In this paper, we describe a neural network-based application that recommends multiple items using dialog context input and simultaneously outputs a response sentence. Further, we describe a multi-item recommendation by specifying it as a set of clothing recommendations. For this, a multimodal fusion approach that can process both cloth-related text and images is required. We also examine achieving the requirements of downstream models using a pretrained language model. Moreover, we propose a gate-based multimodal fusion and multiprompt learning based on a pretrained language model. Specifically, we propose an automatic evaluation technique to solve the one-to-many mapping problem of multi-item recommendations. A fashion-domain multimodal dataset based on Koreans is constructed and tested. Various experimental environment settings are verified using an automatic evaluation method. The results show that our proposed method can be used to obtain confidence scores for multi-item recommendation results, which is different from traditional accuracy evaluation.
This study presents a particle swarm optimization algorithm integrated with weighted particle concept and improved fly-back technique. The rationale behind this integration is to utilize the affirmative properties of these new terms to improve the search capability of the standard particle swarm optimizer. Improved fly-back technique introduced in this study can be a proper alternative for widely used penalty functions to handle existing constraints. This technique emphasizes the role of the weighted particle on escaping from trapping into local optimum(s) by utilizing a recursive procedure. On the other hand, it guaranties the feasibility of the final solution by rejecting infeasible solutions throughout the optimization process. Additionally, in contrast with penalty method, the improved fly-back technique does not contain any adjustable terms, thus it does not inflict any extra ad hoc parameters to the main optimizer algorithm. The improved fly-back approach, as independent unit, can easily be integrated with other optimizers to handle the constraints. Consequently, to evaluate the performance of the proposed method on solving the truss weight minimization problems with discrete variables, several benchmark examples taken from the technical literature are examined using the presented method. The results obtained are comparatively reported through proper graphs and tables. Based on the results acquired in this study, it can be stated that the proposed method (integrated particle swarm optimizer, iPSO) is competitive with other metaheuristic algorithms in solving this class of truss optimization problems.

Since GPS receivers and INS algorithms do not work properly in the spinning vehicles due to change of the GPS signal and excess of the measurement limitation of the gyroscope, conventional GPS/INS integrated navigation systems do not provide accurate navigation outputs. This paper proposes a design method for GPS/INS integrated navigation systems of spinning vehicles. A special GPS receiver with a signal tracking loop for changed GPS signal caused by spinning and an INS with a roll estimation method are configured and the conventional integration filter is combined. The proposed method was verified through comparison of the navigation results. The result of the proposed method for the spinning vehicle was similar to that of the conventional navigation system without spinning.
Active optics is a key technology for future large-aperture space telescopes. In the design of deformable mirrors for space applications, the design parameter trade-off between the number of regularly configured actuators and the correction capability is essential but rarely analyzed, due to the lack of design legacy. This paper presents a parametric module method for integrated modeling of deformable mirrors with regularly configured actuators. A full design parameter space is explored to evaluate the correction capability and the mass of deformable mirrors, using an autoconstructed finite-element parametric modeling method that utilizes manual finite-element meshing for complex structures. These results are used to provide design guidelines for deformable mirrors. The integrated modeling method presented here can be used for future applied optics projects.
In this paper, we describe a method for two-way communication service for smart phone integrated with pager which receive various kinds of Internet service information and pushes this information into smart phone to make it available for Internet assess. In this method, the server can push the status data of message boxes into the smart phone and it makes connection to the server automatically. The proposed method will make it possible to manage and excange the information and resources in an efficient manner during idle time, and will provide the potential capabilities of developing a variety of new Internet services for the system.
The clipping value, defined as the log-likelihood ratio (LLR) in the case wherein all the list of candidates have the same binary value, is investigated, and an effective method to estimate it is presented for iterative tree search detection. The basic principle behind the method is that the clipping value of a channel bit is equal to the LLR of the maximum probability of correct decision of the bit to the corresponding probability of erroneous decision. In conjunction with multilevel bit mappings, the clipping value can be calculated with the parameters of the number of transmit antennas, $N_t$; number of bits per constellation point, $M_c$; and variance of the channel noise, $\sigma^2$, per real dimension in the Rayleigh fading channel. Analyses and simulations show that the bit error performance of the proposed method is better than that of the conventional fixed-value method.

In this paper, the wavelet denoising techniques using thresholding method are applied to the low cost micro electromechanical system (MEMS)-global positioning system(GPS) integrated system. This was done to improve the navigation performance. The low cost MEMS signals can be distorted with conventional pre-filtering method such as low-pass filtering method. However, wavelet denoising techniques using thresholding method do not distort the rapidly-changing signals. They can reduce the signal noise. This paper verified the improvement of the navigation performance compared to the conventional pre-filtering by simulation and experiment.

The paper describes the integrated design system using MDO and approximation technique. In MDO related research, final target is an integrated and automated MDO framework systems. However, in order to construct the integrated design system, the prerequisite condition is how much save computational cost because of iterative process in optimization design and lots of data information in CAD/CAE integration. Therefore, this paper presents that an efficient approximation method, Adaptive Approximation, is a competent strategy via MDO framework systems.

This paper will describe integrated system design process and its application. Integrated design process is performed activities concurrently and sequentially for product development. For a group of activities to be truly integrated, the flow of deliverables among them must be well defined, and committed to. For this purpose, the study will suggest procedure that is executed context analysis of standard process, interface definition from activity decomposition, integration of related activities, and definition of concurrency & sequential activities flow, This procedure and method will contribute to minimize time loss that is emerged from activities iteration by not definitely definition of activities interface.
As Internet technology evolves, there is growing need of Internet queries involving multiple information sources. Efficient processing of such queries necessitates the integrated summary data that compactly represents the data distribution of the entire database scattered over many information sources. This paper presents an efficient method of managing the integrated summary data based on the wavelet transform and addresses Internet query processing using the integrated summary data. The simplest method for creating the integrated summary data would be to summarize the integrated data sidtribution obtained by merging the data distributions in multiple information sources. However, this method suffers from the high cost of transmitting storing and merging a large amount of data distribution. To overcome the drawbacks, we propose a new wavelet transform based method that creates the integrated summary data by merging multiple summary data and effective method for optimizing Internet queries using it A wavelet transformed summary data is converted to satisfy conditions for merging. Moreover i the merging process is very simpe owing to the properties of the wavelet transform. we formally derive the upper bound of the error of the wavelet transformed intergrated summary data. Compared with the histogram-based integrated summary data the wavelet transformedintegrated summary data provesto be 1.6~5.5 time more accurate when used for selectivity estimation in experiments. In processing Internet top-N queries involving 56 information sources using the integrated summary data reduces the processing cost to 1/44 of the cost of not using it.
