Most of computer-aided process planning(CAPP) systems have been developed to automate the process planning function. In this paper, we describe an analytical model for a CAPP system in order to improve the performance of production system in flexible manufacturing systems(FMSs) for computer intergrated manufacturing(CIM) architecture. This paper proposes an optimal process planning that minimizes the load time by minimizing the cycle time and the number of workstations using Kang and Hahm's heuristic approach so as to improve the performance of production system under the batch production of discrete products. We also perform simulation using SIMAN language to campare the line utilization of each for various product types. The proposed algorithm can be implemented in existing FMSs for on-line control of product quantity using programmable logic controllers(PLC) and communication devices.

Concept about health is rapidly changed into 21C. thinking logic of customer about food is changed from just food to safety food by disposition of consumption about foodsafety. But government, manufacturer, distribution trader and seller which have different recognitions about foodsafety lose trust of customer. Because they did't focus on thinking changed of customer about foodsafety. Our thinking about rapidly changed food safety being intergrated with IT technology is helping to expand and supply into market. In this article, We'll study Traceability System about cattle and pig related to food. this system was developed in livestock market. In this study, we problems from these systems after studying present construction positions of these systems and purpose of this study is investigation of actual use condition. Also purpose of this study abstracts problems which will be developed and researched.

본 논문에서는 현재 한국전자통신연구원 텔레메틱스 연구단에서 구축중인 ‘위성영상 정보 통합관리시스템’에서 원격탐사 관련 사용자에게 서비스하고 있는 사용자 맞춤형 S/W에 대하여 소개하고, 향 후 이러한 서비스 분야에서 발전해 나가야 할 방향에 대해서 모색해 보고자 한다. 본 논문에서 언급하고 있는 맞춤형 S/W란 원격탐사 분야에서 사용자가 필요로 하는 다양한 도구를 자동 혹은 반자동 형식으로 구축하여 온라인 상에서 사용자 특히 관련 분야 초보자들이 손쉽게 활용할 수 있는 전반적인 기술 혹은 그러한 환경을 말한다.

기존의 관계형 데이터 모델은 복합 객체데이터의 표현, 임의의 데이터 정의ㆍ조작능력, 버전제어, 일반화, 집단화와 같은 의미모델 개념을 지원할 수 없어서 CAD/CAM, 동시 공학(CE), 컴퓨터 통합 생산 시스템(CIM)등의 분야에 응용이 사실상 어려운 문제점을 지니고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 Booch 방법론, Rumbaugh 등의 OMT(Object Modeling Technique), 그리고 Jacobson의 OOSE 방법론 등을 조합하여 고안된 산업표준의 객체지향적 객체/설계 방법론인 UML(Unified Modeling Language)을 이용하여 선박용 핸드레일을 생산하는 기업체의 통합생산관리시스템(IPCS, Intergrated Production Control System)을 업무 기능에 따라 모듈별로 나누어 객체 지향 데이터 모델을 설계하였다. 이러한 객체지향적 데이터 모델의 구축은 생산공정의 효율적 관리, 시스템의 유지, 보수 및 확장을 원활하게 하여 경영합리화를 기대할 수 있다.

금속한 도시의 확장에 따라 사회기능의 중요한 역할을 합당하는 상수도 사업은 그 실행에 있어서 한계에 도달하게 되었다. 본 연구는 현재의 상수도 사업에서의 문제점을 효율적으로 해결하기 위하여 상수도 통합 관리 체계(Water Integrated Management System;WIMS)를 확립하는 방안을 제시한다. 본 연구의 수행은 구조적 시스템 분석 기법(Structured System Analysis Method)을 이용한 현행 상수도 업무의 현황분석을 통해 종합관리시스템의 기본방향을 제시하는 단계와 선정된 기분방향을 통해 시스템의 입안 및 데이타베이스를 설계하는 단계로 분류하여 수행되었으며, 본 논문에서는 현행 상수도 사업의 현황분석을 통해 종합관리시스템의 기본방향을 제시하는 단계까지만 다루고자 한다.

For the use of computer to store, modify and retieve technical data, GT coding system has been considered as one of the effective methods. Effective data management is important for Computer Intergrated Manufacturing. Based on actual data obtained from a hand-tool maker, a die/tool coding system is developed as an example and its data base is designed susing a linked list structure. It is suggested that industries use this method to make their own data base.

계측되어 얻어진 유량 값이 잘 보존되고 관리되면 효율적으로 관리가 가능하나, 현행 유수율(유입량, 유출량, 무수량) 업무에서는 유량계의 용도별로 각각의 시스템에서 관리되기 때문에 일괄 자료파악이 어려운 실정이다. 현행 시스템의 문제점을 분석하고, 문제해결을 위한 유수율 통합관리 시스템을 개발, 적용하였으며 이에 따른 효과분석을 제시하였다. 유수율 통합시스템을 통하여 체계적이고 효율적인 유수율 관리와 담당자 업무경감 등을 목적으로 유수율 향상에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

현재, 도서관시스템의 소프트웨어 사용 방식은 클라이언트/서버 및 ASP 방식으로 서비스를 제공함으로써 하드웨어 및 소프트웨어 구매비, 설치 및 배포, Customization, Upgrade, 문제점 관리, 라이센스의 고비용 등 소프트웨어 전반에 걸쳐 관리가 힘들고 고비용의 문제점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 SaaS 기반의 전자도서관 통합관리 서비스 시스템에서는 SaaS 성숙도 레벨 3 이상에서 구현이 가능한 핵심요소들을 개발하였다. 그러므로 초기 투자비용이 거의 없고, 쉽고, 간편하며, 저비용 IT 서비스가 가능한 SaaS 기반의 소프트웨어 온-디멘드 방식의 서비스 모델로 성능을 개선하였다.

유해화학물질관리법에서는 화학물질의 제조 수입부터 판매 사용 배출 전과정에 대한 감시제도를 두어 화학물질의 불법적인 유통을 방지하고, 적정관리를 유도하고 있다. 그러나 부처별 점검체계가 다양하고, 점검기관도 지자체 환경청으로 이원화되어 있어 정보의 공유와 업무의 연계성 유지가 어렵다. 화학물질 취급사업장 전반에 대한 종합적인 분석이나 체계적인 관리를 위해서 현재의 관리현황을 분석하고, 이를 통해 사업장관리에 대한 개선방안을 마련하고자 한다.

Concurrent Engineering is one of the methods which are used for the rapid product development. One of the important features in Concurrent Egineering is that the development process is to be parallel and the organization should be cross-functional. In order that the process be parallel and that the organization be cross-functional, an integrated information system such as PDM (Product Data Management) is required. Although the integrated data base is constructed, it could be meaningless if the application softwares were not inter-operable. This study shows an example of intergrated information system from three-dimensional product design to mold design and tooling for the development of Deflection Yoke(DY) which is one of the important parts of Cathode Ray Tube(CRT). A three-dimensional product design software, which is based on a commercial code, has been developed by ourselves. Selective Laser Sintering(SLS), which is one of the rapid prototyping techniques, has been used in this study. Mold design has been done by the three-dimensional way. A newly developed method of mold tooling, which is called Quick Die Manufacturing(QDM), has been introduced.
