의류소재 추구혜택이 천연염색제품의 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 천연염색제품에 대한 태도의 매개효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Impact of the Pursuit Benefits in Clothing Materials in the Intent to Purchase Natural Dyeing Products: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of the Attitude toward Natural Dyeing Products)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among the pursuit benefits in clothing materials, the attitude toward natural dyeing products, and the purchase intent among consumers interested in natural dyeing products. For this study, 489 men and women in their 20s to 60s were surveyed, and the data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The findings of the analysis were as follows. First, of the pursuit benefits in clothing materials, function and originality factors had a significant and positive impact on the purchase intent of natural dyeing products. Second, of the pursuit benefit of clothing materials, functions, sustainability, and originality significantly and positively impacted the emotional and cognitive attitude toward natural dyeing products. Third, the emotional and cognitive attitude toward natural dyeing products had a significantly positively impacted the purchase intent. Fourth, in the relationship between the pursuit benefits in clothing materials and the purchase intent of natural dyeing products, the emotional and cognitive attitudes toward natural dyeing products were shown to have partial mediating effects.

직업가치가 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 조직후원인식의 조절효과 -외식업체 1년 미만 신입종사원을 중심으로- (A The Moderating Effects of Perceived Organizational Support in the Effect of Work Value on Turnover Intention -Focuse on Food-service Industry Newcomers Less than 1 Year-)

  • 본 연구에서는 외식업체에 종사하는 신입사원들을 대상으로 그들이 지각하는 직업가치가 이직의도에 미치는 영향과 이들 관계에서 조직후원인식의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 직업가치 중 내재적 가치와 이직의도의 관계를 검증한 결과 내재적 가치 중 사회헌신만이 이직의도에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 직업가치 중 외재적 가치와 이직의도의 관계를 검증한 결과 외재적 가치 중 체면유지와 안정추구만이 이직의도에 정(+)의 방향으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정서적 후원에 따라 내재적 가치가 이직의도에 미치는 영향력의 차이를 검증한 결과 내재적 가치 중 지식추구에 대해 높게 지각한다면 정서적 후원에 대한 지각이 높을수록 이직의도가 더 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 반대로, 내재적 가치 중 인간관계중심에 대해 높게 지각한다면 정서적 후원에 대한 지각이 높을수록 이직의도가 더 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 정서적 후원에 따라 외재적 가치가 이직의도에 미치는 영향력의 차이를 검증한 결과 외재적 가치 중 경제우선에 대해 높게 지각한다면 정서적 후원에 대한 지각이 높을수록 이직의도가 더 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 반대로, 외재적 가치 중 체면유지에 대해 높게 지각한다면 정서적 후원에 대한 지각이 높을수록 이직의도가 더 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 수단적 후원에 따라 내재적 가치가 이직의도에 미치는 영향력의 차이를 검증한 결과 내재적 가치 중 지식추구에 대해 높게 지각한다면 수단적 후원에 대한 지각이 높을수록 이직의도가 더 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 수단적 후원에 따라 외재적 가치가 이직의도에 미치는 영향력의 차이를 검증한 결과 외재적 가치 중 경제우선에 대해 높게 지각한다면 수단적 후원에 대한 지각이 높을수록 이직의도가 더 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 반대로, 외재적 가치 중 체면유지에 대해 높게 지각한다면 수단적 후원에 대한 지각이 높을수록 이직의도가 더 높아지는 것으로 나타났다.

The Effects of Employees' Person-Environment Fit in the Foodservice Industry on Organization Citizenship Behavior, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intent

  • The purpose of this study is to assess the associations among person-environment fit, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment and turnover intent in the foodservice industry. The study was administered to 306 Korean employees. The results indicated a positive relationship between person-environment fit, employees' organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment. However, person-environment fit did not have a significant, direct impact on their turnover intent. Thus, this study found an indirect influence via organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment. In addition, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment were negatively associated with employees' intention to leave the organization. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

The Relationship between Employees' General Characteristics, Workplace Harassment, and Turnover Intent in the Deluxe Hotel

  • This study investigated workplace harassment perceived by deluxe hotel employees, examined its effect on their turnover intent, and verified difference in workplace harassment perception according to demographics and job characteristics. Based on total 248 samples obtained from the empirical research, this study reviewed reliability and validity using SPSS program. The hypothesized relationships in the model were tested simultaneously by using regression analysis. The major findings are as follows. First, the disrespectful behavior(${\beta}=.362$), verbal aggression(${\beta}=.336$), and physical aggression(${\beta}=.135$) among workplace harassment have positive effect on turnover intent. Also, according to the result of examining differences in perception of workplace harassment in accordance with employees' demographics and job characteristics, the average values of those in their 20s and those whose working experience was five years or shorter were lowest and they were most exposed to workplace harassment. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

  • The relationship of communicative intent of infants and the conversation style of mothers were investigated with 20 mothers and their 2- and 3-year old children. They conversed in naturalistic settings while playing with Lego blocks. Cluster analyses revealed 2 maternal styles: a conversation-eliciting and a directive style. Children of conversation-eliciting mothers provided more information than those of directive mothers. Children of directive mother requested more permission than those of conversation-eliciting mothers. Implications of these two maternal styles for children's communicative abilities were discussed.

조직공정성과 감정성향이 간호사의 직무만족과 이직의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Organizational Justice and Dispositional Affectivity on Job Satisfaction and Intent to Leave among Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of organizational justice and dispositional affectivity on job satisfaction and intent to leave among nurses. Methods: The sample of this study consisted of 274 nurses from 2 general hospitals located in Incheon. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and were analyzed by hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Distributive and interactional justices had positive impacts on nurses' job satisfaction. Distributive, procedural and interactional justices had negative impacts on nurses' intent to leave. It was found out that positive affectivity significantly moderated the effect of interactional justice on job satisfaction while dispositional affectivity did not significantly moderate the effect of organizational justice on the intent to leave. Conclusion: The results imply that hospital administrators should pay attention to the dispositional affectivity of nurses to increase their job satisfaction. Further, hospital needs to maintain organizational justice to reduce nurses' turnover.

국제계약에 있어서 의향서의 사용과 관련한 문제점 (Some Problems relating to Use of Letters of Intent in International Contracts)

  • This paper has derived some problems relating to the use of letters of intent which are common occurrence in the international contracts after considering its nature and legal issues. As reviewed before, some problems may occur when a party has documented a stage in the negotiations by letters of intent. Such documents may well explicitly spell out if, and to what extent, the parties should be bound by what they have already agreed or to carry on negotiations in order to reach the final contract. But if the documents are silent, some problems would arise. Contracting parties are therefore well advised to spell out if, and to what extent, they should be bound by such preliminary agreements. Here again, it might be prudent to explicitly set forth that the parties should not be bound until there is a final written contract signed by authorized representatives of the parties but that they shall abstain from such measures which may defeat their stated objective to reach final agreement, for example, by diminishing the value of performance under the contemplated contract.

The influences of the characteristics of internet shopping malls and the traits and purchase intent of users involved in E-commerce

  • This study is designed to collaboratively investigate the influences of the characteristics of Internet shopping malls and the shopping traits of their users involved in e-commerce on shopping intention. With this in mind, the researchers take a look at the influences of such features of shopping malls on the web as the quality of the system, customer-support service, shopping-mall perception and security, the users' propensity to pursue pleasure and pragmatic interest on shopping intention. The study shows that all the variables suggested here have an influence on the purchase intent of Internet shopping-mall users. That is, this study cannot analyze how the purchase intent of the customers with regard to the features of Internet shopping malls has changed. Therefore it is necessary to conduct procedural researches taking longitudinal studies into consideration.

  • This study was undertaken to understand the interrelationships among customer's perceptions of service encounters, customer value, and behavioral intent in a family restaurant. Based on 331 samples obtained from empirical research, we reviewed the reliability and fitness of a research model and verified three hypotheses using a structural equation model. The results showed that physical environment (${\beta}$ = .418) and a customer interaction with the service provider (${\beta}$ = .265) had a significant effect on the customer's hedonic value. Additionally, physical environment (${\beta}$ = .126) and customer interaction with service providers (${\beta}$ = .264) had a significant effect on customer utilitarian value. Customer's hedonic (${\beta}$ = .538) and utilitarian value (${\beta}$ = .382) triggered by service encounters had a significant effect on their behavioral intent. Limitations and future research directions are discussed.

재방문의도에 영향을 미치는 쇼핑몰 웹사이트 품질평가요인에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Website Quality Factors Affecting Revisit Intent in Domestic Online Shopping Malls)

  • This research is an empirical investigation into the dimensions determining the website quality of domestic online shopping malls. A research model that has been formed to find the website quality dimensions is based on DeLone and McLean's information system success model that we adapted to fit the B2C electronic commerce environment by incorporating existing research on IS service quality and website quality. The model incorporates three quality dimensions including the information quality, system quality and service quality, and an attempt was made to empirically examine the relationship between variables of these dimensions and the revisit intent. The results of the study revealed that five quality-related variables were found to importantly contribute to the user's intent to revisit a site : the information accuracy and relevancy, system reliability, ease of use, and on-line support. The paper concludes that the three quality dimensions can serve as a useful framework to evaluate the quality of online shopping mall websites in an attempt to improve the website revisit rate.
