This study was conducted as a part of the project to evaluate the quality of mathematics instruction in the national curriculum system. The purpose of this study is to measure the consistency between teaching goals of mathematics curriculum, contents presentation of textbooks, and testing including adequacy of each element in mathematics instruction for 8th grade. To do this, we used MIQP (instructional quality profile for Mathematics) developed basing on the instructional quality profile (IQP) in the previous research of the project. First, the quality of textbooks' content presentation for 8th grade was found that the desirable levels in number and operation area and geometric area was relatively less compared to other areas, but it was generally good. Second, it was found that the quality of mathematics testing for 8th grade was good in terms of consistency with the curriculum's teaching goals, consistency with the content presentation of textbooks, and adequacy of testing. However, regional differences in the quality of testing showed that there were some deficiencies in regions outside the metropolitan.

대학에서 수업컨설팅이 중요한 교수지원 프로그램으로 대두되고 있는 상황에서, 이 연구는 4년제 대학의 교수학습지원센터에서 운영되고 있는 수업컨설팅 체제를 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 수업컨설팅 체제에 대한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 2015년 7-8월, 홈페이지 조사와 전화 인터뷰를 통해 대학의 수업컨설팅 프로그램 유형, 실태, 활성화 사례를 조사하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학 수업컨설팅 프로그램은 9개 유형으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 수업컨설팅 프로그램 제공 현황과 실행 현황은 일치하지 않았다. 셋째, 주로 대학 내부 인력을 컨설턴트를 활용하여 컨설팅을 수행하고 있다. 넷째, 다양한 결과 활용과 보상제도가 운영되고 있다. 수업컨설팅의 활성화 사례를 살펴보면, '다양한 컨설팅 프로그램-컨설턴트 pool-결과 활용 및 보상제도-타 프로그램 연계'를 통해 수업컨설팅 체제가 유기적으로 운영되고 있다. 이러한 연구결과가 수업컨설팅 체제에 주는 시사점은 다음과 같다. 교수자를 정확히 진단하고 요구에 기반한 맞춤형 컨설팅 체제 구축, 다양한 배경을 지닌 컨설팅단을 양성할 수 있는 대학 내 지원과 외부 기관 간 협력, 교수자들이 공동으로 성찰 반성해나가는 수업컨설팅, 대학 차원에서 수업컨설팅에 대한 제도적 지원과 인식 제고 등이 필요하다.

This study set out to investigate the challenges to science teacher's teaching practices in the Anglophone sub-system of education in Cameroon secondary schools. A sample of 331 of these teachers was selected using the purposive sampling method. Data was collected by use of a questionnaire and was subjected to inferential analysis. The major findings from the multiple regression were challenges associated with the size and management of a science class have an effect on the teaching practices of a science teacher. However, challenges with availability of instructional resources did not have an effect on science teaching practices. Recommendations to solve the identified drawbacks include the provision of more classrooms to accommodate the ever growing population of students and the organization of many seminars through which teachers could be educated on how to handle classroom problems and improvise when necessary.

This study investigates faculty support for quality assurance in online education, and offers suggestions for its improvement based on feedback from Instructional Design (ID) staff working at a public university in the U.S. Qualitative research using semi-structured interviews was conducted with seven ID staff in order to examine their perceptions regarding faculty support related to quality assurance in online education. The results of the data analysis indicate that four types of faculty support-quality assurance reviews using Quality Matter (QM) standards, templates, individual consultations with ongoing support, and monitoring-were offered for faculty. Faculty support for quality assurance in online education could be improved by developing specific quality assurance standards, recruiting external experts, examining learning effects, developing a quality assurance management system, and sharing documents among ID staff. This study highlights the necessity of quality assurance in online education and provides cases of faculty support in a real higher education setting.

The purpose of this study was to suggest an advanced system for educating scientifically gifted children in the Center for Science Talented Education at Kyungpook National University. Several suggestions based on analysis of current identifying-process and instructional materials for scientifically gifted children were provided for advancing the educational system of the center. First, this study suggested a three-step procedure to identify procedure emphasized students reasoning skills as one of important characteristics of the gifted child. Second, this study provided an instructional model for developing hypothesis testing skills in scientifically gifted children. The model was originally based on Lawson's scientific reasoning processes and learning cycle mode. Third, this study also suggested an effective administration system of the Center for Science Talented Education. Further, this study suggested effective ways on research works for advancing the center, educating instructors, the cyber center for remote education, and international co-works for developing the gifted children's potential abilities.

시간과 공간의 제약이 없는 새로운 교육 형태인 사이버 교육은 학생들이 원하는 시간에 원하는 장소에서 교육이 가능한 새로운 형태의 교육이다. 교육 기반이 지니고 있는 높은 유연성과 편리성은 직장인이나 주부 등 비전통적인 학생들의 교육을 가능하게 했다. 본 연구는 사이버 교육을 받는 학생들의 다양한 인구 통계학적 변수들과 사이버 교육 기법적 변수들간의 상관관계를 밝힘으로써 학생들의 교육 만족도에 영향을 끼치는 요소들을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면 나이나 성별, 결혼 유무 등의 인구 통계학적 요소들보다 교수와 학생들간의 관계나 과목과 직무와의 연관성, 과목 난이도 등의 사이버 교육 기법적 변수들과의 상관관계가 학업 만족도에 더욱 유의미하게 영향을 미친다.

본 연구에서는 스마트교육과 Flipped Learning의 특성을 활용하여 교사의 교수 자료 지원 및 학생들의 자기주도적 학습을 위한 스마트 교수-학습 자료 지원 시스템을 설계 및 구현하고 이를 초등 교육현장에 적용하여 학업성취도 및 교과만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석 평가하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 시스템은 일반적인 교수-학습 자료 지원 시스템과 차별화된 설계 방향으로 교육과정을 충실히 반영한 내용 구성으로 개발되었다. 본 연구의 스마트 교수-학습 자료 지원 시스템을 초등 사회과 교수-학습에 적용하여 효과성을 분석한 결과 학습자들의 학업성취도뿐만 아니라 자기주도적 학습시간 증가와 교과에 대한 인식 및 만족도 수준 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과에 대한 시사점 및 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.

지능형 교수 시스템(ITS:lntelligent Tutoring System)의 개발에 관한 연구에서 중요한 분야 중 하나의 교수법의 제어에 관한 연구이다. 즉 전체 학습목적 또는 학습주제의 선정(curriculmplan),선정된 학습목적에 적합한 레슨플랜(lesson plan),자연스런 대화진행(discourse plan) 방법에 관한 연구이다.본 논문에서는 위의 세가지 플랜 중 레슨플랜에 케이스 기반 플랜기법(casebased planing)을 적용하여 생성하는 방법을 제안하였다.기존의 레슨플랜생성기는 학습목적이 결정될 때마다 그에 적합한 레슨플랜을 생성하였다.이와달리 본 연구에서는 이미 기억된 플랜이 있으면 그 플랜을 그대로 사용하거나 수정하여 사용하고 기억된 플랜이 없으면 새로 생성할 수 있는 학습목적에 적응력 있는 레슨 플랜생성기를 개발하였다.연구의 대상으로는 미적분학의 부정적분으로 하였고 제시된 문제의 일반형을 유추하기 위하여 기술언어와 커리큘럼트리(curriculum tree)를 고안하였다.본 연구결과는 다른 분야 ITS의 레슨플랜생서기 개발에 이용할 수 있으며 또한 적분을 교육하는 실제 학습현장에서도 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

e-Learning content can be defined as digital content to achieve educational goals. Since it is an educational material that can be distributed in offline, online, and mobile environments, it is important to create content that meets the learner's education environment and educational goals. In particular, if the learner is a public official, the vision, philosophy, and characteristics of each local government must reflect. As non-face-to-face online education expands further due to the COVID-19 pandemic, local governments that have relied on onsite education in the past urgently require developing strong basic competency education and special task competency content that reflect regional characteristics. Such e-learning content, however, hardly exists and the ability to independently develop them is also insufficient. In this circumstance, this case study describes the process of self-production of e-learning content suitable for Busan's characteristics by the Human Resource Development (HRD) Institute of Busan City, a local government. The field of instructional design and instructional technology is always evolving and growing by blending technological innovation into instructional platform design and adapting to the changes in society. Busan HRD Institute (BHI), therefore, tried to implement blended learning by developing content that reflected the recent trend of micro-learning in e-learning through a detailed analysis. For this, an e-learning content developer with certain requirements was selected and contracted, and the process of developing content through a collaboration between the client and developer was described in this study according to the ADDIE model of Instructional Systems Development (ISD).

적응적 학습 시스템은 학습자의 학습 요구에 따라서 학습 자료를 적응적으로 제공해주는 시스템을 의미한다. 적응적 학습 시스템은 전문가 모델, 수업 모델, 학습자 모델로 구성되어있다. 전문가 모델은 가르치는 정보를 저장하고 있다. 학습자 모델은 학생들의 학습 정보와 학습 이력에 대한 데이터를 저장한다. 수업 모델은 실제 학습자에게 필요한 학습 자료를 제공해주는 모델이다. 본 논문에서는 학습자 프로파일 정보를 통하여 학습자 모델을 구성하였으며, 동적 시나리오 구축을 통하여 수업 모델을 구성하였다. 이후 학습자의 프로파일 정보 기반의 동적 시나리오를 구축해줌으로써 학습자에게 적응적으로 학습 콘텐츠를 제공해주는 시스템을 개발하였다. 마지막으로 시스템에 대한 만족도 결과는 88%로 높은 만족도를 보였다.
