  • This paper deals with the e-Commerce Cooperation between South and North Korea for Promotion of GaeSung Industrial Complex that has been evaluated as the most successful project for inviting the foreign investment of South Korea because many small and medium enterprises are rushing to invest to that Complex. The e-Commerce cooperation between South and North Korea in GaeSung Industrial Complex are playing a role for North Korea survives in the global digital world in that the cooperation is shifted to IT and e-commerce as well as. North Korea has the policy to increase national wealth to uphold the IT industry. The e-Commerce Cooperation between South and North Korea in GaeSung Industrial Complex will develop the e-commerce in North Korea and increase the e-Commerce between South and North Korea in the future.

  • The recent advancement of information technology bas impacted immensely on international trade. Particularly, the Internet revolution bas been the driving force behind the expansion of electronic commerce (e-commerce: EC), of which Trade e-Marketplace has been playing very important role in doing international trade.   • Social surveys, using various factors influencing the e-commerce's development of SMEs, are the means of explaining the rapid development of e-commerce. This makes it possible to make more efficient decisions in e-commerce. This article was written from surveys conducted in the manufacturing industry and Trade Company at Jilin Province via e-mail, fax and analyzed data by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The result shows that in development of e-commerce, the business partners have significant impacts on the achievement of e-business both directly and indirectly. Second, consciousness of leaders, external support, transaction partner relationship and influence of competitors cause a direct result on the development of e-commerce On the other hand, the innovative capacity of enterprises and communication indirectly influence. Based on these, it is valid for us to for us to make correct decisions for the e-commerce development of SMEs.

  • With the smart device deployment, the interest in NFC technology is increasing. In this study, to be successful in NFC based business commercialization, we present main factors affecting success of NFC based e-commerce business model. To this end, we conduct NFC and business models, case study methodology through literature review. And then, we suggest representative NFC e-commerce business model cases, and practices that affect the success or failure of the six factors are derived Derived factors are based on inductive learning to apply the technology to create a case study table, and decision trees to bring it, NFC-based commerce business models need to be successful at the strategic implications are present.

  • This paper describes the characteristics and outline of the Japan trade EDI project and proposes a vision for the future. The results are as follows; First, the TEDI(Trade EDI) project was initiated to promote paperless trading(using XML documents) on open networks such as the Internet, and to construct associated legal structures. Second there is converting harbor EDI system in existing EDI to single window system. Third, the NACCS system has been put into operation in Japan. To develope NACCS system must associate other system such as financial, insurance, logistic.

  • The paper describes the up going and frustration of electronic commerce development in China during the past ten years. All the changes are classified as EC application trends and the trends on EC supporting environment construction. Later, some problems affecting EC development are raised, and one of them: social credit system construction is discussed in detail. The trends of EC development discussed in the paper are based on the practices in China, but it is generally analogous in the rest of the world.

  • To develop and validate an instrument to measure user satisfaction in Internet shopping environment, the EUCS instrument by Doll and Torkzadeh (1988) was used for this research. The results of the study shows how the main constructs of the model that will eventually interact for the user satisfaction in internet commerce environment. This research will present significant progress towards keeping the End-User Computing Satisfaction instrument relevant and applicable under the Internet shopping environment.

But, electronic commerce laws have been established per conventional jurisdiction. some legal issues take place in the field of cross-border electronic commerce, including the governing law and competent courts. In this situations, it is gradually and widely required to lay down the internationally harmonized electronic commerce legal framework. Now, there are a lot of legal issues assumed in EC, in this study, we studied three precedence problems concerning B2C: Consumer Protection Law regarding B2C, Personal Information Protection Law in Private Sector regarding B2C, Web Site Trust Mark System.

  • It is very necessary to find how to develop international government procurement by analyzing functions and roles of information providing circumstance and existing total international government procurement information system. In addition, it would require to draw up a way of improving current international government procurement information system based on the problems of existing system. In this study, we analyze the current status of Korean international government procurement information system and give an idea of mutual cooperating with DGMARKET, a good example of international government procurement information system. As a practical method, cooperating with DGMARKET by building each countries' gateway will be very helpful in cost saving and providing information. It will also complement the limitation of Korean system's one way service. But supplying only international government procurement information is insufficient in realization of e-trade in international goverment procurement market. To settle these problems, treating international government procurement as a same field of trade and giving political support and incentive to company which hopes to participate international goverment procurement are absolutely needed.

  • Korea has many industrial Complexes all over the country. But most of them are composed of industries having low technology, low knowledge. So Korean industry are not able to innovation in technology. Especially, Korean Industries are not clustered in similar industry and they are not connected with research institute. Canada has los of clustered complexes in her country being able to innovation. So for the development of Korean industry, all the industrial park have to be quickly changed to the innovation clusters.
