alleviate the time-consuming annotation burden on radiologists by reducing the number of annotation, contributing to a more efficient and effective breast cancer detection process in ultrasound images.

남자 대학생을 위한 금연프로그램의 효과 - 니코틴 의존도와 자기효능감을 중심으로 - (Effects of Smoking Cessation Program for Male University Students: Perceived Nicotine Dependency and Self-efficacy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of 8 weeks smoking cessation program(SCP) developed by researchers. Method: One group pretest-posttest design was used in this study. The subjects were 88 male university students who consented to participate in the 8 weeks SCP. The SCP in this study consisted of a stop-smoking class, e-mail, SMS(short message service), cellular phone, internet cafe, displayed panel, and patch or acupuncture for quitting smoking. Korean version of questionnaire for nicotine dependency by Ahn et al.(2002), the smoking self-efficacy scale translated by Choi(1999) and subjects' opinion about the SCP were measured. The data were analyzed by using frequency, Chi-Square test, paired t-test and repeated measures ANOVA with SPSS WIN 10.1 Program. Results: 1) The rate of quitting smoking was 31.8% after 8 weeks SCP. 2) There was no significant decrease in the nicotine dependency score among smoking subjects after SCP. 3) There was a significant increase in self-efficacy after SCP. The mean score of self -efficacy in the quitting smoking group increased significantly, but did not significantly change in the smoking group. 4) The stop-smoking class was the most helpful among contents of the SCP. Contents of the SCP except for internet cafe were useful for quitting smoking in this study. Conclusion: The above results indicated that the 8 weeks SCP would be a helpful intervention to quit smoking for male university students.

On Additive Signal Dependent Gaussian Noise Channel Capacity for NOMA in 5G Mobile Communication

  • The fifth generation (5G) mobile communication has been commercialized and the 5G applications, such as the artificial intelligence (AI) and the internet of things (IoT), are deployed all over the world. The 5G new radio (NR) wireless networks are characterized by 100 times more traffic, 1000 times higher system capacity, and 1 ms latency. One of the promising 5G technologies is non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA). In order for the NOMA performance to be improved, sometimes the additive signal-dependent Gaussian noise (ASDGN) channel model is required. However, the channel capacity calculation of such channels is so difficult, that only lower and upper bounds on the capacity of ASDGN channels have been presented. Such difficulties are due to the specific constraints on the dependency. Herein, we provide the capacity of ASDGN channels, by removing the constraints except the dependency. Then we obtain the ASDGN channel capacity, not lower and upper bounds, so that the clear impact of ASDGN can be clarified, compared to additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN). It is shown that the ASDGN channel capacity is greater than the AWGN channel capacity, for the high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). We also apply the analytical results to the NOMA scheme to verify the superiority of ASDGN channels.

An Evidence Retraction Scheme on Evidence Dependency Network

  • In this paper, we present an algorithm for adjusting degree of belief for consistency on the evidence dependency network where various sets of evidence support different sets of hypotheses. It is common for experts to assign higher degree of belief to a hypothesis when there is more evidence over the hypothesis. Human expert without knowledge of uncertainty handling may not be able to cope with how evidence is combined to produce the anticipated belief value. Belief in a hypothesis changes as a series of evidence is known to be true. In non-monotonic reasoning environments, the belief retraction method is needed to clearly deal with uncertain situations. We create evidence dependency network from rules and apply the evidence retraction algorithm to refine belief values on the hypothesis set. We also introduce negative belief values to reflect the reverse effect of evidence combination.

중소기업 인터넷마케팅 도입 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing SMEs' internet marketing Adoption)

  • 본 연구는 국내 중소기업을 대상으로 인터넷마케팅의 전략적 고려와 도입의도 형성에 관여하는 요인을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 혁신확산이론과 선행연구에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통하여 변수의 선정을 거쳤으며, 각 변수의 영향력을 확인하기 위한 목적으로 실증적 분석을 실시하였다. 설문조사를 통해 최종적으로 135개 기업들의 자료가 확보되었고 이들 자료들이 실증분석에 사용되었다. 실증분석 결과 경쟁강도, 거래처의존도, 인터넷마케팅 지식수준, 인터넷마케팅 경험수준은 두 개의 종속변수인 인터넷마케팅 전략적 고려 및 도입의도에 모두 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 학습몰입은 인터넷마케팅 전략적 고려에만 부의 영향력을, 환경동태성은 인터넷마케팅 도입의도에만 부의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 실증분석을 종합적으로 본 결과 현재의 중소기업들은 치열한 경쟁을 완화할 수 있는 수단으로 인터넷마케팅 도입을 고려하며, 인터넷마케팅의 지식이나 경험 수준 등이 중요한 영향요인으로 나타남으로서 사전적으로 그런 지식과 경험을 가진 기업들이 그 효과성에 대한 인식이나 접근성이 더 높은 것으로 해석된다. 인터넷마케팅 지식과 경험 수준이 모든 종속변수에 매우 유의한 관련성을 보이는 것으로 나타나서 사후적으로 세부적인 인터넷마케팅 각 수단들의 지식이나 경험 수준과 종속변수들간의 관련성을 상관분석에 의해 더 심도있게 분석하고 그에 따른 결과들도 논의하였다. 본 연구는 종합적으로 인터넷마케팅 도입에 영향을 주는 변수들을 파악하고자 하였다는 점에서 가장 기본적인 의의가 있으며, 좀 더 실무적으로 의미 있는 연구방법 등을 통해 시사점을 얻고자 하였다는 점에서 의미를 찾을 수 있었다.

대학생의 인터넷중독 유발 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the factors inducing internet addiction of college students)

  • 인터넷 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 일상생활에서 편리해진 점은 많이 있으나 여러 가지 사회문제를 야기하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학생의 과다한 인터넷 사용이 인터넷의존성과 대인관계에 영향을 미치고, 결국에는 자기통제능력을 상실하고 일상생활에 지장을 주는 인터넷중독에 이르게 되는 관계를 밝힌다. 인터넷 사용빈도가 높을수록 인터넷의존성, 대인관계 및 인터넷중독 정도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 인터넷의존성이 클수록 대인관계에 문제가 있고, 인터넷중독 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났고 대인관계에 문제가 있을수록 인터넷중독 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다.

슈퍼스칼라 프로세서에서 명령 윈도우 크기에 따른 혼합형 값 예측기 (Hybrid Value Predictor in Wide-Issue Superscalar Processor)

  • 본 논문에서는 슈퍼스칼라에서 윈도우 크기에 따른 명령 페치율에 따라 혼합형 값 예측기의 성능을 평가한다. 일반적으로, 명령의 데이터 의존성은 명령의 페치수에 따라 증가된다. 그러므로, 명령 페치율이 증가할 때 값 예측기의 성능이 높다고 본다. 이러한 성능은 명령 페치 메카니즘인 컬랩싱 버퍼와 트레이스 캐쉬로 연구한다. 실험결과는 명령 윈도우 크기에 따른 명령 페치율 증가와 혼합형에서 non-tc 와 tc을 적용한 IPC와 예측률의 값 예측기의 성능 효과를 평가한다.

Exact Error Rate of Dual-Channel Receiver with Remote Antenna Unit Selection in Multicell Networks

  • The error rate performance of circularly distributed antenna system is studied over Nakagami-m fading channels, where a dual-channel receiver is employed for the quadrature phase shift keying signals detection. To mitigate the Co-Channel Interference (CCI) caused by the adjacent cells and to save the transmit power, this work presents remote antenna unit selection transmission based on the best channel quality and the maximized path-loss, respectively. The commonly used Gaussian and Q-function approximation method in which the CCI and the noise are assumed to be Gaussian distributed fails to depict the precise system performance according to the central limit theory. To this end, this work treats the CCI as a random variable with random variance. Since the in-phase and the quadrature components of the CCI are correlated over Nakagami-m fading channels, the dependency between the in-phase and the quadrature components is also considered for the error rate analysis. For the special case of Rayleigh fading in which the dependency between the in-phase and the quadrature components can be ignored, the closed-form error rate expressions are derived. Numerical results validate the accuracy of the theoretical analysis, and a comparison among different transmission schemes is also performed.
