An Exploratory Study of Success Factors for Generative AI Services: Utilizing Text Mining and ChatGPT (생성형AI 서비스의 성공요인에 대한 탐색적 연구: 텍스트 마이닝과 ChatGPT를 활용하여)

  • Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is gaining global attention as it can automatically generate sentences, images, and voices that humans previously generated. In particular, ChatGPT, a representative generative AI service, shows proactivity and accuracy differentiated from existing chatbot services, and the number of users is rapidly increasing in a short period of time. Despite this growing interest in generative AI services, most preceding studies are still in their infancy. Therefore, this study utilized LDA topic modeling and keyword network diagrams to derive success factors for generative AI services and to propose successful business strategies based on them. In addition, using ChatGPT, a new research methodology that complements the existing text-mining method, was presented. This study overcomes the limitations of previous research that relied on qualitative methods and makes academic and practical contributions to the future development of generative AI services.

  • This research investigates the pivotal role of AI-enabled technologies in vitalizing the local economy. Collaborating with a leading search engine company, we examine the direct and indirect of an AI-based location search service on the success of sampled 7,035 local restaurants in Gangnam area in Seoul. We find that increased use of AI-enabled search and recommendation services significantly improved the selections of previously less-discovered or less-popular restaurants by users, and it also enhanced the stores' overall conversion rates. The main research findings have contributions to extant literature in theorizing the value of AI applications in local economy and have managerial implications for search businesses and local stores by recommending strategic use of AI applications in their businesses that are effective in highly competitive markets.

In the genre of plastic art, there are no exception in these changedness. More developed and proceed to develope intermedia could be able of intercommunication. The more development of technology could be able to the more development of new plastic art. Furthermore the development of science make the genre of art to be changed. There are no exception of this changedness in any part of society, The art always has been guided by the person who has proceeding idea for new value. The 21st century plastic art will be in the procedure of the intercommunication. Human-being's concern is to communicate with Universe, and that will be multi-dimension$(4{\cdot}5{\cdot}6{\cdot}7{\cdots}dimension)$ communication beyond our usual recognition. To conjoin this, the possibility of cyber space expressing is going to be considered, and the way is being done by the development of the Media Art, which is able to go and back to the cyber-space. And the message will be so complicate beyond our recognition. Because we will need to communicate with various newly-built vocabulary, so we need to magnify the repertories of new vocabulary.

  • Space systems are operating in a changing and uncertain space environment and are desired to have autonomous capability for long periods of time without frequent telecommunications from the ground station At the same time. requirements for new set of projects/systems calling for ""autonomous"" operations for long unattended periods of time are emerging. Since, by the nature of space systems, it is desired that they perform their mission flawlessly and also it is of extreme importance to have fault-tolerant sensor/actuator sub-systems for the purpose of validating science measurement data for the mission success. Technology innovations attendant on autonomous data validation and health monitoring are articulated for a growing class of autonomous operations of space systems. The greatest need is on focus research effort to the development of a new class of fault-tolerant space systems such as attitude actuators and sensors as well as validation of measurement data from scientific instruments. The characterization for the next step in evolving the existing control processes to an autonomous posture is to embed intelligence into actively control. modify parameters and select sensor/actuator subsystems based on statistical parameters of the measurement errors in real-time. This research focuses on the identification/demonstration of critical technology innovations that will be applied to Autonomous Spacecraft Health Monitoring/Data Validation Control Systems (ASHMDVCS).   • The current maritime industry is expected to have a significant impact on the role of maritime-related technologies and systems, especially seafarers, in the rapidly changing Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship (MASS) aims to reduce the number of safety accidents and improve seafarers' working environment. With regard to MASS, the International Maritime Organization has been trying to minimize unexpected impact in the maritime education and training sector by establishing international conventions such as the Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers. However, domestic designated educational institutions have not yet established an education and training scheme to develop seafarers who will be on board for MASS. Therefore, this paper reviews the technology of MASS, analyzes the changes in education and training in order to upgrade the qualifications, and suggests the competencies of smart seafarers equipped with the integrated management ability required for Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cybersecurity, and the Digital System Revolution through education and training. In addition, this study provides basic information for the education and training of seafarers who are optimized for the rapidly changing technological environment.

  • The Internet of Things(IoT) is to build a hyper-connected society through interconnection, and on this basis, to improve the quality of life and productivity, including solving social problems, and to become the next growth engine for the nation. The open common eco-system pursued by the IoT can start with the under- standing of the word 'open'. The IoT can achieve the expected effect of lowering the barriers to entry of technology development, and in these changes, OSSW and OSHW play a very important role in accelerating IoT eco-system maturity and breaking the boundaries between industries to promote convergence. Recently, it has developed into an intelligent IoT that combines artificial intelligence (AI) with the connectivity of the IoT. Here, I will analyze the direction of development of the IoT through understanding and analysis of open source.

A Systematic Literature Review on Smart Factory Research: Identifying Research Trends in Korean Academia (스마트공장에 관한 체계적 문헌 분석: 국내 학술 경향 연구)

  • The paper reports on a systematic literature review results concerning the smart factory research in Korea. 144 papers were identified from the articles published in Korean journals listed in the Korean citation index by keyword search related to smart factory. Bibliometric analyses were conducted by way of co-occurrence and network analysis using the VOSViewer. Automation, intelligence, and bigdata were identifed as three critical clusters of research while, operating systems, international policy and cases, concept analysis as other three clusters of research. Internet of Things turned out to be a key technology of smart factory linking all of these areas. Servitization studies were small in numbers but seemed to have a lot of potential. Security researches seemed to be lacking connections with other areas of studies. Results of this study can be used as a milestone for identifying future research issues in smart factories.

  • Today, mobile devices are becoming essential for everyday life, and integration of mobile computing, situation recognition and intellectual service accelerates mobile interaction. Surrounding intelligence detection technology is extremely important. These technologies can automatically acquire and recognize surrounding information and situations. Situation recognition can realize wide-range mobile recognition for intellectual services of users' diverse activities, by distinguishing many surrounding devices and recognizing their situations. Thus, this paper suggests application for students' mobile authentication such as college campus attendance authentication, and redesign existing plastic student ID as NFC-compatible mobile authentication system. Experiment results proved NFC-compatible mobile touch-based interactions can maximize the strengths of NFC technology because it can recognize limits in some situations such as tardiness and absences by automating student validation and preventing far-distance reading.

Since creation of web, web began from the first step web that offer simple information and contents. and now, it have developed to step offer dynamic contents that various multimedia components are combined. In future, it will develop to the next generation, intelligence style Semantic Web that Meta Communication of meaning-base is possible. In this paper, we examine about concept and characteristic of Semantic web that is a point technology in next generation. Also, we studied about example and practical use in personalized contents side that is based on Semantic Meta-Communication system. Semantic web is value industry field that has infinite possibility and has necessary of a lot of studies and development yet. Therefore in digital age, we expect this paper will help for space construction of more mature communication.

Outlier Reduction using C-SCGP for Target Localization based on RSS/AOA in Wireless Sensor Networks (무선 센서 네트워크에서 C-SCGP를 이용한 RSS/AOA 이상치 제거 기반 표적 위치추정 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose an outlier detection algorithm called C-SCGP to prevent the degradation of localization performance based on RSS (Received Signal Strength) and AOA (Angle of Arrival) in the presence of outliers in wireless sensor networks. Since the accuracy of target estimation can significantly deteriorate due to various cause of outliers such as malfunction of sensor, jamming, and severe noise, it is important to detect and filter out all outliers. The single cluster graph partitioning (SCGP) algorithm has been widely used to remove such outliers. The proposed continuous-SCGP (C-SCGP) algorithm overcomes the weakness of the SCGP that requires the threshold and computing probability of outliers, which are impratical in many applications. The results of numerical simulations show that the performance of C-SCGP without setting threshold and probability computation is the same performance of SCGP.
