Recently, financial companies are promoting chatbot services in line with the reduction of branches and the expansion of non-face-to-face services. However, it is difficult to expand the chatbot services at once in the presence of technical limitations and constraints of internal and external environment. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the various situations of chatbot service to preemptively identify problems that can occur in stages and seek solutions. This study conducted interviews with 12 field practitioners and researchers to examine the intentions and behaviors of financial chatbot service users and interpreted them using TPB. The study revealed the characteristics of 'feelings and attitudes' such as convenience or inconvenience from the chatbot experience, 'subjective norms' such as herd behavior or the yearning for empathy of others, and 'behavioral control' according to the recognition of difficulty or convenience of chatbot use process. This study shows that this characteristic can affect the intention and actual behavior of users to use chatbot service continuously. In the future research, it is necessary to empirically study specific intentions and influence factors for actual users.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the implicit meaning of advertising content with highly persuasive language formats from a communication perspective and its interpretation process in relation to communication education, while simultaneously developing interpretative codes for media literacy education in modern society. For a successful discussion, I assumed the narrative content of advertising content that implements a special purpose as a general conversational act, and raised the issue anew that regularity exists for implicit semantic expressions. It also said that in order for media literacy education in the present society to proceed correctly, linguistic interpretations of implicit meaning cannot be guided as a principle of communication in prior research. As a solution, we confirm that socio-cultural sharing knowledge and recognition are essential interpretation codes. For further discussion, the analysis of advertising media languages with special purposes in terms of language usage was conducted to verify the process of interpreting the implicit meaning shown in them. After analyzing the implicit advertising language that I arbitrarily typified, I found that the linguistic meaning implicit with the intention of persuading the speaker can be provided mostly as media literacy education as a framework for analysis by various information and cognitive effects. In other words, acceptors should not perform only literal interpretations in the process of interpreting the implicit meaning inherent in the media language. If guided by including native language materials and background knowledge, socio-cultural customs, and general common knowledge, efficient media literacy education can be expected.
This study intended to examine the willingness to use as well as necessary functions for ICT-based care assistance devices in older adults living alone. A total of 241 older adults living alone from a city participated in the study. Study results show that many older adults living alone are willing to use ICT-based care assistance devices at their home and the functions of care assistance devices that they perceived as necessary were diverse. In addition, there were differences in perception of functional necessity by socio-demographics and medical and functional characteristics of older adults living alone. In particular, there were significant differences in the functions perceived as necessary according to the presence of osteoporosis, depression, insomnia, and limitations in daily activities. Our study findings suggest that the functions of ICT-based care devices should be developed in various ways in order to help healthy aging in place. Findings also imply that it is necessary to provide individualized services and customized care assistance devices according to individual's medical and functional characteristics and needs.

In this study, we reported the validation results of the Korean Affective Voice Database (KAV DB), an affective voice database available for scientific and clinical use, comprising a total of 113 validated affective voice stimuli. The KAV DB includes audio-recordings of two actors (one male and one female), each uttering 10 semantically neutral sentences with the intention to convey six different affective states (happiness, anger, fear, sadness, surprise, and neutral). The database was organized into three separate voice stimulus sets in order to validate the KAV DB. Participants rated the stimuli on six rating scales corresponding to the six targeted affective states by using a 100 horizontal visual analog scale. The KAV DB showed high internal consistency for voice stimuli (Cronbach's α=.847). The database had high sensitivity (mean=82.8%) and specificity (mean=83.8%). The KAV DB is expected to be useful for both academic research and clinical purposes in the field of communication disorders. As the AI speaker business has risen significantly in recent years, the potential for numerous uses of AI speakers has gotten a lot of attention. Consumers have created an environment in which they can express and share their experiences with products through various channels, resulting in a large number of reviews that leave consumers with a variety of candid opinions about their experiences, which can be said to be very useful in analyzing consumers' thoughts. Using this review data, this study aimed to examine the factors driving the continued use of AI speakers. Above all, it was determined whether the seven characteristics associated with the intention to adopt AI identified in prior studies appear in consumer reviews. Based on customer review data on Amazon.com, text mining and social network analysis were utilized to examine Amazon eco-products. CONCOR analysis was used to classify words with similar connectivity locations, and Connection centrality analysis was used to classify the factors influencing the continuous use of AI speakers, focusing on the connectivity between words derived by classifying review data into positive and negative reviews. Consumers regarded personality and closeness as the most essential characteristics impacting the continued usage of AI speakers as a result of the favorable review survey. These two parameters had a strong correlation with other variables, and connectedness, in addition to the components established from prior studies, was a significant factor. Furthermore, additional negative review research revealed that recognition failures and compatibility are important problems that deter consumers from utilizing AI speakers. This study will give specific solutions for consumers to continue to utilize Amazon eco products based on the findings of the research.
This study verified the moderating effect of the influence of the reference group on the effect of socio-cultural attitude toward appearance and appearance complex on semi-permanent makeup satisfaction. To this end, a survey was conducted on 210 people who had undergone semi-permanent makeup and the results were obtained. The results were analyzed through the SPSS program, and the results are as follows. The recognition of the social importance of appearance among social-cultural attitudes toward appearance had a significant effect on satisfaction with the procedure. The self-conscious appearance complex had a significant effect on the satisfaction with the procedure. It was found that the influence of the reference group had a moderating effect on the effect of internalization, which is a social-cultural attitude toward appearance, on the satisfaction with the procedure. showed Both the appearance complex caused by others, the appearance complex, and the self-conscious appearance complex showed a moderating effect of the reference group effect in the effect on the satisfaction of semi-permanent procedures. Objective : In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey of occupational therapists to examine their perceptions on and willingness to provide telerehabilitation dementia prevention education. Methods : From March 13 to 19, 2021, a questionnaire survey targeting occupational therapists in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam was conducted. 100 questionnaires were distributed but only 70 were collected. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis and descriptive statistics using the statistical program SPSS version 23.0. Results : The average scores by region were as follows. The average compatibility score was highest at 3.92 score, intention to providing education, doctors 3.89 score, community-centric rehabilitation awareness 3.81 score, cost saving 3.78 score, perceiver usefulness 3.75 score, accessibility 3.62 score, the quality of telerehabilitation service was in order of 3.49 score. Conclusion : All items asking whether occupational therapists participate in community-centered rehabilitation and non-face-to-face dementia prevention education programs showed high scores, indicating the willingness to participate actively. In the future, in addition to follow-up research on the implementation of telerehabilitation dementia prevention education, measures for improving accessibility within the local and national government should be discussed.

Objective : This study sought to explore occupational therapy students' awareness of Developmental Rehabilitation Services (DRSs) and the certification of Sensory Developmental Rehabilitation Service Providers (SDRSPs). Moreover, it also aimed to examine the differences in students' awareness based on general characteristics. The findings were intended to provide a foundation for research on sensory developmental rehabilitation. Methods : An online survey was conducted among 199 occupational therapy students nationwide from October 4 to November 5, 2022. Frequency analysis was used to assess the general characteristics and additional items. Both descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were employed to assess the students' awareness of DRSs and SDRSP certification. Any differences in the students' awareness based on their general characteristics were examined using t-tests and an analysis of variance. Results : The students' awareness of DRSs was moderate (4.50 ± 2.40), while their awareness of SDRSP certification was also moderate (4.22 ± 2.55). The awareness of DRSs varied significantly based on the students' academic year and child-related practice experience. Similarly, the awareness of SDRSP certification differed significantly based on the students' academic program, academic year, recognition by the related department, and child-related practice experience. Conclusion : The occupational therapy students expressed a strong intention to provide DRSs and become certified as SDRSPs. However, their awareness levels were moderate. These findings emphasize the importance of educational efforts and the provision of relevant information about DRSs and SDRSP certification in universities to foster the development of competent SDRSPs.

This research was conducted to investigate the consciousness of demander on National Forest Management System and to seek for solution to activate it by measuring the variables such as the extent of goal achievement on the system, the extent of importance on function of national forest, benefit for participation of the system, and the extent of importance on the system as well as the extent of demander recognition and intention of participation on the system like, Cooperative Forest Program and People's Forest Program. The target of this investigation is to categorize consumers of National Forest Management System (NFMS) into four types such as environmental organization that do not participate in the system, environmental organization that participate in the team, company to publish a white paper on environmental and local government. As a result, the intention of participation was showed in C Type (62.7%), among fields that respondents interested in participation were tree planting and forest tending (56.2%). However, the rest of the participants were reluctant participate in the NFMS due to more benefit (72.2%) of corporate social responsibility from other fields than those from the field utilizing forestry. If only, diverse facilities related to national forest and active supporting policy are provided by Korea Forest Service, social participation using forest resources would be considered. Although 61% among A Type recognized NFMS in advance, the prime reason for not utilizing are the problems with reserving place for participates in and the inconvenience to participate in on-site. Type D shows slightly high interest in People's Forest Program (3.69). Also, it shows high interest in Forest Recreation (4.15) and Forest Reports (3.90). Particularly, it indicates that GyeongGi-Do and GangWon-Do local government prefers Forest Experience, and Cheolla, ChungCheong and GyeongSang local government prefer Forest Reports. Based on the above study, we finally suggest that legal alignment of the system, and the provision of incentive for inducement of voluntary participation by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and establishment of new exclusive nongovernmental organization be able to operate the system as the solution to activate NFMS in terms of the consumer.

This study sought to identify the impact of scenarios, capital, manpower (directors, actors), media promotion, oral communication, and recognition on the intention of watching movies, and to present marketing and policy implications to film producers for ways to revitalize their films. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows: First, if you watch a movie with a friend or introduce a movie, you should set up a marketing strategy to promote the movie as a oral message to the people around you through double points and free admission at the 10th movie. It will also require the promotion of the scenario to be strengthened so that people around them can recognize it naturally. Second, film production companies will have to improve the quality of their movies by readjusting the distribution of capital in the event of capital investment. In addition, the movie should be encouraged by the oral publicity that the huge amount of capital has enhanced the quality of the movie, as well as pre-experience events to help the audience recognize it. Fourth, the movie promotion company should set up strategies to cater to visitors through a contest for ideas for promoting visitors, which can arouse interest among visitors.
