The moors ecosystem is sensitive environment change and weak in artificial interference. These nature property are very important to people. It is necessary to preservation and protection the moors with a countermeasure. We really need to Environment-GIS(E-GIS) using Geographical Information System(GIS) and digital map including range, correct position and attribute data of moors. In this study, we take priority of making a database of moors management. Taking effect an environment assesment, we concentrate on a standard method of digital map production and a preservation of moors in our research using GIS. Especially, we have to preserve our important national heritage using GIS when Environment Assesment is conducting under construction. We suggest to pre-estimated model of hidden moors as analysing terrain, geological feature, a geographical distribution of plants and animals using GIS.
Blockchain technology prevents tampering of central authorities that manage voting process, enhancing trust in the vote results. This technology enables citizens to participate more directly in the areas where delegation was inevitable due to the difficulties in polling fair and trustworthy public opinions. There are many projects around the world proposing to implement voting system for public decision making using blockchain technology. The blockchain voting system is expected to work as a transparent and fair channel for polling public opinions, which will transform the public decision-making process and governance. Korean National Pension Service (NPS) recently introduced stewardship code to better represent the interest of beneficiaries. However, because of the mistrust in governance of NPS, introduction of stewardship code is facing criticism for potential misuse of their voting rights against the interest of beneficiaries and for government's interference with corporate management. This study proposes a voting system applying blockchain technology for polling the opinions of National Pension Fund's beneficiaries to support public decision-making, and discusses social and institutional conditions for implementation of the proposed system.

In this paper, a new biotelemetry system for a transcutaneous data communication between an implanted artificial heart with a control system and an external human-interfaced management system has been developed. A radio telemetry using radio frequency is a commonly used method in the conventional telemetry systems. But, it is not suitable for the medical applications because of not only an interference due to a radio broadcasting but also a harmfulness to the human body. In this paper, therefore, a new biotelemetry system applied to an artificial heart has been developed with the results of the recent research for an optical telemetry system based on the infrared light transmission with good skin permeability. The performance of the biotelemetry system developed has been assessed through mock circulatory experiments, and the clinical applicability has been also confirmed with the successful results in the animal experiments.
Chinese medical science with long history has experience and theory of cure and prevention as well as the perfect different system with western medicine. Western medical science also was introduced in recent times and has been used in fast development in China extensively. Therefore only China that coexist oriental and western medicine is used the term, the integration of oriental and western medicine. Its object is to make better treatment and prevention value with utilizing their strong point and weak point. That is, its great principle is to develop through interchange together without interference in the other science. For mutual growth of both medical science, national concern and support, medical staffs, administrative system and a lot of fruits, etc should be arranged simultaneously. This paper was obtained the as follows. 1. The system of public health administration is composed a sanitary department for a western medicine and a managing agency for a chinese one in the center. There are each local organization under the control both agency in the locality 2. The importance of the integration of chinese and western medicine is to get the merit of special chinese system through the interchange of both medicine and union with modem science and chinese pharmacy. 3. It is the long term and great project. So its important study field is illness treatment and cure, oriental medical remedy and theory, acupuncture and moxibution etc. 4. It makes steady progress in all the healthy medical field. It has studied its foundation, the education of medical staffs, scientific study and strengthening of skill management considerably. 5. The products are the development of new chinese medicines and many researches about traditional chinese medical science. In brief, the integration of chinese and western medical science is the historical stream. Besides it will contribute toward the cure and prevention of human illness for future 21 century.

Ozone has been a problem in big cities. That is secondary air pollutant produced by nitrogen oxide and VOCs in the atmosphere. In order to solve this, the first to be the analysis of the $NO_x$ and VOCs. The main source of nitrogen oxide is the road mobile. Industrial sources in Seoul are particularly low, and mobile traffics on roads are large, so 45% of total $NO_x$ are estimated that road mobile emissions in Seoul. Thus, it is necessary to clarify the relation with the activity of road mobile source and $NO_x$ concentration. In this study, we analyzed the 4 locations with roadside automatic monitoring systems in their center. The V.K.T. calculating areas are set in circles with 50 meter spacing, 50 meter to 500 meter from their center. We assumed the total V.K.T. in the set radius affect the $NO_x$ concentration in the center. We used the hourly $NO_x$ concentrations data for the 4 observation points in July for the interference of the other sources are minimized. We used the intersection traffic survey data of all direction for construction of the V.K.T. data, the mobile activities on the roads. ArcGIS application was used for calculating the length of roads in the set radius. The V.K.T. data are multiplied by segment traffic volume and length of roads. As a result, the $NO_x$ concentration can be expressed as linear function formula for V.K.T. with high predictive power. Moreover we separated background concentration and concentrations due to road mobile source. These results can be used for forecasting the effect of traffic demand management plan.

HMIPv6 is designed to reduce the signaling load to external network and improve handover speed of MN by including Mobility Anchor Point(MAP) in local handover. However in this case of macro handover, it's just used pervious MIPv6 handover algorithm. So, it occurs packet loss and transmission delay problem. In this paper, we propose the mechanism applying the HMIPv6 for Fast Handover to choose suitable to the condition buffering handover. The condition for the selection is result distance measurement between MN and CN, between MN and NAR. Furthermore, using F-SNOOP protocol, it is possible to improve wireless network performance. Wireless network has high Bit Error Rate(BER) characteristic because of path loss, fading, noise and interference. TCP regards such errors as congestion and starts congestion control. This congestion control makes packet transmission rate low. However, F-SNOOP improves TCP performance based on SNOOP and Freeze TCP that use Zero Window Advertisement(ZWA) message when handoff occurs in wireless network.
In a cellular network, if there are too many data users in a cell, data may suffer long delay, and system's quality-of-service (QoS) will degrade. Some traditional schemes such as dynamic channel-allocation scheme (DCA) will assign more channels to hot (or overloaded) cells through a central control system (CC) and the throughput increase will be upper bounded by the number of new channels assigned to the cell. In mobile-assisted data forwarding (MADF), we add an ad-hoc overlay to the fixed cellular infrastructure and special channels-called forwarding channels- are used to connect mobile units in a hot cell and its surrounding cold cells without going through the hot cell's base station. Thus, mobile units in a hot cell can forward data to other cold cells to achieve load balancing. Most of the forwarding-channel management work in MADF is done by mobile units themselves in order to relieve the load from the CC. The traffic increase in a certain cell will not be upper bounded by the number of forwarding channels. It can be more if the users in hot cell are significantly far away from one another and these users can use the same forwarding channels to forward data to different cold neighboring cells without interference. We find that, in a system using MADF, under a certain delay requirement, the throughput in a certain cell or for the whole net-work can be greatly improved.
Because of its exponential growth of data and voice transmissions through wireless communications, efficient resource management became more important factor when we design wireless networks. One of those limited resources in the wireless communications is frequency bandwidth. As a solution of increasing reusability of resources, the efficient frequency assignment problems on wireless networks have been widely studied. One suitable approach to solve these frequency assignment problems is transforming the problem into traditional graph coloring problems in graph theory. However, most of frequency assignments on arbitrary network topology are NP-Complete problems. In this paper, we consider the Chromatic Bandwidth Problem on the cellular topology wireless networks. It is known that the lower bound of the necessary number of frequencies for this problem is $O(k^2)$. We prove that the lower bound of the necessary number of frequencies for the Chromatic Bandwidth Problem is $O(k^3)$ which is tighter lower bound than the previous known result.

In this paper, Though sensors of Ubiquitous Middle-ware System based on RFID/USN can usually be reacted from six mouths to two years, they can be exhausted their power of storage battery only one day by communication rates and ranges. That is, the lifetime of sensor node is depended on how much spending power under wireless communication that can communicate its sensing data to its destination. Therefore, it is necessary that each sensor should be designed the Routing path to its destination, in order to remote collecting data. But, in order to improve lifetime of sensor node and modify inner setting, it is opposite to simple searching path method of sensor node by entering external commands. accordingly, 1:n sensor arrangement of n form command and data send-receive that is possible simulation do without interference other sensors and research to different sensor data analysis and conversion ways to convert Sensing data that accept from sensors to actuality information.
