클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 표준화 작업을 위해 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스에 대한 유즈 케이스와 요구사항 연구가 이루어지고 있지만 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경의 운영 방법에 대한 연구 자체는 미비하다. 본 논문은 IaaS 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경의 운영 방법을 기존의 통합보안관리시스템과 연계하여 제안한다. CloudStack 2.2.4 테스트베드를 활용하여 IaaS 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 구축한 SWU-IaaS 클라우드 구조를 먼저 제안한다. 이러한 SWU-IaaS 클라우드 운영을 통해 IaaS 클라우드의 계층적인 구조와 구성요소들에 대한 속성 및 기능을 도출한다. 아울러 IaaS 클라우드 서비스를 정상(normal)적인 상태와 비정상(abnormal)적인 상태로 구분하여 각각의 시나리오를 제시한 후 통합보안 관리시스템으로부터 전달되는 보안 이벤트에 대하여 IaaS 클라우드 서비스의 운영 시나리오를 제안한다.

선박의 항해 계기들의 기술이 발전됨에 따라 많은 장비들이 개발되고 있으나 여전히 인적과실에 의한 사고는 줄어들고 있지 않다. 이에 인적과실에 의한 사고를 줄이기 위하여 선교의 항해 계기들은 인간공학적적으로 배치, 설계되었는지가 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 선교내에서의 여러 계기 중 알람장치는 선교 근무자에게 그 알람 장치가 주고자 하는 정보를 가능한 빨리 인식하고 정확한 정보를 전달할 수 있도록 설계되어야 하며, 국제적으로 인간공학적 선교를 위한 알람장치(Bridge Alarm Management System : BAMS)의 필요성이 논의 되고 있으나 아직 실질적인 설계방법 등에 대해서는 논의가 이루어지고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 선박의 여러 설비 중 선교의 알람장치에 관한 인간공학적 개념의 설계에 대하여 알아보고 현재 개발, 운용중인 인간공학적 통합선교시스템(Integrated Bridge System : IBS)의 선교통합알람장치(Ergonomic Integrated Bridge Alarm Management System : EIBAMS)에 관한 개념적인 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

Recently, we have recognized that ‘Soil Environmental Prevention Act’could not provide perfect solutions on many complicated problems which are now emerging and/or can be solved by adopting comprehensive policies. In this study, some suggestions were made to solve a few tangled problems such as conducting the Land Partnership Plan(LPP) project, investigating soil and ground water contamination of the industrial area, building a integrated information system for soil and ground water, establishing detailed guidelines for remediation and verification, and re-constructing the legal and institutional framework for integrated management of soil and ground water. These suggestions may help policy makers to build conceptual frameworks for solving these problems.

인터넷의 사용자 증가와 네트워크 환경이 점점 복잡해지고 제공되는 서비스 및 사용자의 요구사항들이 다양해짐에 따라 안정적이고 효과적인 환경을 유지하기 위한 서비스 운용관리는 점점 어려워지고 있다. 또한 초창기 보안은 침입차단시스템에 국한되었지만, 최근에는 침입탐지시스템(IDS), 침입차단시스템(Firewall), 시스템 보안, 인증 등 관련 솔루션이 대거 등장함에 따라 통합 관리가 중요시되어 지고 있다. 따라서 대규모 네트워크 환경에서 다양한 형태의 침입을 탐지하기 위해서는 호스트 혹은 네트워크 기반에서의 감시 및 탐지, 침입 여부에 대한 판정과 더불어, 각 시스템이 제공하는 침입 정보의 통합 분석을 통하여 광범위한 분석을 가능하게 하는 통합 보안 관리 시스템의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 보안 시스템간의 통합보안 관리를 위하여 각 시스템 사이에 침입 정보를 교환하고 정보 전송을 제어할 수 있는 통합 보안 관리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

Regarding the green environment, it is important to boost the spread of environmentally friendly vending machines and to operate the vehicles for their inventory replenishments while minimizing emissions of greenhouse gases. In general, the vending machine management company lacks capability to operate the supply chain effectively in an integrated way under the dynamic, complex, and stochastic environment. This paper presents a decision support system, termed DSSVM, for the operations of the general and smart vending machine supply chains with stock-out-based, one stage item substitution in a green logistics environment. The DSSVM supports the estimation of item demand and substitution probabilities, determination of operation parameters, supply chain analysis, what-if analysis, and $CO_2$ analysis for which various analytical models are employed.

In this paper, I have proposed a design of process support system based on CMMI process which can support integrated management and repository for CMMI model processes. The system assists small organization to improve business process and offers institutionalized automatic environment to users for use of CMMI processes. The proposed system also can enhance quality and productivity of project by including features such as convenience of project management, planned project administration and steady process improvement.

Performance management of computer networks is intended to improve a given network performance in order for more efficient information exchange between subsystems of an integrated large-scale system. Importance of perfomance management is growing as many functions of the large- scale system depend on the quality of communication services provided by the network. The role of performance management is to manipulate the adjustable protocol parameters on line so that the network can adapt itself to a dynamic environment. This can be divided into two subtasks : performance evaluation to find how changes in protocol parameters affect the network performance and decision making to determine the magnitude and direction of parameter adjustment. This paper is the first part of the two papers focusing on conceptual design, development, and evaluation of performance management for token bus networks. This paper specifically deals with the task of performance evaluation which utilizes the principle of perturbation analysis of discrete event dynamic systems. The developed algorithm can estimate the network performance under a perturbed protocol parameter setting from observations of the network operations under a nominal parameter setting.

환경시설물의 광대역 통합모뎀 근거리 통신망 스위칭 기술을 통하여 상시 실시간 자료 수집 및 이력관리가 가능함에 따라 안정적이고 효율적인 시설물 관리 및 광대역 통합모뎀을 기반으로 적용 가능한 신기술 융합의 환경 시설물의 실용화가 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 환경시설물에 적용 가능한 광대역 통합모뎀 근거리 통신망 스위칭 기술을 제시하였다. 광대역 통합모뎀의 구축방안 및 통신방식을 제시하여 광대역 통합망 유비쿼터스 기반의 환경시설물 관리용 신기술 동향 및 기술을 분석하고, IEEE802.11x와 IEEE802.15.4x 두 가지 통신방식의 연동을 통하여 환경시설물 내 시설물로부터 수신되어지는 데이터의 수집, 해석 및 처리를 통해 이상현상 발생 시 우선순위 부여 등의 워크플로우 기능과 다수의 측정 데이터를 사용자 정의 로직에 따라 서버로 전송하는 기능을 모의실험하고 분석하여 그 유용성을 입증하였다.

본 연구는 G7 과제의 일환으로서, Internet상에서 운영될 수 있는 광역적 환경 관리 시스템의 개발에 목표를 두었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 아직 더 많은 연구가 수행되어야 하지만, 예비적인 개발 성과를 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다 : 1) 통합적 환경 정보 관리 시스템, 2) web 기반의 제어 엔진, 3) 지표수환경 관리 시스템, 4) 지하수환경 관리 시스템, 5) 하수도 및 시설 관리 시스템. 본 엔진의 핵심 방법론은 다양한 편미분 방정식의 해석에 있어서 각 미분항을 서술하는 범용적 다차원 유한요소 행렬이다. GUI 지향적인 web 기반의 시스템을 구축하기 위해 공간 정보 관리 시스템(ArcView) 및 Visual Basic이 폭넓게 사용되었다. 개발된 시스템들은 환경 문제의 복합적인 관리의 필요성으로 인해 매우 집약적인 프로그램으로 구성되었다. web 기반의 엔진은 환경관련 사업의 통합적인 관리를 위한 정책 결정 도구로 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

한국정보보호진흥원은 2002년부터 정보보호관리체계 인증제도를 시행해, IDC 업체들에 대한 기술적 물리적 보호조치를 포함한 종합적 관리체계가 해당 서비스에 적합한지를 심사하여 인증을 해주고 있다. 하지만 이 인증제도는 유선과 무선으로 각각 분리된 IDC 환경에 대한 독립된 기준으로, 유 무선 통합 환경에서의 평가기준은 아직까지 마련되어 있지 못한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 집적정보통신시설보호지침 및 무선랜 보안 운영 권고지침, 국내 외 정보보호 관련 지침 및 권고사항, IDC 환경을 분석한 자료를 바탕으로 유선과 무선이 통합된 IDC 네트워크 모델을 제시하고, IDC 평가기준을 제안하였다.
