This study have done comparative analysis of Korean banks' restructure and Chinese banks' reformation, especially derives main factors that influence existence and improvement of competitiveness of Korean banks. The study measured effectiveness of 15 Chinese banks and 13 Korean banks, and conducted empirical analysis of what are the factors affect the efficiency of banks. The result and implication are as follow. First, Korean commercial banks' efficiency is higher than banks in China, but Chinese commercial banks are getting better every year. Second, as the factors affect efficiency of the banks, it shows that the scale of bank, asset reliabilities, ownership structure and financial performance are significant. Third, about the factors affect efficiency, the ownership structure, financial intermediation ratio, and the health of the assets are significant in Chinese banks. Fourth, about the factors affect efficiency, the financial performance and asset reliability are significant in Korean banks. Based on the results, we have identified current problems of Chinese and Korean banks, and also pointed out Korean banks and Government how to improve competitiveness of Bank industry.
Background: Some working conditions may pose a higher physical or psychological demand to pregnant women leading to increased risks of pregnancy complications. Objectives: We assessed the association of woman's employment status and the industrial classification with obstetric complications. Methods: We conducted a national population study using the National Health Information Service database of Republic of Korea. Our analysis encompassed 1,316,310 women who experienced first-order live births in 2010-2019. We collected data on the employment status and the industrial classification of women, as well as their diagnoses of preeclampsia (PE) and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) classified as A1 (well controlled by diet) or A2 (requiring medication). We calculated odds ratios (aORs) of complications per employment, and each industrial classification was adjusted for individual risk factors. Results: Most (64.7%) were in employment during pregnancy. Manufacturing (16.4%) and the health and social (16.2%) work represented the most prevalent industries. The health and social work exhibited a higher risk of PE (aOR = 1.11, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 1.03-1.21), while the manufacturing industry demonstrated a higher risk of class A2 GDM (1.20, 95% CI: 1.03-1.41) than financial intermediation. When analyzing both classes of GDM, women who worked in public administration and defense/social security showed higher risk of class A1 GDM (1.04, 95% CI: 1.01, 1.07). When comparing high-risk industries with nonemployment, the health and social work showed a comparable risk of PE (1.02, 95% CI: 0.97, 1.07). Conclusion: Employment was associated with overall lower risks of obstetric complications. Health and social service work can counteract the healthy worker effect in relation to PE. This highlights the importance of further elucidating specific occupational risk factors within the high-risk industries.
With the recent increase in the demand for corporate trust based on transparency in accounting, such as management disclosures and autonomous management disclosures for Social Innovative Enterprises, the duties of Social Innovative Enterprises on accounting and tax affairs have become important. This study looked at the effects of NCS accounting, audit and tax functions on the sustainability of Social Innovative Enterprises, which have not been studied. In particular, issues such as management disclosures and adequacy of financial statements depend on how ethically the accounting officer performs the work. Accordingly, we looked at the intermediation of accounting ethics held by the person in charge of accounting in relation to the sustainability of the NCS accounting, audit and taxation functions. The research subjects surveyed 500 people in charge of accounting at 50 social innovation companies, including social enterprises established in special cities and metropolitan cities such as Seoul and Busan, as well as social cooperatives. A path analysis was conducted with 372 valid questionnaires. As a result of the analysis, NCS accounting, audit and tax functions have a significant impact on both economic value and social value and environmental value, which are the sustainability elements of Social Innovative Enterprises. It was also found that NCS accounting, audit and tax affairs had a significant impact on accounting ethics, and accounting ethics had a significant impact on social and environmental values, excluding economic values. In addition, accounting ethics were found to have a mediated effect between NCS accounting, audit and taxation functions and the sustainability elements of Social Innovative Enterprises. In particular, the relationship between NCS accounting, audit and tax affairs and social value was found to be completely mediated.

In this study, the Pedagogical Content Knowledge for childhood's music education and Teacher's Efficacy empirically examined the relationship between teachers' attitudes through structural equation model analysis. Data were collected for 132 infant teachers working for early childhood educational institutions for this study. Structural equation model analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS. In this research, conformity to the research model was appropriate. Pedagogical content knowledge for childhood's music education clearly confirmed the relationship between the teacher's efficacy, the attitude variables of the teacher. The Pedagogical Content Knowledge for childhood's music education proved to have a meaningful influence on the attitude of the teacher for music education. The Pedagogical Content Knowledge for childhood's music education proved to have a meaningful influence on Teacher's Efficacy for music education. The Pedagogical Content Knowledge for childhood's music education has been found to influence the attitude of the teacher indirectly with the intermediation of Teacher's Efficacy. The effect of the parameter was the effect of the partial parameters. The results of this study can be used as basic material important for strengthening the expertise of young children's teachers for music development of young children. In particular, it was confirmed that the knowledge variable of the content of the music professor of an infant teacher is a very important variable in early childhood music education.
A shipbroking is maritime service business, which is consist of market of freight, shipbuilding, sales & purchase and demolition for intermediation between customer and supplier. In this way, a shipbroking business has strong relationship with shipping industry and is also knowledge service business for creation additional value based on shipping, shipbuilding, financial and law etc. However, the research on the evaluation items and a method for shipbroking company were not carried out in previous research. In this paper, We defined evaluation items with three high level, six middle level and sixteen low level for evaluation of shipbroking service by expert's brainstorming and AHP(analytic hierarchy process) method. And also carried out survey to employees of shipbroking company as supplier and shipping company as customer. As a result of survey, result of service in high level, convenient of middle level and credibility of low level are evaluated highly, and also business credit rating, profit of customer, achievement of customer's object are considered to more important than others items. In case of comparison between group, a method of contact with client, problem-solving ability, good relationship with clients of international and domestic evaluated importantly in common.

The Seoul Metropolitan Area's economy has undergone structural changes since the 1990s. With recent structural changes in the Korean economy in mind, this paper employs a decomposition analysis of Gross Regional Domestic Product per head and labor productivity to examine how the region's economic performance has changed relative to that of Korea since the 1900s. There are some findings. First, a strong cumulative causation process, derived from industrial linkages and agglomeration effects, has oocurred in the Seoul Metropolitan Area, widening economic disparities between the Seoul Metropolitan Area and the other regions especially since the Korean financial crisis in 1997 mainly due to Gyeonggi province's overwhelming cumulative GRDP growth relative to the national average. Second, the Seoul Metropolitan Area has begun w display good economic performance in terms of labour productivity relative w the national average since the late 1990s, with the region's industrial upgrading being implemented. Finally, manufacturing, financial intermediation and communications have made sensitive contributions to relative Seoul Metropolitan Area's labor productivity growth.
The advent of the ubiquitous environments, the sub-networks is various to offer ubiquitous environments. There are diversify sub-networks such as Jini, UPnP, DPWS. To realize ubiquitous, any users can discovery and services in any sub-networks. However, they cannot support these requirement, because they don't do interoperability with other networks. In this paper, we introduce a Jini adaptor of WSUN(Web Services on Universal Networks). The WSUN is the framework which supports interoperability through the intermediation of Web services. The Jini adaptor has there roles: Lookup Service, Jini Client, Web Service Client. It converts Jini services to Web services and registers them. to UDDI registry. In addition the Jini adaptor process the events which happening in Jini system then that is utilized when another sub-network client search a service. Because the adaptor updates a service status continuously, it is possible that provides a service discovery and use to apply the status information. In conclusion, a Jini client is able to find and use a service which exists in heterogeneous sub-network through the Jini adaptor.
It can be said that the effectiveness of organization is influenced by the ethical leadership of the boss, including the CEO, who is the subject of ethical management. In this study, ethical leadership was set as the subject of the study, and the concept of ethical leadership was set as ethical leadership that perceives the superiors in the process of performing subordinates by members of a company or organization. In this study, the effects of ethical leadership on organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction were examined, and the effects of ethical leadership on the ethical consciousness of subordinates were analyzed, and ethical consciousness in the relationship between ethical leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and job satisfaction The mediating effect was analyzed. The subjects of this study were surveyed on 300 small and medium-sized workers in Gyeonggi Province from March 7 to May 10, 2020, and used as empirical analysis data. For data analysis, SPSS 24.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical analysis programs were used. The results of this study are as follows. As a result of the study, it was found that ethical leadership has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction and ethical consciousness, and organizational characteristics such as ethical consciousness affect organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction according to how individuals perceive the organization. It was found that. Ethical leadership affects organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. And these results are absolutely necessary to practice ethical management as a way to strengthen ethical leadership in order to increase organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement various programs that make you feel a sense of unity with the organization.
Social care service has grown much with the introduction of Long-Term Care Insurance, but it remains difficult to answer in the affirmative to the question: are we providing sufficiently good care? This study has its purpose in figuring out what conditions are necessary to realize good care in our society. The study has used focus group interview (FGI) as a way to acquire realistic knowledge on the conditions that create good care and its deterring factors. The focus group interview, which targeted long-term care workers and facility heads, was conducted three times from January through March 2014, with each session taking about 3 hours. The analysis showed that the components of good care were mutual understanding and recognition through active interaction, making a good relationship based on mutual trust and respect, professionalism of care worker with flexible judgment that provides customized services, professionalism of center manager with appropriate intermediation, and the tripartite partnership among family, elderly, and care worker. Meanwhile, the deterring factors of good care were identified as devaluation of care labor, ambiguous job description and abuse, unprofessionalism of care worker and manager, inappropriate interference and indifference of family, and the structural constraints on long-term care environment.
The e-marketplace is a virtual marketplace where buyers and sellers meet in order to conduct transactions through the intermediation of market-makers. For the success of an e-marketplace, it is crucial for the market-maker to induce both buyers and sellers to make active transactions in it. However, their participation is frequently deterred by potential risk factors caused mainly by the inherent, structural complexity of the e-marketplace. Therefore, it is a critical challenge for the market-maker to identify and manage the transactional risk perceived by both the buyers and sellers. In this paper, we investigate the sources of buyers' and sellers' perceived risks and their mitigating factors in the e-marketplace. Specifically, we derive an analysis framework based on the economic theory of agency relationship. The framework includes four sources of the risks(perceived information asymmetry, fears of seller opportunism, fears of buyer opportunism, and concerns about market-maker's role incompleteness) and five mitigators of the risks(website informativeness, trust in market-maker, trust in seller, product diagnosticity, and social presence). Then, we empirically verify the framework through a case study on four successful e-marketplaces, and provide implications and strategies for the market-maker to effectively manage the transactional risks.
