HEVC RExt(High Efficiency Video Coding Range Extension)는 RGB/YUV 4:2:2 4:4:4 색 샘플링 영상과 10비트 심도 이상의 영상 지원을 목표로 한다. RGB 영상은 YUV 4:2:0 색 샘플링 영상과는 달리 색평면 간 높은 상관도를 갖고 있으며, 이를 이용하여 화소값을 예측하는 기법들이 JCT-VC 표준화 회의에서 기고되었다. 하지만 일반적으로 RGB 영상의 고주파수 성분은 색평면 간 낮은 상관도를 갖고 있으며, 이는 색평면 간 예측 시 부호화 효율 저하의 원인이 된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 색평면 간 예측 시 고주파수 성분을 저역통과필터를 통해 적응적으로 제거하는 기법을 제안한다. HEVC RExt의 RGB 영상을 통한 실험 결과, 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 기존 색평면 간 예측 기법에 비해 큰 복잡도의 증가 없이 평균 0.6%의 BD(Bjontegaard Distortion)-율 이득을 얻을 수 있었다.

Background: Numerous studies have used smartphone applications to measure the range of motion in different joints. In addition, studies measuring the active range of motion (AROM) of the craniocervical joint have revealed high reliability. However, the subjects in these studies were all healthy subjects. No study has yet been conducted to measure the inter-rater reliability for the AROM of the craniocervical joint in stroke patients. Objects: The purpose of this study was to investigate the inter-rater reliability of the AROM of the craniocervical joint using a smartphone. Methods: The participants included 21 subjects who had strokes (17 males and 4 females). Two raters evaluated six types of craniocervical AROM, including flexion, extension, lateral flexion to the hemiplegic side, lateral flexion to the non-hemiplegic side, rotation to the hemiplegic side, and rotation to the non-hemiplegic side, using a goniometer and a smartphone to investigate inter-rater reliability. The inter-rater reliability was analyzed by intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC). Results: The inter-rater reliability of the smartphone was good for extension, lateral flexion to the hemiplegic side, lateral flexion to the non-hemiplegic side, and rotation to the hemiplegic side [ICC(2,k)=.86~.88] and excellent for flexion [ICC(2,k)=.95]. The inter-rater reliability for rotation to the non-hemiplegic side was moderate [ICC(2,k)=.72]. Conclusion: These results suggest that the smartphone offers high inter-rater reliability for measurements of the craniocervical AROM in patients with stroke.

본 논문에서는 고성능 HEVC 부호기를 위한 Inter Prediction SAD연산 구조의 효율적인 알고리즘을 제안한다. HEVC Inter Prediction에서의 Motion Estimation(ME)은 시간적 중복성을 제거하기 위하여 보간 된 참조 픽처에서 현재 PU와 상관도가 높은 예측 블록을 탐색하는 과정이다. ME는 전역 탐색(full search, FS) 알고리즘과 고속 탐색(fast search) 알고리즘을 이용한다. 전역 탐색 기법은 주어진 탐색 영역내의 모든 후보 블록에 대하여 움직임을 예측하기 때문에 최적의 결과를 보장하지만 연산량 및 연산시간이 많은 단점을 지닌다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 Inter Prediction의 연산량 및 연산시간을 줄이기 위해 전역탐색에서 SAD연산을 재사용하여 연산 복잡도를 줄이는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 HEVC 표준 소프트웨어 HM16.12에 적용하여 검증한 결과 기존 전역탐색 알고리즘보다 연산시간은 61%, BDBitrate는 11.81% 감소하였고, BDPSNR은 약0.5% 증가하였다.

Inter-turn short circuits can have significant effects on a generator and its performance. The Inter-turn short circuits sensor for synchronous generator's field winding has been developed. The sensor, installed in the generator air-gap, senses the slot leakage flux of field winding and produces a voltage waveform proportional to the rate of change of the flux. For identification of reliability for sensor, a shorted- turn test was performed at the Seoinchon combined cycle power plant on gas turbine generator and stim turbine generator. This sensor will be used as a detecting of Inter-turn short circuits for synchronous generator's field winding.

SThis paper proposes a new dispatch scheduling algorithm in interconnected regional system operations. The dispatch scheduling formulated as mixed integer non-linear programming (MINLP) problem can efficiently be computed by generalized Benders decomposition (GBD) algorithm. GBD guarantees adequate computation speed and solution convergency since it decomposes a primal problem into a master problem and subproblems for simplicity. In addition, the inter-temporal optimal power flow (OPF) subproblem of the dispatch scheduling problem is comprised of various variables and constraints considering time-continuity and it makes the inter-temporal OPF complex due to increased dimensions of the optimization problem. In this paper, regional decomposition technique based on auxiliary problem principle (APP) algorithm is introduced to obtain efficient inter-temporal OPF solution through the parallel implementation. In addition, it can find the most economic dispatch schedule incorporating power transaction without private information open. Therefore, it can be expanded as an efficient dispatch scheduling model for interconnected system operation.

In this paper, we drew upon IMP group's Interaction model to investigate the contributing impact of Inter-organizational system (IOS) on performance through enhancing inter-organizational relationship. While most extant literature studied the contribution of IOS from transaction efficiency perspective, the relational aspect of IOS contribution on the supply chain was addressed only by a few researches. As such, we intended to fill this gap of the IOS research stream. The conceptual model was developed, with reference to process theory, to analyze how the relational perspective could be applicable to IOS impact on performance. With the 129 sample data collected at the firm level,structural equation model using the LISREL was employed to validate the proposed research model. The empirical results supported the hypotheses such as the extent of IOS usage positively influences the interaction between the firms, which thereby enhances the extent of inter-firm partnership and performance. The results help better understanding the strategic use of IOS from relationship perspective.

자기기록 장치의 저장 밀도 향상을 위해 인접한 트랙을 겹쳐서 쓰는 방식이 사용되고 있다. 따라서 인접한 트랙간 간섭으로 인한 성능 저하를 방지하기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 인접한 트랙간 간섭을 해결하기 위해 인접 트랙간 간섭을 제거하는 모델을 제안하였다. 트랙간 겹치는 정도가 10% 이상인 경우 본 논문에서 제안한 모델이 좋은 성능을 보인다.

Objectives: This article intends to explore the major documents about inter-sectoral collaboration for physical activity promotion based on new paradigm. Methods: In addition to the documents after 1990s collected through several physical activity related projects of author, additional snowballing exploration has been done. Results: Globally extensive participation of stake-holders and partnership developed were strategically recommended and implementation strategy and good example were provided. In Europe individual, micro-environmental and macro-environmental specific role of major sectors were provided. Nationally series of Australian documents officialized inter-sectoral linkages from early times and Slovenian program showed examples of inter-sectoral evaluation and health indicators. U.S. national physical activity plan showed specific example of 6 guiding principles and 5 overarching strategies among 8 sectors for good inter-sectoral collaboration. In city level, healthy city approach activated. Conclusions: Various specific good examples of intersectoral physical activity collaboration could searched globally, regionally and nationally for application in Korea.

In this paper, the effect on the forced replacement depth of the revetment in soft soil with inter sand layer is analyzed by model test. In the result, the forced replacement occur in 60 second from filling the embankment material. The shape of the forced replacement depth is like to punching shape. Then, in case of thin inter sand layer and near the embankment, the forced replacement depth of inter sand layer case is more than only clayed soil case.

Recently, as the living standards of residents in apartment houses continued to improve, the dispute of post management have also increased. one of the Issue, Concrete Cracks comprised high percentage of dispute. Especially, between criteria the cost of repairing defect and the judgement of defect isn't clear, they are a lot of dispute in this regard. Even though lots of the criteria about Inter-layer crack is existed by judging defects, In a court, they are judging their own criteria about Inter-layer crack. The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze Defect Judement Standard both MOLIT and Court, and to provide the Improvement for Defect Judgement and Repair Method of Inter-layer concrete crack.
