International Civil Aviation Organization adopted the program to improve performance of aviation-related data systems through the ASBU for 20 years from 2013. Research and development for integrated management network of aeronautical telecommunication data through SWIM(System Wide Information Management) technology which is part of program, are being progressed in the United States and European countries. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest a method of testbed implementation based on technology of aeronautical data services architecture applied the concept of SOA(Service Oriented Architecture), development of future data management model for integrated management of aeronautical data, and development of user-centric integrated aeronautical data management network through adapter technology for interoperating legacy aeronautical data system to develop even technology with development trends of advanced countries.

For integrated transit networks operated with diverse transit modes, it is difficult to find related literatures on the provision of multiple travel time routes information. This study proposes a methodology on how to select K number of least time transit routes in the integrated transit network with two modes, bus and subway. In the Proposed method, three constraints usually (will be) encountered for decision by users-(1) service time constraints of travel modes, (2) maximum payment fare constraints under the integrated distance based fare system, and (3) maximum number of transfer constraints - are taken into consideration in the searched routes. The experimental studies shows that the proposed method properly provides K number of least time routes. In addition, it somehow proves that by combinatorially considering three constraints the proposed method can be evaluated as to enlarge the quality as well as the diversity of route information demanded by users.

The objective of this study was to explore the elements and effects of integrated care interventions for the elderly, and to describe the roles of social workers on the multidisciplinary teams. A rapid systematic review was conducted through a database-based search and a manual search. The main findings are as follows: First, Key elements of integrated care for the elderly were case management, individual multidisciplinary care plan, service characteristics, centrality of client needs, patient education, and self-management. Second, In terms of care experience and health of the elderly, and economic analysis, although the results were mixed, there were some positive effects on program participants compared to the control groups. Third, social workers have been found to serve as case managers, care managers, care coordinators, and direct service providers. Based on these results, educational and policy implications were suggested.

Artificial Intelligence is one of the technologies that are being discussed in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, attracting the attention from companies around the world and this technology is being applied to various industries such as education, finance, automobile, etc. AI integrated ChatBot is a system designed to respond to user questions according to defined response rules. This system is gradually expanded from simple inquiry responses for intelligent virtual assistant service, weather, traffic, schedule, etc. to service provisions through user pattern analysis, to solidify its position as a life-style service. As a result, research on AI integrated ChatBot platform has become necessary. Therefore, this study suggests the design and implementation of an intelligent chatbot service platform for small businesses.

The SyncML, the standard synchronization protocol, supports the synchronization of various application services between a client and a server such as an address book, a calendar. Even with this standard protocol, SyncML application developers usually spend a long time and efforts implementing service specific logics and databases. This paper designed and implemented the SDE(Service Development Environment) which is an integrated development environment for SyncML server developers to develop an application service rapidly and correctly. The SDE consists of two components i.e., the Sync Library and the SEG(Sync Engine Generator) tool. To prove the applicability of this study we implemented a SyncML server by using the SDE and also carried out the correctness tests and the performance test. We hope this system helps developers implement mobile application services more efficiently.

Today, packet services for wireless internet is provided by WiBro WLAN 3G, but it is hard to be satisfied seamless connection in each of networks and wide-area service will increase the number of BS(base station) because WiBro and WLAN has been coverage smaller than 3G. that is, communicate which can use continuous and seamless data service is available when user is moving. Therefore, service provider need to integrate network for reducing management expenses. In this paper, we propose advanced handoff algorithm which is considered by 'user demand bandwidth', 'MN(Mobile Node) movement speed' and 'MN service area' and show that simulating result is superior to 'bandwidth allocation', 'QoS(Quality of Service) rate' and 'handoff failure rate'

PURPOSES: The aim of this paper is developing user-oriented flexible Level Of Service (LOS) system for integrated asset management of various road facilities. It is essential to overcome limitations of general management systems which only focus on a type of assets (e.g. pavement, bridge etc.), and to serve a customizable LOS platform for smooth implementation and future improvement of the LOS considering various managerial environments of road agencies. METHODS: This study suggested a total framework of the LOS system as a process for self-development, operation and improvement of LOS system to conduct the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) in management process. In the process, we adopted user-customizable elements regarding asset definition, service index and evaluation method to match with the managerial environment of road agencies. In addition, we conducted an empirical study on the entire process of the suggested LOS system with a real road agency (Korea Express Highway) to prove applicability of the LOS system. RESULTS: From the empirical study, we confirmed that the suggested LOS system framework were suitable for development of customized LOS system. In addition, evaluation of asset conditions by LOS ratings, and quantification of vision achievement of the Korea Express Highway were successfully made. It would be the first trial in integrated management approach with LOS systems for numerous road facilities. CONCLUSIONS : It was recognized that easy application and sustainable improvement of the LOS was the most critical point in asset management. The suggested LOS system would be a powerful weapon as a managerial tool in preparing tight budget, aging infrastructures, and increased demands for more accountability both in Korea and internationally. Implementation of the LOS system needs to be expanded to the other infrastructure members to serve satisfactory level of service to taxpayers.

PURPOSES : This study intends to estimate the tangible benefits derived from the integration of operations of an Express Intercity Bus Terminal and a Highway Service Area. METHODS: For the study, a highway service area was chosen to function as a bus terminal, integrating its services with that of a nearby bus terminal plagued by operating losses. The exercise also helped improve mobility owing to the introduction of local buses between the terminals and utilization of the existing infrastructure such as rest areas. Thus, a terminal that was not being utilized for its intended functionality was integrated with an existing facility to improve the utilization of both and subsequently aid local development. The impact of the exercise was then measured by evaluating the variation in utilization efficiency, operating costs, travel time between two regions (Seoul-Jeomchon and Seoul-Geumsan), and the social costs before and after the integration of the two facilities. RESULTS :The impact of the integration was an increase in utilization efficiency, a decrease in operating cost, a decrease in travel time, and a decrease in social cost in both the regions. The benefits of improved utilization and cost saving can be passed on to the citizens in the form of discounts. A local power generation facility will eventually replace the bus terminal, which can revitalize the local economy. CONCLUSIONS :The integration of the highway service area with the bus terminal is expected to have a win-win effect on the passengers as well as the operators. The study also proposes a sustainable strategic plan for existing terminals and rest areas to implement a method to compete with KTX transportation.

The current healthcare information systems field demand for healthcare construction and operation of various systems. Therefore, the budget is constantly increasing for information systems. But the current system have been lack of data that provide real-time issues. Because standardization and real-time networks are not configured. In this paper, proposed web services-based integration of information systems about healthcare sector. Web Services as the primary means to pursue integration SOA(Service Oriented Architecture). SOA could add new requirements without significantly altering the existing system. And SOA is an important model that can quickly adapt to the environment in healthcare field of changing rapidly. In this paper, the healthcare sector based on SOA design and implement an integrated information system. The integrated information system is proving to be a suitable model based on web service platform for healthcare data and service integration.

Dirty Data Cleansing technique so far have aimed to integrate large amount of data from various sources and manage data quality resided in DB so that it enables to extract meaningful information. Prompt response to varying environment is required in order to persistently survive in rapidly changing business environment and the age of limitless competition. As system requirement is recently getting complexed, Service Oriented Architecture is proliferated for the purpose of integration and implementation of massive distributed system. Therefore, SOA necessarily needs Data Exchange among services through Data Cleansing Technique. In this paper, we executed quality management of XML data which is transmitted through events between services while they are integrated as a sole system. As a result, we developed Dirty Data Cleansing Service based on SOA as focusing on data cleansing between interactive services rather than cleansing based on detection of data error in DB already integrated.
