장노년층의 지능정보사회 인식이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 온/오프라인 사회적 자본의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Intelligence Information Society Perception Expectation Anxiety on Life Satisfaction among the Elderly : Moderating effect of On/Offline Social Capital)

  • The Korean society is transforming into the intelligence information society rapidly during the 4th industrial revolution. But middle aged and elderly people are hard to access and accept these changes. So, the purpose of this study is to examine the Intelligence information society factors affects life satisfaction among the elderly by moderating effect of on/offline social capital. This study analyzed data of 2,303 people between the ages over 50 from the 2018 Digital Divide Survey conducted by the National Information Society Agency (NIA) using SPSS26.0. The result showed that sex, age, education, household type, Intelligence information society perception, expectation, anxiety are significantly effected life satisfaction. Also on/offline social capital had moderating effect between intelligence information society and life satisfaction. Based on the results of this study proviedes a basis for developing a success model for elderly people who accepts the intelligence information society. Also, this study identifies the implications and future studies are suggested.

  • In this paper we discuss what Competitive Intelligence means, why it is growing in importance in the business world and how Library and Information Science Schools in the United States are responding to the opportunities presented by Competitive Intelligence. As a conclusion, we discuss some of the implications of our findings for Library and Information Science education in Korea.

  • Artificial Intelligence has been a conceptual area for several decades. It has been studied extensively through experiments by the Information Systems community. When Information Systems supported with Information Technology became all pervasive in business and other allied areas, gradually the advancements in Artificial Intelligence also emerged as innovations across domains. Artificial Intelligence by definition is expected to substitute Human Intelligence, thereby making a huge space for innovation. In fact, all processes effected by human intelligence are liable to be replaced by AI which in itself is a massive innovation space. This paper will study the publication's repository (Scopus and Google Scholar from 1983 till 2021) in the area of Artificial Intelligence and innovation, then analyze the trend to gain insight into the evolution of AI as a vehicle for innovation.

  • Companies had to be more intelligent in order to survive in the rapidly changing environments. We need to make a decision to build the Information System to support their decision making. But, how can we know the new system would be better than the old system in making us intelligent? The answer is we can do it with the concept of Intelligence Density. In this study, Intelligence Density concept will be introduced, and the way how it can be applied to the information system will be presented. I think Intelligence Density should be studiedmoretohelpmanagersmakerightdecisions.

인공지능 윤리 원칙 Seoul PACT를 적용한 지능형 전자정부 서비스 윤리 가이드라인 (Seoul PACT : Principles of Artificial Intelligence Ethics and its Application Example to Intelligent E-Government Service)

  • The remarkable achievements of the artificial intelligence in recent years are also raising awareness about its potential risks. Several governments and public organizations have been proposing the artificial intelligence ethics for sustainable development of artificial intelligence by minimizing potential risks. However, most existing proposals are focused on the developer-centered ethics, which is not sufficient for the comprehensive ethics required for ongoing intelligent information society. In addition, they have chosen a number of principles as the starting point of artificial intelligence ethics, so it is not easy to derive the guideline flexibly for a specific member reflecting its own situation. In this paper, we classify primitive members who need artificial intelligence ethics in intelligent information society into three : Developer, Supplier and User. We suggest a new artificial intelligence ethics, Seoul PACT, with minimal principles through publicness (P), accountability (A), controllability (C), and transparency (T). In addition, we provide 38 canonical guidelines based on these four principles, which are applicable to each primitive members. It is possible for a specific member to duplicate the roles of primitive members, so that the flexible derivation of the artificial intelligence ethics guidelines can be made according to the characteristics of the member reflecting its own situation. As an application example, in preparation for applying artificial intelligence to e-government service, we derive a full set of artificial intelligence ethics guideline from Seoul PACT, which can be adopted by the special member named Korean Government.

경쟁정보를 위한 정보원에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Resources for Competitive Intelligence)

  • 본 논문에서는 경쟁정보에 대한 문헌정보학적인 접근에 동기를 부여하고 이를 교육에 적극적으로 수용하는데 도움이 되고자 경쟁정보의 연구에 필요한 기초 정보원에 대한 소개와 함께 경쟁정보에 관련된 정보원의 현황을 살펴보고자 한다. 따라서 몇 가지 관련 이슈들인 1) 경쟁정보의 개념, 2) 경쟁정보과정, 3) 경쟁정보를 위한 인터넷 사용, 4) 경쟁정보를 제공하는 정보원을 다루고자 한다. 다양한 도구를 사용하여 경쟁정보에 대한 탐색결과, 아직은 외국과 비교하여 경쟁정보에 관한 국내 정보원들은 많지 않았다. 부록을 통해서 경쟁정보에 관한 국내외 정보원을 포함한 정보길잡이를 제공한다.

  • 지능정보사회는 정보가 중심이 되는 정보사회를 한 단계 넘어선 지능형 초연결사회를 의미한다. 인공지능이 구체적으로 논의되는 지금, 인공지능이 핵심적인 역할을 하는 지능정보사회의 대응을 위한 법 제도에 대한 논의를 시작해야할 때이다. 어느 순간 특이점을 넘어설 때는 너무 늦은 대응이 될 수 있기 때문이다. 물론, 인공지능이 우리 사회를 어떻게 변화시킬 지는 예측하기가 쉽지 않다. 다만, 고민스러운 것은 알고리즘이 세상을 지배하거나 적어도 의사결정의 지원을 하게될 지능정보사회에서 인간은 인공지능과 어떤 관계를 모색할 것인지 여부이다. 한 가지 분명한 것은 인공지능을 지배하거나, 또는 인공지능을 배제하는 것은 해결방안이 되기는 어렵다는 점이다. 인공지능이 중심에 서는 지능정보사회를 대응하기 위한 법제도적인 논의는 사람을 전제하는 현행 법제도를 인공지능으로 대체하는 수준까지 이뤄질 필요가 있다. 지능정보사회로의 패러다임 전환에 따른 법제 정비는 인공지능과 로봇, 그리고 사물이라는 새로운 객체의 출현과 그 객체의 주체화까지도 가정할 수 있기 때문이다.

Trend Analysis of Artificial Intelligence Technology Using Patent Information

  • In this paper, we propose wide range of categorizes Artificial Intelligence technology as Learning, Inference, and Cognitive. Also, it analyzes 758 cases of open patents. For an analysis, target technologies were selected and categorized into specific areas to collect information about the patents. After removing noise, the patent information for each technology such as patent assignees and IPC code, was analyzed to evaluate the maturity of technology, the way ahead for research and development and the trends in core technology. This research presents directions of Artificial intelligence technology research and trend analysis of core Artificial Intelligent technology using quantitative analysis of patent information. Also Artificial intelligence technology requires technological development necessity through close cooperation in diverse fields.

  • 정보와 지식이 생산요소로서 인식되는 지식경영 환경에서 기업이 필요로 하는 많은 지식과 정보를 인터넷에서 쉽고 효과적으로 수집하기 위한 방법을 찾고자 하였다. 연구결과 인터넷에서 일반 검색엔진에 의한 경쟁정보 수집은 매우 부정적으로 나타났다. 이를 대처하기 방안으로 특정사이트를 집중 검색하거나 혹은 맞춤 정보서비스를 받거나 혹은 검색엔진의 제한기능을 활용하는 방법을 제시하였다.

인공지능 스피커 사용 동기 형성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Motivation of Artificial Intelligence Speaker)

  • In this study, I researched whether consumers would adopt artificial intelligence speakers. A study was conducted on the motivations that arise when consumers want to use artificial intelligence speakers. Key motivational factors include needs and wants, and emotion is also included in the hypothesis as influencing the intended use. These factors have modeled the motivational process in which consumers want to use artificial intelligence speakers. In the empirical study, the survey was conducted and the survey data was analyzed by applying the method of analysis of the structural equation model. As a result of empirical research, consumers' expectations to meet their general needs for artificial intelligence speakers affected their expectations to meet their wants and their favorable perceptions. And consumers' expectations of meeting their quasi-desire for artificial intelligence speakers have affected their expectations of meeting the wants and affected their perception of favorability. Finally, consumers' expectations for satisfying their wants and their perception of favorability affected their intention to use artificial intelligence speakers. The implications of this study is that it helps to formulate strategies for information technology products with combined functionality. The specific components of motivation can play an important role in increasing consumers' intention to use artificial intelligence speakers.
