According to the change of customer needs, integration with other systems, and the advent of new technology, it is inevitable for the existing system requirements to be requested to redesign. However, there are actually no methodologies and processes to be able to reorganize the existing requirements or integrate a number of requirements different from each other. The traditional requirements processes do not work when solving such problems. Thus, since the existing approaches to develop requirements are not helpful, many traditional requirement engineering processes can not help falling in Red Ocean. In this paper, in order to solve such the problems, we propose a novel requirements engineering process applying Blue ocean strategy which is used to open a non-competition market not discovered yet. Blue Ocean approach is a novel effective method to elicit and build up new requirements from customers. In order to accomplish the strategy, this paper presents a framework and processes to discover new perspectives and analyze the corresponding requirements. In addition, some pieces of case study are presented to introduce how our approach is applied to practical system developments and the evaluation analysis for how valid it is.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate on the fitting with human resource practice and strategic on 6 public hospital in the point of resource based view. At the result of this study, public strategy is not much fitted into HRM(human resource management) system, but it shows positive result of the fitting with efficiency strategy and HRM system. These results were associated with the integration of G Medical Center. Generally 6 public hospitals of the HRM system and the strategy had not been linked. They also did not achieve a great outcome. We suggest that the manager in charge of each hospital make strategies of the hospital, and then evaluates about fitting with HRM system. We hope, hereafter, it applied the analysis methods that evaluates it with financing result and individual non-financial result all together.

Purpose - This study aims to understand the phenomenon called "regional multinational" in the geographical expansion of multinational enterprises and to find some evidence whether globalization of multinational enterprises tends to have a strong home region bias. Research design, data, and methodology - Through an in-depth case analysis, we analyze the series of strategic behaviors Wal-Mart made in South Korea from its entry in 1998 to its withdrawal in 2006. Then, we discuss the plausible causes of this exit, seeking to provide some evidence on the "regional multinational" phenomenon. Result - This study finds some evidence on the regional-based expansion of multinational enterprises. Our case study shows that Wal-Mart in South Korea focused on global standardization strategy and made an exit from the market as they were faced with increasing localization demands. From the perspective of multinational enterprises' globalization strategy, Wal-Mart's exit from the South Korean market can be considered as a strategic exit. Conclusion - The findings of this study suggest that while national responsiveness and localized adaptation are considered as a panacea for penetrating international markets, in reality most multinational enterprises attempt to add value primarily by capitalizing on similarities across markets and remain as regional multinationals.

본 논문의 목적은 1980, 90년대 독일의 '경과적 일자리 중심 노동통합형 사회적기업'이 공공부문의 재정건실화라는 의도를 통해 확대되는 현상을 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 우선 독일 2차 노동시장의 개념과 유형을 고찰하고 2차 노동시장이 80년대 이 후 공공부문의 일자리창출 인프라로 지역사회에 정착되게 되는 과정을 분석하였다. 다음으로 2차 노동시장의 사회적기업이 공공부문의 재정건실화에 기여하고 있는 바를 기이센의 사례를 통해 <비용-편익> 분석으로 시도하였다. 마지막으로 독일의 경과적 일자리 중심 노동통합형 사회적 기업이 실업자 사회안전망으로 갖는 한계와 잠재력을 '공공부문으로의 종속화'와 '과도(過渡)노동시장의 형성'이라는 측면에서 논의하였다.

전설프로젝트 데이터의 통한적 운용은 건설 프로젝트의 효율적인 관il엔 있어 필수적이다. 최근 데이터 호환성(interoperability)에 기초한 통합방법론으로서 IFC(Industry Foundation Classes)가 제안되었고, IFC에 기초한 시스템 통합의 예가 나타나고 있다. 데이터 호환성(interoperability)의 개념은 각 시스템의 독립성을 보존하면서 시스템의 통합을 전개할 수 있도록, 건설객체를 시스템간의 데이터 공유 프로토콜로써 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 이 데이터 호환성의 기본 개념에 입각하되, 실제 프로세스의 업무범위와 절차를 고려한 단계적인 시스템 개발전략을 제시한다. 이는 실제 업무를 지원하는 정보시스템의 관점보다는 IFC에 의한 시스템 통합에 더 큰 비중을 두고 개발하는 경향에 대한 문제제기이며 그 극복방안이다. 즉, IFC 모델의 데이터 호환성 개념을 응용하여 실제 업무범위와 절차에 적합하게 배치되고 활용되어야 함에도 탁구하고, IFC의 형태에 치중한 결과 실제의 업무를 지원하지 못하는 시스템개발 경향을 극복하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of each of the two technology acceptance factors(employees' attitude toward smart factory technology, and ease of smart factory technology use) on the introduction level of each of the three smart factory technologies (manufacturing big data technology, automation technology, and supply chain integration technology), and in turn, the effect of each of the three smart factory technologies on manufacturing performance. This study employed PLS statistics software package to empirically validate a structural equation model with survey data from 100 domestic small-and medium-sized manufacturing firms (SMMFs). The analysis results revealed the followings. First, it is founded that employees' attitude toward smart factory technology influenced all of the three smart factory technology introduction levels in a positive manner. In particular, SMMFs of which employees had more favorable attitude toward smart factory technology tended to increase introduction levels of both automation technology and supply chain integration technology more than in the case of manufacturing big data technology. Second, ease of smart factory technology use also had a positive impact on each of the three smart factory technology introduction levels, respectively. A noteworthy finding is this : SMMFs which perceived smart factory technology as easier to use would like to elevate the introduction level of manufacturing big data technology more than in the cases of either automation technology or supply chain integration technology. Third, smart factory technologies such as automation technology and supply chain integration technology had affirmative impacts on manufacturing performance of SMMFs. These results shed some valuable insights on the introduction of smart factory technology : The success of smart factory heavily depends on organization-and people-related factors such as employees' attitude toward smart factory technology and employees' perceived ease of smart factory technology use.

공공기관에 산재되어 있는 홈페이지들의 컨텐츠와 보안정책을 효과적으로 유지관리하기 위해서는 체계적인 방안과 관리 할 수 있는 시스템의 구현이 필요하다. 사용자들은 신뢰성 있는 시스템에 손쉽게 홈페이지를 만들고 사용하기를 원하고 기관에서는 외부로 공개되는 정보들이 정확성과 일관성이 유지되기를 기대한다. 본 논문에서는 특정한 정부출연 연구기관의 홈페이지들을 대상으로 운영현황과 문제점들을 분석하고 사용자 및 관리자가 효과적으로 활용하고 관리할 수 있는 방안을 도출하여 이를 바탕으로 웹 통합시스템을 설계하고 구현한 사례를 분석하였다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of clinical performance improved by the application of the Core-Skill TLP to students. Methods : The subject of the study were 48 students who are enrolled in the 2nd semester of the 3rd year in the department of physical therapy. In order to compare the difference in physical examination and intervention, clinical practice integration as well as interpersonal communication skills were measured before and after clinical performance experiments by using the questionnaire. Result : The results are as follows. There was an improvement after examination & intervention about mean 1.52(t=16.928, p=.000), in clinical practice integration 1.30(t=14.541, p=.000) and in interpersonal communication skills 0.86(t=9.510, p=.000). It shows the significant difference in statistics. Conclusion : According to these results, the Core-Skill TLP is proved as a good learning strategy and could be strongly recommended since it significantly improved physical examination & intervention, clinical practice integration and interpersonal communication skills.

While database(DB) and information retrieval(IR) have been developed independently, there have been emerging requirements that both data management and efficient text retrieval should be supported simultaneously in an information system such as health care, customer support, XML data management, and digital libraries. The great divide between DB and IR has caused different manners in index maintenance for newly arriving documents. While DB has extended its SQL layer to cope with text fields due to lack of intact mechanism to build IR-like index, IR usually treats a block of new documents as a logical unit of index maintenance since it has no concept of integrity constraint. However, In the DB-IR integrations, a transaction on adding or updating a document should include maintenance of the posting lists accompanied by the document. Although DB-IR integration has been budded in the research filed, the issue will remain difficult and rewarding areas for a while. One of the primary reasons is lack of efficient online transactional index maintenance. In this paper, performance of a few strategies for per-document basis transactional index maintenance - direct index update, pulsing auxiliary index and posting segmentation index - will be evaluated. The result shows that the pulsing auxiliary strategy and posting segmentation indexing scheme, can be a challenging candidates for text field indexing in DB-IR integration.

In recent years, two major streams in medical information systems are：1) system integration among OCS(Order Communication System), EMR(Electronic Medical Record), PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System), and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) and 2) system integration through medical collaboration between East and West medical service providers. One of the characteristics which differentiate the Korean medical industry from the western medical industry is the East-West medical collaboration. In many respects there are many differences between East and West medical treatment. Although East and West medical treatment have developed from different medical philosophies and standards, we assume that the better medical care can be provided by integrating their medical procedures effectively. The two possible approaches to the integration of East and West medical information systems are suggested in this paper：One is loosely coupled model and the other is tightly coupled model. EMR improves the quality of medical record which reflects the quality of clinical practice. It provides more efficient and convenient way of input, retrieval, storage, communication and management of medical data. We abstracted the standard medical procedures from the two medical procedures performed in Daejeon Oriental Hospital and Hehwa Clinic at Daejeon University and also abstracted database schema by analyzing the characteristics of information needed in East-West medical collaboration. Our EMR is composed of two types of data：one is structured data and the other is unstructured data, which are formalized by SOAP(Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan) format. Currently the integrated system is implemented and operated successfully for six months.
