As we live in the 21st century, so called the "Information Age", network has become a basic establishment. However, we have found the different face that it also has been used as a tool of a unauthorized outflow and destruction of information. In recent years, beginner could easily get a hacking and weakness reference tools from internet. The menace of the situation has increased; the intellectual diverse offensive technique has become increasingly dangerous. The purpose of the thesis is to detect a abnormal packet for networking offense. In order to detect the packet, it gathers the packets and create inspection information that tells abnormality by using probability of special quality, then decision of intrusion is made by using a neural network.l network.

Information technology(IT) is changing rapidly based on growth of internet and computer businesses. Therefore, computer programs and softwares are distributed to computer users promptly for their productivity increase and efficient work. So, in the distribution, the softwares will be copied or released through network or other methods which are not authorized by the program owners. In that case, copyright dispute is incurred and various issues are come out due to infringement of the software copyright. Thus, the purpose of this study is to research infringement cases of the software copyright and how to settle the dispute which is related with software programs. To achieve the purpose of this study, this research consisted of 5 chapters. At chapter 1 introduction, it mentioned necessity of this study, purpose and how to research this study, and at chapter 2 dispute factors indicated and summarized for technical resolution. At chapter 3, infringement cases of software copyright analyzed and studied upon intellectual property(IP) related laws. And methods of dispute settlement discussed and suggested to chapter 4 for copyright and intellectual property protection. Also, it emphasized importance of arbitration to resolve the issues timely and avoid time and economical consumption. Of course, arbitration law has to be matched with the trend of technology development for effective settlement. At chapter 5 conclusion, it summarized this research and suggested further research for empirical test of economic value of the software copyright upon the aspect of business, law, and engineering. In this study, the results are 1) IP related laws have to be enacted or revised to meet technical changes for the protection of software copyright on time. The enactment or the revision of law takes a long time, therefore, to deal the dispute effectively, 2) arbitration law has to be utilized efficiently in order to resolve issues and settle the dispute promptly. It is suggested the dispute settlement through arbitration to save time and economic matters for legislation, and to harmony with the technology trends. 3) Recognition of software copyright is to be improved by users and enterprises for development of software related industries and intellectual property protection. In conclusion, the protection of software copyright is important than any other things in the field of IT because of the development of industry and intellectual property related laws. The development is for areas of business, law and engineering, so research and practices are to be combined with the areas so that it could resolve the dispute settlement and IP protection effectively.

The digital content was supplied quickly with advancement of video compressive technique and the network. Simultaneously illegal copy and diffuse via Internet, it was caused to necessitate the intellectual property right protection of the digital content. With this background, Various standardization groups and content provision enterprises developed the solution for a digital content protection. But the problem which lack interoperability is appeared, cause of independent development among other equipment. To find solution about this, MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group) has progressed standardization against IPMP (Intellectual Property Management and Protection) techniques which are possible interoperability. In spite of it, with reason why insufficient function, DMP(Digital Media Project) standard was presented with the alternative against this. In this paper, we analyze MPEG IPMP standards and DMP ToolPack concepts to compare between them, and through these, designed and implemented digital content protection system which possible interoperability.

The purpose of this study is to see the intellectual structure in the field of veterinary sciences in Korea, using author profiling analysis(APA), a bibliometric approach. Three journals are selected on the basis of citation data, exchanging most citations with Korean Journal of Veterinary. And then, 50 authors who published most articles at selected journals during the given period of time were chosen. The analysis of similarity and dissimilarity among authors by comparing co-word appearance patterns from article title, abstracts, and keywords was made. Authors can be grouped 11 minor clusters under 4 major clusters, depending on their interests in the area of veterinary sciences in Korea. The subjects for each cluster at the veterinary sciences are decided by the matching the keyword, representing author's research interest. As a result, it is possible to figure out the current research trends and the researcher network in the field of veterinary sciences.

Since the 1990s, the growth of the public library program field progressed rapidly at home and aborad as the proportion of programs increased as a major job for public libraries in response to social changes and user demands. However, it is difficult to find a study to grasp the overall research trend in the field of public library programs in Korea. Accordingly, intellectual structure analysis was performed based on keyword profiling to examine research trends in the domestic public library program field. In particular, keyword analysis, network analysis and cluster analysis, and period/year analysis were performed step by step based on the author keywords (uncontrolled keywords) of degree papers and academic journals retrieved from the RISS database. In addition, based on the results of this intellectual structure analysis, the research trends of public library programs were comprehensively reviewed and future research tasks were presented.

The purpose of this study is to critically review the global intellectual property regime, which has been in full swing since the mid-1990s, from the perspective of postcolonialism. More specifically, by looking at issues which were raised by the Postcolonial Piracy Studies, it attempted to relativize the global IP system. This paper confirmed the postcolonialist view that universal concepts could never be completely universal or pure, and confirmed the non-state legalities view of media piracy as a conduit for participation in the global network through 'porous legalities' concept of Lawrence Liang. Finally, this paper raised the need to understand various relationships between the informal media economy and the formal media economy in a balanced perspective, rather than relying only on the neat dichotomy logic of illegality/legal.

Research and Development projects sponsored by the government are one of the main production sectors of academic and research information in domestic area. The access control and information service of R&D outcomes should be considered as a critical factor of nation-wide knowledge-based IS management. This study focused on the practical utilities of three IPR legislations of the government projects and analyzed if they are good enough to support the information service in recent digital network environment. Some suggestions in different perspectives were provided for the improvement of the existed IPR legislation.

Objectives Genome-wide association studies(GWAS) is a useful method to identify genetic associations for various phenotypes. The purpose of this study was to develop predictive models for Sasang constitution types using genetic factors. Methods The genotypes of the 1,999 subjects was performed using Axiom Precision Medicine Research Array (PMRA) by Life Technologies. All participants were prescribed Sasang Constitution-specific herbal remedies for the treatment, and showed improvement of original symptoms as confirmed by Korean medicine doctor. The genotypes were imputed by using the IMPUTE program. Association analysis was conducted using a logistic regression model to discover Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP), adjusting for age, sex, and BMI. Results & Conclusions We developed models to predict Korean medicine constitution types using identified genectic factors and sex, age, BMI using Random Forest (RF), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Neural Network (NN). Each maximum Area Under the Curve (AUC) of Teaeum, Soeum, Soyang is 0.894, 0.868, 0.767, respectively. Each AUC of the models increased by 6~17% more than that of models except for genetic factors. By developing the predictive models, we confirmed usefulness of genetic factors related with types. It demonstrates a mechanism for more accurate prediction through genetic factors related with type.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the phenomenon studies related to athletic continuity and school life satisfaction of the intellectually disabled students. According to the analysis, the integrated sports volleyball program has acquired athletic skills in the satisfaction of school life and maintained close friendship through cooperation. The participants of intellectually disabled students have been more flexible with the improvement of the physical education volleyball program, and they are affiliated with the school's cooperation, through a cooperative study. Therefore, through the integrated sports volleyball program, students with disabilities can overcome limitations and dissatisfaction with the athletic continuity and satisfaction of school life and achieve the integration they seek in the integrated education.

This study primarily concerns the various franchisor's duties provided under the Draft Common Frame of Reference (here-in-after DCFR) in comparison with those under Korean law. It particularly focuses on the followings. First, it scrutinizes the rules on the scope of application in a comparative way, focusing on the following questions; what is the definition of a franchise contract and what are the essential elements of such contract. Second, it investigates in a comparative way the provisons as to the franchisor's contractual duties as follows; 1) a duty to collaborate actively and loyally and coordinate their respective efforts, 2) a duty to provide the franchisee with adequate and timely information before the contract is concluded, 3) a duty to grant the franchisee a right to use the intellectual property rights, 4) a duty to provide the franchisee with the know-how, 5) a duty to render the franchisee with assistance, 6) a duty to ensure the products ordered by the franchisee are supplied, 7) a duty to provide information during the performance, 8) a duty to warn the franchisee decreased supply capacity, 9) a duty to make reasonable efforts to promote and maintain the reputation of the franchise network. Its emphasis is particularly put on the rationals, the contents and the nature of such duties. Third, this study provides legal and practical advice to the contracting parties when they intend to insert either the DCFR or Korean law in their contract as a governing law.
