한방병원의 서비스 품질요인이 고객 만족도와 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Service Quality Factors on Customer Satisfaction and Intention of Revisit in Korean Medicine Hospital)

  • This study was performed to analyze systematically and validate empirically the influence of korean medicine service quality on satisfaction factors and revisiting intention. The candidates were patients visiting the one korean medicine hospital in Gyeongnam. We took a direct survey collected during 15 days May 1 to 15, 2016. For the survey I distributed a total of 250 questionnaire and used the final 230 of them in verifying this research model except unreliable data. The collected data were used statistics program SPSS WIN 22.0 and the research model were examined by AMOS 18.0. The main research results are follows. First, the most influencing factors on consumer satisfaction were public image factors and then human factors. and then effectiveness factors. Second, the most influencing factors on reuse intention were public image factors and then physical factors. Third, human and effectiveness factors of service quality factors in korean medicine hospital did not effect on revisiting intention directly but, effected on revisiting intention through mediation role of the customer satisfaction. Forth, satisfaction on the significant effect on reuse intention. so satisfaction has proved to be a important factor for reuse intention. The results of this study are expected to contribute to management efficiency and developmental improvement on korean medicine hospital policy and management efficiency and be used as a basis for leading to national health promotion through the development of korean medicine service.

치과 의료서비스 질이 재이용의사에 미치는 영향 (Factors of the Quality of Dental Care Service Upon Intention to Revisit)

  • Purpose: Identify the factors that influence following up control and reuse intention of patient who used dental health care institution after dental heath care service and in order to prepare the method which improve the quality of dental health service which dental heath care institution service afford. Methods: Data were collected through random sampling from June 20th to August 20th 2010 (for 60 days). Once we explained the purpose of our survey to people who experienced the dental service within one year, we distributed the questionnaires to someone who volunteered to respond and they answered all questions by themselves based on the actual experience of dental health care organizations. Even if the survey was conducted for 610 people, only 585 properly answered questionnaires were analyzed because responses which had many unanswered questions and had errors in responsive way were excluded. Results: Result of multiple regression analysis, the value of dental clinic service, the following up control after dental treatment, the technique and kindness of dentist, the environment of treatment, type of dental service and the kindness of dental staff is significant main cause to intention of reuse dental clinic. Conclusion: In order to increase the rate of patient reuse, enhance the value of service with following up control after health treatment and the high quality of dental health service.

항공사 브랜드태도와 고객만족도 및 재이용 의도 영향 관계 연구: 김포-제주 노선 이용객 대상으로 (Effects of Airline Brand Attitude on Customer Satisfaction and Intention to Reuse)

  • Recently, the airplane use rate has been renewing its peak every year. Especially, Gimpo-Jeju route is the busiest air route in the world and all domestic airlines are competing. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose differentiated marketing strategies from other airlines by analyzing the effect of customers' brand attitude on satisfaction and intention to reuse of airlines competing on the most competitive routes. 350 questionnaires were distributed to domestic passengers who have experiences using Gimpo - Jeju route in recent 3 years and 338 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS24 program. The results of the study showed that brand attitude showed meaningful effects on satisfaction and intention to reuse, and brand image was the most influential factor among the sub - factors of brand attitude. Therefore, airlines operating Gimpo - Jeju route suggest the importance of marketing strategy to enhance brand image among various brand attitudes.

중국 저가항공사 서비스 만족도 및 재이용 의도에 관한 연구 (Empirical Study on Customer Satisfaction and Intention to Reuse in Chinese Low Cost Carrier Industry)

  • Purpose - In this study, we tried to find that the relationship between the perception of customers on the airline service quality, customer satisfaction, and intention to reuse in Chinese low-cost carriers industry. Design/methodology/approach - We conducted the empirical study for hypotheses testing using the survey data of experienced users in Chinese low-cost carriers service. In this study, reliability and factor analysis were conducted using SPSS 26.0, the path analysis was performed using AMOS 24. Findings - We found that the customer's perception of aviation operation, reservation/ ticketing, online information service provided by Chinese low-cost carriers are positively associated with customer satisfaction. In addition, it was confirmed that customer satisfaction is positively related to the intention to reuse. Research implications or Originality - Based on the results of analysis, it was confirmed that the basic sub-services of the airline are also important in the low-cost carriers services market.

유튜브 활용 학습에 대한 기대일치, 인지적 태도, 정서적 태도가 유튜브 재이용 의향에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Expected Consistency, Cognitive Attitude, and Emotional Attitude on Reuse Intention to Use YouTube Learning)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the effect on learning using YouTube. The relationship between expectations, cognitive attitudes, emotional attitudes, and reuse intentions was explored. The results are as follows. First, the factors affecting the intention to reuse YouTube were emotional attitude and expectation. cognitive attitude did not show any significant effect. Second, cognitive attitude and expectation agreement were significant variables in emotional attitude. cognitive attitude was identified as a major factor affecting emotional attitude. Third, expectation agreement was found to have a significant influence on cognitive attitude. Therefore, expectancy is an important factor in identifying cognitive attitudes. In particular, the satisfaction of expectations after experiencing a new technology or system, such as YouTube, affects the cognitive attitude. Finally, the main findings of this study were that cognitive attitude was not a variable affecting the intention to reuse YouTube. The reason for this is that YouTube is used as a medium of interest, and it is not used as a medium for searching the main data source for learning. Therefore, in order to activate YouTube learning, it is necessary to convert recognition into YouTube for learning rather than YouTube for play.

치과 내원 환자들의 재이용 의사에 영향을 미치는 결정요인에 관한 융합 분석 (Convergence Analysis on The Determinants of Reuse Intention in Patients Visiting a Dentist)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 치과 내원 환자들의 인적서비스, 서비스 가치 정도를 알아보고 치과 재이용 의사에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 파악하여 공급자와 소비자에게 질적 치과 의료서비스에 대한 정확한 요구도를 도출, 서로 간에 긍정적인 영향을 주고자 실시하였다. 대전 및 전북지역의 치과 의료기관에 내원한 성인을 대상으로 한 서술적 조사연구이며, 자료는 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 t-test와 one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, Stepwise multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 인적서비스는 서비스 가치, 재이용 의사와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 서비스 가치도 재이용 의사와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 재이용 의사에 영향을 미치는 변수는 서비스 가치, 인적서비스, 치과 의료서비스에 대한 차별감으로 나타났다. 따라서 내원 환자에게 맞춤 치과 의료서비스를 제공하기 위한 최적화된 프로그램 개발이 필요하며, 꾸준한 방법 모색을 통한 실제 적용이 요구된다.

Impact of Economic Value in the O2O Distribution Channel on Brand Attractiveness and Performance

  • Purpose: With the unique feature of O2O, consumers are now able to check the profile of the services and products online and then consume them in offline venues or vice versa. This study provides motivation and practical implications about online-to-offline (O2O) distribution channels and investigates the relationship between economic values, service consistency and brand identity attractiveness in the O2O distribution channel. Then identify the impact of brand identity attractiveness on the performance (reputation and reuse intention). Research design, data, and methodology: Structural equation modeling (SEM) has been used to investigate the relationship between economic value and brand identity attractiveness, which affects the reputation and reuse intention of services in O2O. Results: Empirical results show the positive and significant impact of economic value and service consistency on brand identity attractiveness which results the positive and significant impact on performance (reputation and reuse intention) in O2O. Conclusion: In the O2O distribution channel, economic value is an important aspect for the attractive image and brand identity. On the other side, brand identity attractiveness is important for the bright future of O2O services, continuous growth, achieving the distinct goal, keeping good promises with customers, and a better reputation of O2O services in distribution channels.

The Influence of Social Presence on Evaluating Personalized Recommender Systems

  • Providing recommendations is acknowledged as one of important features of a business-to-consumer online storefront. Though there have been many studies on algorithms and operational procedures of personalized recommender systems, there is still a lack of empirical evidence demonstrating relationships between social presence and two important outcome variables of recommender systems: reuse intention and trust. To test the existence of a causal link between social presence and reuse intention, and mediating role of trust between these two variables, this study performed experiments varying level of social presence while providing personalized recommendations to users based on their explicit preferences. This study also compared these effects in two different product contexts: hedonic and utilitarian product. The results show that the provision of higher social presence increases both the reuse intention and trust of the recommender systems. In addition, the influence of social presence on reuse intention in the setting of recommending utilitarian products is less than that in the setting of recommending hedonic products.

일본 요양병원 의료서비스 품질이 입원환자 만족도와 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Medical Service Quality of the Nursing Hospital in Japan on the Inpatients' Satisfaction and Reuse Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 요양병원의 의료서비스 품질이 입원환자 만족과 재이용의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 이 과정에서 입원환자 만족의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 일본 히로시마 소재 요양병원 입원환자 255명으로서, 수집된 자료를 이용하여 공분산구조분석을 통해 얻은 경로계수로 모형과 가설 검정을 실시하였다. 검증 결과, 입원환자인 고객이 지각하는 의료서비스 품질의 의료진 및 의료수준, 응대성, 시설 및 요양비용 품질 요인은 입원환자 만족에 각각 통계학적으로 유의하게 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 그리고 입원환자 만족과 재이용의도 간의 경로계수는 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 한편, 입원환자인 고객이 지각하는 의료서비스 품질의 의료진 및 의료서비스 품질, 응대성, 시설 및 요양비용 품질 요인은 입원환자 만족에 각각 통계학적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않았으나, 입원환자 만족을 매개로 하여 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 요양병원산업 차원의 마케팅전략에 있어서, 의료서비스 품질을 반영하여, 요양병원 이용자만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이 과정에서 요양병원 의료서비스 품질의 역할 및 작용을 검증하였다는데 의의가 있다.

마이크로 블로그와 웹블로그 서비스의 재사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Affecting Factors for the Reuse Intention of the Micro-Blog and Web-Blog Service)

  • Recently Micro-blog service is used quickly in our life with dissemination of Smart-phone. This study performed based on a view that there is a difference of user's intention to reuse Web-blogs & Micro-blogs. This study also based on the existing motive theory for using which considers five factors-information, entertainment, interaction, personalization, and convenience. The AMOS structure equation used for the analysis of users' revisit intention. The results of the study shows that Micro-blogs are influenced by entertainment, personalization, and convenience. On the other hand, Web-blogs are influenced by entertainment, and personalization.
