In this study, I focus on analyzing how the effects of implementing ETS are different depending on whether Korean ETS linking with carbon markets in other countries. The global computable general equilibrium (CGE) model built in this study analyzes the chages in the production and trade of industrial sectors according to the international linkage of ETS compared to the reference scenario of emissions reduction targets and implementation of ETS. From the analysis of internatioanl linkage of carbon markets scenarios, Annex B countries-South Korea carbon market linkage with individual ETS in China worse the economic outcomes in South Korea the most. This means South Korea lose the international competitiveness compared to China in this scenario. On the other hand, Annex B-China carbon market linkage with Korean individual ETS implementation reduce the decreases in production and trading. The most effective way is to join a global emissions trading market with China. The results are consistent in most industries of South Korea. These results are caused by that the supply of emission allowance is increased and the price of emissions allowances is dropped by China's participation to the carbon market, which can be understood to reduce the carbon reduction cost for industrial sectors. In addition, it can be also concluded that the determinant of the negative impact of ETS on changes in production and trade is more sensitive to the price of emissions allowances than to the characteristics of production and trade structure.

국내에서는 한국저작권위원회 주관으로 디지털콘텐츠 식별을 위한 국가디지털콘텐츠식별 체계인 UCI(Universal Content Identifier)와 통합저작권관리를 위한 ICN(Integrated Copyright Number) 식별체계를 운영하고 있다. 그러나 UCI나 ICN은 국제표준 식별체계인 ISRC (International Standard Recording Code)나 ISWC(International Standard Works Code), ISAN (International Standard Audiovisual Number) 등과 같은 국제적인 표준 식별체계와의 연계가 되어있지 않다. 따라서 국내 콘텐츠의 해외시장 진출을 위해서는 해당되는 국제표준의 식별체계 와 연계를 위한 추가의 별도 작업이 요구되고 있으며, 외국에서 판매되는 콘텐츠에 대한 정산을 포함한 통계자료는 국내시스템으로는 통합관리가 불가능하다. 본 논문에서는 UCI/ICN과 국제 표준의 식별체계와의 연계를 위해 국내/외 식별체계 동향을 조사하고, 조사한 국제표준 식별체계 들의 메타데이터와 표준을 분석하여 UCI/ICN과의 연계 방안을 제시한다. 또한 시험 모형을 개발 해봄으로써, UCI/ICN과 국제표준 식별체계와의 연계방법에 관한 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

The rapid growth of world population, reduction of cultivated areas for crop production, and detrimental effects of pests, diseases, and climate changes have required to breed new rice cultivars with high yield, accepted quality, but strong resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses. However, traditional breeding needs much time to breed a new cultivar, whereas the successful use of molecular breeding is still questionable. We have developed a novel mutation which allow to cross many rice cultivars together with low segregation, that allow to breed a new cultivar in only several cropping. The mechanism has been unknown, but we suggest that gene linkage may play a crucial role, of which the semi dwarf gene might be the center gene for gene linkage occurrence. The phenomenon of this possible gene linkage is contrary to Mendel rules, but it is promising to breed new rice cultivars, of which, the most elite genes in rice might be able to gather in a targeted rice variety.

본 연구는 국제산업연관표의 전후방연쇄효과를 이용하여 지난 15년간 한 중 일 3국간 산업의존도 변화를 살펴본 것이다. 분석방법으로는 아시아국제산업연관표를 이용하여 한 중 일 3국간 산업연관모형을 만든 후 영향력 계수와 감응도 계수를 분석하는 것이다. 연구결과 동북아 지역경제에서 중국의 영향력이 상승하고 일본의 영향력이 하락하는 가운데 한 중 간의 산업연관성이 매우 긴밀해지고 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 또한, 한 중 일 3국은 자국내 산업에 대한 영향력과 의존도는 감소하면서 상대국 산업에 대한 영향력과 의존도는 확대되는 산업공동화 현상을 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 상호의존도를 산업별로 살펴보면 주로 석유, 기계, 수송 장비, 무역 운송, 서비스, 공공행정 등 몇몇 산업부문에서 전후방 연쇄효과가 집중되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이밖에 한 중 일 3국은 서비스산업에서 전후방연쇄효과가 증가되어 왔는데, 이는 3국 무역에서 서비스의 의존성과 비중이 점점 증가하고 있다는 것을 의미한다.

Novel method to calculate flux linkage for 3-D finite element analysis is proposed. It does not require any integral path if the current direction in a coil is known. The flux linkage can be calculated very easily using simple volume based integration. The current direction is calculated based on the recently developed technique by the authors. The novel method for flux linkage calculation is verified by applying to a very complicated deflection yoke coil. The simulation result is compared to the experimental one. From the simulation, it is shown that the proposed method is very accurate and effective to calculate the flux linkage of a coil.

As the climate crisis intensifies, the need to improve the climate resilience of developing countries is ever increasing. Hence, the international community is seeking ways to effectively conduct climate technology transfer by linking the projects with financial mechanisms. However, commercialization of climate technology in developing countries is no easy feat as comprehensive knowledge on the target country is a prerequisite for seeking a suitable technology-financial linkage measure. Hence, in-depth discussions on effective climate technology and financial linkage measures have become an important global agenda, and South Korea, as a country with long experience in climate technology transfer, and a strong ecosystem for public climate technology, should step forward to take up a leading role. Against this backdrop, this paper proposes strategies and implementation measures for linking funds from the Multilateral Development Banks (MDB) with Korea's Public Climate Technology (PCT) by examining several key areas of R&D, international cooperation, and technology commercialization.

This paper proposes some alternatives fur the power system linkage between South and North Korea, under the current situation. Since little information and data on the North-Korean power system are available so far, many efforts have been made to collect the required data for the North system as much as possible if available, and suppose, estimate and/or conjecture many things otherwise. Using these collected or assumed data, the characteristics of bus voltage and power flow are being studied to estimate the feasibility of the proposed linkage alternatives. To this end, many case studies have been made to examine the performance of acceptable interconnection alternatives.

This study aims to explore improvement measures for the linkage system between the police and social welfare agencies in responding to domestic violence and child abuse issues in South Korea by comparing and analyzing the current systems in South Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Despite the legal and institutional foundations for victim protection and perpetrator correction in each country, the effectiveness of actual cooperation faces several limitations. In South Korea, the level of cooperation is insufficient due to the lack of information sharing, role conflicts, and ambiguity of cooperation procedures. The United States and the United Kingdom operate more systematic cooperation programs, showing notable achievements in mental health crisis intervention and domestic violence response. To improve the linkage system in South Korea, this study proposes the following measures: (1) developing a clear cooperation protocol, (2) conducting regular education and training programs, (3) establishing an integrated information system, and (4) strengthening the victim-centered approach. Implementing these measures will contribute to more effective responses to domestic violence and child abuse issues, ultimately leading to a healthier and safer society by reducing social costs through victim protection and perpetrator correction.

Gloeostereum incarnatum has edible and medicinal value and was first cultivated and domesticated in China. We sequenced the G. incarnatum monokaryotic strain GiC-126 on an Illumina HiSeq X Ten system and obtained a 34.52-Mb genome assembly sequence that encoded 16,895 predicted genes. We combined the GiC-126 genome with the published genome of G. incarnatum strain CCMJ2665 to construct a genetic linkage map (GiC-126 genome) that had 10 linkage groups (LGs), and the 15 assembly sequences of CCMJ2665 were integrated into 8 LGs. We identified 1912 simple sequence repeat (SSR) loci and detected 700 genes containing 768 SSRs in the genome; 65 and 100 of them were annotated with gene ontology (GO) terms and KEGG pathways, respectively. Carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes) were identified in 20 fungal genomes and annotated; among them, 144 CAZymes were annotated in the GiC-126 genome. The A mating-type locus (MAT-A) of G. incarnatum was located on scaffold885 at 38.9 cM of LG1 and was flanked by two homeodomain (HD1) genes, mip and beta-fg. Fourteen segregation distortion markers were detected in the genetic linkage map, all of which were skewed toward the parent GiC-126. They formed three segregation distortion regions (SDR1-SDR3), and 22 predictive genes were found in scaffold1920 where three segregation distortion markers were located in SDR1. In this study, we corrected and updated the genomic information of G. incarnatum. Our results will provide a theoretical basis for fine gene mapping, functional gene cloning, and genetic breeding the follow-up of G. incarnatum.

In this study, we aimed to build the basic calculation model for linkage effects of fishery industry among Korea, China and Japan. For the calculation, we reconstructed the asian international input-output table, and on the basis of the reconstructed table, we made some analyses on the inter-relations among 3 nations focusing fishery industry. As the results, some positive backward linkage offsets of the fishery industries were found among 3 nations, and especially, production inducing effect of Chinese fishery industry to Japanese supplier was remarkable.
