This study aims to understand the determinant of the employee's intention to use information system within the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Information System Success Model (ISSM). This paper also aims to examine the influence of ISSM dimension on the perceived usefulness and the perceived ease of use. The research respondents were 248 employees of Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES) who are users of the Financial Information System (SIKEU). Data was obtained using a questionnaire that was distributed online via Google form. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis using the Warp-PLS software. The results showed that the dimensions of TAM (perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness) had a positive and significant influence on the employee's intention to use SIKEU. The ISSM dimension (system quality and information quality) also had a significant influence, although other ISSM dimensions (service quality) had not been proven to have a significant influence on the employee's intention to use SIKEU. Moreover, the results showed that the employee's intention to use is a determinant of SIKEU's actual usage. Perceived ease of use was significantly determined by system quality, information quality, and service quality. In addition, the perceived usefulness was significantly determined by system quality and information quality.
The purposes of this study is to derive the influence factors of Virtual Reality(VR) technologies acceptance based on the study of unified theory of acceptance and use of technology and value-based acceptance model to test the use and acceptance of VR devices. The survey methods were used for this study, and the data from a total of 400 consumers were used for the analysis. And the structural equation model was used to analyze the data. The results of the study are as follows: First, benefit components perceived enjoyment(EN) and sacrifice components personal innovative(PI) of VR devices were positively related to perceived values and use intention of VR devices, although the benefit components performance expectancy(PE) was positively related to perceived values(PV) but was not positively related to the use intention of VR devices. Second, sacrifice components perceived cost(PC) and anxiety(ANX) of VR devices were negatively related to perceived value(PV), but were not negatively related to the use intention of VR devices. Third, perceived values was not obvious related to the use intention(UI) of VR devices. The results of this study contribute to the literature as a new attempt to examining the effect on consumer use intention in VR technology areas.
There is a need for research to identify the integrated, rather than fragmented, factors that determine users' acceptance of Internet shopping. Using the newly revised technology acceptance model (TAM) as a theoretical framework, this study investigates the effect of a set of information systems quality (information quality and system quality) and trust on intention to use Internet showing through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Using structural equation modeling, the results strongly support the utilization of TAM in predicting users' intention to use Internet shopping, and demonstrates the effects of critical external variables on behavior intention through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Systems quality such as response time, accessibility, and usability has significant effects on perceived ease of use of Internet shopping. Futhermore, trust has also a significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use Internet shopping, and actual usage of Internet shopping. Based on these results, this study suggests managerial implications of new Internet shopping strategies, focusing on the integration of information systems quality and trust in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage in Internet shopping.
This study analyzed the intention of continuous use of the electronic attendance-absence system. Perceived ease of use, acceptance attitude, and user satisfaction variables were selected to analyze the factors affecting the intention of continuous use. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted targeting students who had experience in using the electronic attendance-absence system at K University located in Chungcheongbuk-do. The use environment of the electronic attendance-absence system was non-face-to-face, and the questionnaires answered by 921 students were analyzed. The study results are as follows. First, perceived ease of use and acceptance of the electronic attendance-absence system were found to have a positive effect on user satisfaction. Second, it was found that the learner's perceptual ease, acceptance attitude, and user satisfaction for the electronic attendance-absence system had a positive effect on the intention of continuous use. This study is meaningful in that it identified the intention of continuous use based on the experience of the electronic attendance-absence system in a non-face-to-face environment.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of trust when a media broadcaster (such as a disc jockey [DJ]) acting as an information source and the content they provide during live commerce streaming affect acceptance intention. Live commerce is increasing rapidly, offering a new fashion distribution channel by supplementing possible shortcomings of existing online shopping. Data was collected for the empirical study from female consumers in their 20s who actively accepted fashion technology. Statistical analysis of the data was conducted using IBM SPSS Macro Process 3.5. First, the reliability and validity of the variables for information source characteristics, content informativeness, trust, and acceptance intention were verified, and each variable was confirmed as a single factor. Bootstrap analysis was performed using Macro Process Model 4 to reveal the effects of information source characteristics and content informativeness on acceptance intention. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect for each path model with trust as a parameter, it was found that both the direct and indirect effects of the mediating path were significant. This result means that the characteristics of information sources and content informativeness are partially mediated by trust. Therefore, to promote consumer behavior in a live commerce shopping environment, it is necessary to enhance trust. This can be achieved by a media broadcaster with fashion expertise to increase the perception of the attractiveness of the information source and to improve the usefulness of the fashion information being delivered.
Recently, as demand for delivery services has increased rapidly due to COVID-19, the food service O2O(Online to Offline) platform has also grown significantly. This study aimed to verify the influencing factors on continuance use intention of O2O platform using the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model. An online survey was conducted on 379 consumers who used the food service O2O platform in the past six months, and the collected survey was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result of the verification, in the influence relationship between the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model, system quality was found to have an effect on perceived usefulness, but information quality and service quality were rejected for perceived usefulness and were partially adopted, The rest were all found to have a significant effect. In the moderating effect according to the amount used, the intention to continue using was stronger when the group who spent more than 30,000 won was satisfied. These results support previous research on O2O platforms and provide academic implications as well as practical implications for practitioners in the food service industry.
This paper is to analyze consumer's acceptance phase of innovative IT product on the ground of dividing into product and application phase. In the acceptance phase of product determinants to consumer's satisfaction were analyzed and TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) were applied to the acceptance phase of application. It is analyzed that how well expected usefulness and perceived satisfaction to product have positively influence its performance and perceived satisfaction respectively in the acceptance phase of the product. In the acceptance phase of application, factors to consumers' satisfaction were analyzed to investigate its influence to the usefulness of application. Usefulness expectancy to the application and product were analyzed to figure out consumers'intention to use the product and effort and cost going into application use were also analyzed. Empirical study was implemented aimed at smart phone users. As a result, perceived usefulness expectancy to product have positively influence on perceived product performance and perceived product performance also affects perceived product satisfaction significantly. Although product satisfaction doesn't affect usefulness expectancy to the application, usefulness expectancy to the product and perceived product performance have positively influence on usefulness expectancy to the application significantly. And also usefulness expectancy to the both of application and product have positively influence on consumer's intention to use the product but consumer's effort and cost going into application doesn't affect to it, it's hold forth the possibility that consumer's effort affect consumer's intention to use the product.
Currently, various discussions are underway to establish a more advanced management system for public rental housing. Also, it calls for improvement methods for problems arising in management of the current rental housing system. In this regard, this study aims to evaluate determinants that affect user acceptance intention of blockchain technology to implement a new system that complements drawbacks of the current public rental housing system. The study uses the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) as a theoretical model; the study model utilizes three UTAUT variables -performance expectancy, social influence, and Facilitating conditions-, applies security, availability, and reliability that are perceived from blockchain technology as external parameters to facilitate understanding of user acceptance intention of blockchain technology, and evaluates whether innovativeness can regulate the influence of performance expectancy, social influence, and Facilitating conditions on user acceptance intention of blockchain technology. Based on the significant survey result where 274 IT technicians participated, the study applies structural equation modeling to explore structure of user acceptance intention in the blockchain-based management system for public rental housing. As a result, security-reliability and availability are found to factors as determinants for user acceptance intention, affecting implementation of the public rental housing management system, while innovativeness shows no significant statistical results related to regulation effect. This study has implications in that it understands characteristics of blockchain and empirically analyzes the relationship between the characteristics and acceptance intention to enable blockchain's contribution to activate the public rental housing management system in the future.

This study investigates how enjoyment (or playfulness) affects user acceptance of hedonic-oriented (or pleasure) information technology based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). A research model was made to examine the effect of enjoyment on the user acceptance of hedonic information technology. 186 responses were collected from university students who had experiences on Daum's Digital View which is a well-known example of digital signage technology. The result of the statistical analysis reveals that enjoyment also had a strong effect on the acceptance of hedonic information technology, in addition to perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, perceived usefulness is reported to most strongly influence the adoption of Digital View. The effect of enjoyment on intention to use was also significant, but enjoyment shows a much low degree of influence than perceived usefulness on intention to use.
Purpose - This study aimed to identify the sub-dimensions of fashion social media quality (information quality, social quality, service quality, system quality) and investigate how they affect purchase intention through fashion information use behavior (information acceptance, information diffusion). Research design, data, and methodology - Data collection was carried out twice for systematic verification of the research model. In the first data collection, the reliability and validity of research variables were verified through 238 respondents and questionnaires were revised and supplemented based on their responses. In March 2018, the final survey was conducted from 755 respondents the age of 20 to 49. Using SPSS 23.0, descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis were performed. In order to test hypotheses, structural equational modeling technique was employed using AMOS 23.0. Results - First of all, fashion Social media quality consists of four factors including information quality, social quality, service quality and system quality. Second, fashion Social media information quality, social quality, and system quality were shown to have a positive(+) effect on information acceptance behavior, and social quality, service quality and system quality were shown to have a positive(+) effect on information diffusion behavior. It was also determined that the acceptance and diffusion behaviors of fashion information through fashion Social media had positive(+) influence on purchase intention. Conclusions - This study holds academic significance in its identification of the components of fashion Social media quality and for conducting an empirical analysis on the causal relationship between fashion information acceptance and diffusion behaviors, and purchase intention. The results of this study indicate that fashion involvement is the key factors in determining the quality of Social media, the acceptance of information through Social media, and, by extension, the purchase of fashion products. Practitioners in the fashion industry may use the findings of this study in order to build more effective Social media strategy.
