Smartphones provide users with environment for communication and sharing information and at the same time play an important role of mobile technology and mobile art development. Smartphone technology-related researches are being accelerated especially with the advent of mobile Augmented Reality(AR) age, but the studies on user participation that is essential for AR content industry were insufficient. In that regard, the assistance from mobile art area that has already developed these characteristics is essential. Thus, this article is to classify mobile art that has not been studied a lot domestically into feature phone usage and smartphone usage and to analyze each example case with the three most used methods. The usage of feature phones which use the sound and images of mobile devices can be divided into three: installation and performing methods, single channel video art method and five senses communication method. On the other hand, the usage of smartphones that use sensors, cameras, GPS and AR can be divided into location-based AR, marker-based AR and markerless AR. Also, as a result of examining mobile AR content utilization technology by industries, combined methods are utilized; tourism and game-related industries use location-based AR, education and medicine-related industries use marker-based AR, and shopping-related industries use markerless AR. The development of AR content industry is expected to be accelerated with mobile art that makes use of combined technology method and constant communication method through active participation of users. The future development direction of mobile AR industry is predicted to have minimized HMD, integration of hologram technology and artificial intelligence and make the most of big data and social network so that we could overcome the technological limitation of AR.
The representative method to efficiently manage the organization's data is to avoid data duplication through the promotion of sharing and reusing existing data. The systematic structuring of existing data and efficient searching should be supported in order to promote the sharing and reusing of data. Without regard for these points, the data for the system development would be duplicated, which would deteriorate the quality of the data. Data taxonomy provides some methods that can enable the needed data elements to be searched quickly with a systematic order of managing data. This paper proposes that the Origin data taxonomy method can best maximize data sharing, reusing, and consolidation, and it can be used for Meta Data Registry (MDR) and Semantic Web efficiently. The Origin data taxonomy method constructs the data taxonomy structure built upon the intrinsic nature of data, so it can classify the data with independence from business classification. Also, it shows a deployment method for data elements used in various areas according to the Origin data taxonomy structure with a data taxonomic procedure that supports the proposed taxonomy. Based on this case study, the proposed data taxonomy and taxonomic procedure can be applied to real world data efficiently.

In this research, we investigate wet-etching properties of GaAs in $NH_4OH-H_2O_2-H_2O$, and develop the fabrication method of GaAs microstructures with rectangular cross section using (001) GaAs substrate. For obtaining wet-etching properties with respect to crystallographic orientation, the etch rates and cross-section etch profiles of (001) GaAs with 16 different compositions and the undercut rates with 5 different compositions are measured using $NH_4OH-H_2O_2-H_2O$ mixed solutions. From these experimental data, a new GaAs micromachining method in bulk (001) GaAs is proposed, and used to fabricate a released microbridges with a rectangular cross section. The developed GaAs micromachining method can be very useful for low-loss, highly-tunable capacitors for RF components and for integration with GaAs optical components.
Contemporary art make-up is being widely developed in line with the trends of individualization and differentiation departing from basic desires or logical thinking about the desires of human beings who ultimately pursue beauty and experiencing diversified convergence and integration befitting customer needs. Cubism that has been playing a central role at the center of art history in the $20^{th}$ century can act as a good material based on creativity with regard to expression of the art make-up. In this regard, the study was focused on creating new concepts of design and novel areas of expression by combining expressive methods of cubism with art make-up to suggest an art mask. As for a method of the study, cubism and art make-up were examined based on preceding studies, Internet data and technical books, and the expression method of cubism was divided into plural points of view, partition of shape and collage and motivated the works of Picasso for the purpose of art mask-converged design. As a result of the study, it was found out that the expression method of cubism was applicable to the art make-up, and creative art make-up converged design could be generated to make a suggestion. In this regard, it is hoped that further studies will be facilitated and that this study can be instrumental in developing art make-up design.
Statistical landslide susceptibility analysis, which is widely used among various landslide susceptibility analysis approaches, predicts the unstable area by analyzing statistical relationship between landslide occurrence locations and landslide controlling factors. However, uncertainties are involved in the procedures of the susceptibility analysis and therefore, fuzzy approach has been used to deal properly with uncertainties. The fuzzy approach used fuzzy set theory and fuzzy membership function to quantify uncertainties involved in landslide controlling factors. Various fuzzy approaches were suggested in the procedure of the membership value determination and fuzzy operation in the previous researches. However, few studies were carried out to compare the analysis results obtained from various approaches for membership function determination and fuzzy operation. Therefore, in this study, the authors selected Jinbu area, which a large number of landslides were occurred at in 2006, to apply two most commonly used methods, the frequency ratio and the cosine amplitude method to derive membership values for each controlling factor. In addition, the integration of different thematic layers to produce landslide susceptibility map was performed by several fuzzy operators such as AND, OR, algebraic product, algebraic sum and Gamma operator. The results of the landslide susceptibility analysis using two different methods for the determination of fuzzy membership values and various fuzzy operators were compared on the basis of ROC graph to check the feasibility of the fuzzy based landslide susceptibility analysis.
In recent years, the hub and spoke strategy has been strengthened in accordance with the enlargement of ships. As the needs of the port users change, the ports are also becoming larger and modernized. Under these circumstances, changes in existing port operations are expected. One example is the movement to promote economic and operational effectiveness through the joint operation of small and medium-sized operators. This study analyzed the effect of the association of small and medium-sized operators on Busan New Port in terms of economy. Additionally, the issue of cost allocation within the association of operators was presented through the game theory. As a result, in the case of operating jointly rather than divided into five operating companies as of the present, it has been shown to have a cost reduction effect in terms of operating companies. Considering the use of the Proportional method, the Shapley Value, and the Nucleus method in allocating the costs among the operators participating in the coalition, the Shapley Value method was the most suitable method in this study.

The aim of this study is to suggest a detection method of water surface location and its evaluation results of application for same vertical position in two successive images with time interval including both staff gauge and water surface. A specific rectangular inspection area is defined from the top of watermark and then the correlation coefficients for the inspection area of the same position of two images with short time interval is calculated. Accordingly, it is possible to identify differences between changing area and fixed area of pixel density by the water flow. The photographs taken in the laboratory were analyzed in order to validate the proposed technique. As the result of the experiment, it is identified that characteristic of correlation coefficients depends on the size of the inspection area. In the case that the inspection area is within the entire width of the watermark, water surface characteristic according to correlation coefficients is clearly noticeable. Thus, it is identified that the proposed technique can be utilized to search water surfaces. Besides, using corelation analysis of two images with time interval, it is identified that error range between 10 and 42cm was reduced in the level of 2.6cm or less in the contaminated photo of existing image stage gauge. Therefore, it is expected that the suggested method can be utilized to enhance image stage gauge performance improving the previous water surface detection method.

The cables in cable-stayed bridges are under high stress and are very sensitive to vibration due to their small section areas compared with other members. Therefore, it is reasonable to evaluate the cable impact factor by taking into account the dynamic effect due to moving-vehicle motion. In this study, the cable impact factors were evaluated via moving-vehicle-load analysis, considering the design parameters, i.e., vehicle weight, cable model, road surface roughness, vehicle speed, longitudinal distance between vehicles. For this purpose, two steel composite cable-stayed bridges with 230- and 540-m main spans were selected. The results of the analysis were then compared with those of the influence line method that is currently being used in design practice. The road surface roughness was randomly generated based on ISO 8608, and the convergence of impact factors according to the number of generated road surfaces was evaluated to improve the reliability of the results. A9-d.o.f. tractor-trailer vehicle was used, and the vehicle motion was derived from Lagrange's equation. 3D finite element models for the selected cable-stayed bridges were constructed with truss elements having equivalent moduli for the cables, and with beam elements for the girders and the pylons. The direct integration method was used for the analysis of the bridge-vehicle interaction, and the analysis was conducted iteratively until the displacement error rate of the bridge was within the specified tolerance. It was acknowledged that the influence line method, which cannot consider the dynamic effect due to moving-vehicle motion, could underestimate the impact factors of the end-cables at the side spans, unlike moving-vehicle-load analysis.

The purpose of the education which is claimed in the 'Ten Diagrams of Sage Learning' is to become a saint, and it ultimately coincides with the purpose of moral education which is to be introspective and practical moral man. The whole theme of 'Ten Diagrams of Sage Learning' is related to revealing the principles of humanity and morality in order to restore human nature on the basis of piety. Piety(敬) is also a purpose and a method of self-discipline, and is the main content. The method of education for traditional confucianism is aiming for the organic integration of purpose, content and method of education and reveals the consistency of the combination of knowledge and behavior in content and method. Exploring the universal value of traditional culture and re-raising moral culture that is important in traditional education is to discuss that what is valid for the present and the future is derived from the past tradition. That may be useful in solving today's educational problems. Especially, it is very meaningful to adopt a reflective approach to cultivate talented people who can 'realize oneself' and 'care for the community' which is the ultimate goal of education through analyzing the essence of moral education pursued by traditional education.
The World Wide Web is a very large distributed digital information space. From its origins in 1991, the web has grown to encompass diverse information resources as personal home pasges, online digital libraries and virtual museums. Some estimates suggest that the web currently includes over 500 billion pages in the deep web. The ability to search and retrieve information from the web efficiently and effectively is an enabling technology for realizing its full potential. With powerful workstations and parallel processing technology, efficiency is not a bottleneck. In fact, some existing search tools sift through gigabyte.syze precompiled web indexes in a fraction of a second. But retrieval effectiveness is a different matter. Current search tools retrieve too many documents, of which only a small fraction are relevant to the user query. Furthermore, the most relevant documents do not nessarily appear at the top of the query output order. Also, current search tools can not retrieve the documents related with retrieved document from gigantic amount of documents. The most important problem for lots of current searching systems is to increase the quality of search. It means to provide related documents or decrease the number of unrelated documents as low as possible in the results of search. For this problem, CiteSeer proposed the ACI (Autonomous Citation Indexing) of the articles on the World Wide Web. A "citation index" indexes the links between articles that researchers make when they cite other articles. Citation indexes are very useful for a number of purposes, including literature search and analysis of the academic literature. For details of this work, references contained in academic articles are used to give credit to previous work in the literature and provide a link between the "citing" and "cited" articles. A citation index indexes the citations that an article makes, linking the articleswith the cited works. Citation indexes were originally designed mainly for information retrieval. The citation links allow navigating the literature in unique ways. Papers can be located independent of language, and words in thetitle, keywords or document. A citation index allows navigation backward in time (the list of cited articles) and forwardin time (which subsequent articles cite the current article?) But CiteSeer can not indexes the links between articles that researchers doesn't make. Because it indexes the links between articles that only researchers make when they cite other articles. Also, CiteSeer is not easy to scalability. Because CiteSeer can not indexes the links between articles that researchers doesn't make. All these problems make us orient for designing more effective search system. This paper shows a method that extracts subject and predicate per each sentence in documents. A document will be changed into the tabular form that extracted predicate checked value of possible subject and object. We make a hierarchical graph of a document using the table and then integrate graphs of documents. The graph of entire documents calculates the area of document as compared with integrated documents. We mark relation among the documents as compared with the area of documents. Also it proposes a method for structural integration of documents that retrieves documents from the graph. It makes that the user can find information easier. We compared the performance of the proposed approaches with lucene search engine using the formulas for ranking. As a result, the F.measure is about 60% and it is better as about 15%.
