케이뱅크와 카카오뱅크 이용자들의 만족도와 지속 사용 의도의 결정 요인 (Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention of Internet-only Banks)

  • Internet-based financial services are being increasingly integrated into consumers' daily lives. Internet-only banks have emerged as a powerful tool accelerating financial inclusion. This study investigates the satisfaction and continuous use intention predictors for Internet-only banks. We employed an extended post-acceptance model and used six antecedent factors that included perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, privacy risk, functional risk, subjective norms, and network externality. All 351 participants used Internet-only banks and were 20-40 years of age. A self-administration online survey was conducted. SPSS 23.0 analyzed the frequency, description, and multiple regression analysis. The results of current study are as follows. The education, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and network externality positively influenced the satisfaction of Internet-only banks. Privacy risk negatively influenced satisfaction with Internet-only banks. Perceived ease of use, subjective norm, network externality, and satisfaction positively influenced the continuous use intention of Internet-only banks. The results of our study provide a better explanation of important factors that could enhance the understanding of satisfaction and continuous use intention for Internet-only banks. Furthermore, this study extends the antecedent variables to the knowledge of financial services and enlarges the understanding of users' post-adoption behaviors.

Bio-inspired Load Balancing Routing for Delay-Guaranteed Services in Ever-Changing Networks

  • We consider a new load balancing routing for delay-guaranteed services in the network in which the traffic is dynamic and network topologies frequently change. For such an ever-changing network, we propose a new online load balancing routing called AntLBR, which exploits the ant colony optimization method. Generally, to achieve load balancing, researchers have tried to calculate the traffic split ratio by solving a complicated linear programming (LP) problem under the static network environment. In contrast, the proposed AntLBR does not make any attempt to solve this complicated LP problem. So as to achieve load balancing, AntLBR simply forwards incoming flows by referring to the amount of pheromone trails. Simulation results indicate that the AntLBR algorithm achieves a more load-balanced network under the changing network environment than techniques used in previous research while guaranteeing the requirements of delay-guaranteed services.

  • This research Investigates the determinants of customer Intention to participate In Internet auction. Based on technology acceptance and trust related studies, our research proposes a theoretical model consisting of factors such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, institution based trust, beliefs on sellers, trusting beliefs, and participation Intention. For examining the relationships implied by the research model, a field study using a survey methodology for data collection was conducted. The data were analyzed using AMOS based on the structural equation modeling, a second-generation multivariate technique, which has gained distinct advantages over other technique. After some model modification according to model generating strategy approach, this study shows that trusting beliefs have significant effects on the participating intention in Internet auction site. In conclusion, Implications are discussed along with limitations and further research direction.

인터넷 상점에 대한 여성고객의 신뢰와 서비스 품질$\cdot$고객 충성도 간의 관계 (Female Customers' Trust on Internet Stores and its Relationships with Service Quality and Loyalty)

  • Female customers form a major customer group for Internet shopping and their trust on Internet stores seems to be significantly related with their transactions. This paper focuses on female customers' trust on Internet stores, hypothesizing that online service quality has a positive impact on trust and that trust, in turn, together with service quality has a positive effect on loyalty. We investigate trust from three dimensions(benevolence, integrity, and ability) and at the same time, unlike existing research, treat service quality to have five dimensions (intangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) as known in SERVQUAL(Parasuraman et al., 1988). Survey data is obtained from the female college student sample. Our research model is justified in terms of construct validity, internal consistency, and goodness of fit. Research hypotheses are tested using SEM(Structural Equation Modeling). The results are as follows: First, assurance and empathy dimensions of service quality have significant impacts on benevolence/integrity dimension of trust. Second, out of the five service quality dimensions, only assurance has a positive effect on ability dimension of trust. Third, assurance dimension of service quality and ability dimension of trust are positively related with customer loyalty. The most important factors for female customers' loyalty are found to be assurance(service quality) and ability(trust). The significance of assurance is in line with findings from existing research. But its relationship with the trust dimensions is uncovered in this research, and the only dimension that impacts on ability is assurance. We find that female customers build trust about internet stores based on their ability rather than on their benevolence/integrity and that the female customers' perception on the internet stores' ability can be improved by higher service quality from the aspect of assurance. Importantly enough, these findings offer practical guidelines to Internet stores to boost female customers' loyalty.

  • 본 연구는 최근 인터넷쇼핑몰 쇼핑의 폭발적 활용과 성장에 따라 국내 온라인 기업들에게 현재 및 미래의 중요한 시장으로 떠오르는 B2C 거래의 성공적으로 이끌기 위해 필요한 마케팅정보를 제공하고자 하는데 있다. 따라서 인터넷쇼핑몰 B2C 거래자의 I-VALS 군집분류를 탐색적으로 파악하였다. 이는 이러한 결과는 인터넷쇼핑몰에서 구매한 사이버소비자 집단의 구성원의 생활의식과 행동에 어떤 영향을 미치고 그 결과로 라이프스타일과 소비자행동에 어떠한 관계를 갖는가를 파악함으로써 시장세분화에 체계적으로 접근할 수 있는 프레임웍(framework)을 제공해 줄 것이다.

인터넷 관련 규제정책 연구의 동향분석 (A Meta-Analysis of Internet-Related Policy Research in Communication)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인터넷 관련 규제정책 연구의 개괄적인 흐름을 파악하여 연구동향을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2000년부터 2009년까지 국내 커뮤니케이션학 분야의 학술지에 발표된 관련 연구들을 메타분석하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 인터넷 규제정책 연구는 미디어 연구발전모델에서 비추어 볼 때 모든 영역에 적절하게 분포되거나 유형화되지 않고 거의 4영역에 편중되어 있으며 인터넷 관련 개념 확장 논의에 치중한 것으로 나타났다. 동원한 연구방법은 질적인 방법 중 문헌고찰과 판례 및 법제 자료분석에 의존하고 있어 주로 탐색적 연구에 치중한 경향이 있으며 거의 이론을 도입하지 않는 것으로 조사되었다. 논의된 세부적 주제는 표현의 자유, 프라이버시 및 명예훼손, 음란물, 저작권, 유해정보, 청소년보호를 포함한 내용규제에 집중되었으며 사업규제에 관한 연구는 10% 미만으로 상대적으로 저조하였다. 또한 국내 인터넷 규제정책 연구는 법 제도 분석에 주력하여 사회문화 영역과 인터넷 관련 전반적인 사항을 주로 다룬 반면 특정 서비스에 대한 개별적인 논의는 미비하였다.

인터넷활용과 노인의 삶의 질과의 관계 (Research on Relationships between Internet Use and the Elderly's Life Quality)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 인터넷활용이 생활변화, 고독감, 자존감 요인과 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과 노인들의 고독감이 인터넷 활용과 일련의 관계성을 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 즉 연구 초기 기초모형에서는 기존 연구와 마찬가지로 인터넷의 활용이 노인들의 고독감을 완화시킬 것이라는 가설을 제시하였지만, 최종분석의 결과 오히려 노인들의 고독감이 노인들로 하여금 인터넷을 활용하게 하는 동기로 작용할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 노인들은 자존감이 높을수록 삶의 질에 높은 만족도를 보여주는 것으로 분석되었으며, 인터넷의 활용이 자존감 향상에 큰 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 최종모형의 추정결과 인터넷 활용에 기인한 생활변화 요인이 자존감 향상에 미치는 영향강도가 여타 변인들보다 매우 강하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 노인들의 삶의 질 향상을 위해서는 노인의 자존감을 높여야 하며, 이러한 자존감 향상을 위해 인터넷 매체를 활용케 하는 것이 큰 효과를 가져 올 수 있을 것이다.

전자민주주의 매체의 효과 분석 (An Analysis of the Media Effectiveness for Electronic Democracy)

  • little attention has been given to the analysis of electronic democracy media, although electronic democracy, if adopted in Korea, is expected to enhance the quality of the political culture to a large extent. This research is to compare electronic democracy media, such as Internet, cable TV, teleconferencing, fax, and ARS and suggest recommendations on the successful Introduction strategy of electronic democracy in Korea. The analysis of collected data yields research findings, such as the fact that internet will be the most effective medium and a strategy for popularizing internet needes to be developed in advance.

Lane Adaptive Recovery for Multiple Lane Faults in Optical Ethernet Link

  • We propose a lane adaptive recovery scheme for multiple lane faults in a multi-lane-based Ethernet link. In our scheme, when lane faults occur in a link, they are processed not as full link faults but as partial link faults. Our scheme provides a higher link utilization and lower packet loss rate by reusing the available lanes of the link and providing a low recovery time of under a microsecond.
