오픈소스 소프트웨어는 그 자체의 혁신성으로 인해 차별화되며, 혁신성의 원천은 기술적인 문제를 공유하여 함께 해결하는 것에서 비롯된다. 본 연구에서는 오픈소스 개발자들의 자발적 참여와 협력이 지속적인 참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 이러한 상관관계를 조직시민행동이론과 사회적 자본이론을 결합하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 Bolino et al.(2002)의 조직시민행동과 사회적 자본의 연관성 연구, Wasko and Faraj(2005)의 사회적 자본과 지식기여의 연관성 연구를 토대로 연구모형 및 연구가설을 설정하였다. 오픈소스 개발자 152명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 구조방정식을 통하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 조직시민행동의 충성, 사회적 참여, 변화주도적 참여가 사회적 자본을 축적하는 것으로 나타났고, 사회적 자본의 상호호혜성과 공유 비전은 지속적 지식기여 의도를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 사회적 참여와 공유 비전, 응집성과 지속적 지식기여 의도 간의 관계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the current state of usage and education participation intention for Yaksun food according to demographic characteristics. Methods: The questionnaire for the survey was distributed to 300 students, who were enrolled in culinary education program at Seoul Institute of Technology and Education from September 5, 2014 to September 20, 2014, and 264 responses were used for analysis. Results: Awareness regarding Yaksun food was low, but the intention to participate in the Yaksun food class was high. The information searching route for Yaksun food was mainly television, radio or internet. Memil-jeonbyeong ssam was the most eaten menu item and Nokdu-Samgye tang was the most popular menu item. Among the different types of Yaksun food, vegetable dishes, steamed dishes, rice dishes and roasted dishes were preferred in this order. The most preferred educational institution for Yaksun food was the cultural center, and the most preferred educational period for Yaksun food was less than three months. The most important point in the Yaksun food class was practical application in real life. Also, the current state of usage for Yaksun food and the intent to participate in an education program for Yaksun food was statistically different according to demographic characteristics. With respect to the current state of usage for Yaksun food, the information searching route for Yaksun food was statistically different according to occupation, cooking career and lives and Yaksun cuisine type preference according to gender, occupation, income and households. Also, with respect to education program participation intention for Yaksun food, educational institution preference for Yaksun food was statistically different according to gender, age, occupation, cooking career, income and lives. Conclusion: Based on these results, this research concludes that for developing an educational program for Yaksun food, it is important to analyze the target customers' demographic characteristics and their needs. Furthermore, it shows that there is a need to develop various educational programs and menus for Yaksun food.

소비자들은 온라인 커뮤니티에서 정보공유 및 상호작용을 통해 자신의 경험을 자유롭게 게시하고 있으며, 이러한 메시지들은 구매에 있어서 중요한 영향력을 발휘하고 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 커뮤니티의 참여도를 유발할 수 있는 커뮤니티 특성요인과 커뮤니티에서 이루어지는 구매행동과의 관계를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 온라인 커뮤니티에서 구성원들이 적극적인 참여를 유발할 수 있는 커뮤니티 특성을 크게 커뮤니티 지원과 관계지원 두 차원으로 나누고, 보상, 외적 규범, 상호작용, 동류의식을 독립변수로, 참여를 매개변수로 하여 공동구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 그리고 이를 한국과 중국에서 데이터를 수집하여 온라인 커뮤니티에서 한국과 중국 소비자들의 행동을 분석하고자 하였다. 온라인 커뮤니티 이용자 524명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 구조방정식 모델링을 사용하여 수립된 가설들을 검증하였다. 지각된 외적 규범이 높을수록 참여에 부정적인 영향을 미친것으로 되었다. 반면에 보상, 상호작용, 동류의식이 모두 참여에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 온라인 커뮤니티의 참여수준이 높을수록 공동구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 검증되었다. 또한 보상과 외적규범이 참여 미치는 영향이 한국에서는 유의했으나 중국에서는 유의하지 않게 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 토대로 온라인 커뮤니티의 구축하는 데에 있어서 여러 가지 시사점을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify consumers' needs and purchase intention of high-functional sportswear according to sports participation motivations. Internet survey was done for data collection and the subjects were 300 consumers in their 20-39's who participated in sport activities at least once a week. Factors of sport participation motivations were ostentation, social interaction, self development, mental health, and physical health. Consumers were segmented into the motivation retard group, the multi-purpose pursuit group, the health pursuit group, and the extrinsic motivation pursuit group. And factors of consumers' needs for high-functional sportswear were practicality and comfort function, body protection and physical function, and skin protection and health function. The multi-purpose pursuit group showed strong needs for active and comfort, body protection and physical function, and skin protection and health function but the motivation retard group showed the lowest needs for high functional sportswear. Purchase experiences of high-functional sportswear, accomplishment, and duration period of sport activity affected positively on the purchase intention of high-functional sportswear.

본 연구는 계획된 행동이론을 바탕으로 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들의 영향력을 확인하고, 참여 의도와 지각된 행동통제가 투자자의 무리행동에 미치는 영향을 간접효과 분석을 포함하여 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목적은 연구 결과를 통해 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자들의 투자 행태를 이해하고 관계 당사자들에게 동 제도 활성화 및 투자자 보호를 위한 각종 정책 및 사업계획 수립에 도움을 주기 위함이다. 본 연구 수행을 위해 증권형 크라우드펀딩에 투자한 경험이 있거나 관심이 있는 잠재 투자자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 총 276부의 응답지를 받았다. 이 중 부적합 응답을 제외한 총 261명의 설문이 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 22.0 및 Amos 22.0 통계 패키지를 통한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 계획된 행동이론의 주요변인 중 태도와 주관적 규범은 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 간접효과 분석 결과 참여의도는 태도, 주관적 규범과 무리행동 사이에서 매개적 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 계획된 행동이론에서 행동의도의 주요 변인으로 제시된 지각된 행동통제는 참여의도에 미치는 영향이 통계적으로 비유의적인 것으로 나타났다. 대신 무리행동에는 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이는 투자자들이 증권형 크라우드펀딩에 쉽게 참여할 수 있다고 지각하고 있더라도 증권형 크라우드펀딩은 손실위험이 큰 초기창업기업에 대한 투자행위이기 때문에 참여의도에는 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 보인다. 한편 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자는 실제 투자행동을 할 때 플랫폼에서 제공되는 펀딩 진행정보를 일종의 신호로 보고 다수의 다른 투자자를 모방하여 무리행동을 한다는 것을 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점에서 그 의미가 크다고 본다. 본 연구를 통해 국내 증권형 크라우드펀딩 투자자의 참여의도와 무리행동에 영향을 미치는 주요 변인들을 실증적으로 확인함으로써 향후 크라우드펀딩 감독기관의 정책 수립이나 크라우드펀딩 플랫폼 사업자의 사업계획 및 활성화 방안 수립 등에 유의미한 연구 결과로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In the success of an IT project, the role of S/W developer in carrying out the project is critical and crucial. However, compared to its importance, there is only a few studies on the role of human resources in software engineering field, mainly focusing on technology. Based on regulatory focus theory, this study examines how the effect of technology recency on developer's intention to participate in the IT project changes depending on the regulatory focus of the software developer. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that there is a difference in the effect of technology recency on project participation intention according to the condition of developer's regulatory focus. This study is meaningful because it extends regulatory focus theory to software engineering field and made theoretical contribution to the research field of behavioral software engineering. In practical, it was possible to suggest a way to improve the intention of the developer to participate in the project, by understanding the software developer in the IT project, considering the software developer propensity and project characteristics.

본 연구는 골프연습장 이용객을 대상으로 골프 참여자의 코치지원과 성취목표성향 및 참여지속의도에는 어떠한 관계가 있는지 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석과 상관관계분석을 실시하였고 모형을 설정한 뒤 구조방적식모형(SEM)을 통하여 변인간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. 이상과 같은 연구방법과 연구모형 검증을 기초로 하여 본 연구에서 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 골프 참여자들의 코치지원은 성취목표성향에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골프 참여자들의 성취목표성향은 참여지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 골프 참여자의 코치지원은 참여지속의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 골프 참여자의 코치지원과 참여지속의도의 관계에서 성취목표성향은 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 골프참여자들이 골프를 통해 신체적, 심리적 건강효과를 증진시키고 나아가 골프 기술습득이나 기량향상 등의 성취감을 만들어 성취목표성향이 높아진다면, 보다 나은 삶의 질을 영위할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 교수행동, 지속적 참여의도, 그리고 수업몰입의 구조관계를 파악하고 수업몰입을 매개변수로 설정하여 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 대학의 교양댄스수업에 참가하고 있는 대학생을 모집단으로 선정하고 비확률 표본표집법 중 유의표본표집법을 이용하여 서울, 경기지역의 대학에서 총 314명의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 구조방정식모형 분석, 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 방법을 실시하였다. 이와 같은 방법 및 절차를 통하여 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 교수행동은 수업몰입에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 교수행동은 지속적 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 수업몰입은 지속적 참여의도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 교양댄스수업참가자가 인식하는 교수행동과 지속적 참여의도의 관계에서 수업몰입은 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This research is a preliminary empirical investigation to segment the green tourism market by intention, which is a major precedent variable determining the behavior(i.e., participation in green tourism). Then, characteristics of each segmented group such as their socio-demographic variables, green tourism attitude, types of attractions they want to be provided in destination, and constraints to participate in green tourism were compared to give information useful for green tourism managers. Data was collected by a polling agency on a total of 608 residents of Seoul, who would be potential green tourists. Three green tourist groups were identified by intention to participate. The results showed that only gender among socio-demographic variables, two constraint factors, green tourism attitude, and s]me attractions were statistically significant. It is worth noticing, however, that there was no difference in green tourism attitude between the two groups that have the strongest and the weakest intention to participate in green tourism. This result means that the green tourism attitude does not always influence positively on the formation of intention. Perceived behavioral control construct such as cost may played an important role in lowering intention to visit. Based on the findings, several marketing strategies were suggested such as identification of target market and inducing potential green tourists to participate.

The consciousness of environmental education has increased for the last decades, and schools make efforts for education in the systematic environment. To keep pace with trends such as the open school and the open class, students, teachers and parents are actively participating in environmental education programs. Parents' active participate in environmental education programs will provide excellent basis to operate environmental education efficiently and advise fruitful operation of environmental education programs. In addition, as parents play an important role of deciding the students' life habits or attitudes about environment, their participation is greatly meaningful. This study was conducted to 203 fourth and fifth graders in M elementary school in Ulsan city that operated the model school for protecting the forest from March to December, 2009 and their parents in order to examine the effects of parents' participation in environmental education programs, and the results are as follows. First, the student group with parents who participated in environmental education programs showed higher interest in surrounding environment of the school. Second, the student group with parents who participated in environmental education programs showed higher environment sensitiveness and environmental practice intention. Third, the parent group who participated in environmental education programs showed higher environmental sensitiveness and environmental practice intention. Fourth, the parent group who participated in environmental education programs showed higher satisfaction about the program. As the result of the study, environmental education programs with parents' participation attracted their active interest and participation about school environment problems, and a lot of conversation and attention between students and parents who participated in environmental education programs improved the students and their parents' environmental sensitiveness and environmental practice intention.
