With a population of around 237,424,363 in 33 provinces, Indonesia is one developing countries that needs an excellent School Management Information System (SMIS) to accomplish its educational mission. To reach the goal, it is necessary to know the rules, culture of school and related data prior to building the SMIS. This study is focused on the Indonesian National Education Standards. It is has nine standards that are described by the Regulation of Education Ministry. To manage the schools' organization, this paper aims to develop a SMIS based on the Indonesian National Education Standards by using ARIS(Architecture of Integrated Information System) to help schools run efficiently. The new system will be built using UML(Unified Modeling Language), this new system conforms to the education rules of the government. Finally, the conclusion and future research are described.

The surveillance system for urban transit now adapt the newest IT technology. The Surveillance system analyzes the video information from various cameras intelligently and determines the critical status automatically. Other sensors, for example fire sensor and audio sensor are used in the surveillance system for increasing the correctness of surveillance. The surveillance system tries to increase the performance of surveillance by gathering lots of information for the current situation and analyzing them intelligently. IP-Based Integrated system needs the distributed computer system with location and functions. For correctly running this system, a distributed software is needed. In this paper, we study the distributed software for IP-based integrated surveillance system. The required functions, safety and extendability are suggested.

This paper deals with the network interface of research and observation instruments in the oceanographic research vessel with an establishment of related database for measured information. The system is implemented to integrated communication network system which allows to effective survey by using real time observation and GUI(Graphic User Interface). The system also consists of the LAN systems and serial interface to link chemical, physical, biological and environmental relations. And, other network service and vessel data service for data communication between vessel and earth station such as INMARSAT-B, WWW service, BBS, E-Mail etc., are needed for integrated communication network system.

This paper proposes an integrated lighting enabler system (ILES) based on standard machine-to-machine (M2M) platforms. This system provides common services of end-to-and M2M communication for smart lighting system. It is divided into two sub-systems, namely end-device system and server system. On the server side, the M2M platform OpenMTC is used to receive data from the sensors and send response for activating actuators. At the end-device system, a programmable smart lighting device is connected to the actuators and sensors for communicating their data to the server. Some experiments have been done to prove the system concept. The experiment results show that the proposed integrated lighting enabler system is effective to reduce the power consumption by 25.22% (in average). The proving of significance effect in reducing power consumption is measured by the Wilcoxon method.

본 논문의 목적은 국가연구개발사업을 종합적으로 관리할 수 있는 정보시스템을 성공적으로 구축하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 먼저 미국, 일본을 비롯한 주요 선진국의 연구개발관련 정보시스템의 현황을 살펴보았고, 국내 연구개발관련 정보시스템과 비교 분석을 하였다. 국가차원의 연구개발 정보시스템의 필요성, 구축배경, 제한점 및 향후·계획을 기술하였으며 성공적인 구축을 위해 고려해야 할 점들을 제시하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 국가연구개발사업 종합관리시스템 구축관련기관들의 역할정립 등에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 정보보안 담당자의 분석 업무 부하를 줄이고, 신속한 정보유출 감지를 위해 로그 데이터를 이용한 통합모니터링 관리시스템을 구현을 제안한다. 이를 위해 개별 보안시스템(MSSQL)에서 발생하는 대용량의 로그 데이터를 통합모니터링 관리시스템(ORACLE)으로 전송하는 이(異)기종 DBMS간의 전송 모듈을 개발하고, 전송된 로그 데이터를 일자별, 개인별로 수치화하는 방법에 대해 연구하고, 수치화된 데이터를 이용해 정보유출 징후감지 시 악의적인 사용자에 대한 검사와 조치 방법에 대해 연구했다.

본 연구는 국내 재난유관기관에서 개별적으로 생산 관리되고 있는 재난안전정보의 통합관리 및 공동활용을 위한 재난안전정보 분류체계(안)을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 재난 유관기관이기 보유한 분류체계에 대한 현황 분석 결과를 바탕으로 초안을 작성하였고, 재난 전문가와의 심층면담 및 문헌정보학 전문가의 검토를 통해 최종안을 수립하였다. 개발된 분류체계는 7개의 패싯으로 구성된 패싯 분류체계로서 재난안전정보의 복합적인 특성을 표현하고 재난관리업무를 지원하는데 효과적일 것이다.

With labor shortage and high-wage, the construction cost is rising and the construction-business is dull, demanding the construction environment of Korea to raise profitability through major cost savings and rationalization of construction management. Therefore, in this study, to improve many problems found in calculating rebar quantity for capital expenditure programming which is considered the beginning stage of rebar work. and to improve problems such as no grasping of rebar loss due to lack of systematic management in order/purchase stage and construction management stage, a rebar information-management-system was found and preyed. The relation database was designed for the rebar information management system by analyzing work process of a rebar manufacturing plant, as the rebar information that is necessary in a rebar manufacturing plant if similar to that of a purchasing department of general construction company. The Proposed rebar information management system was implemented in two large rebar production plants. The implementation of the proposed system showed that the system increased work efficiency, reduced the management manpower, and improved the project-integrated management

수자원관리의 패러다임은 기존의 댐 위주에서 모든 수계를 종합적으로 분석하여, 수량, 수질, 방재 등을 종합적으로 분석하고 관리하는 쪽으로 변화하고 있다. K-water는 4대강 및 다목적댐 등을 위주로 하는 유역통합물관리가 실현되고 있으며, 이러한 수자원 통합관리를 위한 정보통신시스템은 사용자 중심의 수도 발전 댐 관리 등을 전자적으로 수행할 수 있도록 구축되어 있다. 정보통신시스템을 구성하는 제어시스템은 설비의 동작을 관리 제어하는 시스템으로 하부 센서 및 필드에서 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 정보를 저장하고, 원격에서 설비를 제어하는 기능을 하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 댐 보등 수자원분야의 통합관리를 위한 정보통신시스템 구축방안에 대해 알아보고 최적의 시스템 구축방안 및 시스템의 보안취약부분에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

This paper presents a statistical process control(SPC) system in the electronic parts manufacturing process. In this system, an SPC method is integrated into the automated inspection technology on a real time base. It shows how the collected data can be analyzed with the SPC to provide process information. also presented are stuided of subpixel image processing technology to improve the accuracy of parts mearements , and the cumulative-sum(CUSUM) control chart for fraction defectives.An application of the developed system to connector manufacturing process as a part of computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) is presented.
