This paper examined the existance behavior of charged particles by measuring polarity inversion current Thermal Stimulate Current (TSC) and analysed appearance mechanism of polarity inversion current Peak and Also investigated relation between ionic space charge format ion and dielectric breakdown by measuring D.C breakdown impulse breakdown D.C - impulse superposition as a sample of FET. As a result. lie found that dielectric breakdown is likely to happen due to ionic space charge at the transient state when applied polarity inversion voltage and that charged partion of TSE Peak at the high temperature was the same as that of polarity inversion current. Also there was no effect on ionic space charge about the dielectric breakdown in stationary state when applied D.C voltage.

We proposed a new spatio-angularly multiplexed holographic memory system using moving windows and double-focusing lens, which can eleminate crosstalk due to two neighboring moving windows(MW) in the vertical direction of the conventional MW holographic memory system and demonstated its feasibility through optical experiments.

This study deals with the expressive characteristics of Installation Art and their applicability to environmental design, and as such, aims to specify a artistic methods from the contemporary art. What Installation Art is search of in their works is "the state of relationships" which is "to replace the concept of form with that of structure, and the concept of space with that of the environment" that is, the terms of relations in the overall environment of time and space. Installation Art essentially relies on a multiplicity of forms and attitudes leading to projects which positively make use of "spatial-temporal process" to reaffirm and "problematise" their open-endedness manifest in complex contextuality and shifting temporality. This study presents a new interpretation of spatial-temporal dimension, site-specificity, and intermedia art that we find in Installation Art and tries to combine that new artistic insight a with environmental design to provide a basis for integrated art. This study places a great emphasis on the interdisciplinary approaches to the environment we inhabit, which I hope will contribute to generating a greater number of creative possibilities for environmental design.

In December 2015, we have installed neutron monitor at the Jang Bogo station in Antarctica. The Jang Bogo station is the second science station which is located at the coast ($74^{\circ}\;37.4^{\prime}S$, $164^{\circ}\;13.7^{\prime}E$) of Terra Nova Bay in Northern Victoria Land of Antarctica. A neutron monitor is an instrument to detect neutrons from secondary cosmic rays collided by the atmosphere. The installation of neutron monitor at Jang Bogo station is a part of transferred mission for neutron monitor at McMurdo station of USA. Among 18 tubes of 18-NM64 neutron monitor, we have completed relocation of 6 tubes and the rest will be transferred in December 2017. Currently, comparison of data from both neutron monitors is under way and there is a good agreement between the data. The neutron monitor at Jang Bogo station will be quite useful to study the space weather when the installation is completed.

Outdoor space used for leisure life as inhabitantses' recreation and rest area, and night activity is very important space to many apartment complex. Lately, outdoor space is recognized as a very important space in apartment complex. Especially, that outdoor space is frequently used at night despite planning of lighting of current outdoor space is unprepared for the selection of suitable luminaires, arrangement of luminaire and lighting plan. From this point of view, this paper investigated the essence of light in outdoor space and analyzed different outdoor luminous environment. This paper finally suggested recommended level of illuminance and planning of lighting.

Greeting the era that the interest in qualitative aspects of life environment is getting important, commercial space, which is sensitive to the reflection of consumers' desire, is making efforts to secure the interior image identity of its own space. Especially, because the bar, which is the object of this study, is competing with undistinguished alcoholic beverages, the distinction of the interior image construction becomes more important. Here this study is purposed to understand the features of structural elements for the construction of the image identity of interior space. Especially, the purpose is to present the basic materials of the space design for individuality and distinction by considering relationship between the whole image and structural elements that form the image of space, and the preference, centering on the installation, which is being used very much for the image identity construction in eating and drinking space these days.

The emergency lighting plan for underground space should be done with consideration of characteristics of the space. Through the Space Syntax theory, it is possible to do quantitative analysis of the space. Integration and intelligibility are major index of this theory and we can use them as emergency lighting design parameters. For this study, human behaviors and survivor's evacuation routes in fire emergencies are analyzed through literature review. Based on those results, this study suggests the methodology of emergency lighting plan in underground space.

The needs of integrated play and space for both healthy children and children with Disabilities is increasing due to positive effect of integrated play. However, existing plan of play space have not considered children with Disabilities as the user and Integrated Perspective what children and children with Disabilities can do together is insufficient. For these reasons, establishing guideline of the Barrier Free Play Space and Model Development is required to meet the New Paradigm's demands. The purpose of this research is to deduce present condition and problem of play space through the Actual Condition Analysis of domestic Play Space. This study have given careful consideration to the actual condition of play space for 3 types by Types of Installation method. As a result, there are many problems from research point of view and facilities for the disablilities too. Consequently, element of plan and facilities for the disabled which are problems should be shown the direction focused improvement, moreover major task is build a barrier free play space as a place of social integration.

This study aims to examine each space characteristics of unit plans for brand apartments. Through construction companies' web-sites and real estate web-sites, all the apartment unit plans with $66m^2{\sim}164m^2$ unit among the brand apartments were analyzed. On the analysis of the apartment unit plans($66m^2{\sim}164m^2$) provided by top 8 construction companies from March 2004 to December 2008. The remarkable changes compared to existing apartments include an increase in the number of bays; front side allocation of bedrooms beside the main bedroom; installation of a vestibule, a dressing room, and a powder room; installation of built-in closets in bedrooms beside the main bedroom; and installation of a receipt spot on the sidewall in the balcony. Besides, as for minor opinions there were opinions of front side allocation of kitchen/dining room, back side allocation of the main bedroom, and installation of dressing room in bedrooms beside the main bedroom. Therefore, construction companies should pay attention to research result about the unit area ranges of apartment unit plans, and reflect it positively to develop apartment unit plans to satisfy consumers.
