Individual characteristics and entrepreneurship are important factors to determine entrepreneurial intentions. Despite this, little attention has been given to external factors, which effects to venture start-up decision. This study examines the relationship between individual characteristics and entrepreneurship by moderating effect of Hofstede's cultures dimensions theory. For this, 244 copies of the questionnaire were empirically analyzed. According to the results of analysis, internal locus of control, self-efficacy were found to have positive effects on autonomy, innovativeness, pro-activeness. In addition, uncertainty avoidance of Hofstede's cultures dimensions theory were found the moderating effects on entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intentions. Therefore, this study suggests theoretical and practical implications, as below, according to the results. Firstly, pro-activeness take a important part on venture start-up. Thus, venture start-up institution and venture managers need to develop "venture education curriculum" that fostering the pro-activeness mind of entrepreneur. Secondly, In order to anticipate entrepreneurial intentions more precisely, analyzing the interaction between environmental variables and individual variables is desirable. Lastly, in the future study of entrepreneurship, the comprehensive analysis of correlation between the factors that including three factors of entrepreneurship is need to be conducted and more effective way of readdressing the entrepreneurship is necessary.

The purpose of this paper is to review Post-Fordist urban economic theories that have tackled the recent changes of urban economies in large cities in the world since 1980s, so that we can conceptualise the changes of urban economies in Korean cities. In the perspective of the Post-Fordist urban economic theories, the recent changes of urban economies in the world are deeply related to the transformation of capitalist world economic system from Fordism to Post-Fordism. To see these changes which can be called as the new urbanization process in the economic aspect, we will focus especially such theories as new industrial space (district) theory based on the flexible specialization paradigm, informational city theory based on the information and communication mode paradigm, and cluster and regional innovation theory based on the institution and network paradigm. Also we will consider the social polarization process and dual city phenomena that have been observed for the most part of big cities in the world.

The research on the actual condition of the oriental health related industry has been made with defining it's phase. As information and information technology become more important in competitive corporate environments, the risk of information security breaches has increased accordingly. Although organizations establish security measures to manage information security risks, members of organizations do not comply with them well, and their information security behavior intention is unclear. Therefore, to understand the information security risk management intention of the members of organizations, the present study developed a research model using Protection Motivation Theory, Supervisory Authority Pressure, and Background factors. This study presents empirical research findings based on the analysis of survey data from 201 members of financial institutions. Perceived Severity, Self-efficacy, and Supervisory Authority Pressure had a positive effect on intention; however, Perceived Vulnerability and Response Efficacy did not affect intention. Security Avoidance Habit, which was considered a background factor, had a negative effect on all parameters, and did not have an effect on intention. Security Awareness Training, another background factor, had a positive effect on information security risk management intention and perceived vulnerability, self-efficacy, response efficacy, and supervisory authority pressure, and had no effect on perceived severity. This study used supervisory authority pressure and background factors in the field of information security, and provided a basis to use supervisory authority pressure in future studies on behavior of organizations and members of an organization. In addition, the use of various background factors presented the groundwork for the expansion of protection motivation theory. Furthermore, practitioners can use the study findings as a foundation for organization's security activities, and to improve regulations.

This paper explores the empirically analyzes the competitive nature of the five social media by analyzing the proper SNS service such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter. In this study, we surveyed the use and satisfaction of social media for SNS users by using the proper theory. A total of 224 users were selected for analysis. Based on the results of the questionnaire, factor analysis was carried out to extract common factors such as relationship, sociality, convenience, daily life, and entertainment. As a result of the research using proper analysis, Facebook showed the widest narrowness in sociality (.627) and convenience (.636) in the first place, and YouTube showed the lowest in daily life (.670) and entertainment (.615) In the relationship (.520), the Instagram was the widest. In terms of five factors, Facebook and YouTube have the greatest overlap in relationship (1.826) and sociality (2.696), while Pinterest and Twitter are the most common in daily life (1.937) and entertainment (2.263) There is redundancy, and for convenience (2.583), YouTube and Twitter have the most redundancy. Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube have a competitive advantage over Pinterest in terms of relationships, sociality, convenience, routine, and entertainment, and are competitive across all factors except Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Twitter It is possible to confirm that it is superior.

The purpose of this study is by using the Grounded Theory method to examine the process of starting a business in an online shopping mall for young self-employed people with experience in using Company N's Partner Square (Gwangju), a startup infrastructure institution. In this study, in-depth interview survey data were used, and theoretical sampling method was used in the selection of study participants. After proceeding in the order of open coding, axis coding, and selective coding suggested by Strauss & Corbin, it was analyzed with a paradigm model. The main research results are as follows. First, even when parents were unaware about online shopping malls or had a negative mindset about it, but they had a positive mindset about their children's start-ups, it was found that their children tended to start online shopping mall businesses. However, if parents had a negative mindset about online shopping malls and about their children's start-up, then the child could not start an online shopping mall business. Second, it was found that the ability to use online shopping malls is important as a condition for entrepreneurship and achievement in online shopping malls for young people. In particular, Partner Square (Gwangju) was found to increase the ability to use online shopping malls and positively influence startups in online shopping malls. Third, it was found that young people have increased their self-esteem, discovering opportunities, and reinforcing their creativity, in addition to simply increasing their sales after starting the online shopping mall.

Based on the theory of media governance, we analyzed the factors affecting the KBS system and the perception of the improvement of corporate governance, and suggested ways to improve the governance structure. The results of the study are as follows. First, the factors affecting the KBS system are politics, followed by the public broadcasting itself, that is, professionalism. Political factors were found to be the most influential factors in the public broadcasting KBS Institution. Second, the KBS governance structure, like the BBC, preferred a political independent model, while the board composition and proportions favored a German-style union model involving various stakeholders outside the political circle. Third, the future - oriented KBS governance model requires a change in the civil society (public) sphere that is deviated from the influence of politics and market. In the end, in order for the public broadcasting KBS system to operate stably, the political influence should be reduced, and the role of the government and the market should be controlled by the growth of the public sphere (civil society).

The purpose of this paper is to survey the influence of the culture change on the dress and personal adornments, and to survey the change of factors from the August 15. 1945 to 1960, in connection with the social and cultural background, applying B. Malinowski′s "Theory of Culture Change" which means an acculturation is the change′s elements of the dress and its ornaments. It is remarkable that the dress and personal adornments of Korean women after August 15, 1945 has great change from the traditional dress of the thousands years. Through the Liveration on August 15, 1945, American military government and the establishment of the Korean government, American democracy has brought many changes on Korean society. Advancement of education, an society with developed economic life, and introduction of scientific skill have influenced on the women′s way of thinking and a style of behavior and the view of value. The acculturation, the supply of mass communication, introduction of new institution and the reorganization of the old institution, the change of the economic situation, the change of the educational system, the change of the point of value, the development of scientific skill have greatly influenced on the dress and personal adornments. Modern dress and personal adornments of Korean women has the following developing procedure. The Liberation from Japan on the 15th, of August, 1945, the stationing of American Soldiers during hte Koran War, returning of the oversea′s brethern, and the mass communication have the direct and indirect contact with western civilization, and bring the occasion of development of the modern dress of Korean women. The increase of mass communication, such as radio, TV, newspaper, magazines and the frequent fashion shows showed fine design and practical western style dress to the women. This was the real beginning of the western style dress in Korea. By the increase of employment and the improvement of the economic situation, the consumption of clothing and the adornments was increased, so that a wide variety of fashions was set, and numerous kind and form of dress came in. As the increase of the number of women students, their practical and free dress life demanded western style dress. After the Liberation from Japan, the open-door policy of sex, public morals and traditional ethics became lax, and in this disordered society, indecent expose of the body was common. By the different kind of technological development, the form, fabrics, colors and patterns in clothes were much influenced and the hair style, make up, shoes and adornments were much influenced too. As shown above, the change of the dress has the same connection with that of society and culture. This shows that the dress and personal adornments represent clearly the cultural phenomenon of the society and cultural change of the society.

The global process of transition from industrial to information society, as well as socio-economic changes taking place in Ukraine, require significant changes in many areas of state activity. It is especially connected with the reforms in the sphere of education. Today, national programs provide for the development of education on the basis of new progressive concepts, the introduction of the educational process of new pedagogical technologies and scientific achievements, the creation of a new system of information education, entrance of Ukaine into the transcontinental computer information system. Information technologies are qualitatively changing the key resources of development: this is no longer a space with fixed production, but primarily mobile finance and intelligence. They have a direct impact on the formation of personal growth, professional content and self-organization, emotional and psychological maturity and consciousness, and so on. One of the main factors in ensuring the stability and social education of the country's citizens is the culture of security, the formation and development of which is an urgent problem today. Comprehensive and systematic development of security culture will significantly increase the readiness of the population, the level of environmental, labor and patriotic education, reduce human losses, material damage from emergencies. Ecological education can be carried out more successfully only gradually and in accordance with the socio-psychological periods of one's development: kindergarten - school - college - university. The creation of such a system of environmental education should be enshrined as the basis of state environmental policy as a constitutional norm with the usage of information technology. Graduates of universities, who are the future of our country, after mastering the skills of basic environmental education must have a high level of environmental culture, which is, in turn, part of general human culture, and investigate environmental issues from the standpoint of their profession. It is known that with the help of environmental education the collective intelligence of society is formed, which can predict human activities and processes occurring in nature, and in some way to help with the elimination of crises. It is through environmental education that another system of human values is being formed, which places great emphasis on intangible wealth and solidarity, and great responsibility of humanity for the ecological state of the native country; provides a higher standard of living as a result of sustainable development, through the introduction of information technology in this system. To improve the quality of life, we need better knowledge, which must be implemented through information technology at the international level.
