노인병원과 종합병원의 선택요인 및 환자만족도 분석 (A study for the factors on choosing hospitals and patients satisfaction between Geriatric Hospitals and General Hospitals)

  • This research anticipated on acknowledging the inpatients factors in choosing which hospital for the geriatric hospital and general hospital they would prefer to go to the analization of different factors in patients satisfaction, and the relation between satisfactory standards and the patients intentions on recommendation or re-visiting the hospital. The statistical data was based upon the 359 question and answer papers that were done by inpatients that were hospitalized in two geriatric hospitals and two general hospitals, and the methods used for analyzing were frequency, t-test, factor analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression. The results are as follows. 1. The factors on choosing hospitals between geriatric hospital and general hospitals were different. The priority for the geriatrics was kindness, and then considerate nursing, and the reliance of treatment. The patients of general hospitals looked first for reliance of treatment, reputation and history of the hospital, and the kindness of the staff. The kindness of the staff, good nursing, and easy procedures were the primary factors of choosing geriatric hospital. 2. The four primary factors in choosing which hospital patients would go to were the predominance of the facilities, kindness and convenience, the reliance and proximity of medical treatment, and recommendation. The patients in the geriatric hospital first looked for kindness and convenience, second the reliance and proximity of medical treatment, third predominance of facilities, and last recommendation. The general hospitals main priority was the reliance and proximity of medical care, second predominance of facilities, kindness and hospitality, and last recommendation. 3. The satisfaction rate was higher in the geriatric hospital compared to general hospitals, but the satisfactory of factors were very similar. Patients in the geriatric hospital were pleased with the hospital staffs kindness, quick nursing and the improvement of inconvenient matters, and clear diagnosis of the doctors. The general hospital patients were satisfied with the hospital staffs clear explanation and accurate diagnosis 4. The analysis in the satisfactory factors turned out to be the environment of the hospital, kindness of the staff, and convenience. Both the patients of the geriatric hospital and general hospitals were very pleased with the kindness of the hospital staff. Ranking second and third was convenience and service for the geriatric hospital, and environment of the hospital and convenience for the general hospital. 5. According to a rank of multiple recurrent analysis of the patients satisfaction and the intention of re-visiting in addition to intention of solicitation, in the case of a geriatric hospital, when the intention of re-visiting is the dependent variable, the first stage shows that the less insurance the patient has, the higher was the intention of re-visiting. In the second stage, the more satisfied the patient is of the staffs kindness, the higher was the intention of re-visiting. Further more, when the intention of solicitation is the dependent variable, the first stage shows that not all the independent variables were significant, but the second stage shows that the more satisfied the patient is of the staffs kindness and the hospital along with the medical treatment expenses, the higher was the intention of solicitation. 6. In the first stage of a rank of multiple recurrent analysis of the satisfaction of the general hospital and the intention of re-visiting, not all the variables were significant, but in the second stage, all the satisfaction by factors were significant. Moreover, when the intention of solicitation was the dependent variable, the first stage shows not all the variables were significant, but in the second stage, all the satisfaction by factors were significant. That is to say, in the case of a general hospital, the satisfaction of the hospital and the medical treatment expenses were high, and the more satisfied the patient is of the hospitals environment and the staffs kindness, the intention of re-visiting and the intention of solicitation was higher.

Factors Influencing Museum Visits: An Empirical Study in Vietnam

  • This paper aims to investigate factors affecting museum visits of young people in Vietnam by sending questionnaires to 2106 young people aged between 14-30 in Vietnam. With the support of SPSS version 2016 and STATA version 22, this paper illustrates that the empirical findings are appropriate with previous literature reviews. Research hypotheses such as learning purposes, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, and museum architecture are significantly and positively correlated with museum visits measured through customer visiting intention, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Furthermore, males have a stronger interest in visiting the museum but a low re-visit intention than females. People with a higher level of education and higher income are also more likely to visit the museum than those with a lower level of education and income. Finally, the research results suggest that the family class and the orientation of parents play an important role in encouraging children to increase museum visiting intention; however, children of high-class families are less likely to have a high intention, satisfaction, and loyalty toward museum visitation than children of lower-class families.

중국, 일본, 미국 여행자의 쇼핑만족도가 여행만족도 및 여행후행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Shopping Satisfaction on China, Japan and US Tourists' Travel Satisfaction and Post-tour Behavior)

  • This study was performed to investigate shopping behavior of Chinese, Japanese, and US tourists in Korea. For this purpose, travel activities and shopping items were identified first. And thereafter the shopping satisfaction, travel satisfaction, intention to word-of-mouth, and intention to re-visit were compared by country, gender and age. Finally, the effect of shopping satisfaction on travel evaluations as well as the effect of demographics on shopping satisfaction were examined. Secondary data were used for this survey, while ${\chi}^2$ test, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test and regression analysis were applied to analyze data. The results were listed below. First, main travel activities were shopping, followed by enjoying natural scenery and visiting historic sites. Apparel, cosmetics, leather goods, and shoes were major shopping products. Chinese and Japanese tourists preferred cosmetics and apparel most, while US travellers bought lots of apparel and shoes. Men and older tourists tended to buy food products more than women and younger people did. Second, degree of shopping satisfaction significantly differed by country and age. The US tourists showed highest satisfaction, followed by Japanese and Chinese ones. Younger people tended to be satisfied more than older people significantly. In terms of travel satisfaction and intention for word-of-mouth, the US tourists, women, and younger people revealed higher scores than the other counterparts. Intention to re-visit Korea were significantly different, based on country and gender, showing higher for the US people and women. Third, shopping satisfaction was found to affect travel satisfaction, intention for word-of- mouth, and intention to revisit Korea significantly. In turn, travel satisfaction was also shown significantly to affect on intention for word-of-mouth, and intention to re-visit Korea.

한방 의료 서비스 품질이 환자 만족 및 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Relationship between Health Services Quality and Customer's Satisfaction in Oriental Medicine Hospitals)

  • Purpose : This study was conducted to understand Oriental medical health services and analyze the relationships between the perceived Oriental medical health services and the effect, influencing patient satisfaction as. well as intentions of re-visiting such hospitals. Methods : SPSS 10.0, a statistical processing method, was used to process the study data and frequency and ANOVA analysis were used to analyze the differences. Also, Pearson correlation coefficient was performed to analyze the relationships between work satisfaction and health services quality, as well as patient satisfaction and intentions to re-visit such hospitals. Results : Most patients were satisfied with the service, but it was shown that improvement of facilities and medical equipment was needed. The survey showed higher satisfaction with longer experience of doctors and nurses. Staff recognition of health services quality seemed lower than patient satisfaction, so efforts to improve the health services and relationships between health services quality and patient satisfaction are necessary. Conclusion : Higher quality and satisfaction with Oriental medical health services are going to improve total re-use intention to a significant degree.

경남 일부지역 치과의원 내원 환자들의 치과 의료서비스 질 만족도와 재이용 의사에 미치는 영향 요인 (Factors Affecting the Satisfaction for Medical Service and Reuse Intention of Patients at Dental Clinic in Gyeongnam Province)

  • 본 연구는 2013년 6월 10일부터 8월 15일까지 경남 일부지역 치과의원에 내원한 재진환자 236명을 대상으로 설문조사하였다. 의료서비스 질 만족도와 재이용 의사에 미치는 영향 요인을 조사하여 치과 의료서비스 공급자에게 병원서비스 정책에 필요한 전략적인 시사점을 제시하고, 치과 의료서비스 소비자에게 보다 나은 치과 의료서비스를 제공하여 재이용 의사에 긍정적인 영향을 나타내고자 한다. 치과를 내원하게 되는 동기는 친구나 가족의 소개로 방문했다가 가장 높게 나타났고, 거리의 접근성, 눈에 잘 띄어서, 치과 병 의원의 인지도 순으로 나타났다. 서비스 시스템, 친절도, 의료서비스 만족도, re-call 시스템 효율성, 재이용 시 불편해소는 임플란트 치료과정에서 점수가 가장 높게 나타났고, 향후 재이용 의사는 보철 치료과정에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 주요 변인들간의 상관관계는 서비스 시스템은 재이용 시 불편해소(r=0.440, p<0.001)와 친절도는 의료서비스 만족도(r=0.675, p<0.001), 의료서비스 만족도는 향후 재이용 의사(r=0.387, p<0.001), re-call 시스템 효율성은 향후 재이용 의사(r=0.346, p<0.001)와 가장 높은 정적 상관을 가지고 있었다. 의료서비스 질 만족도에 미치는 영향은 친 절도(p<0.001)와 re-call 시스템 효율성(p<0.05)에서 유의한 수준으로 나타났다. 재이용 의사에 미치는 영향은 재이용 시 불편해소(p<0.05), 서비스 시스템(p<0.05), 친절도(p<0.01), re-call 시스템 효율성(p<0.01)에서 유의한 수준으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해볼 때 내원환자들의 재이용 의사는 환자들의 인적 네트워크가 주요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났고, 의료서비스 질 만족도와 향후 재이용 의사에 미치는 영향 요인은 친절도와 re-call 시스템 효율성에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 의료서비스 질 만족도와 향후 재이용 의사가 높게 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. 이에 의료서비스 질 만족도 고취와 더불어 재이용 의사를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 끊임없는 관심과 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

카페공간의 구성요소와 파사드디자인의 지각특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Perceptual Characteristics of Facade Design and Composition Elements of Cafe Space)

  • This study has analysed the composition elements in a cafe space where visual transfer-elements are filled and the perceptual characteristics of facade designs with the purpose of drawing any important elements to advertisement and their related items for uniqueness of designs. For the analysis of the perception process shown in the consecutive situations of observing and visiting cafes, the cafe facade was grouped and stereotyped for the analysis of perceptual characteristics and significant composition elements for better designing of cafes through survey with representative facades as subjects. The conclusions from this study are the followings. First, for the uniqueness specific to cafes to be integrated into facade, memory was chosen first as the most significant advertisement factor followed by interest as with male and attention as with female. The memory has much to do with furniture and finishing material of Clause (4), Chapter 4.1 and the types having effects on perception of Clause (1) and the atmosphere having effect on that of Clause (2) were found to be major factors to attention and interest. Second, it was found out that women preferred horizontally stable partition and men clearly divided facades. The factor of shape was observed first among the constituents of facade followed by color. There was no difference with 'shape' between men and women and color was found to be a space constituent having a lot of effects on women. Third, the memory of experience from visiting a cafe was very likely to offer the motivation of visiting it again, on which furniture had the most effect followed by finishing material and color. Such elevation elements as facade and logo were found not to have effect on the memory or the re-visit. Any intention of visiting again seemed to be influenced by such comprehensive images as atmosphere rather than by any concrete facade, furniture, or appliance. From the above viewpoint, facade design should have any uniqueness or impressive feature as well as the effect of making passers-by drop in and attracting them into the shop. The analysis of attributes of facade constituents revealed that the abstract images in addition to the configuration of facade had much to do with interest or behavior.

체험형 농업테마파크 개발 잠재력 검토 - 농협 안성목장 개발을 중심으로 - (Forecasting Potential Development of Agriculture Experience Theme Park - Focused on the Anseong Meadow Site Development -)

  • In this study, by reflecting flow of age, possibility of new theme park development as private investments business based on source that is farming village that is not tried to before is verified and by analyzing potential of the site, effectiveness of new theme park development is examined. "Nonghyup Anseong Meadow Anseong-si Gyeonggi-do" is selected as researched site where accessibility is good as there is near to National Capital region and nature condition is also good. Demands are forecasted using visiting intention and realizing index through analogical method and by analyzing existing data related with increase of tourism business that people can experience English village and increasing demand of experiencing farming region tourism demands are forecasted. The results are at below. First, As average expenditure per one person is 52,209 won that is shown in result of survey, if multiplying increasing rate of price and the number of visiting people that is optimistic forecasting figure, the whole expenditure of visitors per one year is from 10.54 billions to 13.85 billions won. Second is potential power of demand aspects. Potential power of that theme park was re-examined through demands forecasting analysis through survey. Experiencing farming regions theme park business that is informed through analysis of potential power of development and demand aspects has value to invest as new business based on farming regions sources, as a result of searching through diverse aspects such as tourism, economy, public interest and cultural aspect and so on.

중국 닝샤 와이너리 방문동기와 선택속성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Motivation and Choice Attributes of Visiting Wineries in Ningxia, China)

  • This study aimed to elucidate the relationship between the selection attributes and visit motivations of Ningxia wineries and tourist satisfaction and intention to revisit. Utilizing multiple linear regression and simple linear regression models, the study quantitatively analyzed tourists' selection attributes and visit motivations for Ningxia wineries. Factor analysis categorized 12 visit motivation variables into four factors: 'Sensation', 'Educational', 'Companion-Friendly', and 'Experiential'. Additionally, 17 selection attribute variables were classified into four factors: 'Service Quality', 'Environmental', 'Facility', and 'Economic'. Through analyzing the impact of visit motivations on satisfaction and revisit intentions, we have identified the pivotal factors as 'Wine Cultural Education', 'Enhanced Companion-Friendliness', and 'Wine Cultural Experience'. In the analysis of the relationship between selection attributes and revisit intentions, crucial elements involve 'Service Quality provided by the winery"'and 'Environmental of the winery'. Conversely, key influencing revisit intentions include 'Environmental of the winery' and 'Costs and Pricing associated with winery visits'. To ensure the sustainable development of the Ningxia winery industry and promote the enduring growth of rural economies, wineries should place greater emphasis on cultivating wine cultural experiences, artisanal activities, and other project endeavors.

전통경관의 치유특질과 방문경험 - 경주 안압지 방문자의 평가를 중심으로 - (Restorative Quality of Traditional Landscape and Visiting Experience - Based on the Assessment of Visitors of An-Ap-Ji in Kyong Ju -)

  • 의도된 집중력은 환경에 의해 장기간 요구되면 피로하게 된다. Kaplan과 Kaplan의 집중력 회복이론(ART)에서는 피로한 의도된 집중력은 치유경관에 의해 회복된다고 주장된다. 네 가지 치유특질은 탈출감, 경관의 매력, 경관의 공간감, 그리고 적합성이다. ART에서는 다양한 경관이 치유효과를 유발할 수 있다고 인정하고 있지만, 지금까지 경관의 치유효과는 자연경관과 도시경관의 두 가지 차원에서 연구되어 왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 본 연구의 목적은 두 가지로 첫째, 전통경관을 대상으로 한국형 PRS를 개발하고, 두 번째, 전통경관의 치유특질이 방문경험에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구는 안압지에서 수행되었으며, 200명의 안압지 방문자가 설문조사에 참여하였다. Hartig 등의 PRS(Perceived Restorativeness Scale)가 경관의 치유성을 평가하기 위한 측정도구로 사용되었다. 분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약된다. 1) PRS는 역사지역에 대한 한국인의 평가에 매우 신뢰성 있는 측정도구로 밝혀졌다. 특히, 요인분석에서는 네 가지 요인이 도출되었는데, 이는 ART를 뒷받침하고 있다. 2) 경관의 장소성은 치유효과에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3) 경관의 아름다움은 비록 경관의 장소성이 경관치유에 미치는 영향보다는 작지만, 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 4) 네 가지 경관치유특질 중에서 세 가지 특질(경관의 매력, 탈출감, 적합성)이 방문만족과 재방문의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적인 중요도의 순서는 경관의 매력, 탈출감, 적합성으로 분석되었다. 연구결과에 근거하면, 앞으로의 연구에서는 PRS의 신뢰성을 재 검증하기 위한 연구가 필요한 것으로 나타난다. 또한 장소성과 경관의 치유효과의 관계성을 밝히기 위한 연구도 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

농촌여가 시장의 재방문 선택요인 분석 -부래미, 다랭이, 볏가리지역을 대상으로- (An Analysis on the Re-visitation Choice of Rural Leisure - Focused on Buraemi, Daraengi, Byucgari region -)

  • Recently, rural leisure by urban dwellers has been recognized as a catalyst for regional development or restoration. The federal government implemented several regional planning policies attempting to address this phenomenon in the late nineties. However, most of these policies focused on supply-centered planning, which caused a diverse set of problems relating to the sustainability and economic validity of the planning. Instead, this study focuses on the re-visitation one of the demand variables, with the intention of analyzing the character of rural leisure demand and its re-visitation choice attributes. For these reasons, this study investigates the character of current rural leisure demand, and develops functional equations about urban people who visit rural areas, using logit model. The results of this study can be summarized as follow: Urban people are visiting rural areas from nearby cities or metropolitan areas that are within 3 hours driving distance, and over 80% of rural visitors are one-day visitors. Therefore, most of their visitation activities should be understood as rural leisure, including rural tourism. In addition, the likelihood of the rural tourist to make a return visit is influenced by their transportation means, product purchasing, staying period and travel time. The results of such rural leisure demand can provide information for regional planning strategies, such as selection of target market, type of market segments, improvement of recognition level, activity program price, facility and space planning, produce sale and connection with tour site.
