This paper discussed community ecological approach for Environmentally Sound and Sustainable Development(ESSD) and Sustainable Society(SS). Community ecology is composed of nature, environment and diverse species and is dynamic and sustainable system by interaction among those components. It is required long-term, integrating and eco-centric stances to achieve ESSD and SS such as eco-city and eco-village movements. This is integrated and complicated perspective beyond traditional dichotomy between human and environment. Community ecological perspective directs people toward ecological society system which creates and maintains adaptable life style under ecological situation in community. Building up eco-parts, eco-cites, eco-villages are crucial movements for promoting human's environmental living standards. These sustainable community movements require people to change their values and life styles suitable for their SS. It is required integrated and balanced perspective and participating endeavor of residents to maintain SS.
Implementation of AGVS (Automated Guided Vehicle System) in CIMS (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System) generally requires substantial study to optimize design and performance of the guide path. Traditional mathematical approaches have been used with limited success to analyze AGVS. These approaches, however, do not provide a practical opportunity to use by path designers. This paper presents a new approach based on Jules in designing and assessing AGV path to have better design of the closed-loop layout. A framework for the approach is proposed and a case study is reported to demonstrate the framework. Deletion of seldom used paths and addition of bypasses to solve the congestion problem are conducted automatically through simulation expefiments. To visualize die results a graphic control program is developed and integrated with AutoMod/AutoGram simulation package.
Applications such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) and the time varying nature of their navigation, guidance and control systems motivate an integrated approach to trajectory general ion and trajectory tracking for autonomous vehicles. In this paper, an experimental testbed was designed for studying this integrated trajectory control approach. In this paper we apply the separating approach to an autonomous nonlinear vehicle system. A new linear matrix inequality based H$_{\infty}$ control technique for periodic time-varying systems is applied to the role of trajectory tracking. Trajectory general ion is accomplished by exploit ing the differential flatness property of the vehicle system; this at lows product ion of desired feasible nominal or reference trajectories from certain ″flat'system outputs. Simulation and experimental results are presented showing stable tracking of a periodic circular trajectory.

The CMOS power amplifier (PA) is a promising solution for highly-integrated transmitters in a single chip. However, the implementation of PAs using the CMOS process is a major challenge because of the inferior characteristics of CMOS devices. This paper focuses on improvements to the efficiency and linearity of CMOS PAs for modern wireless communication systems incorporating high peak-to-average ratio signals. Additionally, an envelope tracking supply modulator is applied to the CMOS PA for further performance improvement. The first approach is enhancing the efficiency by waveform engineering. In the second approach, linearization using adaptive bias circuit and harmonic control for wideband signals is performed. In the third approach, a CMOS PA with dynamic auxiliary circuits is employed in an optimized envelope tracking (ET) operation. Using the proposed techniques, a fully integrated CMOS ET PA achieves competitive performance, suitable for employment in a real system.

With the rapid successful deployment of WLANs worldwide in numerous hotspots for high data rate, wireless access for data services has created the need to integrate the Cellular Networks with WLAN Networks. The integrated wireless environment will provide the end user a much better service experience along with a single subscription and a single bill. In this paper we focus on inter-working approaches, which combine WLANs and Cellular Networks into an integrated wireless environment capable of ubiquitous access to data services and very high data rates in hotspots areas. We first list the key requirements which are currently being standardized within the 30PP for integration with WLANs networks. We discuss two inter-working architectures namely loosely coupled and tightly coupled This paper will detail the loosely coupled inter-working approach while briefly discussing the tightly coupled inter-working. Finally, we will conclude that the loosely coupled approach is evolutionary and less intrusive than the tightly coupled approach.
In this paper, we study a cross-layer and end-to-end optimization problem for the integrated wireless and wireline network that consists of one wireline core network and multiple wireless access networks. We consider joint end-to-end flow control/distribution at the transport and network layers and opportunistic scheduling at the data link and physical layers. We formulate a single stochastic optimization problem and solve it by using a dual approach and a stochastic sub-gradient algorithm. The developed algorithm can be implemented in a distributed way, vertically among communication layers and horizontally among all entities in the network, clearly showing what should be done at each layer and each entity and what parameters should be exchanged between layers and between entities. Numerical results show that our cross-layer and end-to-end optimization approach provides more efficient resource allocation than the conventional layered and separated optimization approach.
This paper examines the effects on academic achievement, scientific process skills and affective domain for elementary students learning the 'Chicken life cycle' through traditional science class versus a smart media based STEAM approach. Students designed and built a hatching jar and created a smart media content for chickens using time-lapse technology. This STEAM program was developed to improve their scientific concepts of animals over nine periods of classes using integrated education methods. The experimental study took place in the third grade of public schools in a province, with the STEAM approach applied in 2 classes (44 students) and the traditional discipline approach implemented in 2 classes (46 students). The STEAM education significantly influenced the improvement of academic achievements, basic scientific process skills and affective domain. The results suggest that this STEAM approach for teaching scientific concepts of animal life cycles has the performance in terms of knowledge, skills and affect gain achievements in elementary school students' learning when compared to a traditional approach. Moreover, the smart media based STEAM program is helpful to lead students to engage in integrated problem-solving designs and learning science and technology.

The purpose of this study is to review previous domestic and foreign studies and to investigate personal work-life harmonization through theoretical research on familyfriendly management using a dual agenda approach. The authors briefly identified trends and critically reviewed domestic researches on family-friendly management and foreign studies of scholars that overcame the limitations of domestic studies to present a foundation for work-life harmonization through a dual agenda approach. As a result, the existing family-friendly management was found to be compatible with work and family but was not effective in developing personal careers. The workers who actively accepted family-friendly management as part of their work-life balance were mostly female laborers who were employed part-time, had lower academic education, earned lower wages and, in general, were non-professional workers without specific skills or career aspirations. The remainder of the workers, full-time male employees, with higher education and with professional knowledge and skills, inevitably worked longer, more labor-intensive hours, due to the advent of the dual agenda approach. A new work-life harmonization program is urgently needed not only for family-friendliness but also for healthy organizations, individual career development and personal wellbeing.

In the 70s, facility called 'Sozialstation' was introduced in Germany, which is a supporting organisation for a systematic and efficient integrated health and social service system for the aged. As a theoretical approach, presented here could be a foundation for space planning for the development of an integrated health and social service system for the aged in Korea, this study examines design, concept, function, operation area and origin background etc. of the 'Sozialstation' through the case studies of space program.
In this paper, we consider the stabilization problem of nonstandard singularly perturbed systems by using state feedback. Different fro the existing sequenetial designn procedures, we propose a parallel design method to construct the stabilizing controller. The method involves solving two completely independent algebraic Riccati equations.
