Nowadays more and more attention is paid to digital technologies, digitization, and the digitization of public services in particular. Progressive countries aim to build "digital" governance and a digital economy. In this aspect, the international experience of using digitization in the field of public administration, including in local self-government bodies, plays an important role. Therefore, it is important to analyze the international legal experience of the functioning of local self-government in the conditions of digitization. The purpose of the work is to study the international legal experience of the functioning of local self-government in the conditions of digitization. The object of the study is local self-government in the conditions of digitization through the prism of international legal experience. The subject of the study is social relations that arise, change, and cease during the implementation of digitization in local self-government in Ukraine and foreign countries. The research methodology consists of such methods as the method of philosophical hermeneutics; dialectical method; classification method; comparative method; target method; method of documentary analysis; generalization method. Research results. As a result of the conducted research, the international experience of the functioning of local self-government in conditions of digitization was analyzed. In particular, the impact of digitization processes on the course of the decentralization reform in Ukraine is summarized. Also, from the analysis of international experience, a conclusion was made about the potential possibility of reducing the existing gap in the process of communication between the central government and united territorial communities thanks to the introduction of the latest technologies in the field of administrative services, to stimulate innovative and economic development of regions, attracting the attention of businesses and potential investors, as well as the functioning of more open local authorities with electronic communication tools.

Globalization, development of the information society, intensification of migration processes, and internationalization of education in recent years have significantly affected the international labour market and increased competition between professionals in various fields. Academic, research and teaching staff are currently facing rapid changes and growing demand for quality educational services. Under such conditions, educational institutions around the world pay particular attention to improving the quality of the educational process in order for their graduates to be able to compete in the international labour market. The study of the experience of teachers' professional training in advanced countries opens new opportunities for improving the system of pedagogical training in Ukraine in order to adapt it to the requirements of the European educational space. The progressive achievements of countries demonstrating a high level of teachers' professional training in accordance with international standards, having rich historical educational traditions are of considerable scientific interest; consequently, this contributes to their leadership in science and education at the regional and global levels. The purpose of the present academic paper lies in analysing the latest trends in exploring teaching experience in the European countries and performance review of passing by students and teachers of the program on studying of pedagogical practice and experience of teaching in the countries of Europe. Methodology. Analytical and empirical (questionnaire) methods were used in the research process. Results. According to the obtained results of the research, the advantages, the most common areas of educational programs and the wishes of the participants regarding the practical implementation of the experience were identified.

This study was performed to identify the discrimination experience, and life satisfaction of international marriage women as well as the correlation between the two variables. A total of 108 international marriage women from multicultural family support centers in A city agreed to participate in the survey. The results of study were as follows. The average point of discrimination experience of international marriage women was 2.15 and the life satisfaction was 3.93. Discrimination experience correlated negatively with the life satisfaction (r=-.289, p<.001). Discrimination experience (${\beta}=.312$, p=.030) of international marriage women was identified as a significant predictor of life satisfaction, i.e., discrimination experience affects the life satisfaction. Therefore, this study recommends programs can regulate the discrimination experience to improve life satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze the cultural intelligence and it's relationship with cross-culture adjustment satisfaction, and performance, and then, we prove the moderating role of international experience between cultural intelligence and cross-culture adjustment with staying in the host country. An exploratory pilot study was conducted with a sample of 188 Chinese expatriates working in Korean company in Korea. Then, we proved the moderating role of international experience between cultural intelligence and cross-cultural adjustment. The results of this study have three implications for human resource development. First this study expanded the research of CQ up to the area of empirical investigation. Second, the empirical findings also supported an incremental and predictive validity that CQ increased explained variance of cross-cultural adjustment. Third, the moderating role of international experience in this study showed the importance of both CQ and international experience with staying in the host country.

Purpose - This study investigates the relationship between firm-specific, general human capital and corporate innovation performance. Also, we examine when this relationship is more salient. Design/methodology/approach - We collected 1,195 survey data related to a sample of corporate innovation performance and human capital from 1) Korea Research for Vocational Education and Training and 2) NICE information service in Korea. In order to examine the corporate innovation performance, we use the ordered logit model. Findings - First, we find robust supports for our hypothesis that firm-specific and general human capital increase corporate innovation performance. Second, the effect of general human capital on corporate innovation performance is stronger when this relationship is combined with the firm international experience. Research implications or Originality - By integrating the human capital theory and corporate innovation literature, we propose that firm-specific and general human capital are the important determinant of innovation performance. The firm-specific human capital may increase innovation efficiencies. Also, retaining higher-quality general human capital is considered as an important innovation strategy since firms with higher-quality general human capital make greater innovation performance. Further, we show that the firm international experience is the crucial boundary condition. As a firm's experience in internationalization increases, firms can enhance the opportunities to develop new products by combining the skills and knowledge derived from general human capital with the experience gained through internationalization.

The author in this study carried out survey by questionnaires on the spectators who participated in the Andong International Mask Dance Festival being held from Sept. 26, 2008 to Oct. 5, 2008. Survey was designed to find out what was influence of sense of satisfaction from experience program upon spectators' intent for re-visit for such program in future. Result of analysis showed that experience program of Andong International Mask Dance festival was constituted of diverse aspects accordingly level of satisfaction by spectators for the program was very high. Also spectators' sense of anticipation for experiencing feeling of uniqueness and creativity appeared to be very high. In terms of level of satisfaction spectators showed high level satisfaction with sense of convenience and creativity aspect thus it was revealed that spectators' sense of satisfaction with festival experience program had significant impact on their intention for re-visit in future. In consideration of such fact there seemed to be need for versatile approach to experience program of Andong International Mask Dance Program and continuous research and development of experience program in order to meet changing desire of tourists thus there is urgent need for developing creative and more active experience program In future.

This paper explains the contribution of international learning to the business performance through strengthening the international learning capability of the organization. This is consistent with the previous literature that the organization's international experience is an important determinant of the international performance and the learning capability, strengthened through organizational learning, contributes to the business performance. In addition, this paper analyzes the characteristics of international learning of a venture business, which has actively pursued internationalization, by categorizing exploitation and exploration. An important result is that the small-sized venture firm, which is weak in internal resources compared with large firms, utilizes partner network more actively to accumulate international experience by exploration. We can then confirm that this international experience strengthens learning capability and gives positive effects on the business performance.

This study was a phenomenological qualitative research that analyzed the experiences of Korean students studying in Korea after the COVID-19 incident. Participants in this study consisted of 22 international students aged 20 to 40 attending the International Exchange Center at C University. The interview period was from September 10, 2020 to October 10, 2020. Giogi qualitative research method was used to analyze vivid experiences of international students. As a result of the analysis, 26 semantic units, 7 subcomponents were derived. The description of the general structure sentence of phenomenology was a description of the meaning of experience from the perspective of participants, and the context and structure descriptions were integrated. The results of this study showed that: The students who came to Korea to study were concerned about Korea in various ways, but they had to adjust to unexpected changes in education methods, anxious about the unexpected COVID-19 disaster. Participants chose to study in Korea based on existing information, so they felt anxiety, regret, fear, and frustration over sudden changes, but taking online classes helped them learn repeatedly and voluntarily became an experience that suited their learning speed. As commuting time has decreased, they were more opportunities to make money in Korea also. Based on the results of this study, the following is suggested: First, the government should establish systematic online infection prevention measures for international students who have poor Korean language skills in preparation for unexpected disasters. Second, non-face-to-face teaching methods should be prepared with the same weight in the face-to-face teaching methods that have been carried out so far in preparation for unexpected disasters.

The purpose of this paper is to derive some policy implications on Korea's international education based on the research of America's experience of international education. The implications are summarized as follows. First, the main aim of Korea's international education should be on the increase of mutual understanding among world citizens, and also on the improvement of Korea's competitiveness. Since Korea is a small-open economy, she must find some policy methods to develop her economy continuously. Second, Korea should establish q private-run institution concentrated on the increase of mutual understanding of world citizens, like IIE in America. Third, Korea should also give Korea's universities some incentives to improve its own internationalization as well as to develop educational curriculum for teachers in international education.

This quantitative study explored the extent to which convenience enhances professional development (PD) online. The sample of the study consisted of 421 teachers and supervisors. Findings evinced that convenience stimulated online PD. Another salient finding is the absence of significant differences among participants' responses concerning position and gender. Nonetheless, a significant difference exists in the variable of teaching experience. Teachers with more than 26-year experience were motivated to use online PD, which evidently could be attributed to the convenience they had over teachers with fewer years of experience.
