학생들이 수학과 과학을 배울 때 개발 및 사용하는 지적 자원의 이론적 모형을 구성하였다. 9,300명의 미국 4학년 학생들의 수학 과학 성취도 평가의 응답을 통계적으로 분석하여 이 이론적 모델을 검증하였다. 그 결과는 이론적 모형이 타당함을 보여주며, 4학년 학생들의 과학 학습에서 인식적 실천은 수학 학습에서 인식적 실천의 발달에 영향을 준다.

본 연구는 지적장애아동의 비만 예방·관리를 위한 애플리케이션 모형 개발에 필요한 정보를 제공하고 실용적 모바일 애플리케이션 개발을 위한 개선 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 지적장애아동을 위한 비만 예방·관리 모바일 애플리케이션은 학부모와 장애아동 사이에 전달되는 정보와 서비스가 애플리케이션을 통해 효과적인 흐름이 가능하도록 구성하는 것이 필요하다. 부모는 애플리케이션을 통해 전달받은 지적장애아동의 현재 상태와 비만관리 정보에 피드백하고, 아이에게 지지, 격려, 보상 등의 동기부여의 과정을 통해 긍정적 변화를 가져올 수 있다. 이러한 구성을 통해 동기부여의 과정에 부모의 개입을 통해 효과적인 비만관리를 도출할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 콘텐츠의 구성은 영양, 운동(신체활동), 생활습관의 세 가지로 이루어지며, 각각의 콘텐츠는 지적장애아동의 특성을 반영하여 간단하면서도 이해가 쉬운 방식을 적용하는 것이 바람직하다. 지적장애아동에 최적화된 모바일 애플리케이션을 위해서는 인터페이스의 단순화, 알림기능과 보상, 음성인식 및 자막지원의 전략을 통해 사용자 확대와 지속성을 제안하였다.

Objective: This study was designed to investigate effects of Nokyongsageunhwan and Nokyongsageunhwan aquapuncuture on body weight, body length, intellectual development Methods: We observed body weight, body length, intellectual development after feeding Nokyongsageunhwan and Nokyongsageunhwan aquapuncuture for thirty three days, and mRNA expressions of GHRF, Somatostatin, IGF-1, NPY were analyzed by RT-PCR method. Results: The results were summarized as follows. 1. Body length was significantly increased in Nokyongsageunhwan herbal acupuncture group compared to normal group and normal saline injection group on 4th week, 2. Lower part of hind leg length was significantly increased in Nokyongsageunhwan oral administration group compared to normal group on 3rd week, and it was significantly increased in Nokyongsageunhwan herbal acupuncture group and Nokyongsageunhwan oral administration group compared to that of normal group on 4th week. 3. As results of observing memory aquisition using Morris water maze system, there was significantly difference in Nokyongsageunhwan oral administration group compared to that of normal group on 4th week. 4. As results of observing retention using Morris water maze system, staying time was significantly increased in Nokyongsageunhwan herbal acupuncture group compared to that of normal group. 5. The somatostatin mRNA expression in the hypothalamus was significantly decreased in Nokyongsageunhwan oral administration group compared to that of normal group. 6. The IGF-1 mRNA expression in the hypothalamus is significantly increased in Nokyongsageunhwan herbal acupuncture group and Nokyongsageunhwan oral administration group compared to that of normal group. 7. The NPY mRNA expression in the hypothalamus was significantly increased in Nokyongsageunhwan oral administration group compared to that of normal group, and it was increased in Nokyongsageunhwan herbal acupuncture group compared to that of normal group, but there was no significant difference. Conclusions: According to the above results, it appears that Nokyongsageunhwan oral administration and Nokyongsageunhwan herbal acupuncture on acupoint GB34 and GB39 showed effects on the growth and the intellectual development of rats.

The key challenges and problematic aspects of the formation of intellectually and innovation-oriented strategies of regional entities at the present stage of their development are considered. The main tasks that arise in the process of strategizing the potential-forming development of regional economic systems in the context of digitalization are identified. The list of key organizational and economic directions of strategic character of providing intellectual and innovative development of regional economic systems is formed, which includes clustering of centers of high-tech development of regions, creation of creative hubs, development of knowledge infrastructure and improvement of interregional cooperation; a brief description of each of the presented strategic organizational and economic directions is given. Based on the analysis, the key strategic guidelines for the development of regional economic entities in the context of digitalization under the influence of potential-forming determinants, which form the content basis for further processes of strategizing qualitative aspects of development of specific regional entities.

For the last several decades, it has been recognized that technology is a key factor in becoming an ADC and an advanced firm. So many countries and individual firms have been increasing investments on technology development. Especially LDCs including Korea choose technology transfer and transaction as an important alternative of their own technology development. To activate technology transaction and transfer, it is necessary to establish an technology transaction system, namely a Technomart that will make good connections between technology suppliers and technology buyers, and efficient functional linkages of supporting infrastructures including organizations and laws related with technology transactions. Therefore this study reviewed both the characteristics of technology transfer and transaction and a conceptual structure of a Technomart through a literature review. And then, the study analyzed the Technomart related laws including an intellectual property right, a copyright, a patent right, and electric transaction related laws. In conclusion the study proposed the development directions of the Technomart related laws.

The purpose of the research is to explore the development of Beijing fashion industry in the wave of the world-wide creative industries. Two methods are used in this study: discourse analysis and case study. As a form of modern economy, creative industries are the core of originality and intellectual property. It works to develop and use knowledge resource to produce endless new products and new markets, thereby promoting economic and social development. Beijing local garment enterprises should base on the Government's policies and support, creative talent and high technology to cultivate the local fashion brands with the international competition to achieve the clothing industrial upgrading and the building of Beijing as the world-wide fashion capital.

Information technology(IT) is changing rapidly based on growth of internet and computer businesses. Therefore, computer programs and softwares are distributed to computer users promptly for their productivity increase and efficient work. So, in the distribution, the softwares will be copied or released through network or other methods which are not authorized by the program owners. In that case, copyright dispute is incurred and various issues are come out due to infringement of the software copyright. Thus, the purpose of this study is to research infringement cases of the software copyright and how to settle the dispute which is related with software programs. To achieve the purpose of this study, this research consisted of 5 chapters. At chapter 1 introduction, it mentioned necessity of this study, purpose and how to research this study, and at chapter 2 dispute factors indicated and summarized for technical resolution. At chapter 3, infringement cases of software copyright analyzed and studied upon intellectual property(IP) related laws. And methods of dispute settlement discussed and suggested to chapter 4 for copyright and intellectual property protection. Also, it emphasized importance of arbitration to resolve the issues timely and avoid time and economical consumption. Of course, arbitration law has to be matched with the trend of technology development for effective settlement. At chapter 5 conclusion, it summarized this research and suggested further research for empirical test of economic value of the software copyright upon the aspect of business, law, and engineering. In this study, the results are 1) IP related laws have to be enacted or revised to meet technical changes for the protection of software copyright on time. The enactment or the revision of law takes a long time, therefore, to deal the dispute effectively, 2) arbitration law has to be utilized efficiently in order to resolve issues and settle the dispute promptly. It is suggested the dispute settlement through arbitration to save time and economic matters for legislation, and to harmony with the technology trends. 3) Recognition of software copyright is to be improved by users and enterprises for development of software related industries and intellectual property protection. In conclusion, the protection of software copyright is important than any other things in the field of IT because of the development of industry and intellectual property related laws. The development is for areas of business, law and engineering, so research and practices are to be combined with the areas so that it could resolve the dispute settlement and IP protection effectively.

지리정보DB는 구축하는데 많은 비용과 노력이 수반됨에도 불구하고 비교적 간편하게 복제하여 활용할 수 있기 때문에 유통관리에 있어 법적 보호체계가 마련되어야 한다. 그러나 우리나라의 저작권법은 보호기준을 소재의 선택 또는 배열에 창작성으로 규정하고 있어 소재의 선택 또는 배열에 창작성이 낮거나 없는 데이터베이스는 보호받을 수 없는 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 현실적인 법 체계하에서 데이터베이스 제작에 따른 자료수집과 구성에 대한 노력 그리고 유통 및 활용에 따른 관련집단간의 이해갈등을 조정하기 위한 보호방안을 마련하기 위해 시도되었다.

Data exclusivity is one of the most important intellectual property rights of pharmaceuticals. During data exclusivity period, third parties are prohibited from relying on the data which the original company has submitted to regulatory authority for drug application. I investigated data exclusivity systems for pharmaceuticals in the US, EU, Canada and Korea. New chemical entities were usually given the longest periods of data exclusivity compared to drugs with new indication or new formulation, although the protection periods varied by country. For new drugs to be entitled to a data exclusivity, strict conditions should be met. Data exclusivity has also been provided as an incentive to promote clinical investigation and drug development for pediatric population or orphan diseases. In Korea, data exclusivity was adopted in 1995 as an additive provision to "drug re-examination" which is to investigate post-marketing safety information of new drugs. It was introduced with few discussion on the purposes or effects of data exclusivity on pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical market in this country. I found that Korea's data exclusivity system falls short of considerations on valuing innovation of pharmaceutical research. It is necessary to improve data exclusivity system in order to promote innovative pharmaceutical development and to balance intellectual property rights protection and access to drugs in this country.

The international government committee is progressing their agreements about intellectual property protection of traditional knowledge(TK), gene resource(GR), folklore(FL) in WIPO. It is in the course of selection with precedence of TK, GR, FL in WIPO, focused on discussions about listing of TK documents, standardization of DB construction, sharing and profit distribution of GR. We made some plans to deal with agreements in WIPO. These plans consist of 5 subjects which are investigation about intellectual property related laws and systems, study of examination and finding, construction of DB information, development of value evaluation system, development of industrialization system with TK, GR, We suggest preceding details about 5 subjects respectively. It is the character of this plan that patent information DB system of TK, GR is the axis. It is the most important thing in these plans to succeed that we have to have connections with expert groups in order parts and government officials, taking whole supports of government because our traditional medical related study basis is weak.
