In this year(2006), the Korean government has announced the integrated logistics promotion act, to improve the international competitiveness of Korean logistics companies and to develop the north-east asia logistics hubs. Therefore, in this study, emphasized to goes forward better and presents integrated logistics industry expansive assignment through domestic logistics companies' problem and integrated logistics industry investigation of certification system as plan for successful fixing of integrated logistics industry for Northeast Asia logistics hub while strengthen international competitiveness of domestic professional logistics companies. So that the South Korea becomes Northeast Asia logistics hub country, to expand lacking logistics infra at good time is important, also, reform backward logistics system of consignor companies and advance actively to the Northeast Asia logistics market is very important to improve the professional logistics companies' upbringing to lead the Northeast Asia logistics market.

The export/import processing systems of the foreign advanced port use the integrated database to increase the productivity of the users involved in the port and logistics activities. However all the port and logistics related organizations in Korea such as container terminal, customs, ministry of maritime affairs and fisheries, etc. are using their own databases, so it is very inconvenient to the users to process their export/import affairs. It is necessary to develop the integrated database for the port and logistics affairs to provide the one stop service to the port and logistics related users. So we have investigated and analyzed the databases of port and logistics related organizations, and recognized the users' various needs of information. And then we have suggested the conceptual architecture of integrated database for port and logistics, and proposed the strategies for successful development of the integrated database in this paper.

In this study, we offered a way that is to make warehouse industry clustered in Incheon port for getting competitive and high end value added activities like advanced port logistics center considering trend that is changing functions of port and importance of port-hinterland. For this, we studied the existing research about port cluster, the present condition of warehouse industry in Incheon port and importance of value-added logistics activities. Also, we offered needs to build a high value-added and integrated logistics center by examples of advanced port logistics center in Singapore, Netherlands(Rotterdam) and Hongkong. We get the questionnaires for gathering ideas of port logistics industry about to set integrated logistics centers by strategy we offered that is making warehouse logistics clustered.

종합군수지원은 미래전쟁에 효과적으로 대응하고 원활한 군수지원 활동을 통해 전쟁을 승리로 이끄는데 기여하기 위함에 있다. 미래전쟁은 현대전에 비해 매우 복잡하고 고도의 전략과 전술을 구사하며 첨단무기체계를 동원한 강도 높은 전쟁으로 발전할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 종합군수지원의 한 분야인 탄약종합군수지원의 발전을 통해 효과적인 군수지원이 이루어지기를 바라고, 단계별 업무체계와 수행업무, 탄약종합군수 지원요소에 대해 고찰하고, 탄약종합군수지원업무와 관련한 문제점을 도출하여 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

Temperature adaptability is an important metric for evaluating the performance of an optical system. The temperature characteristics of the optical system are closely related to the material and shape of its lens. In this paper, we establish a mathematical model relating the temperature characteristics to the shape and material of the lens. Then a novel assembly structure that can solve the lens constraint and positioning problem is proposed. From those basics, the correctness of the theoretical model and the effectiveness of the assembly structure are verified through simulated analysis of the imaging quality of the optical system, whose operating temperature range is $-60{\sim}100^{\circ}C$.

현재의 물류산업은 인수 합병을 통한 거대기업이 출현하고 있으며 세계물류시장은 계속 경쟁적으로 진행되고 있다. 글로벌물류기업은 세계 각지역에 생산에서 폐기까지 물류관리를 효율적으로 진행하기 위하여 종합적인 물류서비스를 수행한다. 종합물류기업으로 성장하기 위해서는 종합물류기업의 솔루션을 효과적으로 제시할 수 있는 전문적 물류지식과 정보기술을 가지고 있다. 정부는 글로벌 경쟁력 있는 물류기업이 육성을 위하여 수직 수평적으로 통합하였다 정부가 동북아 물류시장의 중심지화 전략을 추구하기 위하여 종합물류기업 인증제도를 시행한지 6년이 경과 되었다. 본 연구는 CCR 모형과 BCC 모형을 이용하여 대형종합물류기업 9개에 관하여 효율성을 비교 분석하였다. 우리나라는 현재31개 종합물류기업 가운데 9개 기업은 단독으로 종합물류기업으로 인증을 받고 있다. 효율성이 100%로 나타난 가장 효율적인 종합물류기업은 글로비스이며 2005-2010년에 6년동안 계속적으로 가장 효율성이 높았다. 글로비스는 2010년에 현재의 투입요소의 조합을 최소 6배 이상 늘려도 100%의 효율성을 유지할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

In this paper, we propose a workflow framework for the integrated logistics systems. We modelled the logistics activities into workflows, which allow clear specification and flexible modification of business processes. To specify workflows, we used petri-net that is extended to handle with information flows. A framework to implement the integrated logistics system using workflow management technology is proposed. Since logistics is closely related with other parts of enterprise such as manufacturing and accounting, the framework could capture a rich features required for enterprise-wide systems.

무기체계에서의 소프트웨어에 대한 비중이 커짐에 따라, 소프트웨어 ILS(Integrated Logistics Support)에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 그러나 기존 무기체계에서 ILS 개발은 하드웨어 중심으로 적용하고 있어 소프트웨어에 그대로 적용하기 힘든 실정이다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 ILS의 실무 적용 어려움이 무엇인지 원인을 파악하고 문제점을 분석하기 위해 국내/외 규정 및 사례들을 통해 현 실태를 파악하였다. 또한, 소프트웨어의 유지보수 특성을 고려하여 소프트웨어와 하드웨어 ILS의 차이점을 검토하고, 소프트웨어 ILS 요소개발 범위 설정을 통해 국내에 적용이 가능한 소프트웨어 ILS 개발방안을 제안하였다. 이는 소프트웨어 ILS 개발을 위한 구체적인 실무 적용방안을 수립하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The SCOR(supply chain operations reference) model which is a management tool, has been developed to describe the business activities associated with all phases of satisfying a customer's demand. The model is able to successfully describe and provide a basis for supply chain improvement. In this paper, we review the SCOR model, the present status of the Korean defense logistics system, and suggest an application of the model for the integrated defense logistics system.
