  • Recently WCDMA signal transmission technology by large output microwave antenna have showed reduction of human resources and operating expense. But the existing antenna brackets cost is very expensive also its structure and functions are complicated. Unit brackets, suspending some sensors, subjected to acceleration loads, often fail due to self-vibration. To prevent such failures, it is necessary to understand the fatigue failure mode and to evaluate the fatigue life using tests or analysis techniques. The objective of this study is to develop the component test specifications, which are applicable to predict fatigue life at initial product design step, for unit brackets using vibration fatigue technique. So its application is limited to installation and management. In this project, we studied about more convenient bracket for microwave antennas through improvement on the existing antenna bracket's shortcoming and could develop an improved universal antenna bracket system for simple installation and application.

  • This paper concerns developing a integrated online/offline light facility management system for light facility using internet and building a database system for control box and street light. Also, we designed the system to minimize the disparity with the conventional management system by referring to a old management ledger format. Thus, the proposed method may enable the system manager to administer the light facility efficiently and to reduce the manpower cost, and time economically.

  • 본 연구는 산업분야의 수많은 전기설비 시스템에 널리 사용되고 있으며 또 이중여자기로도 사용될 수 있는 권선형 유도전동기의 기동특성과 설계를 다루었다. 고정자는 재래색 3상 권선형 유도 전동기의 고정자와 동일하고 회전자 권선은 새로운 방법으로 재권선한 결과 기동토크로 크고 기동전류는 작으며 운전효율은 좋아졌다. 뿐만 아니라 슬립링과 브러쉬 및 외부저항의 필요성이 없어 구조가 간단하고 시스템 비용을 절약할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 유지보수비도 절약할 수 있었다.

  • Generally, instrument transformer of the core type have been used for measuring current. Because instrument transformer has defects, electronic instrument was appeared. Electronic instrument has many merit-linearity, small size, low cost, etc. Rogowski coil is typical electronic CT and R-divider is typical electronic VT. This paper is introduced a basic concept and theory of electronic current transformer, electronic voltage transformer.

  • Since rotor position information is necessary to drive the SRM, absolute-encoder, resolver and incremental-encoder is used to detect a poor position. But, it is not desirable to use a high priced encoder and high efficient microprocessor under the condition of the simple driving system when precision control is not demanded. In this paper, Only using the reflective type 2 photosensors replace the conventional opto interrupter and slotted disk, which not only remove a slotted disk section but drive 3-phase 6/4 SRM bidirectionally. Moreover, as control circuit only is composed of common analog device economy is maximized.

  • In a switched reluctance motor drive, it is important to synchronize the stator phase excitation with the rotor position, because the position of rotor is an essential information. In the high-speed region, switching angles are fluctuated back and forth out of the preset value, which is caused by the sampling period of the microprocessor. In this paper, a low cost analog encoder suitable for practical applications is proposed. The validity of the proposed analog encoder with a proper logic controller is verified from the experiments.

  • The controller area network(CAN) was originally developed to support cheap and rather simple automative applications, However, because of the its performance and low cost, it is also being considered in automated manufacturing and process control environments to interconnect intelligent devices, such as modem sensors and actuators. This paper presents a new application technology of the developed CAN control modules for the automated doors in building automation system. Key pad and RF methods are used to open and close the automated door by the slave CAN module with CAN protocol. BAS application technology of CAN field bus modules is also presented firstly in our nation.

  • With distribution industrial control system, the use of low cost to achieve a highly reliable and safe system in real time distributed embedded application is proposed. This developed intelligent node is based on two microcontrollers, one for the execution of the application code, also as master controller for ensuring the real time control & the logic operation with CPLD and other for communication task and the easy control execution, i.e., I/O digital input, digital output and interrupting. This paper also presents where the case NCS (Networked control system) with LonTalk protocol is applied for the filtration process control system of a small water treatment plant.

  • The PMSM position sensor using two rectangular hall sensors can restrictively acquire the 90[$^{\circ}$] position information of rotor according to electrical angle. Thus, the control method using this position sensor cannot react properly to a rapid load torque change. On the other hand, even though a sensorless method has the advantage of acquiring instantaneous rotor position information, the accuracy of position sensor can be determined by the gain value of estimator. This paper suggests a robust speed control method on torque fluctuation condition, which combines low cost two rectangular hall sensors and sensorless control method.
