유비쿼터스 도시의 개념이 등장하면서 도시 관리에 대한 중요성이 점차 높아지고 있다. GIS는 도시를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 기반이며 u-City 구축사업에 있어 필수적인 기술이다. 시민의 삶의 질 향상을 목표로 하는 u-City는 공공서비스를 중심으로 발전된 IT기술과 접목되어 다양한 서비스의 제공을 시도하고 있으며 기술의 진화에 따라 더 많은 서비스를 추가로 적용할 예정이다. 이러한 추가 서비스가 쉽게 개발되어 더 많은 양질의 서비스를 시민에게 제공할 수 있게 하며 유기적인 정보공유 환경을 제공하는 것이 u-City 통합운영플랫폼이다. 이러한 통합운영플랫폼에 u-City 서비스를 위한 GIS 요구 기능을 정의하고 공통 구현이 가능한 기능들을 통합하여 제공한다면 보다 효율적인 도시 관리를 실현할 수 있을 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 u-City 서비스를 위해 구축되는 통합운영플랫폼들에 적용되고 있는 GIS 요구 기능을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 실제 u-City 서비스 중가로등관리 및 화재감시에 대한 GIS 모듈을 구현하였으며 이의 서비스 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 통합운영플랫폼의 GIS 공통 기능 적용에 대한 활용성 검증을 수행하였다.

So many location based service systems, including automobile navigation system logistic management, taxi fleet management, and so on, are being used everywhere. However, these are all outdoors. This paper provides a stepping stone for commercial indoor location based services by developing an integrated system of our indoor positioning and map viewer modules. For the indoor positioning, we propose WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) based EKF (Extended Kalman Filter) which estimates user's current location and tracts user's trace in the sequence of time. Our map viewer renders a map recorded in an Autocad DXF file and provides functions of map manipulation such as zoom-in, zoom-out, and move. We integrate our indoor positioning and map viewer modules and discuss the experimental results of the integrated system.

본 연구는 테크놀로지 활용 지원체계의 확대, 교사의 지식과 신념, 교사교육 프로그램의 분석 틀의 문헌연구를 기초로 국내 수학교육과의 관련 교육의 현황과 현안, 발전 방향을 탐색하였다. 강좌개설 및 운영 자료는 설문조사와 강의계획서로 수집한 결과 강의는 수업의 향상을 목적으로 하며 전체 학과의 1/3에 수학교육관련 ICT 강의가 개설되지 않았다. 테크놀로지 통합 예비 중등수학교사교육을 위하여 국가적으로 교육과정의 방향과 세부내용의 부조화, 소프트웨어와 교과서 등 지원 부족 문제 해결을 통한 교육현장 개선과 교사교육의 포괄적, 세부적 방향설정이 중요하며 무엇보다도 테크놀로지 활용 관련 비전의 공유가 필요하다.

The conventional monitoring system for water pollution measurement is quite simple and independent and it has a lot of draw backs such as cost, installation, etc. So, in this paper, we have measured the water pollution system through a bacterial species, photobacterium phosphoreum. A novel integrated monitoring system technology has been developed which could easily dictate and analyze the major water pollutants and its surrounding environment in an accurate way. The system constitutes of bionic technology, information technology and environmental engineering technology. As a result, integrated monitoring system can observe the water pollution and various water environment of the whole country. Also, through the sensors of USN, Zigbee, RFID and middle ware, which can provide service and construct service platform, a properly standardized plan with remarkable service platform has been established through this investigation.

Purposes: This study aimed to identify the relationships among personal and organizational communication skills, occupational stress, and patient safety activity levels of two nursing workforce groups (nurses and nursing assistants) who provide integrated nursing care services. Methodology: The study design is a cross-sectional study. Seventy-one nurses and forty-three nursing assistants working in the integrated nursing care service wards participated in this study. The data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from June to July 2021. The relationships among the variables were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Findings: Nurses' personal communication skills (r=.294, p=.013), organizational communication skills (r=.408, p<.001), and occupational stress (r=.243, p=.041) were associated with their patient safety activities. However, nursing assistants' personal communication skills, organizational communication, and occupational stress were not correlated with their patient safety activities. Practical Implication: Patient safety activities of nurses were related to their communication skills and occupational stress, but nurse assistants were not. Therefore, nurses should encourage nursing assistants to responsibly engage in patient safety activities and supervise their works appropriately to achieve high-quality care.

선박의 자동화 수준이 높아지고 자율운항선박의 개발에 따라 선박의 IPMS (integrated platform management system)는 다양한 운영체제로 통제되는 개별 장비들을 통합하고 다량의 데이터를 실시간으로 처리해야 한다. 이러한 상황에서 데이터 처리를 위해 DDS (data distribution service) 미들웨어 기반 선박 IPMS 시뮬레이터를 개발하고 성능을 평가하였다. 이종 운영체제로 동작하고 있는 신호입출력장치와 IPMS 서버에서 초당 1,000개의 토픽을 비동기로 발간하고 구독한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며, 초기 4초 동안 일부 토픽의 누락을 제외하고는 오류 없이 데이터를 수신하였다. 개발된 시뮬레이터는 실제 선박에서 DDS를 이용하여 다른 제어체계를 통합할 수 있음을 보여준다.

Recently ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) technology is facing challenges from Integrated Service IP(Internet Protocol), IP router, Gigabit Ethernet. Although ATM is approved by ITU-T as the standard technology in B-ISDN, its survival is still in question. In the ATM networks, the Guaranteed Frame Rate(GFR) service has been designed to accommodate non-real-time applications, such as TCP(Transmission Control Protocol)/IP based traffic. The GFR service not only guarantees a minimum throughput at the frame level, but also supports a fairshare of available resources. We have studied different discarding and scheduling schemes, and compared their throughput and fairness when TCP/IP Traffic is carried. Through simulations, we know that only per-VC queueing with weighted Round Robin(WRR) can guarantee Minimum Cell Rate Among all the Schemes that have been experimented, we recommend DT-EPD(Dynamic Threshold-Early Packet Discard) integrated with MCRplus(Minimum Cell Rate) to support the GFR service.

This paper introduces the development of a range sensor based integrated navigation system for a multi-functional indoor service robot, called PSR (Public Service Robot System). The proposed navigation system includes hardware integration for sensors and actuators, the development of crucial navigation algorithms like mapping, localization, and path planning, and planning scheme such as error/fault handling. Major advantages of the proposed system are as follows: 1) A range sensor based generalized navigation system. 2) No need for the modification of environments. 3) Intelligent navigation-related components. 4) Framework supporting the selection of multiple behaviors and error/fault handling schemes. Experimental results are presented in order to show the feasibility of the proposed navigation system. The result of this research has been successfully applied to our three service robots in a variety of task domains including a delivery, a patrol, a guide, and a floor cleaning task.

이 연구는 텍스트 마이닝을 사용하여 하드웨어 제품에 대한 리뷰, 서비스 상품에 대한 리뷰, ICT분야의 하드웨어와 클라우드 서비스가 융합된 형태의 상품을 대상으로 소비자 리뷰를 분석한다. 분석을 위해 각 리뷰의 키워드를 도출하고 토픽 도출에 사용된 단어의 차별성을 찾는다. 마지막으로 전체 리뷰를 대상으로 군집분석을 실시하고 각각의 상품군의 리뷰가 어떤 군집에 속하는지를 검토한다. 이 연구를 통해서 각 상품의 유형별로 특화되어 사용된 핵심어를 도출하였고, 토픽모델링을 사용하여 제품과 서비스의 특성을 표현하는 주제를 도출하였다. 서비스 상품 리뷰에서는 공급자의 우수성을 의미하는 professional, technician과 같은 핵심어를 도출하였고, 융합제품서비스상품으로서 아마존 에코 리뷰에서는 favorite, fine, fun, nice, smart, unlimited, useful 등의 긍정적 의미의 형용사를 도출하였다. 군집분석을 사용하여 전체 리뷰를 분석하였고, 3개의 상품 유형별 리뷰가 배타적으로 서로 다른 각각의 군집에 속하는 결과를 발견하였다. 이 연구는 소비자의 니즈(needs)를 상품의 유형별로 온라인 리뷰를 이용하여 차이점을 분석하였고 실무적으로 상품 유형에 기반한 상품기획과 마케팅 프로모션 차별화의 필요성을 제시하였다.

본 연구논문에서는 소비자의 서비스 품질에 따른 지불의사를 고려하여 음성/데이터 통합 이동통신서비스 제공업자의 수익을 극대화시키는 최적 가격을 결정하는 모델을 제시한다. 특히 고려되는 음성서비스 및 데이터서비스의 가격방식은 현재 우리나라 이동통신서비스의 회선요금제와 패킷요금제를 각각 적용한다. 이 모델은 소비자들이 핸드오프도중 발생하는 통화단절에 매우 민감하게 반응한다는 가정하에, 기지국이 무선채널을 할당함에 있어서 핸드오프 트래픽만이 독점사용할 수 있는 가드채널을 할당하는 방안을 고려하며, 더불어 서비스제공업자가 통화단절율의 서비스 품질을 소비자군에게 보장하는 경우를 고려한다. 궁극적으로 이 모델은 단기적으로 가격전략 및 무선채널 할당정책에 의존하여 서비스 품질을 개선$.$보장할 수 있는 방안을 제시하며, 그 결과 시스템자원의 확충없이는 수익과 서비스 품질의 개선$.$보장간에 상충관계가 존재함을 보여준다.
