웹사이트 사용성 요인이 인터넷서점의 고객 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Web Site Usability on the Revisiting Intention of Customers in Internet Book Stores)

  • The purpose of this study id to examine the effect of Web site usability on the revisiting intention of customers in Internet book stores. The Web site usability construct consists of the factors such as contents, design, navigation, and interactivity. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model was established and it suggests that the usabililty effect the revisiting intention of online customers in Internet book stores. The results of the study show that contents, navigation, and interactivity has statistically significant effect on revisiting intention of Internet customers and this effect is mediated by perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. This research confirms the importance of usability construct in designing web sites and understanding the use of web sites. Implications of these findings are discussed for researchers and practitioners.

인터넷 비즈니스 웹사이트 모델별 평가모형의 적용 (The Application of the Evaluation Models Towards the Internet Business Web Site Model)

  • In the web environment for general information seeking and business-to-customer and business-to-business electronic commerce, users are customers. Understanding their expectations and how they feel about the web sites they use is becoming a very serious concern. While the success of a company or an organization is dependent on many factors, its web site plays a central role. This paper described the use of WebQual2.0 to evaluate the various web sites of B2B and B2C. WebQual2.0 has been extended and refined to encompass an interaction-quality literature. Furthermore, this paper described the use of Kano model to evaluate the various web sites which classified by internet business types. The result showed that the inherent characteristics of B2B and B2C web site should be considered in initial site construction. Further, customers in a web domain do not regard all quality factors as equally important and the rankings of important quality factors differ from one web domain to another. This study was focused on the identifying the weights of web quality factors according to the each web site of the internet business types.

Evaluation of Atopy Dermatitis Information on the Internet in Korea

  • The internet is closely related to the lives of modern people in the 21st Century. Exchanging information with others over the internet in any place through is possible nowadays and such exchanging information has been developed at rapid speed also in the areas of medical care. The internet is an important and rapidly-evolving source of health-related information, and many patients with atopy dermatitis attempt to find information from the internet. This study was performed to investigate the current information available in atopy dermatitis on the internet in Korea. We chose three portal sites and two network communities to analyze the information in which the topic of 'atopy' could be found. Among the 2,024 web sites and 5,613 network communities, 98.2% of the web sites and 71.7% of the communities were related products or service advertisements, and some of them provided incorrect of exaggerated information. There were only 42 web sites and 75 available communities with genuine information, and most of these also presented unattested treatment methods, including alternative therapies. It is quite understandable that patients with atopy dermatitis want to seek information related to their disease and the internet has the potential to be a useful source of information. However, there are no regulations to control the accuracy and quality of information on the internet. We should take an active role in identifying the accuracy and evaluating the quality.

로컬 웹사이트의 탐색전략과 웹사이트 유형분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Crawling and Classification Strategy for Local Website)

  • Since the World-Wide Web (WWW) has become a major channel for information delivery, information overload also has become a serious problem to the Internet users. Therefore, effective information searching is critical to the success of Internet services. We present an integrated search engine for searching relevant web pages on the WWW in a certain Internet domain. It supports a local search on the web sites. The spider obtains all of the web pages from the web sites through web links. It operates autonomously without any human supervision. We developed state transition diagram to control navigation and analyze link structure of each web site. We have implemented an integrated local search engine and it shows that a higher satisfaction is obtained. From the user evaluation, we also find that higher precision is obtained.

  • 인터넷과 웹을 전략적으로 이용하는 기업들이 기하급수적으로 증가하면서, 많은 기업들이 웹 사이트를 구축하여 운영하고 있다. 그러나 아직도 대부분의 기업들은 이를 충분히 활용하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 훌륭한 웹사이트를 구축했다 할지라도, 웹사이트가 사용자의 니즈를 충족시키지 못하고 사용자들이 웹사이트에 흥미를 느끼지 못한다면 웹사이트의 효과는 줄어들 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 측면에서 사용자의 관점에서 본 웹 사이트의 동기유발 효과에 대하여 연구하였으며, 업종별 웹사이트 평가는 WebMAC Business에서 제공하는 흥미적 요인, 의미적 요인, 구조적 요인, 사용용이성 요인으로 사용자의 모티베이션을 측정하였다. 결과적으로, 이들 4가지 요인들은 업종별로 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 금융업, 인터넷 기업, 소매업에 비해 제조업은 상대적으로 웹 사이트의 모티베이션이 낮게 평가되었다.

웹 페이지 비교통합 기반의 정보 수집 시스템 설계 및 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on Design and Development of Web Information Collection System Based Compare and Merge Method)

  • Recently, the quantity of information that is accessible from the Internet is being dramatically increased. Searching the Web for useful information has therefore become increasingly difficult. Thus, much research has been done on web robots which perform internet information filtering based on user interest. If a web site which users want to visit is found, its content is searched by following the searching list or Web sites links in order. This search process takes a long time according as the number of page or site increases so that its performance need to be improved. In order to minimize unnecessary search with web robots, this paper proposes an efficient information collection system based on compare and merge method. In the proposed system, a web robot initially collects information from web sites which users register. From the next visit to the web sites, the web robot compares what it collected with what the web sites have currently. If they are different, the web robot updates what it collected. Only updated web page information is classified according to subject and provided to users so that users can access the updated information quickly.

인테리어 디자인 관련 웹 사이트의 내용분석 및 평가에 관한 연구 (The Analysis of Contents and Evaluation on the Interior Design in Web-sites)

  • Currently, obtaining information about the interior design studies through the internet web sites is one of the outstanding mediums. Those are of the housings, architecture, interior design, furniture products, hotels and its journals, etc., and out of all those informations are the highly expected value of use. This study focuses on web-site uses in the interior designs' business. To process the study, a two-step research was executed; The step 1 was to find out the current status of web-sites by asking the each panelist to submit the monitored results after having searched and tested for more than two sites that was executed during the October, 2001. The analysis was made with the 47 sample sites selected from the monitored sites. And the step 2 was to find out the contents and evaluation factors of web-sites related the interior design. The results of the study are summarized as follows: First, the monitored Intoner design related 25 web-sites were classified into 3 groups. One group of 13 sites is identified as a remodeling/construction works, and one another with 7 sites is as shopping site, and the other with 5 sites is as a professional portal site. Second, the evaluation has been implemented which has shown 5 variables on the information searches are $\circled1$ the diversities of contents, $\circled2$ the accuracy/reliability of techniques, $\circled3$ the design of a picture and communication, $\circled4$ the convenience of link, and $\circled5$ the originality of web-site This study will provide the users with a fundamental material in evaluating the quality of interior design information on the internet web sites.

EMFG를 이용한 웹사이트의 동적 인터페이스 표현 (The Dynamic Interface Representation of Web Sites using EMFG)

  • 웹사이트의 구조를 표현하고 설계하는 일반적인 방법으로 스토리보드나 사이트 맵 또는 플로우 차트 등을 사용하거나 또는 이들을 조합하여 사용하는 방법이 있다. 그러나 이들은 웹사이트의 전체 구조를 표현하기 어렵고 웹페이지 간의 세부적인 흐름 관계를 표현하기에 부적절한 면이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 다소 해결하기 위하여 EMFG(Extended Mark Flow Graph)를 이용하여 웹사이트를 표현하고 설계하려는 연구가 진행되었다. 그런데 이러한 기존의 연구는 웹사이트의 정적인 부분들을 대부분 표현하였기 때문에 동적인 웹사이트의 인터페이스를 표현하고 설계하기에는 부족한 점이 있다. 그리고 현재 인터넷의 생활화가 가속화되어 감에 따라 웹사이트의 구조가 더욱 다양하고 복잡하게 되었을 뿐 아니라 인터페이스도 많은 부분에서 동적인 부분을 포함하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 EMFG를 사용하여 복잡하고 다양한 웹사이트의 구조뿐만 아니라 동적인 인터페이스 - 예를 들어, 시간에 따라 변하는 페이지 구조 또는 마우스 동작에 따라 변하는 페이지 상태나 구조 등 - 를 표현하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 연구가 웹사이트를 설계하는데 많은 도움이 되고, 웹사이트의 유지보수에도 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

토픽 분석을 활용한 웹 카테고리별 방문자 관심 이슈 식별 방안 (Identifying the Interests of Web Category Visitors Using Topic Analysis)

  • With the advent of smart devices, users are able to connect to each other through the Internet without the constraints of time and space. Because the Internet has become increasingly important to users in their everyday lives, reliance on it has grown. As a result, the number of web sites constantly increases and the competition between these sites becomes more intense. Even those sites that operate successfully struggle to establish new strategies for customer retention and customer development in order to survive. Many companies use various customer information in order to establish marketing strategies based on customer group segmentation A method commonly used to determine the customer groups of individual sites is to infer customer characteristics based on the customers' demographic information. However, such information cannot sufficiently represent the real characteristics of customers. For example, users who have similar demographic characteristics could nonetheless have different interests and, therefore, different buying needs. Hence, in this study, customers' interests are first identified through an analysis of their Internet news inquiry records. This information is then integrated in order to identify each web category. The study then analyzes the possibilities for the practical use of the proposed methodology through its application to actual Internet news inquiry records and web site browsing histories.

인터넷을 통한 인테리어 관련 웹사이트들의 정보실태 조사 (A Status Report on Interior Design-Related Websites)

  • 실내디자인 분야에서는 정보사회화에 대응하여 인터넷의 장점을 살리고자 하는 노력이 빠른 속도로 증가하고 있으며, 전자상거래에 대한 움직임도 보여지고 있다. 그러나 아직 인터넷의 장점을 최대한 살려 체계적으로 웹사이트를 구축하여 운영하고 있는 곳은 많지 않은 실정이며, 대부분이 평면적인 자사 홍보에만 치중하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 인테리어 관련 사이트들의 인터넷 활용 현황을 구체적으로 살펴보고, 이들 웹사이트의 컨텐츠와 솔루션을 분석을 통해 현재 상황의 문제점을 진단해 봄으로써 향후 실내디자인 분야의 인터넷 환경구축을 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다. 본 연구는 문헌고찰과 주요 인터넷 웹사이트 검색엔진을 이용하여 인테리어 관련 회사들의 홈페이지와 더불어 인테리어 관련 정보를 제공하는 사이트들을 검색하였다. 이들 조사된 인터넷 사이트들을 분석하기 위하여 그 사이트들에서 공급하는 컨텐츠의 내용분석과 서비스 제공에 관련된 솔루션을 검토하였으며, 인터넷상에서 전자상거래를 실시하는 경우에는 그 비즈니스 모형을 조사하였다.
