응급실 간호사의 아동학대 신고의도 (Intention to Report Child Abuse of Emergency Room Nurse)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to examine a attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavior control, intention to report child abuse and to identify predictors of emergency room (ER) nurses' intention to report child abuse cases. Methods: A total of 364 nurses in ER participated in this study. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test or ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: 84.1 % of emergency room nurses reported feeling of obligation to report child abuse. Attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control were positively correlated with intention to report child abuse. Intention to report child abuse was predicted by emergency room nurse's attitude, perceived behavior control, subjective norm, ER nurse career, and recognition as a reporting obligator. Conclusion: Child abuse education program should be developed to help ER nurses to report child abuse case and positive attitude toward reporting the cases.

간호근무환경이 병원간호사의 재직의도에 미치는 영향: 경력동기와 직업존중감의 이중매개효과 (Effects of Nursing Work Environment on Intention to Stay of Hospital Nurses: A Two-Mediator Serial Mediation Effect of Career Motivation and Job-Esteem)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effects of career motivation and job-esteem and the effect of the nursing work environment on intention to stay among hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 289 nurses working at an advanced general hospital. The research model design was based on the PROCESS macro proposed by Hayes and analyzed using SPSS 24.0 program. Results: The results showed a positive correlation between intention to stay and nursing work environment (r = .19, p = .001), career motivation (r = .34, p < .001), and job-esteem (r = .37, p < .001). Nursing work environment (B = 0.34 [.09~.59]) and job-esteem (B = 0.27 [.04~.49]) had a direct effect on intention to stay. There was a two-mediator sereal mediation effect of career motivation and job-esteem. The nursing work environment showed a significant effect on the intention to stay among hospital nurses through career motivation and job-esteem. Conclusion: In order to increase the retention rate of hospital nurses, it is suggested that government and medical institutions provide multifaceted support that can increase nurses' motivation for career development and recognition of the nursing profession through improvement of the nursing work environment.

생체인식기술 기반 개인인증수단에 따른 사용자 인식 (User Recognition of Each Personal Identification Technique based on the Biometrics)

  • 생체인식기술 발달과 그 활용범위가 점차 확장하는 상황에서 이에 대해 사용자 입장에 중심을 둔 사용의도에 대한 연구는 매우 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구는 생체인식기술 종류에 따라 사용자가 인식하는 자기 효능감, 신뢰성, 보안성, 안전성, 편의성에 대해 살펴보고 각 인증수단에 대한 인식 차이가 향후 해당 생체인식기술 사용의도와 어떤 관련이 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 인지된 자기 효능감, 신뢰성, 보안성, 안전성, 편의성을 독립변수로, 사용의도를 종속변수로 하여 각 생체인증 수단별로 종속변수에 미치는 독립변인 효과를 분석한 결과 지문인식의 경우 인지된 신뢰성과 편의성이 향후 지속사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 주고, 홍채인식은 인지된 편의성이, 정맥인식의 경우 인지된 신뢰성이 각 생체인식수단 사용의도에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 향후 다양한 분야에서 생체인식 기술을 도입하는 과정에 사용자 인식이 고려된 적용 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

유니폼의 감염인식, 세탁 규정 인식, 감염병 예방 의도에 관한 융합연구: 개인주의, 집단주의, 자아존중감 중심으로 (Convergence Research on Infection Awareness of Uniforms, Recognition of Laundry Rules, and Intention to Prevent Infectious Diseases: Focusing on Individualism, Collectivism, and Self-esteem)

  • 본 연구는 강원도 일개 대학 4년제 치위생학과 276명을 대상으로 2021년 11월 24일부터 11월 26일까지 구글 온라인설문을 통하여 연구하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 유니폼의 감염인식과 세탁 규정 인식, 감염병 예방 의도를 개인주의 및 집단주의 자아존중감을 통해 알아보는 것으로, 향후 감염병 시기에 학생의 감염 교육 방법 모색을 위해 시행되었다. 통계는 SPSS Statistics 24.0, AMOS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 구조방정식, ANOVA 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 유니폼 감염인식, 유니폼 세탁 규정 인식, 자아존중감, 개인주의, 집단주의 감염병 예방 의도의 모형이 적합함을 확인하였고(p<.001), 구조방정식 결과 자아존중감은 개인주의, 집단주의 감염병 예방 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 집단주의는 유니폼 감염인식, 유니폼 세탁 규정 인식, 감염병 예방 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 감염예방을 위한 인식 변화에 자아존중감과 집단주의가 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 향후 치위생학과의 감염관리 교육시 집단주의를 고려한 유니폼 세탁 방법에서 활용이 가능할 것이다.

정보기술 수용성과 디지털미디어 활용역량이 시니어 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 기회인식의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Information Technology Acceptance and Digital Media Utilization Capability on Senior Entrepreneurship Intention: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Opportunity Recognition)

  • 글로벌 경제위기와 고령화 추세 그리고 급속한 디지털 전환은 한국 사회에 큰 부담이자 위기이다. 이러한 환경 변화와 경기침체는 시니어들의 퇴직 후 창업 및 재취업에 대한 이슈가 사회적으로 부상하고 있다. 본 연구는 시니어를 대상으로 하고 창업할 시 어떤 요인이 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 특히 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞아 피할 수 없는 정보통신기술(ICT) 및 디지털 미디어에 대한 활용 역량에 초점을 두었다. 이를 실증적으로 분석하기 위해 시니어를 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 하였다. 유효한 287개를 분석대상으로 삼았다. 통계분석에는 SPSS 24.0와 Macro Process 4.0을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 실증 분석 결과, 정보기술 수용에 대한 자기효능감, 개인 혁신성, 디지털미디어를 활용한 커뮤니케이션 역량은 시니어 창업 의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 하지만 정보기술에 대한 지각된 유용성과 디지털미디어 기기 활용역량은 유의성이 나타나지 않았다. 유의한 영향을 미친 변인 중 개인혁신성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기회 인식은 자기효능감, 개인혁신성, 커뮤니케이션 역량과 시니어 창업 의도 간에 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 시니어의 창업에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인 중에서 디지털미디어 활용역량 역시 영향을 미치는 요인임을 실증적으로 검정했다는 점에서 학술적 및 실무적 의미가 있다.

청소년 창업교육 프로그램 특성이 창업의도에 미치는 영향: 창업인식 매개효과를 중심으로 (An Effect of Youth Entrepreneurship Education Program's Characteristics to Entrepreneurial Intention: Focused on the Mediating Effect of Entrepreneurship Recognition)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년 창업의도에 미치는 영향요인들을 창업인식 형성에 기반하여 분석함으로써, 실제 창업으로 이어지는 창업의도 향상을 위한 효과적인 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 선행연구를 통해 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였으며 청소년 비즈쿨 캠프 참여학생들을 대상으로 총 559부의 설문지를 수집하고, SPSS 21.0과 Amos 22.0를 활용하여 실증분석 하였다. 가설검증 결과 창업교육 프로그램 특성(창업교육 전문성, 창업교육 차별성)이 인지된 실현가능성과 기업가정신에 긍정적 영향을 주고, 인지된 실현가능성과 기업가정신이 진로결정 자기효능감에 매개하여 창업의도를 높게 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 청소년 창업교육이 창업으로 이어지기 위해서는 창업인식(인지된 실현가능성, 진로결정 자기효능감, 기업가정신)이 형성이 되어야 함을 제시하고 증명한 것에 의미를 가진다.

치과위생사의 조직후원인식과 조직애착 및 이직의도의 관련성 (Relationship between perceived organizational support, organizational attachment, and turnover intention of dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dental hygienists' recognition of sponsorship on their organizational attachment and turnover and to improve their attachment affinity according to the working environment. Methods: Dental hygienists working at dental clinics distributed 220 questionnaires from the date of approval to October 31, 2019, at the dental hygienist maintenance training site and online. Data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 program with a significance level of 0.05. Results: Dental hygienists' perception of sponsorship, organizational attachment, and turnover intention were 2.97, 2.86, and 3.43, respectively. The turnover intention was higher when participants were unmarried, had high work intensity, a clinical career of 4-6 years, low organizational attachment, and a 53.7% explanation. Conclusions: To reduce the turnover intention, it is necessary to make appropriate compensations according to the long-term root of the experienced person, to adjust the work intensity, and to make efforts to increase the workers' attachment so that workers and organizations have the same values.

전자상거래 무역상 창업의도 결정요인 (The Antecedents of Entrepreneurial Intention for being E-commerce Trade)

  • There is a growing interest on entrepreneurship for undergraduate students to enhance their employment ratio because they have big difficulty in getting a job in Korea as well as Vietnam. Currently, on-line business is booming because customers feel convenience in approaching on-line store. Therefore, this study has explored identifying the factors to affect entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader for the undergraduates in Korean universities as well as Vietnam universities. In addition to this, the study has also investigated the difference of the results between Korea and Vietnam. The results of the study are as follows ; First, entrepreneurial knowledge affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Second, employment barrier also affects positively on entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Third, social perception on entrepreneurship mediates the relationship between employment barrier and entrepreneurial intention for being e-commerce trader. Lastly, the level of entrepreneurial intention for vietnam undergraduate students shows higher than that of Korean undergraduate students. Since there was lack of recognition as to the importance for entrepreneurial intention of being e-commerce trader in Korea, Korean government can refer to the results of this survey and implement the related policies to enhance related entrepreneurial intention. This indicates that when it comes to the establishment of new ventures in Korea, entrepreneurial education has been the focus of interest such as making business plan, setting up strategy, marketing the products etc. In this regard, this research is expected to be used for the development for the future policies to boost youth entrepreneurship in Korea.

치과기공사의 직무만족 요인이 이직의사에 미치는 영향 분석 (Analysis of the effect of dental technicians' job satisfaction factor on turnover intention)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine dental technicians' job satisfaction levels and to assess its influence on turnover intention. Methods: We included 230 dental technicians who work within Seoul, Incheon, Daejeon, the Gyeonggi Province, and the Chungcheongnam-do Province. We carried out a self-reported survey using a structured questionnaire. Results: As a result of assessing the research subjects' job satisfaction level, we found that there was a significant difference in working hours and a dental-work continuing plan sphere (p<0.05). Achievement & self-realization factors, the human relation factor, and growth & development factors were reported to be major job satisfaction indices. The whole average of the job satisfaction level came to 3.11, thereby appearing to be relatively high. In analyzing the research subjects' turnover intention, there was a significant difference in age, task field, dental-work career, working hours, incumbency, and dental-work continuing plan sphere (p<0.05). The question average for turnover intention was 2.88. As a result of assessing a correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention, a significant negative (-) correlation was found between job satisfaction and turnover intention. Thus, a higher job satisfaction level was observed to lead to a lower turnover intention. Conclusion: As a result of conducting a regression analysis in order to assess the influence of job satisfaction on a turnover intention, a working condition factor, a human relation factor, and a recognition factor each appeared to have a high impact.

통합기술수용이론을 이용한 금융소비자들의 인공지능 서비스 수용의도 연구 (A Study on the Intention of Financial Consumers to Accept AI Services Using UTAUT Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was verifying factors that affect to intention to use AI financial services and finding a way of building an user oriented AI ecology. Methods: This study used the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model with independent variables such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, trust, personal innovativeness and AI understanding as moderating variable. The data was collected through online & offline survey with questionnaire from 330 financial customers. Results: As a result, the analysis suggested that the performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, personal innovativeness are statistically significant to the intention to use AI. It was also found that AI knowledge of users differently influence the intention to use through the moderating effect on the facilitating conditions. Conclusion: Performance expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, personal innovativeness have positive causation to the intention to use in AI financial service. On the facilitating conditions, unlike other variables, it was found that the user's intention to use was different by the level of AI understanding. It means that customers could have the strong intention to use AI even though they don't have enough pieces of knowledge on the factors. Customers seem to be of recognition that the technology has certain benefits for themselves. The facilitating factors are significantly affected by AI understanding and differently effect on the intention to use AI.
