  • The purpose of this study is to empirically verify the factors(organization managerial factors, relational factors and personal factors) that affect the knowledge sharing intention of records management specialists. A total of 126 responses were used for the final analysis and the findings of this study are as follows: First, managers' interests and supports had a significant positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing intention, but evaluation and compensation system had a negative effect on tacit knowledge sharing intention. Second, job stress was found to have a significant positive effect on the intention of knowledge sharing(tacit, explicit). It is required to form an organizational culture where records management specialists can freely participate in knowledge sharing activities with the interest and support of managers. In addition, the process of continuously improving the causes of one of the causes of job stress, such as awareness improvement and deprivation, should be carried out through records management training for all employees. This study is meaningful in that it provides policy implications for promoting knowledge sharing as a solution to the managerial problems faced by records management specialists by utilizing the current staffing structure.

Results: The major findings of this study were as follows: First, there were significant differences in the breastfeeding satisfaction level according to planned length of breastfeeding (F=10.43, p<.001). Second, there was a significant relationship between breastfeeding satisfaction and knowledge about breastfeeding (r=.37, p<.001), attitude toward breastfeeding (r=.62, p<.001), self-efficacy of breastfeeding (r=.66, p<.001), intention of breast feeding (r=.40, p<.001), and perceived social encouragement of breastfeeding (r=.32, p<.001). Finally, the strongest factor affecting mothers' breastfeeding satisfaction was attitude toward breastfeeding ($\beta=.38$). Other factors included self-efficacy of breastfeeding ($\beta=.36$), knowledge about breastfeeding ($\beta=.14$), perceived social encouragement of breastfeeding ($\beta=.10$), and planned length of breastfeeding ($\beta=.10$). Conclusion: This study suggests that nurses should help mothers improve breastfeeding satisfaction through promotion of knowledge about, attitudes toward, and self-efficacy of breastfeeding.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore factores for subject teachers to actively participate in the LBI by establishing a relationship model between the acceptance variable and the variable for LBI and verifying with a structural equation based on the UTAUT model that explains the relationship between the variables that affect the process of accepting and utilizing the new information technology. As a result of the study, first, the performance expectancy and social influence of the subject teachers on LBI influenced the intention of teaching. Second, behavioral intention affected use behavior. Third, there were moderating effects of LBI perceived risk level on the relationship of subject teachers' social influence on LBI to behavioral intention. Based on the results above, performance expectancy, social influence, and perceived risks should be considered for activating LBI of subject teachers.

  • This study was carried out to examine the perceptions of consumers and forest product manufacturers in South Korea about forest certification and to identify their willingness-to-pay for certified products by personal interviews. Sixteen percent of interviewees knew and heard about forest certification. However, fifty-six percent of interviewees had an intention to participate in forest certification system. The consumers' group can be described in relative terms as the male of 30 age bracket. The average price premium charged to consumers was higher than one paid to manufacturers, and thus manufacturers are willing to include the additional costs for certified products.

  • This work aims to describe pragmatic strategies and linguistic features of replies that occur in the comment section of online newspapers. The dominant media in this digital age is the Internet and its rapid development and expansion of use have contributed not only to the change of the form of production of journalistic texts, but also to the consumption of those texts. In the past, the news was transmitted in a unidirectional way but now readers of online newspapers do not remain passively reading the articles. They actively participate in the exchange of opinions with other readers. The individual consumption of journalistic texts has become a collective and social act. The purpose of the study is to investigate the communication intention of the users of comment sections and analyze the linguistic formulation of replies. We attempt to discover specific aspects of replies and responses for online newspaper articles, considering them as an independent type of Computer Mediated Communication (Internet Mediated Communication). Observing language attitudes appearing in the electronic environment and discovering the characteristics of the Spanish language on the Internet will allow us to contribute to understand the theoretical aspects related to the CMO better.

  • The aim of this study was to raise awareness about smoking and to facilitate the induction of smoking cessation. The participants were 49 patients who showed intention to participate in the test. The participants who had done a questionnaire, were asked to quit smoking for about an hour. After taking the breath deeply, they stopped for 20 seconds and measured breathing slowly. Carbon monoxide in the exhalation was higher when the daily smoking amount was higher and the smoking duration was longer, but not significant. In the case of smoking after meal and smoking in bed in the morning, the carbon monoxide level was significantly higher than that in the case of not smoking. It was significantly associated with skin allergic symptoms. The usual exercise habits, drinking and the respiratory disease were not correlated with carbon monoxide levels.

  • This was a descriptive study aiming to verify the effects of work environment, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on the turnover intention of Clinical Research Coordinator(CRC) nurses. In the results of this study, the organizational commitment had significant effects on the turnover intention of CRC nurses. On the other hand, the work environment and job satisfaction had no statistically significant effects on the turnover intention of CRC nurses. Based on the results of this study, the main discussions were drawn as follows. In order to increase the organizational commitment, it would be necessary to have the institutional improvement like the increase of opportunity to participate in the hospital operation, administration, and the establishment of affiliated institution for improving a sense of belonging. It would be also necessary for each hospital to establish the standard of welfare, wage system for the improvement of work environment. If the organizational commitment of CRC nurses who are the actual performers, supporters of researches is ignored, it is unavoidable that the performance and quality of clinical tests would be declined. Therefore, there should be some changes, so that CRC nurses could play a pivotal role in the whole process of clinical test, by changing the employment status from contract position to more stable employment status, to increase their commitment to organization and work continuity.
