The National Institute of Environmental Research(NIER) launched a research about Framework of Environmental Health Information System for Industrial Complex in 2001, with the goal of finding out measures to establish an integrated management system(IMS) for environmental health information. Based on the research results, NIER started to build integrated information system. The process will continue from 2006 to 2008. As the first step, in 2006, NIER outsourced the job of setting up the specific plan. In 2007, based on the plan created in the previous year, computerization work began. During 2008, the $3^{rd}$ year of the process, the integrated system will be compatible to conventional GIS system and statistics analysis system to deliver funker efficient and useful services. In this vein, the objective of the study is to identify data collection procedure, data utilization, and overall goal of the system. In addition, It will illustrate digitalization process and recommendation about how to utilize the system.

Beginning in 2000, domestic large hospital based integrated health information system has been developed from order communication system to electronic medical record system. However, today's advanced medical information system is integrated with unit of the system because user needs is complex and various. And, the problem is authority management of health information system in complex systems of large size hospital. It is also a serious problem of private information exposure because of user's authority management defect. In this paper, we analyze the problems of past hospital information system and propose an efficient and appropriate management authority in operating environment. It also introduces the instances applied into a large hospital EMR system, developing proper authority management to match the characteristics of the integrated medical information system. The proposed system is based on solutions of authority management system suitable for integrated health information system, as well as the next generation of EMR.

ln this paper, we showed Web-based Integrated Safety, Health and Environment management system(WISHE) in gas industry, which was inspired from the integrated gas safety management system. Using the object oriented information flow to analysis basic modules of safety, health and environment, we made web-based, which enables us to access system anywhere, integrated system and its modules that can meet various laws and rules. This system also can reduce man power and management cost.

In this paper, we implemented the integrated gateway for health care and home network system based on PLC(Power Line Communication) and Zigbee. The designed system is consists of sensors, integrated gateway, Zigbee module and PLC modem. The integrated gateway will transmit the data which is collected by health care sensors to health care control system and control an appliance for comfortable environment to medical facilities. The implemented gateway can support various health care and home network service.

Nowadays hospitals have been improving their job performances through informatization and also establishing an advanced, integrated medical information system through their manager's decision making support system in order to play roles as a hub hospital providing high quality medical services integrated with ICT technology. This study connects the OCS system and HIS system to the integrated medical information system to design an optimized, customized mobile health care and medical treatment environment and also investigates the systematic medical system that can perform patients' cure and medical treatment promptly and accurately in order to maximize convenience of treatment by inquiring into patients' information and information of medical treatment promptly.

In this study, a framework for web-based information system in VDN environment for safety and health monitoring in subway stations is suggested. Since physical variables that describing safety and health need to be closely monitored in multiple locations in subway stations, concept of distributed monitoring network using wireless media needs to be implemented. Connecting remote wireless sensor network and device (LonWorks) networks to the IP network based on the concept of VDN can provide a powerful, integrated and distributed monitoring performance, making a web-based information system possible.

We are living in Ubiquitous society now. There is also trend of integration in medical field that is largely affected by outside environment. At this time, it is necessary to rightly understand the abstract, function, expected effect and management method of Integration Medical Information System(IMIS) to use this system effectively for solving many hospital information system problems and disadvantages. It is fact that large-sized hospitals are improving the quality of service for treatment of patients through building integrated Medical Information System. And the context of this paper is suggested trend of industry and solution of integration EMR, HIS, PACS. In this study, for the integrated information management of underground pipelines, each information management server software must have it's inter-operability. So Many kinds of smart-city integrated platform softwares were surveyed and the best platform software was selected. The interface software modules developed in this study was installed at the test system. Through this test system, when a sub system transfers an event message to the upper integrated server system, the inter-operability test between the upper system and a sub operating system was performed and its operability was resolved.

PHR(Personal Health Record) to support the lifelong healthcare of their medical information to consumers anytime, anywhere can view and manage health information to help direct input can be defined as a service. The PHR is to provide services efficiently and PHR systems and health-related information systems should be integrated and linked. However, the current healthcare information systems field in order to meet the growing demand for healthcare construction and operation of various systems, and accordingly continues to increase budget for information, but the current system, although the association between a variety of system integration and linkage is being made. This paper proposes a Integrated information system on Healthcare based on Web service to solve problems mentioned above. SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) is a major method of integrating services on the Web. It enables new requirements to be added to existing systems without modification of legacy services, so it makes rapid adaption to varying business environment. Therefore, In this paper, PHR services based on SOA as a platform for the health care sector to design and implement an integrated information system by web services based PHR services for the construction of a new integrated information system is proving to be a suitable model.
