학사학위전공심화과정 재학생들의 직무적합성, 상사적합성이 기술개발의도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Junior College's Bachelor's Degree Course Students' Job-Fit and Supervisor-Fit on Intention to Skill Development : Focused on the Mediating Effect of Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 학사학위전공심화과정에 재학 중인 성인학습자들을 대상으로 이들이 조직생활에서 경험하는 직무차원과 관계차원의 적합성이 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 메커니즘을 규명하였으며 개인-직무적합성, 개인-상사적합성과 기술개발의도간의 관계에 있어 직무만족의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 가설검정결과 첫째, 개인-직무적합성, 개인-상사적합성은 직무만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 둘째, 직무만족은 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인-직무적합성은 직무만족을 완전 매개하여 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 개인-상사적합성도 직무만족을 완전 매개하여 기술개발의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 성인학습자들의 기술개발 활동에 이르는 과정을 환경적 요인으로부터 규명했다는 측면에서 새로운 시도이자 이론적 시사점을 갖는다고 생각하며 기업의 인적자원관리 관점과 성인교육 관점에서 실무적 시사점 및 연구의 한계를 논의하였다.

벤처기업 구성원의 경력몰입과 직무태도간의 관계 및 조직지원의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (The Moderating Effects of Organizational Support in the Relationships between Career Commitment and Job Attitudes)

  • 벤처기업은 위험성이 큰 분야에서 활동하기 때문에 구성원들은 자신들의 경력에 많은 관심을 가질 수밖에 없으나 이에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 벤처기업 구성원의 경력몰입이 구성원의 행동과 태도에 미치는 영향과 이들의 관계에서 조직지원의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 7개 벤처기업의 구성원으로부터 수거한 설문지 230부를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 경력몰입은 구성원의 기술개발노력에는 긍정적인 방향으로, 경력변경의도와 이직의도에는 부(-)의 방향으로 영향을 미쳤다. 조직지원의 조절효과는 경력몰입과 경력변경의도간의 관계 및 경력몰입과 이직의도간의 관계에서 나타났다.

임상간호사의 이직의도에 미치는 업무소진과 사회지능의 탐색 연구 (The effects of Social Intelligence and Burnout on Turnover Intention in Nurses : An exploratory study)

  • 본 연구는 임상간호사의 업무소진과 사회지능이 이직의도에 미치는 조절효과를 탐색하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 J시, D시에 소재한 대학병원과 종합병원에서 근무하는 임상간호사 188명을 대상으로 2015년 8월 3일에서 9월 1일 까지 진행하였다. 연구도구는 사회지능, 소진, 이직의도 척도를 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 실수와 백분율, 평균 및 표준편차, t검증, 일원변량분석, Pearson 상관관계, 위계적 조절 회귀분석을 이용하였다. 대상자의 이직의도는 학력, 연령, 간호직 추천, 근무연수, 직위에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였고, 사회정보는 직위에 따라, 사회기술은 여가활동, 교대근무형태, 병원 교육 참여도, 간호직 추천의사 등에 유의한 차이가 있었다, 소진은 사회정보와 부적상관관계가 있고, 이직의도, 사회기술, 사회적 인식은 정적 상관관계가 있다. 이직의도에 소진은 높은 영향력을 보였고, 업무소진과 이직의도간의 사회지능은 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 학습지능인 사회지능이 간호사의 업무소진과 이직의도와의 관계를 탐색하는데 연구 의의를 두며 사회지능 향상을 위한 디지털 융합 교육 프로그램의 개발 필요성을 제언한다.

농촌체험의 속성과 만족이 행동의도에 미치는 영향 (Structural Relationships between Attributes, Satisfaction, and Behavioral Intention of Rural Tourism Activity)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationships between attributes, satisfaction, and behavioral intention of rural tourism activity. For this study, an onsite survey was conducted to tourists of 35 rural tourism farms. A total of 408 samples were collected for the analysis. The SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical package were used for frequency, reliability, exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, and path analysis. Through exploratory factor analysis, four dimensions of rural tourism activity attribute were identified from 20 variables: 'human resource', 'activity', 'rural culture', and 'facility and environment'. The results of structural equation modelling indicate that 'human resource', 'activity', 'rural culture' had positive effect on behavioral intention. Through the results, agritourism farm operators will be able to develop effective marketing strategy and management skill.

직업능력개발 훈련교사의 역량평가사로서의 훈련요구분석 (Training Needs Analysis for Skill Assessor's Competency of Vocational Education Teachers in Korea)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 직업능력개발 훈련교사의 역량평가사로서 필요한 역량에 대한 훈련요구를 알아보는 것이다. Russ-Eft의 평가자 역량모델을 기초로 역량평가사로서의 역량에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 전국의 직업능력개발 훈련교사 자격증을 가진 직업능력개발 훈련교사들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 설문결과 본 설문에 최종적으로 응답한 인원은 총 234명이었고, 158명(67.5%)은 남성, 73명(31.2%)은 여성이었다. 분석 결과는 전문가 신뢰도(요구도 2.51), 평가관리계획 수립(요구도 2.11), 관리계획(요구도 2.08), 그리고 효과적 협업(요구도 2.07) 등의 순으로 개발의 요구가 파악되었다. 반면, 다양한 의도인식(요구도 1.01), 윤리기준 준수(요구도 1.24), 대인관계(요구도 1.76) 등은 상대적으로 개발의 요구가 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

산재병원 구성원들의 직종별 이직의사에 관련된 영향요인 (Factors affecting the turnover intention of Industrial Accident Hospital Employees by Job Category)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the characteristics of socio-demographic, organizational conflict and job satisfaction, and to examine the interrelation of influential factors in the intention of turnover. The data for this study were collected through a self-administrated survey with a structured questionnaire to 1,027 subjects from several medical doctor staff members, nursing staff members, administration staff members, pharmacist, and technical expert of eleven hospitals. The data were collected by self-reporting questionnaire from July 29 to September 7, 2002. In this analysis frequency test, t-test, ANOVA, multiple regression were used. The main results of this research is as following; 1. According to socio-demographic characteristics of the respondent's level of the intention of turnover was higher in a doctor staff members than others, for females than males, and had worked for 5-10 years in hospitals. Also, the intent to turnover was generally higher younger workers than long terms workers. 2. According to the organizational conflict characteristics as the respondents who got less conflict experience in the organization, their level of the intention of turnover was higher. And, technical conflict experiences were expressed greater than hierarchical conflict experiences. 3. According to the job satisfaction characteristics as his or her satisfaction that is about the promotion, working itself, salary, and fellowship in the organizational was higher, the level of the intention of turnover was lower. 4. According to the result of Multiple Regression for the doctor staff members in general hospitals rather than special hospitals was negatively correlated with the satisfaction of working itself while hierarchical conflict factors in the organizational conflict characteristics was positively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the nursing staff members the job satisfaction for the working itself, salary were negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the administration staff members as the job satisfaction for the working itself was negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For medical and pharmacy staff members as more working experience, correlation with the intention of turnover was negative. Besides, as the job satisfaction for the working itself and the fellowship was negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. For the skill and technicians, the job satisfaction for the working itself, promotion were negatively correlated with the intention of turnover. The above indicate that job satisfaction and promote their ability and form a good relationship with organization members were very important to decrease the intention of turnover. This study identified the major effective factors of the intention of turnover and analyzed the differences among the job category. In that respect, it is significant for the study to be able to provide a reference for managing hospital of industrial accident and organizational development. However, this study has a problem, which is not to identify a valuable model for examining the relationship between organizational factors such as organizational conflict, job satisfaction, and intention of turnover. Therefore, further study is needed and strengthened in the field of intention of turnover for hospital for industrial accident.

의류제품과 미용서비스 구매시 점포서비스품질이 실버소비자만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention of Apparel Products and Hairdressing Services for Silver Consumers)

  • Recently, the growing of the aging population by medical and science development, silver consumers were became new consumption market. The purposes of this study were to investigate the effects of service quality on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention in the apparel store and hairdressing shop. Data were obtained from 853 women in the 50's and 60's who living in Busan. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, 1-test, and path analysis using SPSS WIN 12.0. The results of the study were as follows: First, service qualities of apparel store were composed of Personal Service, Facilities Service, Product Service, and Policy Service. Service quality of hairdressing shop were consisted of Personal Service, Facilities Service, Skill Service, and Policy Service. Second, repurchasing intention was differently influenced by perceived store service quality and consumer satisfaction when purchasing apparel products and hairdressing services. Salesperson or hairdresser was the most important variable for silver consumers' satisfaction, which influenced the repurchase intention of apparels or hairdressing services. This research extends a domain of fashion market research from the product to the service. Additionally, this study provides an insight into silver fashion marketers and retailers for developing market strategies for silver common. Implications are drawn for the information useful to consumer behavior researchers and retailers of the silver fashion market.

LISREL을 이용한 과학에서의 태도에 관한 구조방정식모델의 구축 (Construction of a Structural Equation Model on Attitudes to Science Using LISREL)

  • The purpose of this study is to construct a structural equation model and to analyze causal relationships among variables related to attitudes to science using structural equation modeling(SEM) with LISREL VII. The sample consisted of 483 10th grade boys from a general high school in Pusan, Korea. The questionnaires (ABC-attitude scale: affection, behavioral intention, cognition scale of attitude towards science) were developed by the researcher through a pilot study. And other instruments have modified previous ones. Five instruments were used in this study: GALT(group assessment of logical thinking), MTSlS(modified test of science inquiry skill), ABC-attitude scale, MSAS(modified scientific attitude scale), CSAT(common science achievement test). Structural equation modeling with LISREL VII($J\ddot{o}reskog$ & $S\ddot{o}rbom,$ 1993) was employed to estimate the causal inferences about hypothesized relationships among observed data sets. Three competing models consisted of five latent variable(scientific thinking ability, science inquiry skill, attitude towards science, scientific attitude, science achievement) - lP(inquiry preceding) model, AP(attitude preceding) model and AM(attitude mediating) model - were developed. Among these competing models, IP model satisfied the observed data sets. The causal relationships among "attitudes to science" and other latent variables were reliably identified. According to the results of the present study, science inquiry skill was the most significant variable that can predict science achievement. But scientific thinking ability has not directly influenced science achievement. This study suggests that inquiry based teaching-learning processes should be offered to students for improvement of science achievement. At the same time, it seems to be important to develop positive attitude towards science. Understanding of relationships among variables related to attitudes to science will be helpful to the development of science curriculum and to the design of science teaching and learning process. LISREL has been recognized as a useful approach in testing a SEM. However, in this study, LISREL approach was estimated as much more useful method for research design.

발달장애 부모의 심리운동센터 선택 시 동기, 만족도, 재이용 의사의 관계 (Relationship between motivation, satisfaction, and re-use intention when selecting a psychomotor center for parents with developmental disabilities)

  • 본 연구는 발달장애 아동의 심리운동센터 이용 부모의 선택 동기, 만족도, 재이용 의사의 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재의 사설 심리운동센터에서 심리운동프로그램에 참여하고 있는 아동의 부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 188부이며, 서술통계, 요인분석과 신뢰도분석 그리고 상관분석과 회귀분석을 통하여 인과관계를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 발달장애 아동의 심리운동 참여에 대한 부모님의 선택동기와 만족도 관계에서 하위요인인 이용만족은 즐거움과 사교요인, 성과만족에서는 사교, 건강과 체력요인에서 유의미한 영향력을 나타내었다. 둘째, 선택 동기와 재이용 의사의 관계에서 즐거움, 기술발달 및 성취감, 사교요인에서 유의미한 영향력을 나타내었다. 셋째, 만족도와 재이용 의사의 관계에서 이용만족과 성과만족 요인에서 재이용 의사를 유의미하게 설명하였다. 향후 심리운동센터 재이용률을 높이기 위해 본 연구의 측정변인 외에 추가적인 분석이 필요하다고 판단된다.

다양한 민두 개발을 위한 민두 인지도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the perception of Hairless Head dummy for Development of Various Hair Design)

  • The purpose of this study is to do research hairdressers' knowledge of hairless head dummy's brand name, and to suggest and develop various hairless head dummy for the students who are learning hair styling in the colleges and the academies, for the hairdressers working in the beauty salons. Using only one and same kind of hairless head model is not appropriate for hairdressers and students being trained hair styling skill, because people have a variety of head shapes. Three hundred twenty nine persons who live in Iksan area are selected as subjects. The results of the study are as follow: by the analysis of subjects' knowledge of hairless head dummy's brand name, most of them didn't know it exactly. This study deduced that there is a significant relation between the utility of hairless head dummy and subjects' intention of purchasing the dummy. To put it in detail, in case of college students, there is little significant difference between them. But in case of academy students, there is. By the regression analysis, especially, in case of hairdressers working in beauty salons and academy students, four conditions did significantly matter in their purchasing the dummy: first, whether the respondents owns it, second, whether it is helpful to themselves, third, whether they have ever used foreign products and, finally, whether they have intention to purchase various hairless head dummys or not. In conclusion, it depended on each group position whether their knowledge of brand names of hairless head model affects their purchase of the dummy or not.
