Nowadays more and more attention is paid to digital technologies, digitization, and the digitization of public services in particular. Progressive countries aim to build "digital" governance and a digital economy. In this aspect, the international experience of using digitization in the field of public administration, including in local self-government bodies, plays an important role. Therefore, it is important to analyze the international legal experience of the functioning of local self-government in the conditions of digitization. The purpose of the work is to study the international legal experience of the functioning of local self-government in the conditions of digitization. The object of the study is local self-government in the conditions of digitization through the prism of international legal experience. The subject of the study is social relations that arise, change, and cease during the implementation of digitization in local self-government in Ukraine and foreign countries. The research methodology consists of such methods as the method of philosophical hermeneutics; dialectical method; classification method; comparative method; target method; method of documentary analysis; generalization method. Research results. As a result of the conducted research, the international experience of the functioning of local self-government in conditions of digitization was analyzed. In particular, the impact of digitization processes on the course of the decentralization reform in Ukraine is summarized. Also, from the analysis of international experience, a conclusion was made about the potential possibility of reducing the existing gap in the process of communication between the central government and united territorial communities thanks to the introduction of the latest technologies in the field of administrative services, to stimulate innovative and economic development of regions, attracting the attention of businesses and potential investors, as well as the functioning of more open local authorities with electronic communication tools.

Globalization, development of the information society, intensification of migration processes, and internationalization of education in recent years have significantly affected the international labour market and increased competition between professionals in various fields. Academic, research and teaching staff are currently facing rapid changes and growing demand for quality educational services. Under such conditions, educational institutions around the world pay particular attention to improving the quality of the educational process in order for their graduates to be able to compete in the international labour market. The study of the experience of teachers' professional training in advanced countries opens new opportunities for improving the system of pedagogical training in Ukraine in order to adapt it to the requirements of the European educational space. The progressive achievements of countries demonstrating a high level of teachers' professional training in accordance with international standards, having rich historical educational traditions are of considerable scientific interest; consequently, this contributes to their leadership in science and education at the regional and global levels. The purpose of the present academic paper lies in analysing the latest trends in exploring teaching experience in the European countries and performance review of passing by students and teachers of the program on studying of pedagogical practice and experience of teaching in the countries of Europe. Methodology. Analytical and empirical (questionnaire) methods were used in the research process. Results. According to the obtained results of the research, the advantages, the most common areas of educational programs and the wishes of the participants regarding the practical implementation of the experience were identified.

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 차별경험과 삶의 만족도 사이의 관계를 확인하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구는 A 도시의 다문화 가정 지원 센터를 다니는 108명의 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 설문조사한 조사연구로, 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 결혼이주여성의 차별경험의 평균은 2.15점, 삶의 만족도는 3.93점 이었다. 또한 차별경험과 삶의 만족도는 부적 상관관계를 가지고 있었다(r=-.289, p<.001). 결혼이주여성의 차별경험은 이들의 삶의 만족도에 유의한 예측인자로 나타났다(${\beta}=.312$, p=.030). 이러한 결과에 따라 본 연구에서는 결혼이주여성의 차별경험이 삶의 만족도에 영향 미치는 것을 나타났다. 그러므로 이러한 결과를 기반으로 결혼이주여성의 삶의 만족도를 향상시키기 위한 차별경험 조절 프로그램 연구를 제안한다.

본 연구에서는 문화지능과 이문화 적응, 체류만족과 직무성과 간의 상관관계를 규명하기 위한 연구모형과 가설을 도출하고 한국에서 연수 또는 근무하는 중국인 근로자 188명을 대상으로 검증하였다. 결과적으로 문화지능은 이문화 적응에 긍정적 관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그리고 이문화 적응과 체류만족, 직무성과 간의 관계에 대한 경험분석에서는 문화지능이 높을수록, 그리고 이문화 적응을 잘할수록 체류만족이 높고 직무성과도 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 문화지능과 이문화 적응 간의 관계에서 국제경험의 조절효과를 분석하였는데, 국제경험이 많을수록 이문화 적응이 더욱 잘 되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구 결과는 글로벌 기업에서 해외 파견근로자의 체류만족과 직무성과를 높이기 위해서는 해외파견근로자를 선발할 때 문화지능이 높은 사람들을 우선 고려하고, 그들의 이문화 적응 수준을 향상시켜야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다.

Purpose - This study investigates the relationship between firm-specific, general human capital and corporate innovation performance. Also, we examine when this relationship is more salient. Design/methodology/approach - We collected 1,195 survey data related to a sample of corporate innovation performance and human capital from 1) Korea Research for Vocational Education and Training and 2) NICE information service in Korea. In order to examine the corporate innovation performance, we use the ordered logit model. Findings - First, we find robust supports for our hypothesis that firm-specific and general human capital increase corporate innovation performance. Second, the effect of general human capital on corporate innovation performance is stronger when this relationship is combined with the firm international experience. Research implications or Originality - By integrating the human capital theory and corporate innovation literature, we propose that firm-specific and general human capital are the important determinant of innovation performance. The firm-specific human capital may increase innovation efficiencies. Also, retaining higher-quality general human capital is considered as an important innovation strategy since firms with higher-quality general human capital make greater innovation performance. Further, we show that the firm international experience is the crucial boundary condition. As a firm's experience in internationalization increases, firms can enhance the opportunities to develop new products by combining the skills and knowledge derived from general human capital with the experience gained through internationalization.

본 연구는 안동국제탈춤페스티벌 축제의 행사기간인 2008년 9월 26일부터 10월 5일까지 축제에 참석한 관광객을 대상으로 체험프로그램에 대한 만족이 재방문의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 안동국제탈춤페스티벌 축제의 체험프로그램이 다양하게 이루어지고 있으며 행사진행에 대한 만족도도 높게 나타났고 일탈감과 창의적 체험에 대한 기대심리가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 만족에서도 편리성과 창의성 부분에 높은 만족도 보이고 있어 축제체험프로그램의 만족이 재방문의사에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 점을 고려해 볼 때 대한민국 대표 축제로 거듭난 안동국제탈춤페스티벌 축제의 체험프로그램에 대한 다양한 접근성과 체험프로그램이 꾸준히 연구 개발되어야 하고 변화하는 관광객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 창의적이고 활동적인 체험프로그램의 개발이 시급하다고 볼 수 있다.

본 사례에서는 국내 IT 벤처기업인 유니데이타커뮤니케이션(주)의 단계적인 국제화 경험이 학습역량 강화를 통해 경영성과에 기여하는 일련의 국제화 과정을 조직학습이론으로 설명하였다. 이는 조직의 국제화 경험이 국제화 성과의 중요한 결정요인이며 조직학습을 통해 배양된 학습역량은 경영성과에 기여한다는 기존 연구결과를 기반으로 하고 있다. 더불어, 창업기부터 꾸준히 국제화를 추진한 IT 벤처기업의 국제화학습 특성을 기존지식 활용(Exploitation)과 새로운 지식 탐색(Exploration)으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 대기업에 비해 내부자원이 취약한 벤처기업은 파트너 네트워크를 활용한 탐색과 활용을 통해 새로운 국제화 경험을 축적하였다. 축적된 국제화 경험은 학습 역량 강화를 통해 기업의 내부역량으로 배태(embedded)되어 궁극적으로 경영성과에 유의미하게 작용함을 사례를 통해 확인 할 수 있었다.

This study was a phenomenological qualitative research that analyzed the experiences of Korean students studying in Korea after the COVID-19 incident. Participants in this study consisted of 22 international students aged 20 to 40 attending the International Exchange Center at C University. The interview period was from September 10, 2020 to October 10, 2020. Giogi qualitative research method was used to analyze vivid experiences of international students. As a result of the analysis, 26 semantic units, 7 subcomponents were derived. The description of the general structure sentence of phenomenology was a description of the meaning of experience from the perspective of participants, and the context and structure descriptions were integrated. The results of this study showed that: The students who came to Korea to study were concerned about Korea in various ways, but they had to adjust to unexpected changes in education methods, anxious about the unexpected COVID-19 disaster. Participants chose to study in Korea based on existing information, so they felt anxiety, regret, fear, and frustration over sudden changes, but taking online classes helped them learn repeatedly and voluntarily became an experience that suited their learning speed. As commuting time has decreased, they were more opportunities to make money in Korea also. Based on the results of this study, the following is suggested: First, the government should establish systematic online infection prevention measures for international students who have poor Korean language skills in preparation for unexpected disasters. Second, non-face-to-face teaching methods should be prepared with the same weight in the face-to-face teaching methods that have been carried out so far in preparation for unexpected disasters.

The purpose of this paper is to derive some policy implications on Korea's international education based on the research of America's experience of international education. The implications are summarized as follows. First, the main aim of Korea's international education should be on the increase of mutual understanding among world citizens, and also on the improvement of Korea's competitiveness. Since Korea is a small-open economy, she must find some policy methods to develop her economy continuously. Second, Korea should establish q private-run institution concentrated on the increase of mutual understanding of world citizens, like IIE in America. Third, Korea should also give Korea's universities some incentives to improve its own internationalization as well as to develop educational curriculum for teachers in international education.

This quantitative study explored the extent to which convenience enhances professional development (PD) online. The sample of the study consisted of 421 teachers and supervisors. Findings evinced that convenience stimulated online PD. Another salient finding is the absence of significant differences among participants' responses concerning position and gender. Nonetheless, a significant difference exists in the variable of teaching experience. Teachers with more than 26-year experience were motivated to use online PD, which evidently could be attributed to the convenience they had over teachers with fewer years of experience.
