This paper is about a system development which control and monitor a PLC of the remote-distance through the Internet using the web-browser. In general, the PLC uses its own communication protocol of PLC Manufacture. It is actually impossible to be used through the Internet, because the PLC communication protocol is basically developed to be suitable for short-distance. Therefore, what we need is a transformation system which can convert the PLC communication protocol into the form which can connect to the Internet. In that sense, this paper is that about remote-control method through the WWW ( World Wide Web ). This system have three characteristics. First, it is possible to connect the Internet directly irrespective of CPU, Operating system and browser. Second, it is easy for user to access and treat. Third, it needs only HTML to operate without java or plug-in expansion. In this paper, we will introduce the monitoring and control system of PLC on the Linux with the Apache web-server.

The purpose of this study is to investigate Nest Labs (Nest)'s business strategy. The activities based on strategic choices for monetizing connected product are investigated. Nest's capacity and functionality is to offer a seamless integration of devices, platforms, and services and the "Works with Nest" offers an ecosystem fulfilling the needs of different partners. For monetizing customer data, Nest provides a seamless customer experience supported by product incentives. Nest introduces open APIs to connect its connected products to the wider Internet of things (IoT) and open to "If This, Then That." The Nest app controls them from one single place. Nest partners with 32 energy providers as of 2017 and they provide energy from renewable and non-renewable energy sources. Nest also creates a sales channels in direct and indirect route and expands is business model to other industries such as home-rental service, 'AirBnB' to help consumers become more energy-efficient at home.

Sensors collect information for Internet of Things (IoT)-based services. However, indoor construction sites have a poor communication environment and many interfering elements that make it difficult to collect sensor information. In this study, a network was constructed between a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)-based IoT device based on a serverless IoT framework and a router. This experimental environment was applied to large- and small-scale indoor construction sites. Experiments were performed to test the communication performance of BLE-based IoT devices and routers at indoor construction sites. An analysis of the received signal strength indication (RSSI) graph patterns collected from the communication between the BLE-based IoT devices and routers for different testbed site situation revealed areas with good communication performance and poor communication performance due to interfering factors. The results confirmed that structural components of the building as well as the materials, equipment, and temporary facilities used in indoor construction interfere with the communication performance. Construction project managers will require improved technical knowledge of IoT, such as optimizing the router placement and matching communication between the router and workers, to improve the communication performance for large-scale indoor construction.

Robot control involves advance programming, scientific and high technology. The systematic and methodological aspects of robot controls often results in having superficial control design problems that can negatively affect the robot application, usability and appeal. User friendly interface of robot control is extremely advantageous and more attractive. To illustrate, the application of medical robot is usually handled by clients who have little background in advance programming language. Thus, it would be difficult if the client needs to use programming language to control the robot. It would justify better if the robot control is presented in a meaningful interface to the client. This way the robot application would be more natural and user friendly. This paper describes the method of developing the user interface for web based communication to control an internet robot named Tarou. The web based communication tasks involves three levels. The first one accommodates on the client sending commands to robot through the internet. The next communication level relates to the robot receiving the commands sent by the client. The final communication level generates on sending feedback on status of commands by the robot to the client. The methodology used here can be elaborated in four hierarchical steps; identify user needs and robot tasks, identify the enhancing tag reference used by the server, induce the tag into HTML, present the HTML in attractive user interface as the client control panel.

본 연구는 인터넷환경하에서 콘텐츠의 정보속성과 인터넷이용자들의 커뮤니케이션과정과의 관계를 고찰하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 인터넷환경하에서 콘텐츠의 정보속성이 인터넷 이용자들의 커뮤니케이션을 통해서 어떻게 사회적 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 이용자들간의 사회적 영향이 구전활동과 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 살펴보고자 한다. 실증연구 결과 정보속성 가운데, 이해용이성, 관련성, 새로움은 인터넷이용자들간의 상호간의 커뮤니케이션에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 확인할 수 있었고, 인터넷이용자들간의 커뮤니케이션은 이용자들의 내재화와 동조에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주는 인과관계가 나타났다. 마지막으로 사회적 영향인 내재화와 동조는 인터넷이용자들의 구전활동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과를 보여주었다.

사물인터넷은 1999년 MIT의 Auto ID Center 소장인 케빈 에쉬튼(Kevin Ashton)이 처음 사용한 용어로, 사물이 인터넷과 연결되는 것을 의미한다. 무선 네트워크 중 하나인 블루투스는 1994년 에릭슨이 최초로 개발한 개인 근거리 무선 통신을 위한 산업 표준으로 개발된 기술이며, 라즈베리파이에 블루투스가 내장되어 있어 무선 네트워크가 가능하다. 본 논문은 라즈베리파이3 B+에 내장된 블루투스에서 시리얼 통신을 구현하여 사물인터넷용 모듈을 구현하고 있다. 라즈베리끼리는 블루투스 통신이 불가능한 문제점이 있어, 디스커버리 기능을 활성화하고 시리얼 통신을 추가하여 통신 연동에 성공하였다.

Internet banner advertisement has become recognized as an important media, and its influence has been increasing. The merits of Internet banner advertisement are diversity and consumer immersion. Especially, by using various types and visual expression methods, the automobile Internet banner advertisement has evolved into what attracts curiosity and interest of potential consumers. Thus, to find efficient communication method for automobile Internet banner advertisement, this study, by comprehensively analyzing various advertisement methods in previous researches, suggested an advertisement type and a visual expression method suitable to automobile Internet banner advertisement. Four types of automobile Internet banner advertisement are production form, production purpose, expression form, and advertisement area. Four visual expression methods are action form, image, change form, and moving form. And, through case analysis, this study also examined the value of the newly suggested method.

One of the representative side effects in current information and knowledge society is internet addiction. Nowadays single-parent families become popular due to various reasons such as increasing divorce ratio and government supports for single-parent family. National research works showed that internet addiction ratio of single-parent family children is higher than that of children of intact families. The research purpose of this paper is to investigate correlation between internet addiction and parent types. For this purpose, extensive and national survey works of NIA(National Information Society Agency of Korea) are collected and analyzed. Based on statistical analysis work, it is concluded that there is no meaningful correlation between internet addiction and parent types.

The existing remote control system have some inherent disadvantage of direct control in the limit range. In some special cases, for example, a power apparatus, an unmanned factory, a nuclear factory, a security management system, the tele-operation is needed to control remote robot without limit space. This field is based on the Internet communication. Because the Internet is constructed all over the world. And it is possible that we control remote mobile robot in the long distance. In this paper, we developed a remote control system. This system is divided into two primary parts. These are local site and remote site. There are the moving robot and web server in the remote site and there is the robot control device in local site. The moving robot is moved by two stepper motors and the robot control device consists of SA-1100 micro controller and embedded Linux. And this controller is an embedded system. Public personal computer which is connected the Internet is used for the web server. The web server provides the mobile robot control interface program to the remote controller and captures the image for feedback information. In the whole system, a robot control device is connected with moving robot and web server through the Internet. So the operator can control the moving robot in the distance through the Internet.

유비쿼터스시대 컴퓨터 인터넷 이용자는 웹상에서 제공하는 특성들에 따라 상거래 사이트에 대한 만족정도가 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 구매 사이트에서 S/W(소프트웨어)를 구매해 본 경험이 있는 20세 이상의 일반인을 대상으로 2009년 3월 1일부터 2009년 3월 30일 까지 한 달 동안 개별면접 및 인터넷 전자우편을 통한 설문조사를 실시하여, 인터넷 이용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 특성 요인을 파악하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 본 논문에서는 소비자가 전문쇼핑몰의 어떤 특성에 관심이 있는지와 기업의 어떤 노력이 필요한지를 살펴봄으로써 이용자만족에 효과를 높일 수 있는 방법을 모색하고 인터넷 쇼핑몰 소비 전략의 시사점을 제공한다.
