The presence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is omniscient, led by full force emergence of technologies that make biological, physical, and digital worlds borderless. All industries which jump on the bandwagon, can observe convergence and merging of bushiness happening within, between and across industries. As the shipping and port logistics industry is said to be in eye of this storm, the purpose of this study is to investigate the shipping and port logistics industry's awareness regarding 4th IR, as well to identify necessary countermeasures in responding to progression of this trend. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology was then used to compare the importance of four phases of countermeasures, reviewed by experts in the field. Results showed that countermeasures should be first orchestrated to the 'Merging and Integration of Inter-industry', then followed by 'P reemptive Introduction of Advanced Technology', 'Expansion of Intra-industry Businesses', and eventually 'Automation, Unmanned Technology'. Last but not least, four phases of countermeasures which should be introduced and executed one phase after another, are outlined for the shipping and port logistics industry to boost its competitiveness in addressing this progressive trend.

This research is for the relationship with heat treatment cooling temprature and the characteristic of Mechanical properties of Boron-Addition-Steel, the main material and SM25C steel, the sub material, structure viewing fractography, hardness test, tensite test and are carried out after the manufacturing small-specimen treated with heat of $750^{\circ}C$, $850^{\circ}C$, $1050^{\circ}C$. The influence to the Mechanical properties accompanied by AISI51B20, Boron-Addition-steel shows the following result. 1. The influenc of heat treatment by the content of cabon-steel is dominant. Addition of boron result is Strengthening structure effectively by segregation and improving over all mechanical characters such as good. it results from the increase of temacity by the stability of inter granular with improvement of harden-ability. 2. Boron-Addition-Steel exist in the from of martensite structure accompanied by the ferrite precipitition centering around grain boundary, and is improved to Hv 200. 3. The height of harden-ability and fatigue stress the influence of heat results from crystal structure of martensite by difference of strength level in the structure of ferrite and doesn't have am effect on sensibility of temperature, and turns out to defend on production and growth of Matrix-structure-factor.

The emergence of convergence has been the cause of development of the industry more complex and difficult by continually changing business environment and the destruction of the business area. The government-initiatives approach shows the limits to foster the new industries in needs of service-oriented ecosystem. In this study, we propose the service model as service-based approach for the development of new industries derived through the convergence inter-industry. While business model is defined based on the company's temporary and piecemeal activities, service model is the concept of dynamic and continuous that includes national, industrial, corporate level. In order to derive the service model, to identify current problems and issues with the public and the private sector is first. Then design the roadmap for the implementation of the desired shape through strategy from optimal rationality and long-term strategy. In this study, we define a service model, and consider when establishing a service model for three dimensional(national, industrial, corporate level) through analyzed by 3Level Service Model. And we also consider characteristics of the service model and approach, present the case of 'New Transit Card Services in Seoul'.

Super app is an application that provides a variety of services in a unified interface within a single platform. With the acceleration of digital transformation, super apps are becoming more prevalent. This study aims to suggest service enhancement measures by analyzing the user review data before and after the transition to a super app. To this end, user review data from a payment-based super app(Shinhan Play) were collected and studied via topic modeling. Moreover, a matrix for assessing the importance and usefulness of topics is introduced, which relies on the eigenvector centrality of the inter-topic network obtained through topic modeling and the number of review recommendations. This allowed us to identify and categorize topics with high utility and impact. Prior to the transition, the factors contributing to user satisfaction included 'payment service,' 'additional service,' and 'improvement.' Following the transition, user satisfaction was associated with 'payment service' and 'integrated UX.' Conversely, dissatisfaction factors before the transition encompassed issues related to 'signup/installation,' 'payment error/response,' 'security authentication,' and 'security error.' Following the transition, user dissatisfaction arose from concerns regarding 'update/error response' and 'UX/UI.' The research results are expected to be used as a basis for establishing strategies to strengthen service competitiveness by making super app services more user-oriented.

Convergence refers to create a new one by combining the different elements of two or more. Currently convergence has expanded academy, industry and education from the concept of combining heterogeneous inter-technology. The most important key to the convergence in success is to derive ideas for problem solving. However, the idea derivation is done in companies to hire professional people for letting the innovation of corporate planning and new product in most cases. It is hard to get the expected results of convergence's variety. In this research, the creation of the general public for their ideas is main focus on developing a curriculum. Development models are: 1) strengthening the internal capacity for creative thinking, 2) curriculum meets the consumer 3) an understanding of convergence technology 4) creative ideas and planning ability is composed of four concepts. It is expected that convergence man power having the creative idea is trained in case of applying the proposed education model to the convergence education.

As the electricity produced from the electricity industry, a national key industry in Korea, are supplied to other industries as an intermediate goods, the supply shortage of electricity industry has a large impact on the national economy. This paper attempts to analyze the supply shortage effects which are defined as the negative impact of one won of supply failure in the electricity on the production of other industries. To this end, an input-output analysis using an input-output (I-O) table describing inter-industry flow of intermediate goods is applied. More concretely, the supply-driven model is applied subject to the OECD countries. The value of the supply effects interfere with Denmark's best large 1.682 was followed by South Korea, Japan, Australia, the UK.

This study is to analyze the induced effect, network connectivity, and network visualization of the water transportation industry on the overall economy in relation to all industries. For this, various inducement coefficients of the water transportation industry are analyzed using industry linkage analysis and unit structure matrix, and network visualization analysis is performed using network connectivity and NetDraw using Ucinet 6 that utilizes unit structure matrix and inverse matrix function. As a result of the study, analysis results of input coefficient, production inducement coefficient, value-added inducement coefficient, and inter-industry chain effect were presented as various inducement coefficients in the water transportation industry. content was presented. Through this study, the current position and status of the water transportation industry and its relationship with all industries were confirmed, and the strategic relationship with which industries it should be presented was presented. In the future, it is necessary to further analyze the current status and trends of various induced effects, connectivity (centrality), and network visualization analysis using industry-related analysis published since the 2000s.

These days, job creation affair is the largest national affair. Although, this government has been persevering in one's efforts, job is not created easily. One of the reasons is the problem of statistics of the job and policy errors by this wrong statistics. This article's purposes are to examine the problems of statistics of the job as base of existing policy, and to analyze the power of job creation of various industries. Especially, this study will light up job creativity of SW industry which is more important than other area in the job creation.

The trade balance for the information and communications technology (ICT) industries in 2014 have reached 863 hundred million dollars as the main export products such as smart phone and semi-conductor increase, since the ICT industries have played an important role in economic growth in Korea. Until now, the consistent supporting of government and investment of company have been doing with the growth of ICT industries, as a result, Korea marked as the first in the UN electronic government preparing index, and rank 12 in the network preparing index through the policy of national information and basic plan of inter-industry convergence. However, as the unstable international economic circumstances, ICT industries is faced with the stagnation, and then preemptive development of products and services for ICT convergence industries is needed to continually get definite ICT Korea image. In this paper, the ICT convergence industry is analyzed and forecasted. In specific, the international and domestic market for cloud, 3D convergence, and internet of things is diagnosed. The market for ICT convergence industries is predicted to be 3.6 trillion dollar in the world, and 110 trillion won in domestic. From the analytical results for technology and services development, the preemptive supporting of the technology development and policy for the internet of things and 3D convergence industries is required. In addition to, through the future forecasting by socio-tech matrix method, the policy supporting for the ICT convergence area of healthcare, fintech, artificial intelligence, body platform, and human security is needed.

The basis of economic statistics for evaluating the security industry's growth and inter-industry impacts is to create a standardized industry classification along with the scope of the security industry. The industrial classification should be written in such a way that it complies with and complies with the standards of the international and domestic standardized standard industrial classifications. Representative classifications of information security, physical security, and convergence security as well as classification of products and services related to security at present are not in line with the criteria of industrial classification based on the characteristics of production activities for products. The results of the convergence security industrial classification study are also consumer-oriented classification, which differs from the supplier-centric classification officially used in statistics, law, and policy enforcement in the present country. In this study, we first summarized the criteria of Korean and international industrial classification, and then examined whether the current classification of security meets these criteria. Next, to examine the classification directions of newly formed industries such as security industry, we reviewed some cases of domestic industrial special classification and types, and proposed the industrial classification criteria and direction of the security industry on the basis of them.
