Development of Realtime EtherCAT Master Library Using INtime

  • This paper proposes an architecture of a real-time EtherCAT master library called RtEML. The controls EtherCAT slaves under EtherCAT protocol in real-time. It provides a simple programming interface which is useful in developing robot application in C/C++ or C#. To achieve deterministic, hard real-time control in Microsoft Windows environment without additional hardware, INtime is used. Since INtime is designed specifically to take advantage of the powerful capabilities of the x86 processor architecture, the proposed RtEML achieves microseconds of real-time performance.

  • It's not easy for medium or large sized libraries to effectively manage their vast array of books and media data. Recently, in place of magnetic stripes and barcodes, RFID technology has been applied on a small scale to simple book management and theft-prevention initiatives. The development of RFID and USN applied systems and technology has led to RFID and USN being used in a diverse range of industrial fields, including book management systems in libraries. Using the aforementioned technology, the intelligent book management system suggested in this thesis can provide a more practical, effective, content-rich and convenient book management system.

  • According to database and information technology development, many interests of database quality control have being increase. The purpose of database quality control is improvement quality of data itself as well as database system to satisfy user's need. As this paper was especially written about quality control of bibliographic database, to embody complete bibliographic database, it was invested numerous errors and its case by analyzing MARC records. In addition, it was presented that high degree's cataloging education, introduction of su n.0, pporting systems, and development of intelligent quality control system for quality improvement.

  • 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 금융서비스를 제공함에 있어 보안성에 대한 필요성이 최근 들어 매우 중요시되어져가고 있으며, 이 분야에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 오고 있다. 국내 대부분의 은행 기관에서는 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스를 지원하고 있으나, 그 서비스 이용에 있어 윈도우 사용자에 국한되어 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 리눅스 기반에서 보다 더 안전한 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스를 지원하기 위한 PKI 기반 기술을 제안한다.

A Study of the Awareness Focusing on the Library 3.0 for the Academic Librarians (도서관 3.0 기반 서비스에 대한 대학도서관 사서의 인식에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzed the level of 326 academic librarians awareness, usability and counter strategies on the Library 3.0. The results revealed the awareness level in the following order: that (1) Mobile Library (2) Semantic Search (3) AI(Artificial Intelligent) (4) Cloud Computing (5) Ontology (6) Linked Data. The order of the future usability for the Library 3.0 was ranked (1) Mobile Library (2) Linked Data (3) Semantic Search (4) Cloud Computing (5) AI and (6) Ontology. To conclude, the level of awareness and the usability of Library 3.0 were shown to be statistically significant. There are, however, some discrepancies in awareness differ across librarians and regions. Moreover, the level of awareness for the Library 3.0 did influence the library's organizational performance but the individual librarian's competences only.

  • Recently one level higher intelligent switching board than established one by the application of intelligent building and digital system are being constructed. Therefore facility's high efficiency, high degree satisfaction, miniaturaization, standardization through application of communication technology and monitoring and controlling by computer system utilized by web-basis power control system and electric IT are practiced. Especially network must be constructed through unified IBS server that monitors every educational institute's switching boards in real time control system. And I intend to create methods to save energy and raise electricity quality by power demand prediction and remote-controled management and operation. In this thesis I intend to suggest measures of forming unified system through researching educational institute's ways of constructing switching board and status analysis and overcoming technical difficulties in user's side and saving and maintenance expense.
