The purpose of this research is to identify the overall operation status of the marine program, which operates in the Department attempted, in various qualities and operational programs consisting of lecturers derives the problem, and to the policy proposal accordingly. In order to complete the purpose, to analyzed based on the status of marine programs of the Marine Training Center Chungcheong Cluster of three Education Offices from 2014 until the first half of 2016. The purpose of this study is to verify the effects of partial-cyber and full-cyber lectures and explore directions for improvement. This study compared the mean scores of course evaluation for traditional face-to-face lectures, partial-cyber lectures of blended instruction, and full-cyber lectures. Also, this study interviewed instructors of full-cyber lectures to investigate the ways to enhance the lecture quality. The findings suggest that the course evaluation scores for full-cyber university were consistently lower than those for other types of lectures for four semesters between the years of 2011 and 2012. Results also showed that mean scores of partial-cyber lectures were the same as those of face-to-face lectures. After all, class satisfaction in full-cyber courses that learning occurs in cyber space was the lowest. Instructors who taught full-cyber lectures proposed that enrollment should not be within 60 students and professional assistance should be provided for lectures exceeding 60 students. Finally, they suggested content updates through a collaborative system with professionals, instructors' efforts to enhance interaction in both online and offline contexts, and learning quantity rationalization.

The purpose of this study is to explore improvable proposal of instruction through analyzing learners' needs and satisfaction for college of engineering. Based on the online survey date with undergraduate students in Seoul National University, recognition difference between students in college of engineering and all students in SNU was identified. Among several factors influenced on learners' satisfaction in class, it is shown that satisfaction to facilities is higher than any other factor related to instruction. Generally, satisfaction with teaching in class is lower while satisfaction to an extrinsic support to students is high. Therefore, instructors should be more concerned about teaching in class. Learners' satisfaction with instructors' feedback to assignments and tests is significantly higher in college of engineering. However, learners' satisfaction with the progress of classwork and assignment students should perform regularly is lower than one in other colleges.

In this paper, we propose the database design for skill learning service through the internet from the viewpoint of service engineering. This paper we describe the outlines for a design theory for skill learning service, which can lead to the satisfaction of both learner and instructor. Compared to other services, motion control learning takes a considerable amount of time, and this leads to a difficulty for learners to rate the quality of the service as well as for the instructors to provide consistent quality and standard of teaching. To solve these problems, we use a relational database with MongoDB which is an unstructured database allowing to flexibly incorporate the demands of both learner and instructor into the database itself.

In the field of artificial intelligence education, discussions on the direction of artificial intelligence education are actively underway, and it is necessary to establish a foundation for future information education. It is necessary to design a creative convergence teaching-learning and evaluation method. Although AI experience coding education has been applied, the evaluation stage is insufficient. In this paper, we propose an evaluation system that can verify the validity of the proposed education model to find a way to supplement the existing learning module. The core components of this proposed system are Assessment-Factor, Self-Diagnosis, Item Bank, and Evaluation Result modules, which are designed to enable system access according to the roles of administrator, instructors and learners. This system enables individualized learning through online and offline connection.

Our country's sustainable trade growth fundamentally depends on the supply of excellent labors called global trade expert. He or she is required several knowledge and skills not only trade, marketing, information technology, foreign languages but also global mind. Universities have to supply excellent global trade expert to companies according to needs and wants. The object of this paper is to propose some ideas for training of global trade expert of Korea university under global trade environment. First, global companies prefer labors who have not only some skills about specialty and communication skill but also personality on passion, creativity, leadership and so on. Second, The university's curriculum needs to improved in terms of "convergence" and "specialty". In nature, trade major treats lots of subjects such as trade, business adminstration, economics, international law, international commerce, logistics, marketing, etc to catch up changing global business circumstances and companies' needs. Therefore convergence of adjacent field is very important in study and training. Finally, Universities need to use field-specialist to supplement of trade working experience as instructors and practitioners. The concept of convergence and specialty is not separated but harmonious each other.

The goal of this study is to look deeper into a read-write education method for improving communication abilities of petty officer majoring students in community colleague level. The read-write education method improves reading and writing abilities at the same time. Therefore, the read-write education method is modified to a 'read-write-correction' education method and the method is planed proper ways to run the course of the education. A writing report class method which is based on 'read-write' education method is the key process of this education. the education method suggests directions of a taking memo and a guideline of summarizing from the reading part, and the directions of a taking memo and a guideline of summarizing are used on report writings class from the writing part of the 'read-write' education method. The correction part of the education method is controlled by instructors under a process of the 'read-write-correction.' The read-write education method by using the report writing helps to improve communication abilities in work fields because the report writing is based on utilizing document formats that can be used future in petty officer work filed. For the last, the study mentions a proposal for further tasks on this field of the study.

This study aims to rediscover the industrial value of a borderless service in the hyper-connected era by producing fashion content at the forefront of the cultural industry as XR content and contributing to developing fashion content for edutech. The research method employed design aesthetic theory, while the empirical proposal utilized scientific knowledge information to build a framework for 3D convergence content. The characteristics of fashion content exhibitions that apply the neumorphism technique are as follows: The first is a virtual space that produces clothing culture by type. Africa, where dyeing and crafts are developed, selects a product-oriented exhibition type; Asia, where weaving and textiles are excellent, selects a random movement type; and Europe, where the evolution of clothing design over time is evident, selects a guided movement type to create a three-dimensional fashion edutech. The goal was to produce content. The second is creative reproducibility, which combines a new fashion design that embraces the aura of the original with a trendy sense. The realistic folk costume style of the original allowed for its implementation in the AR exhibition space using historical traditional style techniques such as weaving and textiles. The third is building organic, modular content. By designing and then saving/editing/arranging the basic VP zone for each style, learners and instructors can freely edit the content for each fashion class topic and create various presentations to ensure that it functions as non-face-to-face edutech content around the world.

Recently, the trend is an increase in prep and existing entrepreneurs returning to farming, people who take over the business and work on a secondary inauguration, and those who are in the field of processed food or exposing farm arisen from the activation of the sixth industry. However, the fact is that majority of an agricultural education is about production process technology education of farm product and processed food under a government-affiliated organization, so the education for start-up, management, or marketing are scarcely proceeding. Rapidly changing customers' demands and trends, agricultural product and food market opening cause a crisis in the field of agrifood. To turn this crisis into opportunity, return farmers need to be fully qualified as an entrepreneur and enterpriser, so that they improve their business mind-set such as plaining, manufacturing and marketing items in a customer perspective, and have ability to take action against imported goods. Also there is a necessary education to change recognition and enhance their ability as an entrepreneur. This study gives a proposal that an agricultural education should expand and strengthen for practician in the field of agrifood to inspire mind-set, change recognition, and enhance their ability as an entrepreneur, and aim at basically figuring out reality of current agricultural education which has not been systematically studied yet, and also establishing theories associated with that. This study is composed of present state, content, drawback, improvement plan of the current agricultural education intended for five of education managers and instructors who provided various education about inception towards farmers, returning farmers, and prep entrepreneurs who have already started up or get ready to do the business in agrifood field.
