Low birth rate is a persisting national challenge that causes a decrease in productive population and an increase in encumbrances by ever rising insurance premiums, eventually threatening the existence of the country. This study investigated the effectiveness of the current government's undergoing economic support of the child-birth promotion policy, "go-un-mam card", and suggested improvement plans about the problems derived on the basis of the perceptions of the card users. Multi-response analysis was used to find out the preference of the policy, and chi-square test was conducted to discover the user satisfaction rate and intent of re-parturition. Also, descriptive analysis was performed to identify the degree of the policy recognition. The results illustrated that a significant association exists between the satisfaction rate and the intention of re-parturition. In addition, pregnant women gained information about the policy from governmental agencies and medical institution as well as by word of mouth; then, applied to the policy. Also, the card users only took an advantage of discounts in the hospitals within the supported monetary amounts. Moreover, the card users expressed their dissatisfaction at the monetary amounts. For instance, the users were dissatisfied with the limit on the amount to be used in a day and requested upgrade on the monetary amounts. Based on the result, the government will improve and develop the go-un-mam card for the ultimate purpose of policy, increasing birth-rate.
This study aims to identify the awareness of radiation irradiation foods for radiologists, to help them understand the radiation irradiation foods properly, and to provide basic data on educational programs. The survey was conducted from February 1 to 28, 2018, with a survey of university students majoring in radiology at universities in Daegu and Gyeongbuk provinces. 73.7% of the respondents said that they did not have educational experience in radiological survey foods and related educational experiences. 49.8% of radiologists and 31.6% of school education were the most effective methods of radiation survey foods. As for the intention to participate in education on radiation irradiated foods, 54.5% of the respondents said that they are "normal" and that the participation rate of the students can be increased when providing education on radiation irradiated foods. As for when it is appropriate to conduct education on radiation-invested foods, 27.7% from 'Elementary School' and 23.0% from 'Middle School' are shown. Considering the above results, it is deemed necessary to develop specific promotional activities and educational programs for the overall recognition and clear understanding of irradiated food products of college students who are sensitive to diet.

As a result of the major analysis, the respondents'intention to participate in mountain eco-tourism was 3.65 by Likert 5-point-scale and the respondent's most preferred the number of visits was once a year(44.6%) or twice a year(30.1%). Also, the most preferred region was Gangwon-do(44.8%) and the average amount of expense willing to pay was 153,320 won. Lastly, the respondents said they expect development of regional tourism product(M=3.99) and mountain eco-tourism program(M=3.96) by requirements for mountain eco-tourism. This study identified the perceptions of science and technology researchers about interdisciplinary collaboration and the difficulties experienced in the collaboration process and the types of strategies they set up to overcome them. For this study, a questionnaire was developed with five-point Likert-scale questions that confirm attitudes toward interdisciplinary collaboration and qualitative questions that describe difficulties and strategies to overcome difficulties experienced in the collaboration experience. A total of 79 domestic science and technology researchers responded to the survey, and the collected data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the recognition of the efficacy of collaboration had an important influence on the intention of collaboration, but the level of the recognition of the efficacy of collaboration was relatively low. In addition, there were four types of difficulties in the interdisciplinary collaboration process, and seven types of strategies were identified to overcome these. Based on these findings, it was suggested that convergence education should reflect the pluralistic nature of modern science and the features of various collaborations that occur within it.

Objectives: This study aimed to assess the status of the Journal of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (JKACAP) and propose measures for its growth and development. Methods: The study was conducted using a questionnaire survey targeting members of the Korean Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. The six key elements analyzed were Access to the journal, Convenience following conversion to English, Recognition as an international journal and institutional achievements, Author perspectives on manuscript submission, Transition to an online-only journal, and Content and identity of the journal. Results: The survey revealed that email notification was highly effective for Journal Accessibility, with the website and search engines also frequently being used by members. Conversion to English in 2018 initially impacted readability and submission rates, but these concerns have decreased over time. However, the Recognition of JKACAP as an international academic journal was still not on par with SCIE journals, highlighting the need for further efforts towards SCIE inclusion. Despite these challenges and limited research opportunities, there was an active intention among members to submit manuscripts. Respondents showed a notable preference for the Transition to an online-only journal. Regarding content and identity of the JKACAP, members predominantly favored review articles and perceived the journal as a research and communication platform for Korean child and adolescent psychiatrists. Conclusion: The results indicate the need for JKACAP to enhance its digital accessibility, provide more support for domestic and international authors, and actively seek SCIE indexing. Addressing the varied content preferences of its members, improving the submission process, and transitioning to an online-only format could further its growth and solidify its position as an internationally recognized academic journal in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.
Recently, rural leisure by urban dwellers has been recognized as a catalyst for regional development or restoration. The federal government implemented several regional planning policies attempting to address this phenomenon in the late nineties. However, most of these policies focused on supply-centered planning, which caused a diverse set of problems relating to the sustainability and economic validity of the planning. Instead, this study focuses on the re-visitation one of the demand variables, with the intention of analyzing the character of rural leisure demand and its re-visitation choice attributes. For these reasons, this study investigates the character of current rural leisure demand, and develops functional equations about urban people who visit rural areas, using logit model. The results of this study can be summarized as follow: Urban people are visiting rural areas from nearby cities or metropolitan areas that are within 3 hours driving distance, and over 80% of rural visitors are one-day visitors. Therefore, most of their visitation activities should be understood as rural leisure, including rural tourism. In addition, the likelihood of the rural tourist to make a return visit is influenced by their transportation means, product purchasing, staying period and travel time. The results of such rural leisure demand can provide information for regional planning strategies, such as selection of target market, type of market segments, improvement of recognition level, activity program price, facility and space planning, produce sale and connection with tour site.
