In response to the recent decline in the school-age population, universities have made attracting foreign students a major policy task for universities. As a result, the number of foreign students increased rapidly in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality, the risk is inevitable. Accordingly, the government presented education and internationalization competency certification system indicators on the basis of which quality control of students was systematized. Based on the above certification system, this study focused on analyzing the multiple factors that are actually given to the academic adaptation (performance) of the 2200 students who entered a certain university. In addition, factors other than the certification system index were discovered to comprehensively track how they affect the academic performance of students studying abroad. The researcher found the multi-reciprocal model analysis showed that the difference between the learner and the moderator was significant, and whether or not they had the Korean proficiency test (TOPIK) was significant. It also said that it could have a direct impact on Chinese University Entrance Exams (高考) are significant. If a model that is very effective in selecting students is established by each university and used as an indicator through this study, it will serve as a basis for efficient selection of students.

Electrical product safety certification is for public safety. Korea electrical safety certification (KC) is being tested and certified on the base of Korean electrical appliance safety act and KC scheme. There are operating system and Electrical safety standards in the KC scheme. KC' operating system was adapted from japan operating system of Japan certification scheme. But KC certification' electrical safety standard was adapted from IEC standards of IECEE CB scheme. So There are many problems such as difference of version between KC standards and IEC standards, discrepancy between operating system and standards. Therefore, This paper analyzed the reason of discrepancy and proposed the improved KC certification operating system in order to reduce cost and to save time in the procedure of issuing KC approval for public safety in using electrical products and also for global competence.

The purpose of this study is to present the internationalization of South Korea's aircraft maintenance certificate for mutual recognition of aircraft maintenance license qualifications among various countries in preparation for an internationalization of the work conducted by the aviation industry. To achieve this objective, this study reviews the aircraft maintenance license training system and compares the standards for aircraft maintenance certification established by the Convention on International Civil Aviation with the standards for issuing domestic aircraft maintenance licenses. This comparative analysis shows that the domestic curriculum of aircraft maintenance licenses differs from international standards. As a result of this study, an improvement plan of the education content was proposed to enable the licensing qualifications of domestic aircraft maintenance licenses to be mutually recognized among different countries.

The production, processing, sale and service of food materials are not subject to attainment via a single country. In accordance with internationalization of the world, issues related to food safety have emerged as critical international concerns and they are closely associated with the health and interest of domestic consumers, producers, manufacturers, and distributors. As a third party certification standards, ISO 22000 is in progress International Organization for Standardization(ISO) and the Draft International Standard(DIS) has already been presented on December 2004. The purpose of this study is to analyze the international standards, guidelines and legislation in regard of Food Safety Management System(FSMS) including ISO 9001, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point(HACCP) and Product Liability(PL) so as to present Korean-model Food Safety Management System requirements and system establishment model.

연구목적: 안전인증 생태계 주체별 의견 유형화를 통하여 제도 운영상의 취약점을 확인하고 미래 변동성에 대하여 안전인증제도가 빠른 회복력을 가질 수 있도록 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법: 문헌조사 및 자료 분석을 통해 국내·외 유사 안전인증 및 관련 사례와 국제 기준 및 국가 표준 현황 등을 확인하였으며, 안전인증 생태계의 이해관계자별로 실태조사를 실시하고 문제점 유형화 및 개선방안을 수립하였다. 연구결과: 안전인증대상기계등을 제조 또는 수입하거나 사용하는 사업장을 대상으로 안전인증 대상품에 대한 품질 만족도, 개발제조 및 사용과정에서의 장애요인, 안전인증 관련 개선사항 등 제도전반에 걸친 실태조사를 실시하고 제도 운영상의 문제점 및 취약점을 발굴 및 범주화하여 개선방향 수립 및 작동성 향상을 위한 세부 추진과제를 도출하였다. 결론: 안전인증제도의 선진화·국제화를 위해서는 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 세부 추진과제를 효율적으로 수행하여야 할 것이며, 더불어 안전인증 생태계의 변동성에 대한 회복력 강화를 위해서는 주체별 상호 관계 개선을 통하여 선순환 구조의 운영시스템 구축이 중요하다고 판단된다.

At the time of internationalization, it is inevitable to improve the quality of products to survive the international competition. ISO 9000 series have been recognized by most companies as the quality assurance system. However, it was known to require quite many records and data which need to be controlled and analyzed. The objective of this paper is to present the procedure in establishing the quality information data base which enables a company to easily handle the required records and data for the ISO 9000 series. Examples using the quality information data base are also presented.

This study examined Islamic economy of Malaysia. In this process, Islamic economy was classified two fields such as finance and consumption. In finance, this study focuses on development of Islamic banking, Islamic insurance(Takaful) and Islamic capital market and institutional support of Malaysia. In consumption, this study focuses on halal industry and halal certification system of Malaysia. As a result, two fields of Islamic economy in Malaysia are growing up more systematic and extensive than before. Because interest in Islam finance and style is increasing and government of Malaysia has been giving support to these fields. That is, Malaysia is aimed at global hub of Islamic finance and giving various supports to financial field. Indeed, Malaysia is making effort to internationalization and development of halal industry. From these active supports of Malaysia, Islamic economics of Malaysia will be developed and Malaysia will be a leader of Islamic economy in the world.

Being latecomers to the industrialization, Pacific rim countries except the U.S.A. are doing very little in developing the universal certification system. One should note that Asian Pacific region enjoys the highest economic growth rate, and there is a good possibility that it will be the center of economic activities of the world in the next century. It appears that ISO and CEN share similar specifications in numerous areas. ASNT is being changed to cope with the trend with the introduction of ACCP. Although we may have to adopt the new system someday, we should pay attention and make concerted effort to include our own practice in the global standards. We are the countries in the Far East Region with similar culture and tradition, which are quite different from those of western countries. We hope that Japan should play an important role in this matter, who has been chaired the ISO TC135 since 1993. In the beginning of this decade, there has been a trivial but troublesome matter that who is representing the NDT Society or member countries in Asia-Pacific Conference on NDT. The problem appears to be solved since the establishment of FENDT For the next decade, actually next centry, FENDT will have to accomplish another important role for countries in the Far East Region to form a strong coalition for its survival in the western dominant world. Immediate issue is to establish Far East Working Group for Harmonization and Mutual Recognition of Qualification and Certification of NDT Personnel. To realize this Japan must play a leading role with the cooperation of expanded FENDT member countries including China and Russia. As the continued prosperity expected in this region, FENDT should continue its role for the next centry. We, the FENDT countries, must move forward for internationalization(國際化). However' we must realize that it all start from SELF IDENTI-FICATION. We can identify ourselves by actively participating in FENDT. I would like remind you the concluding remark that I have made in the congratulatory speech at JSNDI 40th Anniversary Conference and FENDT'92. JSNDI is too precious to be Japan's sole possession Staling from the Far East, JSNDI shall become one of the loaders of the world. I sincerely hope that JSNDI take initiatives and leaderships in the future activities. of FENDT countries. I would like to close my talk with "We must hang together, or We shall be hang seperately."
