소비자의 체면민감성과 아웃도어웨어 구매행동 연구 -과시소비의 매개효과 분석- (The Study of Social-Face Sensitivity and Consumer Purchasing Behavior with Outdoor Wear -Mediating Effect of Conspicuous Consumption-)

  • This study was to explore purchasing behavior and repurchase intention by considering social-face sensitivity and conspicuous consumption. To do this, first, this study tried to explain how consumers had different characteristics for social-face sensitivity, conspicuous consumption, purchasing behavior, and repurchase intention for outdoor wear. Second, this study tested the relationship between consumer behavior (purchasing behavior and repurchase intention) and social-face sensitivity by considering the mediating effect of conspicuous consumption. As the results, first, there was a significant relationship between social-face sensitivity (sensitivity to saving face) and conspicuous consumption, which had a significant effect on the purchasing behavior with outdoor wear(purchase frequency, purchase cost). Second, social-face sensitivity (consciousness of shame) had a significant effect on conspicuous consumption (preference for famous brands, status symbol, pursuing fashion), and social face sensitivity (consciousness of social formality) had a significant effect on conspicuous consumption (preference for famous brands). The relationship between the conspicuous consumption and purchasing behavior showed that conspicuous consumption had significant effects on consumer behavior (purchase frequency, purchase cost). The relationship between the social-face sensitivity and purchasing behavior showed that being conscious of others had a significant effect on purchasing behavior. Third, purchasing behavior with outdoor wear had a significant effect on repurchase intention. Finally, this study confirmed that conspicuous consumption had a partially significant mediating effect on the relationship between social-face sensitivity (sensitivity to saving face) and purchasing behavior.

중고패션제품의 소비가치가 태도와 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 -패션연출 자신감의 조절효과- (The Effect of Consumption Value on Attitude and Repurchase Intention of Secondhand Fashion Goods -The Moderating Role of Self-confidence in Fashion Coordination-)

  • This study investigates the influence of consumption value on attitude and the repurchase intention of secondhand fashion goods. In addition, this study examines the effect of consumption value on attitudes according to self-confidence in fashion coordination. Questionnaire data from 220 university students who made purchases of secondhand fashion goods were analyzed. The results were as follows. First, there were 5 factor solutions for the consumption value of secondhand fashion goods: rare value, emotional value, functional value, social contribution value, and economic value. Second, rare value, social contribution value and economic value had a positive impact on the attitude toward secondhand fashion goods. Third, attitude had positive impact on the repurchase intention of secondhand fashion goods. Fourth, there was a significant difference in the magnitude of the effect of consumption value on attitude according to self-confidence in fashion coordination. The results of this study provide various guidelines for marketers or retailers who are interested in secondhand fashion goods.

통학가방구매 시 패션제품속성요인과 만족도 및 재구매의도와의 관계 - 대구, 경주 지역의 중고생올 중심으로 - (Relationship between Fashion Product Attributes, Product Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention for Schoolbags - Focusing on middle and high school students in Daegu and GyeongJu -)

  • This study examined relationship among fashion product attributes of schoolbag, product satisfaction and repurchase intention. Total 315 questionnaires were distributed to the female/male students in Daegu and GyeongJu. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression were conducted using SPSS 13.0K statistics program as data analysis. The independent sample t-test was also conductd to examine the differences among sex, domicile, middle and highschool students. The findings hum the analysis are described in the following: First, female students is higher subjective fashion product attributes(fashion, individuality, refined) and objective fashion product attributes(design, color) importance than male students in purchasing schoolbag. High school students is higher subjective fashion product attributes(fashion, individuality) and objective fashion product attributes(brand, color) importance than middle school students in purchasing schoolbag. Second, product satisfaction are positive influenced by practicality and individuality of subjective fashion product attributes. Product satisfaction are not influenced by fashion and refined of subjective fashion product attributes. Third, product satisfaction are positive influenced by brand and design of objective fashion product attributes. Product satisfaction are not influenced by price and color of objective fashion product attributes. Forth, repurchase intention in schoolbag are strong positive influenced by product satisfaction.

베이커리 이용객의 서비스 품질 만족도가 재 구매에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Repurchase Intention on Baker Shop Customer's Service Quality Satisfaction)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of customers' repurchase intention, extract important factors, systematically analyze them and suggest the direction of bakery industry through studying the customers' satisfaction with bakeries. The researcher modified the questionnaire developed by Park, CH(1998), Lee, JH(2000), Yoon, YC(2000), and Kim SE(2002). In order to assess the level of customers' satisfaction with bakeries, a five point Likert scale was used. The used statistical methods for the data analysis were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, t-test factor analysis, ANOVA, multiple regression analysis. For all analyses of the research question, an alpha level of.05 was used. The major findings obtained from this study were as fellows. First on the factors of reliability and service ability, there was a high difference between males and females, and singles and the married. Second, on the factors of accessibility using convenience, service ability, and service response, there was a high difference among using frequence. Third, on the reliability factors, there was a high difference among average using amount per month. Forth, on the factors of accessibility using convenience, and service response, there was a high difference among types of customers' residing styles. Fifth, on the factors of income level, there was statistically no difference. Lastly, on the factors of accessibility using convenience, tangibleness, and service response, these factors significantly influenced customers' repurchase intention.

  • Recent trends of mobile convergence has already brought about many changes in our digitally-powered society. Especially, taking advantage of strengths of existing mobile devices and smart phones have already been established as a primary standard in the business intelligence world. Such high-powered digital devices equipped with mobile convergence functions are getting more momentum as app stores are prevailing. Basically, the app stores are administered by smart phone manufacturers, creating a new business ecosystem among app developers and end-users. However, there are paucity of studies tackling an issue about how users' repurchase intention of the apps is influenced by the service qualities of the app stores. In this respect, this study aims to investigate the effect of app store service quality on users' satisfaction and repurchase intention. As the value of loyal customers is incomparably high in app commerce, winning customers' loyalty is vital to the success of app stores. In this study, a customer is defined as one who has purchased goods or services at least once from the app stores. The proposed research model includes a number of constructs such as app perceptions, customer service, perceived ease of use, design, promotion, perceived consumer risk and connectivity. Empirical results revealed that perceived consumer risk has a negative relationship with consumer's perceived repurchase intention. All the other variables-app perceptions, customer service, perceived ease of use, design, promotion, connectivity- are found to be positively related with the repurchase intentions.

플랫폼과 콘텐츠, 디자인 속성이 스마트폰의 지속구매의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the effect of platform, contents, and design constructs on the repurchase intention of Smartphone)

  • 애플의 아이폰 출시는 플랫폼과 콘텐츠 그리고 디자인 특성을 새로운 요인으로 부각하게 하였다. 뿐만 아니라 스마트폰 사용자를 폭발적으로 증가하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델을 기반으로 스마트폰 지속구매의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 기존의 문헌 연구를 통하여 플랫폼, 콘텐츠 그리고 디자인 속성을 외부요인으로 도출하였다. 실증적 분석을 위해 부산 경남지역에 거주하는 스마트폰 사용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 설문지를 분석하였다. 이들 요인들과 지속구매의도와의 구조적 관계를 분석하기 위하여 Smart PLS(partial least square)을 이용하였다. 분석결과 플랫폼이 인지된 사용 용이성 경로를 제외하고는 모든 경로가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

중국 온라인 패션쇼핑몰의 서비스 품질, 만족, 재구매의도간의 관계 및 온라인 리뷰의 조절효과 분석 (Analysis of the Relationship between Service Quality, Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention of On-line Fashion Shopping Malls and the Moderating Effect of Online Reviews)

  • 사물인터넷의 급격한 발전은 기존에 존재하지 않던 형태의 새로운 서비스를 이끌어 내었고, 이는 곧 기존 네트워크에 대한 변화를 요구하였다. 본 연구는 패션쇼핑몰을 이용하는 중국 소비자들의 온라인 패션쇼핑몰의 서비스품질, 만족, 재구매 의도 간의 관계 그리고 온라인 리뷰의 조절 효과를 검증하고자 한다. 연구의 결과는 중국인 20대 30대 소비자의 관점에서 서비스 품질의 유형성, 신뢰성, 편의성, 상호작용성이 고객만족도와 재구매의도의 결과변수에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과가 나타났다. 또한 온라인 리뷰 중 부정적인 리뷰가 재구매 의도에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 연구의 결과에 따라 온라인 패션쇼핑몰을 위하여 온라인 제품리뷰에 미치는 영향과 온라인 제품리뷰 수용에 대한 심층적인 이해를 높이고, 향후 패션 기업이 온라인 제품리뷰 정보를 효과적으로 관리 할 수 있는 전략을 수립하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

온라인 플랫폼 의류제품의 구매 만족도 및 재구매 의도 (Purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention with clothing products on online platforms)

  • This study analyzed differences in the purchase satisfaction and repurchase intention of customers who buy clothing products from online platforms. The participants were teenage individuals to those in their 50s residing in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do. The data were examined via factor analysis, a t-test, Analysis of variance(ANOVA), Duncan's multiple range test, two-way ANOVA, and linear regression analysis. The factors for satisfaction with clothing products from online platforms were wearing comfort and quality, design, and price and purchase convenience. The findings revealed that purchase satisfaction based on these factors significantly varied among the participants depending on marital status, age, and occupation. Satisfaction with wearing comfort, quality, and design differed by gender. Satisfaction with wearing comfort, quality, and price and purchase convenience varied by type of purchase and type of online platforms. The interaction effects among the variables that affected purchase satisfaction were as follows. The interaction effects among the variables for wearing comfort and quality showed significant interactions between gender and type of purchase and between occupation and type of online platforms. Those for design showed significant interactions between marital status and age, between age and occupation, and so on. The interaction effects for price and purchase convenience showed significant interactions between marital status and gender and between age and occupation. The results on repurchase intention showed significant differences in such intention by marital status, age, and occupation. Repurchase intention was influenced by wearing comfort and quality, price and purchase convenience, design, and age.

리조트호텔 이용고객의 호텔 종사원에 대한 대인신뢰가 고객충성도, 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Resort Hotel Employees' Interpersonal Trust on Customer's Loyalty and Repurchase Intention)

  • 호텔은 고객과의 장기적인 관계를 지속하기 위해서는 무엇보다 고객에게 신뢰와 만족을 제공하여 충성 고객이 될 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 리조트 호텔을 이용하는 고객이 호텔 종사원에 대한 대인신뢰가 고객충성도 및 재구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 고찰하고자 제주도에 소재한 리조트 호텔 이용고객을 대상으로 연구를 실시한 결과 리조트 호텔 이용 고객이 호텔에 근무하고 있는 종사원에 대해 느끼는 능력, 유사성이 고객충성도와 재구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 리조트 호텔을 이용하는 고객들은 리조트 호텔을 방문할 때 종사원들의 능력과 유사성이 고객으로 하여금 반복적인 구매행동의 원인인 고객충성도와 미래에도 반복적으로 이용할 가능성이 높은 재구매의도에 있어서 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요변수임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와는 반대로 호텔종사원의 일관성은 리조트 호텔을 이용하는 고객에게는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이는 휴양지에서 새로운 흥미와 관심을 갖고자 하는 리조트 호텔의 고객성향을 비추어 볼때 고객충성도와 고객의 재구매의도에 부정적인 영향을 일으키는 원인이 됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 연구에서는 친환경 종이 용기 화장품 구매 동기와 만족 및 재구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설문조사 실시하여 총 184명의 설문지를 분석했다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 구매 동기의 구성요소인 상징성, 심미성, 실용성은 만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치며 재구매 의도에는 심미성과 실용성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 친환경 종이 용기 화장품에 대한 만족이 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 친환경 종이 용기 화장품 마케팅 관리자는 만족과 재구매 의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 구매 동기 요인인 실용성을 강조한 마케팅 방안을 제시해 나아가야 한다고 판단된다.
